haiiii u seem so cool :3:3:3:3.!!! do u have any tips on dealing with phantom limb[?] wings.? they're suddenly There and kinda making me uncomfortable w/ the outfit i'm wearing., it makes me frustrated

ah I've had this happen before, it's immensely frustrating I know!! here are a few tips to help (: (ALSO IM BACK!!!! sorry for leaving you guys in the dark, hopefully I should be more active now!!)

Rub the areas where your wings originate from. pass your hand over the area they connect to, this will convince your brain that there's nothing there and they should dissapate

Fold up your wings REALLY TIGHT and then try and "absorb" them back into you. your wings are an extention of your bodily spacial awareness (just like how if you close your eyes you can tell where your hand is) but since they aren't made of physical matter, you should be able to fold them in a way where they're not on the outside of your body anymore.

This technique I don't use often but it still comes in handy!! try to move your awareness gradually down your body, like you're scanning downwards. exclude your wings when you do this, that will make the rest of your body seem much more real and your brain should recognise the absence of your wings and hopefully the feeling will fade.
