Although being a lazy fatty can be very enjoyable, it is still important to to make sure you are healthy and able. You definitely don't want to kick the bucket because of a sedimentary life.

Now, for those concerned about losing the gains you worked so hard for, fear not! Because you can still gain weight and work out with minimal compromise. So what you need to do is simply avoid cardio based workouts. The point of cardio is to lose wieght and improve stamina, so that is not the way. What I recommend is simple weightlifting, not only is it harder to lose wieght, it also gives you more strength to carry that big gut you have 😁The other alternative is calisthenics, same idea but lifting your own wieght.
This should ensure a healthy and longer life than sitting around, but I know you death hogs love it!

Jean: Loves going to the gym with you, and begs you to go with him every time but it gets annoying because he goes constantly. Prefers to go in the afternoon to early evening so he still has time to eat dinner and cuddle with you at home afterward maybe even take a shower with you too. Such a baby about begging you to go with him says it's "boring for him to go alone". You usually end up giving in to his request becuase who could say no to those big puppy dog eyes. Jean likes to focus on his biceps and chest, loves bench pressing and you think it's so hot how he could bench press at least two of you. The fact that he's so strong makes him even hotter and you love watching him work out, most of the time you just go to watch. Staring at him as his eyes are squinted in concentration focused on the metal bar raising up and down over his head, his big strong fingers gripping the cool metal. His hands are hot, you've always had a thing for his hands, his thick calloused fingers, the way they hold you, how strong his natural grip was. The way his muscles contract below him and you can see just a glimpse of his body as his shirt rides up over his stomach making you bite your lip, but Jean doesn't notice he's too immersed in his workout. His gold chain adorns his collarbones, drawing just enough attention to his chest to turn you on as sweat drips down his forehead, strands of his brown hair sticking to his red face as he finally finishes his set. He finally notices you staring at him and blushes. "your turn babe you didn't really come here just to watch me did you?" he teases, playfully nudging you.
Eren: Likes when you come to the gym with him but doesn't mind going on his own either. Prefers when you come with him so he can show off to you and you roll your eyes every time. He's like a 12 year old boy flexing at the pool trying to impress the 17 year old life guard. But you couldn't lie to yourslef, you secretly liked when he tried to impress you, and you definitely didn't mind the view. You'd sit on the bench next to him minign your business, wokring out with your headphones on until you'd feel something poke you. You'd turn to see Eren quickly turn the other way, continuing his bicep curls as if nothing happened "What? I didn't do anything" he'd say while giggling like a child. But not that he had your attention he was going to take full advantage of it. He placed the weights he was curling dow to pick up heavier ones and said "Watch this" and you reluctantly obliged, slightly annoyed at him for interrupting your set. He curled the heavy wieghts upwards while staring at the ground intently, his eyebrows furrowed as he struggled just a little to lift the wieghts. Eren was very strong, but he was always pushing the limits to impress you. You couldn't take your eyes off of the way his bices flexed with each rep, how defined his muscles were, the soft glisten of sweat over his body making him look almost angelic "See something you like princess?" he winked at you with his cocky smile as you rolled your eyes "maybe I do" you responded as he put the weights back on the rack. "Oh yeah? Then let's go back home and I can show you how strong I really am"
Armin: Armin preferred goinig to the gym by himself as he enjoyed that sense of solitude and alone time, but he allowed you to come along with him from time to time. Everytime you would compliment him his face would turn a deeper shade of red "Wow Armin that's really heavy, cant believe you can lift all that." You'd say while btting your eyelashes up at him. "Ts really not that much babe a bunch of other guys lift way heavier I mean I'm working my way-" "Min" you cut him off "I love how strong you are" you said slightly squeezing his bicep "you're perfect for me" you said giving him a light kiss on the cheek causing his blush to grow deeper. "Th-that's really sweet thank you" he said as he went back to working out. He of course noticed your eyes were attached to him with every move he made, it made him a little nervous being watched this closely but you kept encouraging him and telling him how strong he was, boosting his confidence. You watched with every contraction of his muscles, the red tint on his face paired with a soft glisten of moisture looked almost the same as when you had sex and it totally turned you on. It also didn't help that every time he would do a pull up his shirt would come up just a little giving you the perfect view of his toned abs covered with his sweat. What you would do to have him right then and there. But no you let him finish his workout and as he was done you came up to him and trailed your nails softly along his back "I love your muscles armin, you wanna show me what they look like when you're on top of me" you asked with an innocent smile on your face. Armin didn't respond he just blushed and grabbed your hand as you walked out of the gym together.
Levi: Levi is very routine oriented and thinks of the gym as a very important part of his life. He's always gone to the gym a lot and does his workout split the same way every time. It annoys him when you watch him but he knows you can't help it. He catches you staring at him and asks "There nothing better you could be doing right now babe?" cocking an eyebrow at you and you'd just turn away pretending not to hear him, continuing with your workout. But his comment of course didn't deter you from stealing glances of his muscles flexing under his shirt, his hair drooping slightly into his face as he focuses on the exercise, he could ask you for a hairtie but he doesn't want to distract you from your workout. So he continues, his pale skin contrasting exquisitely with his firm muscles, every movement he made exentuating how strong he was. You loved the idea of how strong he was, how he could pick you up or hold you down any time he wanted to, that just made him so much hotter to you. He would grow increasingly annoyed with each time he caught your big eyes lingering on his body, but of course he secretly liked it. Levi always had the rule that when you worked out together you were to do your exercises and he was so to his, but maybe he was just looking for a reason to punish you later.

MAKIMA X GN!READER(because I like to overthink instead of sleeping :D)
First, a piece of information : I'll refer to Aki, Power, Denji, Makima and you as "The whole team" or "the group", for easier writing.

random thing : the moment the whole team is gathered in a place, even in an office, or during missions, you can't help but laugh every time Denji and Power are up to something or being their chaotic selves, to which they seem pretty pleased. Their shenanigans or complaints always have you giggling or chuckling, something that doesn't go unnoticed for Makima, who ends up laying a soft and affectionate gaze on you. Though she always manages to make them discreet and quick, so she can tease you later on.
random thing #2 : During the group's small trips around Japan, expect Makima to always find a way for both of you to get your personal chamber for the vacation time, while the 3 others got their own, to Aki's displeasure, who now has to deal with them, even on vacation. This gets you two to spend your free time together, much to Denji's despair who can't understand Makima would choose to kill time with you rather than him.
random thing #3 : On your days off, you both decided to stop at a nearby park to walk to the dogs to. It might not count as a date, but that doesn't matter to you as you can enjoy your time together. It often ends with Makima reading a book on a bench while you watch the pack of huskies out, play with them, and get trampled as soon as one of them leaps on you, its tail wagging. As your partner turn her gaze towards you on the ground, crushed by the dogs' wieght, she can't help but chuckle, as you plea for her to call her pets, claiming you're currently dying.

Laying on the couch in her appartement, completely worn out after a long day, you're enjoying a good book you've been hoping to finish.
However, tiredness was quick to take over you, and it didn't take long for you to fall asleep.
After around an hour, you start to feel something heavy gently placed on your body, with some somewhat discrete noises of tidying up around the apartment, and the feeling of something rigid and kinda damp on your cheek, waking you up. Only to be met with a husky's face, its tail wagging and its head tilted to the side.
Fortunately, you're fast to recognize one of Makima's dogs, and that it put its muzzle against your cheek. Still lying on the couch, you fondly smile and gently raise your hand to scratch the husky's head.
You finally manage to find the source of the heat that was bugging you when you woke up, noticing a pitch of dark jet in your vision. Despite sleep invading your mind, you know what this is : Makima's long black coat. Taking a guess, she must have been home for a moment now. This view makes the fondly smile on your face grow even more, your cheeks slightly painted with pink.
Choosing the enjoy the warmth a little longer, you close your eyes back, butterflies in your stomach, gripping the coat like you were holding onto life, out of happiness, and as a way to hold yourself back from screaming out of happiness. That is....until you hear Makima's steps getting closer to the couch, and feel her hand softly running through your hair. Which makes your heart beat even faster, and your face even pinker. Even if you try to keep your cool and act as though you were still asleep, you're perfectly aware it takes much, much more than that to fool her, even for something this meaningless.
You can hear her light chuckle, as you can guess she has for sure noticed your blush becoming deeper.
It forces you to open your eyes with a sigh and a defeated smile. You lift your head up a bit to put your forehead against hers, your visage now entirely red. To which she responds with a gentle expression, stroking your cheek with her thumb. If you thought you weren't initially dying from her little signs of affection, now you are.
No words spoken. Not a single sound. Just plain quiet for both of you to enjoy.

The day that Marlene died Emmeline lost more then her best friend. She had lost those nights in the Ravenclaw common room where the two of them would sit infront of the fire, reading sepratly enjoying nothing but each others company.
She had lost the laughter that filled the defence agaisnt the dark arts classroon, where the two of them would compete over who could get each spell right first.
She had lost the wind in her face (which she never had loved before) as the watched Marlene on her broom. Marlene never looked happier then she did when she was flying.
She had lost the small smile that would appeare on her face eveyrtime her and Malrene were sitting on the bathroom floor taking it in turns to throw up after a party the night before, bevause even though her head felt like it was being split into two she couldnt help but feel comfort in Marlenes presence.
She had lost the sense of relief when joining together with the rest of the order, the massive wieght being lifted off her shoulders once she saw Marlene and Edgar enter the room, and by the breath that Marlene would always let out she felt the same way.
She lost the comfort of knowing that no matter how badly she fucked up there would always be somebody by her side.
On the 14th July 1981 Emmeline lost more then her best friend. She lost her soulmate, her home, her everything
and on the 14th July 1996 in death they finally runited.

This is his left arm often to be thought of it weaker and it is it's only about 16 and 1/8 in or a 16 1/4 it's a quarter inch less circumference and that's at the bicep and triceps largest point he has trouble measuring it and we can see is off a little it really they're both about 16 and 1/2 still they've been that way for about 10 years. Moving to the right of the picture you can see there's like a muscle there from his bicep to his forearm that is a new development in the past couple weeks it's developing and growing he says usually it's very sore and it's one of the smaller muscles that's coming out and we'll stay out and he needs it it makes his ability to twist the arm and use force in that fashion much higher than most people most people even your bodybuilders don't develop these and theirs or not that big and is a weak point and you can see them trying to move the weights and they can't articulate it it's like a Caterpillar excavator versus a no name brand it is suddenly slow and it'll still do it but it just has a little problem

This is wonderful okay there's a name for these muscles and he's going to learn it all but his physique is different and I guess I'm going to point it out he was going to and he stopped. But here it is the muscle of the bicep now people are saying stuff Ken and Chris look alike they want to know why they said because his muscles and it is a natural muscle a lot of African people have it some don't it's a trait of being very strong having a small little ball is nothing to be proud of and if you look at the images of the hulk you'll see that he has massive balls what is flexing LOL it's not funny but on his arm. And our son makes jokes but it is serious because it shows that he's a strong person and people know the trait a little and he says probably not around here they seem to be very stupid and it's true but people looking people like that and say he's very beefy and when you're a bit larger and better shape it looks like muscle and our son has seen people like it and he knows that they're possibly trouble

We are getting a little confused no. I got really big and started to see this too. And what it really is is surprising and a little disappointing because you think where did my muscle go and it's really becoming more bulky and stronger and stronger as it goes eventually he'll be stronger right now he's kind of weakened by the atmosphere but he can lift a lot more when he curls wieghts. He used to do complete sets with 40 lb at his current size when he gets in shape 45 lb will be complete sets and he can go up to 50 and do a few less reps about six and with ease and you can get the 60s and do them a few times but in the past he had a lot of trouble with it but now if you start doing that he do it but it's too soon really he's going to start growing it'll take a few weeks and it'll start working out a little it's good I became a little bit more bulky and I felt better and stronger and he did too he said it too is almost instant when he gained to 220 and then when he did the other jump and he felt a lot better started eating like a pig and wasn't gaining and started saying what happened there and he started asking and here it is the story. But wow it's going to be interesting I feel better now I'm happier they do seem to be getting ready to heat their engines up they're telling me that some are and we're prepared and there are fleets there they're a lot larger and they're trying to gain ships I get that
Hera he says afterwards they encourage others to we shall see and they seems steadfast I'm not doing it but I do follow that

One of my abusers started listing everything I've "done wrong to them" because I shut a door. Anyway, they're dead to me and a giant wieght has been lifted. They knew exactly what buttons to push to make me angry. All because I shut a door.
In other news, some of us have come together again. Maybe we're healing. Anyway I'm writing my novel even though according to my abuser all I do is sit around and complain about life.
Reminder: life is worth living. There's good food, friends to be made, stories to write. The sun is out. So you know it's not all bad. :)
Edit: the door was shut because they blare their music and I didn't want to hear it. They were in the kitchen. I was in the living room. So you know, it wasn't unreasonable, at least to me? They refuse to turn down music because it's "during the day".
Anyway, I hope they have a long happy healthy life without me in it and no that's not sarcasm.

Week 3 Day 3!!
I CRUSHED my WORKOUT!!! Needed that day off from training. Felt energized and upped my wieghts by 2 pounds while lifting, so I’m very happy.

Completed my mobility and stretching in the morning. And strength /abdominal work and cardio in the evening.
Restoration and mobility is my foundation, restoring movement and mobility whilst building up those habits once again.
In Aydevada (hope I spelled that right) medicine from India it’s mentioned that the winter months are best suited for lower intensity activity and strength and higher fat foods while eating based on your Doshi, I’m a kapha:)
All in all I am very proud of my hard work today!!

Fat tip number 12: t-girl wieght gains
Now for my feedee trans girlies, fat is super important and beneficial for you as it will fill you out and even help grow your hips, breasts, face, ect. But, I have some unfortunate news for yall. To get more out of your fat, I recommend going through a bulk diet rather than just eating whatever. So no sweet empty calories for you 😔. You really want to stock up on foods like pasta, meats, veggies, and nuts. A high fat diet should also be your go-to while gaining; things like icecream, cake, sweet bread, highly processed sugars, ect. Will not befit you as well as eating foods like chicken, duck, pork, nuts, and avocados. Your body needs more fats and carbs over just eating to get fat.

Heavy wieght lifting will also be your best friend too, you may be worried about growing too much muscle, but, hrt is going to help lower your muscle mass by a large percentage. Growing muscle and getting fatter will greatly assist you in getting a even more feminine body.
Now, for death feedees or those shooting for 250+ then you don't really have to worry all too much because you'll just be a big fat blob at that point so you'll already be super curvy.

Woke up about 10 minutes before my alarm I did not want to get out bed but sine I was already up ot made it a little easier to make myself. Glad I did, I worked hard and I feel good. Really pushed myself and was able to last a lot longer with the heavier weight. Also pushed myself through the entire ab workout which is something I can't always too. Little progress that's all I can ask for myself.
