⚠️⚠️⚠️Help a baby witch⚠️⚠️⚠️

Hi everyone!

First of all. It's been ages that I consider myself a baby witch, but I just read here and there things, practicing very few.

Yesterday night, new moon, I felt something was telling me to start changing my life and prepare things. Teas and infuses in particular.

I prepared:

- green tea and peach tea (for the day after, today)

- chamomile to use on my eyes

- a strawberry cupcake (?) aromatized tea that I wanted to drink right there

While preparing the last one, my mind was like 'the teaspoon counterclockwise to attract things to you' and pictured in my mind bringing towards me the change.

Today I felt fine for the first time after many months, I was able to finish my work, to work out etc.

Again, this night I felt like I wanted to do something for whoever helped me or gave me such a hint and since I still had the teabag of the chamomile I thought it was a good idea to open it and put it in a pot with soil as an 'offering'. But now I'm regretting it, because I did it out of the spur of the moment without really searching if it could mean bad things or could be considered something disrespectful and I don't know if I should remove the chamomile from the soil.

I did it with all the best intentions, I didn't offer it to a specific deity or entity because I didn't ask for the help of someone specific yesterday (maybe just the moon). What should I do?

What if I remove it and they think as if I'm taking away my offering and thank you?

I'm sorry if I'm rumbling and to you it sounds stupid, but please help a baby witch out. 😭

I know I should have done more researches but it was the first time that I felt such a compelling need to prepare something and offer something to the cosmos as a thank you.

Please let me know ♥️

A late post today from the City of Roses since I slept in late. The downside of moving back to civilization after living in a cabin in the woods for five months is there is artificial light everywhere. It's messing with my sun-linked circadian rhythm, resulting in all-nighters like last night. I was awake until six in the morning thinking about getting my life together and ended up starting a witchy bullet journal. This is the first page, an excerpt from Henry Adams Bellows' translation of the Hávamál with a dedication to My Lady. It is the part about when he right time for things is, a part of thankfulness and advice to sustain a better life. It's not my favorite translation, but 2019 is the year of just getting it done and not waiting until the stars align (metaphorically, I absolutely wait for the stars to align in reality. Happy Candlemas/Imbolc 🌱

Today marks the 1st day of Spring. I decided to draw goddess Brigid's cross in my journal. Traditionally made of reeds this symbol protects your home from fire and evil.

While I do love the dark and cosiness of winter, it is wonderful to see new life starting to bloom..
