Izzy whittles wooden figurines (animals, mostly) for each member of the crew (sometimes a couple, if he feels like it or after he's gifted all of them with at least one figurine). His way of saying thank you for accepting him, for caring about him, for loving him.

He rarely gifts them in person, though, especially during the first round, more often than not just leaving them some place the crew member it is intended for will definitely find it.
