🚧Building shoulders…this post is for you 👈🏼 Cable Lateral Raises - Finisher 3 x 15 cable in front of the body - Right, Left Sides 3 x 15 cable in between the legs - Right, Left Sides 3 x 15 cable behind the body (you might have to lower the weight) - Right, Left sides. ⛽️Massive shoulder pump! Let me know if this helps (once you dare to try 😈…insert evil laugh) PS - If you do not have a cable system, try using dumbbells, with lateral raises, slightly in front of the body, directly on the sides, and then substitute a bent over rear delt flyes. ❤️ Like this post if you are trying to build your shoulders🎃
