just... mussed hair from tucking it back behind his ears and out of his face, running shaky fingers through it. a rumpled suit jacket, cuffs pushed up over his forearms and the top shirt button undone because he's feeling just a touch warm and he's uncomfortable. chapped lips and ever-so-slightly pink, irritated eyes from rubbing at them. just barely squinting from the headache he can't shake with coffee and advil. lips pursed, and set in the slightest hint of a frown.

I've heard both too, and here is some wailing on my part about it:

It was a New Year's Eve party and I've heard both that they showed up together and that they showed up separately, but the consensus lies in that they were inseparable all night.

It slightly kills me because Ginger was divorced from Cheater Cheater Frog Leg Eater and Fred had been a widower for 4 years at that point. 1958 was the time for him to propose to her and I will always be livid that he didn't.

1958 is the same year he shouted her out on his TV special too.
