so, I renovated willow creek (and magnolia promenade) again.

willow creek is a small town suburban neighborhood with (unfurnished) homes in all price ranges + a sprawling downtown area equipped with restaurants, a nail salon, a clothing boutique, a gym and yoga studio, a boxing gym, a cafe, an office space, a small library, a movie theater, an a bowling alley. 

magnolia promenade is an educational complex that contains the local high school*, an auditorium (for prom, graduation, career day, etc.), a basketball court, and a swimming pool that is open to the public on weekends.

* I recommend using zerbu’s venue changes mod to make the high school functional with the “high school years” expansion pack.

Crick Cabana Renovation - Base Game Only/No CC

Residential; 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom

The first house renovation for my personal Save File, builded for the Climate family. I’ve made it a starter home for a four sims household and it is somewhat low-end-pc-friendly.

As an authentic shotgun house, the front and back doors are connected by a long hallway. I used bb.MoveObjects for some clutter, but nothing too crazy.

Garden Essence Reno

I renovated the BFF Household's home. I didn't change the overall shape, and I did my best to lighten the space a little. I kept Travis and Summer's room just as minimal as the house. Liberty, on the other hand, would have more clutter (color as well), at least to me anyway. I tried giving them space to hold parties , and such as I do see them as a social household. It's one of the renovations I think I really enjoyed doing on a higher level. It's playtested and you can find it on my gallery.

104 BARGAIN STREET

104 bargain street is a quaint house by the side of foundry cove, in willow creek. the home underwent quite a transformation through the years, after lydia spencer and rufus (her yorkshire) came to live here. now, it's really a beauty, with a swimming pool and all the needs of someone that's used to living comfortably. too bad that lydia is not very welcoming to the neighbors...

Ok, Willow Creek locals like to dine out! Here the second restaurant in the neighborhood: la vecchia trattoria

the original construction is by ratboysims, but i have completely renovated it inside and a bit outside as well.

I thought of this restaurant as something hospitable, family-run, and therefore a bit rustic. there is also space for feed your pets!
