My third round of Whole30 is officially complete! I lost 18lbs in 40 days and feel great! 5 weeks of exercising a minimum of 3 days, most weeks it’s been 4. One week to go and I’ll upgrade my gym membership and start tanning!!
Had to buy a size down in jeans, my back fat is shrinking, my bras fit waaay better now, bloating is almost always gone.
Now time for a vacay and a week of eating whatever I want. Then back on to the next goal.

Breakfast:
Mushroom leek and spinach frittata
Lunch:
Broccoli, mushrooms and yellow squash with red pepper sauce
Perfect whole roasted chicken
Snack:
2 hard-boiled eggs, clementine
Dinner:
salad with Latin vinaigrette and salmon
Dessert:
Apple
Workout:
3 mile run@8:25
Gym time with partner: 45 min core.
GI update:
Some nausea after lunch.
Thoughts:
Meat straight up doesn't taste good to me and my partner is hungry. Not a great start.
