Wings of Fire bases v2.0!!

Very excited to release these. I was gonna wait until I finished the redos of the tribe overviews, but those are taking way longer than I was expecting so I may as well release them now.

Rules:

These are free to use, and you can use them for ocs, adoptables, customs, references, whatever you need.

You can edit them to make hybrids or accessories or whatever edits you need, just do not remove the watermark.

Credit back to me when used and do not remove the watermark.

Feel free to tag me if you use them! I'd love to see what you guys make.

You don't need to pay to use these, but if you feel like being generous you could throw me a little money over on ko-fi to support me making more stuff ^^ have fun using them!

WOW I FORGOT TO POST MY BASES HERE!!!

A bit ago I made wings of fire headshot bases for all 10 of the canon tribes minus my hcs for royals.

Base rules:

I require both my signature to stay visible in the image and written credit (either my full username or Helsingvania, or a link to any of my accounts) at all times that my base is used

I allow heavy editing. Relineing, accessories, warping the base. I allow frankensteining with my own base, I don't allow it with others however.

You can share around these bases and edits as they're free to use.

you can use them for adoptables. As long as credit comes back to me one way or another

I don't condone bigotry or wings of fire nsfw. These bases are intended for a broad audience. Don't use my bases for these.

A group of dragons who disseminate a weekly newsletter around Pyrrhia, headquartered in the city of Possibility. The members can be identified by a greenish stain on their talons from the ink used (which is made from a blend of seaweed and squids ink)

Description: a somewhat dull nightwing with an almost dusty appearance but has sharp and intelegent eyes. underscales of wings are dull, and the star patterns aren't very bright compared to other Nightwings. Has final say on anything published.

Species: Icewing

Pronouns: she/her

Description: a gorgeous icewing whose scales catch the light in a certain way to make her always look like she's lit by a winter sunrise. She is a ruthless and harsh editor who puts up an impenetrable ice barrier to her decisions. Very careful with her use of ink to reduce staining on talons.

Name: Slag

Species: Sky/Mudwing

Pronouns: he/him

Description: an interesting hybrid resulting in a very strong and fast dragon. Is the strong man of the team often appearing on the scene of current events to report on happenings. Is mostly dark, like hardened lava with red scales that shine brightly like magma.

Columnist/Illustrator

Name: Emerald

Species: Sandwing

Pronouns: she/her

Description: Is particularly clumsy with ink and has very extensive staining on talons and forearms, even known to use her barbed tail for illustrations. Has paler eyes than most sandwings which reveal a striking emerald green in certain lighting. Always seen wearing emerald jewelry earing. Loves gossip.

Nightwing - Allows this version of Asra to read minds. Don't get it mixed up for knowing what you know more like hearing what you're thinking at that very moment.

Seawing - gives them their ability to glow on command and helps his connection to water.

Muriel (Mud/Ice)

I wanted to add more icewing traits but felt the mudwing traits just fit him way better.

Mudwing - this Muriel has scales resistant to fire/lava. While he can still get burned it takes a lot more to burn him than most.

Nadia Satrinava (Sand/Night)

Nightwing - Given this version of Nadia future vision. Aka the ability to get prophecies of things to come.

Lucio (Sand/Ice)

Icewing - can breath deadly ice breath

Julian Devorak (Rain/Sea)

rainwing - allows Julian to change the color of his scales to match his melodramatic mood

Seawing- glow that I'm too lazy to show off in this post

Portia Devorak (Rain/Sea)

rainwing - allows Portia to change the color of his scales to help her spying ways
