Septembre 2021:
Septembre 17th:
Taylor posts a TikTok hinting at Red (Taylor's Version) and 1989 (Taylor's Version). (X)
She winks with her left eye (Eye Theory) (X)
There's a Glitch in the video.
Glitch easter egg? (X)
People said in the comment that it made them think of the Bad Blood MV...Karlie is in the MV.
At the start of the video. Taylor is painting her nails Red.
A couple of days later in another TikTok we see that she also painted her toe nails red. (X)
Interesting because Karlie posted a video in her Story on Septembre 10th with Red fingers and toes nails. The. Exact. Same. Red.
And it's not over.
Because in that video Taylor wears about the same outfit as when she recorded King Of My Heart...on Karlie's birthday.
Also.
On that day. Taylor releases Wildest Dreams (Taylor's Version).
First song out of 1989 (Taylor's Version) and this song is about Karlie...
And if you zoom in on the shirt. You see that there is double Ks embroided on it.

Karlie goes with Levi. Dressed up as Batman.
This is rather interesting...
This was a fanmade cover posted in 2011 (X)
Not their first time cosplaying DC characters...
And it's even more interesting because in her 2019 Musicians On Musicians Interview with Rolling Stone (that we talked about in the 2019 thread). (X)
Taylor talks EXACTLY about that with Paul McCartney.
How he could go spend Halloween with his kids wearing masks...
Here:
Swift: But I think that in knowing him and being in the relationship I am in now, I have definitely made decisions that have made my life feel more like a real life and less like just a storyline to be commented on in tabloids. Whether that’s deciding where to live, who to hang out with, when to not take a picture — the idea of privacy feels so strange to try to explain, but it’s really just trying to find bits of normalcy. That’s what that song “Peace” is talking about. Like, would it be enough if I could never fully achieve the normalcy that we both crave? Stella always tells me that she had as normal a childhood as she could ever hope for under the circumstances.
McCartney: Yeah, it was very important to us to try and keep their feet on the ground amongst the craziness.
Swift: She went to a regular school .…
McCartney: Yeah, she did.
Swift: And you would go trick-or-treating with them, wearing masks.
McCartney: All of them did, yeah. It was important, but it worked pretty well, because when they kind of reached adulthood, they would meet other kids who might have gone to private schools, who were a little less grounded.

Sooooo much about that MV.

Chasing Cars
Written By: Jonny Quinn, Paul Wilson, Tom Simpson, Nathan Connolly & Gary Lightbody
Artist: Snow Patrol
Released: 2006
Cover included: The Wind and the Wave, 2015
This slow-building ballad is Snow Patrol’s biggest-selling single. A main driving force behind the song’s success was its inclusion at the end of the Grey’s Anatomy Season 2 finale. In an interview with Take 5 Gary Lightbody says: “The track wasn’t even featured on the iTunes top 100, and then an hour after the show, it was number 1. So that’s the impact of TV right there." About the song, he said in a interview with Rolling Stone: “It’s the purest love song that I’ve ever written. There’s no knife-in-the-back twist. When I read these lyrics back, I was like, ‘Oh, that’s weird.’ All the other love songs I’ve written have a dark edge."
[Verse 1]
We'll do it all
Everything
On our own
We don't need
Anything or anyone
[Chorus]
If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?
[Verse 2]
I don't quite know
How to say
How I feel
Those three words
Are said too much
They're not enough
[Chorus]
If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?
Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's burstin' into life
[Verse 3]
Let's waste time
Chasing cars
Around our heads
I need your grace
To remind me
To find my own
[Chorus]
If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?
Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's burstin' into life
[Bridge]
All that I am
All that I ever was
Is here in your perfect eyes, they're all I can see
I don't know where
Confused about how, as well
Just know that these things will never change for us at all
[Chorus]
If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Wildest Dreams
Written By: Shellback, Max Martin & Taylor Swift
Artist: Taylor Swift
Released: 2014 (re-recorded 2021)
Alternate versions included: Grammy Museum, 2015; 1989 World Tour, 2015
The ninth track and fifth single on 1989 is about Swift hoping her lover will remember their best moments after they’re over. It expresses mixed feelings: hoping that they last, but knowing that they’ll end. In the US, the song reached number five, becoming her fifth consecutive top ten from 1989. Swift spoke to Rolling Stone about how this song differs from her previous love songs: “I think the way I used to approach relationships was very idealistic. I used to go into them thinking, ‘Maybe this is the one – we’ll get married and have a family, this could be forever’. Whereas now I go in thinking, ‘How long do we have on the clock – before something comes along and puts a wrench in it, or your publicist calls and says this isn’t a good idea?” Swift suddenly released the re-recording of 2014’s “Wildest Dreams” after the original version became part of a viral TikTok trend in the summer of 2021. Swift explained on Twitter following the release: “Hi! Saw you guys got Wildest Dreams trending on Tiktok, thought you should have my version”
[Verse 1]
He said, "Let's get out of this town
Drive out of the city, away from the crowds"
I thought, "Heaven can't help me now"
Nothing lasts forever
But this is gonna take me down
[Pre-Chorus]
He's so tall and handsome as hell
He's so bad, but he does it so well
I can see the end as it begins
My one condition is
[Chorus]
Say you'll remember me
Standin' in a nice dress
Starin' at the sunset, babe
Red lips and rosy cheeks
Say you'll see me again
Even if it's just in your
Wildest dreams, ah, ha
Wildest dreams, ah, ha
[Verse 2]
I said, "No one has to know what wе do"
His hands are in my hair, his clothes are in my room
And his voicе is a familiar sound
Nothin' lasts forever
But this is gettin' good now
[Pre-Chorus]
He's so tall and handsome as hell
He's so bad, but he does it so well
And when we've had our very last kiss
My last request it is
[Chorus]
Say you'll remember me
Standin' in a nice dress
Starin' at the sunset, babe
Red lips and rosy cheeks
Say you'll see me again
Even if it's just in your
Wildest dreams, ah, ha (Ha, ha)
Wildest dreams, ah, ha
[Bridge]
You'll see me in hindsight
Tangled up with you all night
Burnin' it down
Someday, when you leave me
I bet these memories
Follow you around
You'll see me in hindsight
Tangled up with you all night
Burnin' (Burnin') it (It) down (Down)
Someday, when you leave me
I bet these memories
Follow (Follow) you (You) around (Around)
(Follow you around)
[Chorus]
Say you'll remember me
Standing in a nice dress
Starin' at the sunset, babe
Red lips and rosy cheeks
Say you'll see me again
Even if it's just pretend
Say you'll remember me
Standin' in a nice dress
Starin' at the sunset, babe
Red lips and rosy cheeks
Say you'll see me again
Even if it's just in your (Just pretend, just pretend)
Wildest dreams, ah, ha (Ah-ah)
In your wildest dreams, ah, ha
Even if it's just in your
In your wildest dreams, ah, ha
In your wildest dreams, ah, ha
so tonight taylor plays glitch as a surprise song and then at the end of the song the screen behind her starts to glitch (like the wildest dreams taylor's version tiktok) and she announces 1989 taylor's version and then starts to sing new romantics

J: Your fans are amazing fans. I will just say that. I know you said it earlier, but they obviously are so excited that you're here on our show, so we're getting a lot of buzz from your fans. And they were like, "Wait. What are they going to talk about? What's going on? I heard this. [ Blabbering ] "This is ten seconds long." There's Easter eggs that maybe aren't even really Easter eggs.
T: Yeah, it's sort of a tradition that we started a very long time ago. I think the first time that I started dropping sort of cryptic clues and things in my music is when I was 14 and 15 putting together my first album. And I wanted to put -- I wanted to do something that incentivized fans to read the lyrics because my lyrics are what I'm most proud of out of everything that I do, every aspect of my job, so I really wanted people to read the lyrics. And, um, when I was a kid, I used to leaf through CD booklets and just read the teeny, tiny print and just obsess over it. And so I wanted to incentivize them. So in my lyrics, for my first, you know, several albums, I would have all lower-case-letter lyrics, except for capital letter, capital letter, capital letter every once in a while. And if they circled the capital letter, and wrote them down, it spelled out a secret code, a secret passage.
J: That's so fun.
T: It was really --it was really fun, and it would either tell them a story about the album or a hint about what the song was about. And so that's when it started. But when it got out of control was...
[ Laughter ]
T: Yeah. Was when I started to realize that it wasn't just me that had fun with this, that they had fun with it, too. And I should never have learned that because then I couldn't stop. And then all I started thinking of was how do I hint at things? Like, how far is too far in advance? Can I hint at something three years in advance? Can I even plan things out that far? I think I'm gonna try to do it. The first time that we did a crazy video like that was a video called "Look What You Made Me Do," and I started playing with doing nods to former musical eras I've been in, in my career and all kinds of weird stuff for them to just go through the video and be like, "That over there! What's that? What's that? What's that? Does this connect to that? What does that mean?"
J: I do that.
T: Really?
J: Yes! I did that with "Folklore." I go, "Wait. What? Betty? What?"
T: There's a lot. There's a lot going There's, like, a fictional love triangle between three fictional teenagers in the "Folklore" album.
J: I know all about it.
T: There's all kinds of, like, really, really --Yeah, we go really into the weeds over it. And look. I think that it is perfectly reasonable for people to be normal music fans and to have a normal relationship to music. But if you want to go down a rabbit hole with us, come along.
J: Taylor is your person.
T: The water's great. Jump in. We're all mad here.
Which is a hint at Alice in wonderland. back when this first aired, everyone thought she was referring to the fact one of her bonus tracks on 1989 was Wonderland, it's also the name of one of her perfumes. this went with her first TikTok when she released Wildest Dreams Taylors Version... which Taylor Nation confirmed today was a hint at midnights and not 1989 TV.
what's interesting to me about the use of this, is that Clocks go Tick Tock. it was her first tiktok! she's in midnights variant blue and the section of the song is "You'll see me in hindsight. Tangled up with you all night. Burning it down."
it's obvious she's been making a lot of references to night and fire. but also time. Time is the biggest component of this album. And it's the most important theme inside Alice in Wonderland.

If Lover is Midnights Sister Album:
the Forward in lover gives us even more clues on what to expect.
she mentions her journals, she started writing them when she was 13. she has every memory written down on pages and she shared them with us. The Delux version of lover came in 4 volumes. 4 sets of journals documenting past and highlighting moments of love.
What if Midnights is the night before Lover? she did write Lover in the middle of the night.
youtube
And then i remembered the Vault Tracks were clocks...
stopwatches to be more exact.
she's been telling us everything we need to know this whole time.
I think she's only singing Enchanted because it already gets streamed as a viral titkok song. The rest of the album doesn't get that many streams and she doesn't want to send more people to stream it...
1989 and Rep are too big in comparison. That's totally why Debut and Speak Now get crumbs on tour (if this isn't true I'm just ik denial trying to cope with my beloved being sidelined). What's weird is that Our Song was also tiktok viral and didn't make it to the official setlist.
that could very well be the case as well, that makes total sense! I'm surprised that it's viral but she hasn't put out a taylor's version of it like she did for wildest dreams to try to curb streams away from the original
enchanted just felt like such a random pick from that album but she's the mastermind so fljsdlfjkdfj
Here are my predictions on the Eras tour Setlist. I think she is gonna focus more on her singles/popular songs because she has so many songs to go through. This also leads me to believe that she is gonna sing surprise songs as well to include more and of course mash ups. I'm only talking about the songs that I think are gonna be on the regular set lists. I will add that I chose a generous amount of songs and it's probably gonna be less.
Debut
•Our song
•Shouldve said no
•Tim McGraw (it was the first song she put out so I think she will sing it at least semi-regulary)
Fearless
•Love Story
•You belong with me
Speak Now
•Enchanted (she wanted to name the album enchanted. I doubt that she is just not gonna play it)
•Long live (perfect closer for the eras tour)
Red
•All to well (not sure if the regular or the ten minute version tho. Again she has a lot of songs to choose from and limited time and I'm leaning more towards the regular version because it would allow her to choose 1 more song)
•We are never ever getting back together (maybe rock version again? 🤡)
•I bet you think about me (It got a music video and was nominated for a grammy)
1989
•Shake it off
•Blank Space
•Style
•Wildest Dreams or This love (the only 1989 songs that have a Taylors Version released)
Reputation
•Delicate (confirmed by Taylor through a comment on Tiktok)
•LWYMMD
•ready for it...?/End game (I doubt she will do both but I think there has to be one more rep song. ready for it would also be a good opener but I think she's gonna lean more towards LH for that)
Lover
Due to the fact that she couldn't do Lover fest I think there is gonna be a few more Lover Songs than from other eras
•Me! (The song means so much to her and spelling is fun)
•Lover
•You need to calm down
•The man
•Daylight (she wanted to name the album daylight before she wrote lover so I think the chances are good)
•Cruel summer (it's rather popular)
In general I don't think the Folklore/Evermore songs are stadium songs. I think she is gonna pick surprise songs from these albums primarily or if she wants to calm down a bit between the more energetic songs and than change the song from time to time. But here are my predictions if she is gonna put some in the regular setlist
Folklore
•Cardigan
Evermore
•Willow
•Champagne Problems (she said she wants to sing this line in a stadium "She would have made such a lovely bride what a shame she's fucked in the head"...it would be the perfect opportunity)
midnights
Lavender Haze (perfect opener)
Anti Hero (no explanation needed)
YOYOK (describes her career beautifully)
Bejeweled
Karma (She teased the song through the Man music video years before (assuming it's not also an album name) and lately Taylor Nation posted a picture of the man wall with the hashtag Karma is real. I can also remember it being used rather often in TN Insta stories... I think it's very likely she is gonna play it! It's also my favourite song by her so maybe it's just the clown inside of me speaking)
do you think it's possible she's just releasing this love (tv) for jenny han's movie? she did release wildest dreams (tv) in response to a tiktok trend, after all. (the two simultaneous era merch drops is harder to explain, though) (also sorry if this has already been discussed elsewhere, you're literally the only swiftie i follow, lol)
I think anything is possible at this point and to say otherwise is hubris!!!!! I'm personally hoping/thinking that this all means she's dropping 1989 TV and Speak Now TV in 2022 but at least a couple weeks apart – maybe 1989 and June (or even late May 👀) and Speak Now in July (pls pls Enchanted single release on July 9th).
Other speculation includes: double release of 1989/SN TV coming up, OR she bought her masters (the new merch doesn't say Taylor's Version, though This Love obviously does) and the merch drop is a celebration of that (see: it being listed as the "old Taylor collection") and/or she is going to just drop all the rerecords she has done to date so we can enjoy them (in which case I say pls pls pls do not leave us without updated vocals for debut...)
BUT YEAH ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IT'S JUST A VERY TIME TO BE A SWIFTIE
Hey everyone,
I've been a Swiftie since 2012, but just recently I decided to make a Taylor Swift fan page! Since Midnights was so close to release I waited and created my account in honor of the new album!
When Midnights was announced I didn't know what to expect, Taylor always manages to bring something different and new to the table when it comes to releases.
I woke up at 5:40am because the album came out at 6:00am in my time zone!
I loved every single song on the album, they are so unique!
The vibe of the album gives off summer vibes that also include sleepless nights that make you question all of your decisions that brought you to where you are now.
Before release I claimed Karma and that was one of the best claims ever since I ended up loving that song! If I have to pick a favourite it's probably Vigilante Shit, it gives off badass energy!
The bonus tracks from Midnights (3am Edition) are all so amazing, I can't pick a favourite but I love Paris and Glitch. We finally got a closure for the glitch in the Wildest Dreams (Taylor's Version) tiktok!
The Anti-hero music video is one of Taylor's best projects, it captures serious topics while still having a fun vibe to it. I can confirm that Taylor Swift is an outstanding producer.
Even though my day has been pretty stressful, Midnights managed to turn it into a positive experience, I can't wait to see the next music video and stream Midnights!
