And thats my workouts done until I come back from Japan!
I mean tbf, I’ll be walking and doing a LOT in Japan, so I don’t expect to lose a lot of progress but I’m going with the mentality of EAT WHAT I WANT DO WHAT I WANT so… yeah, THAT’s why I dieted and worked out afterall 🤣
So when I started I was at around 67kg and I’m now at 61kg! So not too bad for a couple of months, I can also feel my arms stronger and slightly bulkier which is nice, and my belly definitely feels less floppy too.
All in all this was great! Looking forward to continue when I come back, maybe with a different plan since its getting a bit stale now.
In any case I’m off to Japan in 2 days, I’ve been learning loads of Japanese and I can confidently say that 私は今もっと日本語を知ります!(⌒▽⌒)

It’s been awhile since I shared much about any physical activities. I felt the urge for a short Sunday night workout so I took 30 minutes out of my time I probably would have otherwise spent in the chair to do some stretching, pushups and light weight lifting. Time well spent! Bring on the new week!😎

So Imma just say I started November pretty badly. Seems I'm stuck at home cause I'm feeling like someone did punch me in the belly T_T So today I did focus on a yoga-part of my goals (and just a little bit of core stabilitat not to overdo my tummy). I also did proceed with eating 80/20 which is a good thing.

It's been a while and luckily my abscence is for good reasons. I moved to a new state and started school pretty much as soon as I got here, so I've been busy being a college student again. There's a little bit of a learning curve, but I've gotten A's in all my classes so far. I've been lurking and debating on what to do with this place recently and I think I've come up with a tentative idea that would be easy for me to stick with.
So, quickly, this was originally a blog I started to build my own story-based save file, including coming up with my own storylines and building each home. This halted pretty much as soon as I started school. I've worked on a handful a builds, but it's not a concievable basis for this blog anymore. I've also have been seeing a lot of cool story worlds, so I'm like 99% sure I'm just going to add my sims to one of those and work from there. I'll keep working on my own privately, but realistically I don't see myself being able to fully commit to it until after I graduate. Sorry, I'm a really slow builder on my best days.

But good news. I'm planning on bringing Bug Squad back! I will be doing a massive time jump (basically post-college) and start from when they're just entering their respective work forces. I tried playing High School years and I just couldn't get past the fact the students randomize every day and a few of the bugs I encountered. I'm going to add them and their families to a new save file with the new relationship dynamics and just play the game. I'll be working on this the rest of the month to start posting in May.
This turned out longer than I wanted. Thanks for sticking around. Feel free to ask me for households and builds to share on the gallery, I'm not gatekeeping them anymore haha. I'll post builds on here too as a finish them, but this place is making the official shift to story tumblr. I had great workouts this weekend.
65 min on the stair mill with a weighted vest, 2 days in a row.
And 10 miles on the bike after an hour on the treadmill sunday.Sunday.
The CBD gummies I love do affect my eating, which means I need to cut back on that.
I love the feeling though.
I am surfing thru the work week.
My next weigh in is the 14th.
It is January in the frozen north, I am trying to avoid the normal season depression. The happylight helps. Still taking SamE, and adding in St John's Wort, & happy tea as needed.
I actually feel really good alot. I have had some great days.
It is really hard to believe I am under 200 after so many years of struggle.
I am lighter on my feet, my endurance is better.
And... Idk. Might fuck around and do the Manitou incline for my birthday. I will research Temps & shit.
But I also saw Michael Franti is at Red rocks in May.
I am also trying to save money and get out of debt. So there is that.

Feels good to be back home and workout in my little basement happy space! 45 minute workout first thing this morning. It’s nice outside today which means it’s time to get some outside work done and enjoy the moderate temps while they last. Day 4 is mine for the taking!
