My insurance ran out and I had to pay out of pocket for my physiotherapy session today. It's also a short pay week because hubby lost a day of work due to his inner ear problem last week

Long story short:

After paying the rent, this is the situation. Hubby Jon has about $160 in his account, not enough to get me out of overdraft. I'm trying to decide whether to cancel our meal kits or skimp on groceries, we can't afford both. I mean. Technically between us we have negative $55 so... we can't really afford either

I also have a minor medical procedure scheduled for tomorrow and I'd sure like to have food in the house while I'm recovering. It would be one less thing to worry about.

Starting to get really really annoyed with the number of gif reposters in the L&Co fandom. Tumblr has a way to give credit if you want to use existing gifs in a post. And if you want to see a collection of moments or a particular type of set that doesn't exist, you can request them from gifmakers, who will often be happy to make sets for you. Don't steal people's gifs!!

Still thinking about Spiderpeople (and people connected to those Spiderpeople) from the universes where it seems an awful lot like they’re the only heroes landing in a universe where it’s one of the Spiderpeople who’s surrounded by other heroes like the Avengers and the Fantastic 4, etc

And obviously because of this they’re gonna be extra careful about secret identities because of all the extra heroes who aren’t Spidey hanging around, and I’m just thinking about the Prowler (Aaron) trying to figure out if he’s alive or even existing in this universe while trying not to give away too much so he’s just like “who’s the coolest bald man you know?”

And Spidey’s like “oh!! I know exactly who you want!! follow me!!”

He brings them to Nick Fury.

Later on they run into what’s obviously a variant of Miles, who the other Spidey of that universe didn’t bring up because Miles isn’t known as “Spiderman” in that universe (maybe it’s like “arachnikid,” or it’s Prowler!Miles, or maybe he’s just going through a phase where he’s trying out a new hero name each week, etc)

So Aaron’s like “oh great, I can definitely ask him, but again I gotta be discrete because of all these extra heroes around” so he asks him in the exact same way he asked the other Spidey (“who’s the coolest bald man you know?”)

Miles also brings them to Nick Fury.

(Yes his uncle is still alive, yes the other Aaron is absolutely gonna tell on him)

Also! Because there’s so much emphasis on the other heroes handling “big stuff”, I like to imagine they all keep trying to insert themselves into the situation because it’s a multiverse situation which falls under “their jurisdiction” and Spidey’s just like “??? they’re all Spiderpeople tho, this is my thing, go away, shoo”

i think scar bigb grian team would be absolutely insane and i need it now for many reasons. One: look at double life. that happened. think of the angst potential. thats an entire essay. however the team would still function fantastically despite this. Two: Scar bigb dynamic is criminally underrated and i need more of it. Scar loves bigb and is his life series best friend (his repeated words) and loves to swindle him out of all his mortal possessions even more (see: third life and last life). bigb loves scar, is drop dead TERRIFIED of him, and finds him a nuisance. all in one moment. An absolutely insane dynamic that leaves me rabid every time they interact. Three: Grian and bigb. theyre besties your honor and i think them teaming up for a proper season is longgggg overdue. they wanna team sooo bad (projecting this directly into their brains). also with how weird grian+bigbs first interaction in SL was?? it would be even funnier if they teamed despite that and made eachother worse. also evo buddies and the relationship between First Guy With Weird Task and Watcher would be interesting lore-wise. Four: desertduo. post now. <- incredibly important point. Five: I think their dynamic would be super silly and unironically result in a *very* strong team that would probably last a while!
