This quote helped me get through last month. 💜🌸 . Finding out I wasn't pregnant broke my heart. Hearing that the other 13 embryo's had to be destroyed cause they weren't good enough to freeze was even more devastating. It's so strange to have a living 'being' inside of you, even if it's only a few cells - and then it's just gone forever. 😥 . I felt so overwhelmed with anxiety - What if the other tries will be just like this? No pregnancy, no cryos. I don't know if my heart can bare that. 😞 . But this quote helped me remember that just cause my present situation is like this - it doesn't mean it will be the same next time. I need to have hope that one day I will finally be lucky. 🙏 . I know that getting a child is no right, it's not a given. But after this experience, I want it even more, because I know I will be a great mom. I have so much to offer, so much love, wisdom, and care. I genuinely hope that one day I will be blessed with a miracle. 🚨Don't give up the battle if you don't win it the first time.🧡❤️💛 . . I was 15 years old when I first went to a mental health clinic. I spend 1,5 years there to follow a treatment for (GAD) anxiety and PTSD. . When I was 22 I went to a mental health clinic again, 3 months this time to be treated for PTSD and GAD once again. . The following years I spend numerous times in clinics/wards either in a crisis or to be treated, but I just couldn't win the battle. . At one moment I gave up, I didn't want to go on anymore, I was tired and I was sure I couldn't win. . A few weeks later I met a psychotherapist, she teached me schematherapy, it helped me see all the different sides in me. I then realized my anxiety was so much more than that, it was so deeply burrowed in my personality that I had to work on that first. I'm still fighting the battle daily but now I know I will win. It might take me many years, but I will live a better life, and so can you.
