I think anyone who says Von Trier's Antichrist is misogynistic and writes it off just like that may not be thinking deeply enough...

It is, in my opinion, a movie about the fall of man - the dangers of male hubris in dealing with troubled women (probably women in general). And, metaphorically, I see it as Adam and Lilith, not Adam and Eve.

Adam isn't taking care of Lilith correctly after the loss of their child, even though he believes he can do it better than anyone else.

Lilith descends further into madness and grief at their cabin in the wilderness while Adam tries and fails to improve her condition.

The landscape itself becomes hostile to Adam as Lilith becomes increasingly hostile...

Lilith loses it even more, and she physically harms Adam - accusing him of wanting to leave her. She physically harms herself.

Lilith eventually reveals that she saw their child walking toward the balcony but did nothing to stop him, indicating again that she believes she's fundamentally evil.

Adam frees himself from the weight of the grief - the grindstone Lilith bolted through his leg.

Adam kills Lilith, even though she's clearly been out of her mind and could've processed her grief in healthier ways if he hadn't taken her out of the hospital and chosen to treat her himself.

Adam burns Lilith's body, free to leave in search of a new wife to have another child with: Eve.

The ghosts of dead women who were accused of witchcraft and killed - read: they were likely also mentally ill and thought to be "witches" for it - appear and approach.

I'd like to believe the Adam character, called "He," never made it out of that forest.
