Finding Fun In Indiana

This will be my first blog for the sole purpose of showcasing the fun and unique businesses in Indiana, particularly East Central Indiana.  In this day and age, we have to rage against the “same old, same old” feeling that is creeping into every town.  It seems that most towns look like the next town.  Every has the same chain restaurants, retail stores, etc.  However, if you take the time to look, you can find the fun and unique businesses that stand out and distinguish themselves.   From great food to different styles of clothing to just a great ambiance and everything in between!!!  To stick with the Fun theme of this blog, you will only find positive reviews.  If it is a great experience for me, I will let you know about it.  If it is something far less than a great experience, I will walk away from it and never speak of it again!!!

I will be posting my first full review in the next day or two.  I have the best of intentions to have 3 or 4 blogs a week, so let’s see if I can keep to that promise.  

Rage against the oncoming blandness of the “same old, same old” homogenized look that is infecting towns across the country.  Take the time to find that unique business that is worth the trip!!!

I have several locations I am planning to visit in the next few months to see how great they are and if they are worthy of word of mouth praise.  

Microbreweries, local distilleries, small venues showcasing great music, retail shops that feature the out of ordinary, a small business with great customer service, amazing restaurants, etc.
