Wir sind sowas von bereit für das nächste große Abenteuer! Geht es euch auch so? Wollt ihr raus? Die Welt entdecken? Uns stehen so viele tollen Abenteuer bevor und wir freuen uns riesig auf den Frühling, den Sommer und den Herbst und sind so gespannt, was uns alles erwartet. Das Bild entstand bei einem der größten Abenteuer im letzten Jahr. Beim @derkanutrip 🛶 in Schweden. Wir haben dort einen tollen Felsen gefunden um ins Wasser zu springen. Das wussten Flo und Ben natürlich zu nutzen und sprangen was das Zeug hält. Der Felsen war ca. 3-4 Meter hoch und der See war angenehm kühl. Die Temperaturen zu der Zeit lagen bei über 30 Grad und es gab keine Mücken. Another long week has passed by. I assisted a law enforcement agency at work with the resuscitation of an individual that had lost their pulse twice and administered Narcan to bring them back. 鎌倉周辺を闊歩しました。関東圏に住んでいるのに、相変わらず知らないことばかり。ろくろでドンブリを作ったり、旨いお蕎麦を頂いたり、浄土宗のお寺で見頃の梅をまじまじと覗いたり。「春」というものは見えないけれど、「春の行う事」はわかりやすいですね。海と浜辺は、いつでも微笑ましくも騒々しい行き交いをみせ、なんときでも空を映し出していました。江の島ではフライドポテトをトンビにさらわれ、海沿いのサバイバルにヒトが除外されることは無いのだと、思いを馳せました🦅 - We walked around Kamakura. Even though I live in near by tokyo, there are still many things I don't know. we have made bowls , eaten delicious soba noodles, and took a closer look at the plum blossoms at the Buddhism temple. I can't see "SPRING" . But "What is SPRING doing" is easy to understand.🌸 The sea and the beach are always interesting with noisy sounds, and always reflecting the sky. One of the very few times we got to see wildlife so close to us was on the Denali Tundra Wilderness tour that takes you to about mile 50 inside the park. . This Alaskan grizzly was roaming the hillside as the bus came by, and was oblivious to all of the cameras pointing towards him. You can’t tell but I shot this through the window as I was sitting on the other side of the bus. . Have you seen a grizzly this close before? . How we are constantly falling in love is by noticing endless beads of beauty everywhere wild & seeking it out & finding the treasure that is a feast for all senses. The smell & sight & motion & sharing, divine. The non-poisonous sumac is our midwest indigenous anti-inflammatory equivalent of turmeric; this prepared as tea by soaking overnight becomes a morning delight. We are what we eat & I am made of this gorgeous autumnal sumac. Meditation can be ceaseless. I wish this into existence. So langsam wird es wieder wärmer und wir haben so richtig Lust auf den Frühling und den Sommer. Wir wollen unter anderem Klettern gehen oder eine Klettersteig-Tour machen, wie hier im Montafon. Das war im Sommer 2021 bei einem Klettersteig-Kurs, welchen man im @meinmontafon machen kann. Für uns eine sehr coole Erfahrung mit den Kids. Wir haben von unserem Kletterführer so viel gelernt und wichtige Tricks und Kniffe beigebracht bekommen. Nun sind wir gespannt, was uns der Frühling und Sommer 2023 bringt und was wir alles erleben dürfen. Unter anderem beim Klettern und bei Klettersteig-Touren.
