I fully rendered a panel from the comic I’m working on for my Good Belos AU. I’m not entirely sure if I’ll render the comic fully in color, or if I’ll publish it in a grayscale render with some color added in for certain effects? I’m leaning towards grayscale but we’ll see once I finish adding in some of the text for this panel 🤷🏼‍♂️

At first when I'd learnt that Hunter wasn't able to do magic my mind immediately went "he's half human". But then I saw the grimwalker theories and blah blah blah

What if-I know this is sick-what if the grimwalker is of the child? Maybe that's why Hunter has pink-ish eyes and pointy ears! Maybe that's why Belos said something about Hunter being the one to look most like him and not exactly like him! BECAUSE HE'S WITTEBROS SON HFJDHIRH

Edit: never mind. I just remembered Belos saying something like "a better version of an old friend"

I don't think people understand how fucked up it is that belos is constantly cloning the brother that he killed, just to kill him over and over again. Like, he most likely sees each golden guard as, to quote belos himself, "a better version" of his brother. So he kills and stitches back together the last remaining fragments of his family basically torturing him for hundreds of years. This man is pure evil.

I don't think Hunter being renamed Caleb is a smart or healthy choice. Because that still most likely ties into Belos.

Hunter needs his own name. No question there. But it needs to be a name that is his own.

Not one that is tied into his past. Whether it be Belos and his job. Or his past as the original Wittebane brother. Which I'm going to remind you.

That the brother's name is most likely Caleb considering it came from Flapjack who seems to be the brother's Palisman.

He needs his own name. That helps him stand as his own person not a connection to his abuser. Not a connection to a cycle of abuse.

His own unique name. That stands alone and separate from all of it.

It shouldn't be Caleb.

It needs to be something else.

The kid needs his own unque name as part of finding his own identity. What it is? I'm not sure.

But for his own health I feel like it shouldn't be Caleb.
