Hiiii, my name is Ivo (He/him/yours), I'm 23 and I am a trans artist and printmaker living and working in Vienna, Austria. After two years of exclusively posting on Insta, I finally feel confident enough to explore other social media platforms. I am a student at Kunstschule Wien, I'm organizing art meetups + occasionally art markets.

This print is a 3-color reduction linocut print (15x21cm), and part of a 4-part series called "Becoming". As you might've noticed, the color palette is that of the trans pride flag. 🏳️‍⚧️

After a forced break of three years, we are happy to finally be able to organize an evening with Kurt and Schorsch again. Our guest from Brooklyn is Kurt Waters and his husband George Karabotsos. In his luggage, Kurt Walters brings new works from his series "Bavarian Lakes" and "Desserts from all over the world" as well as individual pieces. Of course, the Bavarian lakes are not landscapes, with deer in the foreground and mountains in the background, and the desserts are not recipe illustrations, both serve as a backdrop or staffage for "grown man pictures", staged lovingly and with a love of detail. . . Kurt Walters is German-American with roots specifically in Munich, which is why his German is colored Bavarian. According to his own statements, he is a passionate New Yorker, but he is vehemently drawn to Munich. The evening will take place on January 21st from 6pm to 9pm. Hi all, long time no see, it's been a minute since I have posted, so I wanted to make a little update. I have a new posting schedule for 2024, I will be posting here every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday with a little update of my art for the week, and new youtube videos will be released on the first and third Fridays of each month! Here is what I worked on this week. I have been challenging myself to paint more portraits using unique references. I want to conquer “same face syndrome" this year so I have been working on these little study sheets. On another note, I have been absolutely loving working on these red backgrounds.
