DROP YOUR DX FOR VOX !!!!! Please and thank you.
I would like to preface all my posts on headcanons related to psychology and mental illness with a disclaimer: diagnosing mental conditions, especially personality disorders, can be extremely challenging. It's a complicated process that relies heavily on a psychologist's interpretation of facts, making it susceptible to biases. Personality disorders cannot be diagnosed based on surface-level observations and are not just labels that we can assign to people like in the case of MBTI. Additionally, I am not a clinician with any expertise in diagnosing people. Therefore, the following post should not be taken as a reliable professional opinion. It's simply my interpretation of the internal mechanisms that may be responsible for the behavior of certain characters in my fan fiction. Furthermore, I want to make it clear that I have no intention of stigmatizing people with personality disorders by associating them with villains. A personality disorder does not determine someone's character or make them a bad person. Some characters may be evil because of the choices they make, not as a result of their mental conditions.
Tumblr media
(I've already posted some stuff here so I'm not going to repeat myself.)
Okay, so, Vox has Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). It's crucial to distinguish this from "common narcissism" (people often described as "narcissists" by others just because they are egotist assholes; kinda ableist, you shouldn't do it because it's extremely stigmatizing towards people suffering with actual NPD) . While those individuals typically function well, those with NPD exhibit all the traits – grandiosity, egocentrism, attention-seeking, intense power fantasies – but as it's a disorder, these traits lead to inflexible and maladaptive patterns of behavior and cognition.
NPD has its roots in intense feelings of shame, low self-compassion, and self-loathing. In my interpretation, Vox has always felt inadequate. His father inherited an enormous amount of money, establishing a media conglomerate in the 20's. Vox's mother, captivated by the world of movies, used them to escape her reality as a trophy wife. Despite her dreams of becoming an actress, Vox's father, possessive and protective, prevented her entry into the entertainment industry. As a compromise, he made their son a child actor, with the condition that it would be temporary. When Vox grew older, he was expected to transition to learning business and other skills, ultimately to take over the family's empire.
So, Vox was never enough for either of his parents. His father thought of him as annoying and unserious due to his talkativeness and exaggerated behaviors, attributing it to growing up surrounded by actors. As for his mother... Vox turned out to be a terrible actor, struggling to convey emotions that weren't bombastic and over-the-top. Being a teenager is humiliating enough, but imagine being a teenager bad at something and forced to do it for a worldwide audience, when the whole production crew is annoyed with you. Fortunately, he grew up to be devilishly handsome (not to be a simp, I just believe someone must be handsome to endure the ethereal punishment of having their face swapped for a TV screen) and entertaining, leading them to make him a TV host and media personality.
Tumblr media
Anyway, NPD is all about creating a perfect self and projecting it to the world when you're deeply ashamed of your true self. It means that, no matter what you're doing, you're constantly concerned about how it looks to other people. You constantly play an exhausting game, trying to win gold stars of social admiration for every-fucking-thing, guided by superficial ideals of wealth, perfection, beauty, and, above all, power. One reason Alastor's existence bothers Vox so much is the fact that he cannot comprehend the idea of someone choosing radio over his "objectively better and correct" medium. Vox lacks the ability to understand nuanced sentiments, which ironically makes him thrive in Hell. In this anarchocapitalist, lawless society, survival of the fittest prevails, and this is a game he excels at playing.
Tumblr media
Generally, the best approach for individuals with NPD is to pull them out of delusional thinking by confronting their beliefs about the world and themselves with reality (it should be performed by qualified therapist, especially when someone hasn't completed any kind of therapeutic process yet). However, in Hell, Vox's behavior was no longer in violation of social norms; on the contrary, it was highly rewarded. Consequently, he completely lost his shit, became unhinged, and began acting on all his previously suppressed urges. He finally fulfilled all narcissistic power fantasies and became (almost) untouchable. Now, he's ready to kill anyone who questions him, seeing it as threatening to his fragile image of the perfect self.
Tumblr media
He exhibits strong bipolar tendencies. Most of the time, he's power-tripping in a semi-maniacal state. Periodically, he undergoes deep, depressive episodes, locking himself up in his apartment and avoiding interaction.
Constantly guarding this fragile image of the perfect self that he built is exhausting. The bigger this image gets, the more fragile it becomes, like a house of cards. And guarding it becomes more and more exhausting. But there's nothing scarier than the idea of the facade falling apart and people seeing him as he is: imperfect and vulnerable, damaged and ashamed, rotten and evil. Deep down, he knows he's unlovable, and it hurts. He knows that true love exists; he craves this ultimate form of admiration and devotion, but it requires vulnerability and honesty, which he's not capable of. He's only vulnerable with Valentino, and only occasionally when he's intoxicated or when Val fucks every last thought out of his body. He's very much a controlling top insecure about his masculinity, so the latter happens rarely.
Tumblr media
Also, drugs. Oh, do this man enjoy some coke. Other drugs and booze, not so much; they make him feel less in control. But getting coked up, going out, causing a scene, killing some poor souls, and relishing this feeling of being completely untouchable? Feels so good.
When it comes to Alastor, he hates him because he's jealous. Despite all his efforts—building a perfect persona, a perfect company, perfect entertainment—this stinky, outdated, and boring radio demon gets so much attention and admiration that should be his. Moreover, he feels that Alastor can see right through his bullshit. He's so paranoid about it that he's almost certain Alastor knows about his childhood traumas, about his death, about all his truths, and could one day broadcast it for all people of Hell to hear. So, he needs him dead.
Note: these headcanons (especially Vox's past) are very important part of my fanfiction. Please feel free to use them in your fics but I'll appreciate if you tag me 🩷

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
NOTES
[Name] - a famous actress signed under narukami entertainment of inazuma. most people are also aware that you have a good singing voice, but actually, you have only sang in public once (the variety show gained tons of viewers after that so the staff and cast of that show treasure our dearest [name] very much). apart from that, the only way the people can hear you sing is when scaramouche sometimes features you in his songs. a fan of miss kamisato ayaka (highkey).
Lumine - our beloved best girl. she is a widely known vlogger and influencer, mostly focusing on travel and lifestyle. she and aether also sometimes does guestings in variety shows (viewers love their banters and chaotic energy very much). miss girl here is [name]'s closest friend and no. 1 accomplice when it comes to making fun of her dearest twin.
Aether - the loverboy. same as Lumine; they are travel twinnies <3. sometimes (a lot of times actually) does challenges for fun. is dubbed as 'mr. worldwide'. may or may not be the secret boyfriend of a famous artist, which is related to why he sometimes asks [name] to do stuff for him. may or may not be the reason why [name] gets linked to the love of their life.
Yae - miss ma'am is a very fun character, a famous variety show host. miss yae loves tea and gossip, some even wonder why did she just not work as a paparazzi instead. people either love or hate her because of her personality. might have actually been cancelled via multiple threads on twitter but our resident fox never gave a single damn. 'i'm too busy enjoying my sake to even bother caring,' she once said.
Ei - everytime [name] looks at her, all they probably see is a walking atm (jk). miss raiden is the richest of the friend group because of their family assets (she manages them all what a girl boss). she is scara's older sister and is the group's sugar mommy. even though ei is not in showbiz, she is still known because of her amazing reputation when it comes to handling business. can't cook for her life.
Scara - a famous artist. he might be emo but that's okay, people love him for it. this jerk will usually disappear after dropping an album and will have the audacity to be present again after months just to release another one without any prior teasers or even official announcements. fans beg him to have mercy because for archon's sake, mister balladeer here never gives them time to save up for his albums. he rarely posts photos of himself on social media but once he does, people (even non-fans) eat it up and become feral.
Childe - most famous ginger in teyvat. is actually not part of the friend group. he is [name]'s childhood friend! is a member of the world-famous band dckz, and his stans' love language is apparently acts of slander. may or may not have mentioned in an interview (aired live on national TV) that he has a tiny admiration for this vlogger named Lumine (dearest Lumi still hasn't forgiven him for the amount of dckz fangirls flooding her dms). no one in the friend group knows that childe and [name] are friends.

Alternatives to RARBG for Free
Best Sites Like RARBG to Search and Download Torrents with these best RARBG Alternatives currently available on the web.
RARBG is a popular torrent site or torrent provider that was founded in 2008. It provides its millions of users with a massive collection of torrent links and magnetic links from various genres such as movies, TV shows, games, e-books, and much more. Due to legal issues, the site was shut down in December 2008 (the same year it was founded). Allegations included a violation of entertainment laws.
And the site was taken down for a week due to BREIN's legal pressure (an association that is responsible for the protection of the rights of the Entertainment industry Netherland). Many alternatives have emerged since then via the internet. There are numerous options available. So, to save you the trouble of searching for them individually, we decided to put together a list of the Best RARBG Torrent Alternatives for your convenience.
Alternatives to RARBG Torrent
Tumblr media
Here are the Best Free RARBG Torrent Alternatives to satisfy your desire for Torrent Files.
1. The Pirate Bay
When it comes to torrent search engine alternatives, the world-famous Pirate Bay is always at the top of the list. This torrent behemoth serves millions of users across a variety of genres, including movies, TV shows, games, registered software, e-books, and much more. Among its many strengths are its massive torrent file library and regularly updated index. The speed is adequate.
2. 1337x
1337x is one of the most rapidly growing torrent search engines in recent history. 1337x is the most versatile torrent provider due to its beautiful UI, massive library, and availability of adult content on the platform. The speed is incredible. Many users consider this to be their primary source of torrent links for their favourite movies and television shows. Furthermore, there are numerous torrent links for cartoons, games, software, and other items.
3. LimeTorrents
Nothing beats Lime torrents as a trustworthy and verified torrent provider. It is the most trusted source of torrent files, serving millions of people worldwide. Its main highlights are an extensive collection of torrent files on various genres such as movies, anime, games, and software. Except for one major disadvantage (for many), there are no links to adult content on this platform.
4. Yify Torrents
The most recommended torrent search engine for movies and TV shows is YTS or Yify (both are the same). The platform has the largest collection of torrent files related to movies and television shows. The content on this page is constantly updated and is available in 3D and high-definition quality. As an added bonus, many new releases take place here. So, if you enjoy Hollywood blockbusters and spicy American TV shows, Yify is worth a look.
5. Torrents.io
Torrents.io is a conglomeration of popular torrent websites. This platform gathers torrent files from a variety of torrent sites, such as The Pirate Bay, 1337x, LimeTorrents, and many others. The user interface is visually appealing. The tempo is quick. The torrent service provider also provides a wide range of genres, including movies, cartoons, games, and Porn. In a nutshell, everything is centralised.
6. Extra torrent
Extra torrent includes features such as a user interface and a library index for the user. This platform is one of the internet's most well-known independent torrent providers. It has a large collection of torrent files and allows users to upload their own without any technical difficulties. Regrettably, the website has been removed from the internet by legal authorities.
7. Zooqle.com
Zooqle.com, which sounds similar to Google, is a non-profit internet indexing service used by millions of people around the world. The website includes both torrent files and magnetic links to please users. It also employs the BitTorrent protocol, which enables seamless peer-to-peer file sharing. The only disadvantage is the user interface. It falls short of expectations and occasionally annoys users with intrusive advertisements.
8. Library Origins
LibGen (Library Genesis) is the only dedicated ebook torrent provider available online. It has a massive library that includes thousands of articles, ebooks, and limited edition releases. Readers can look through any ebook they want here. The user interface is fantastic, and the speed is adequate. The website was also embroiled in a controversy over a database that still contained paywalled articles and some academic content. But it went through it flawlessly and is now serving millions of people worldwide.
9. Kat.to
Kat.to, also known as KickassTorrent, is the world's most popular and controversial torrent search engine that is still in operation. It has a massive library of torrent files in a variety of genres, including movies, TV shows, software, games, and e-books.
10. TorrentReactor
Torrent Reactor ranks tenth on the list, thanks to its massive torrent file library. It is also one of the most trusted torrent providers. The website provides a massive collection of torrent files in categories such as movies, TV shows, cartoons, games, software, and much more. The search engine falls under the category of latest torrent providers, with a regularly updated index and the option of popular and latest torrents. To your surprise, authorities have taken down the website.
11. ISOHunt
The first legal torrent provider on this list is ISOHunt. It enables the user to legally download torrent files. The website has a large collection of torrents from various genres such as movies, TV shows, cartoons, new releases, and much more. However, the user interface is a shambles. However, speed is advantageous. Everything else is the same as it is with other torrent providers.
12. BitSnoop
BitSnoop, a new and distinct name in the category of torrent search engines, estimates serving 24 million torrent files to its users. The website is proud to have one of the internet's largest torrent file databases. The user interface is adequate. The speed is also acceptable. Without a doubt, BitSnoop will soon be among the most popular torrent providers.
So those are some of the best RARBG torrent alternatives. Please let us know in the comments section if you found this useful. That would be fantastic to hear.

Long long ago, a boy named Terry Vincent Winston grew up watching a lot of TV shows, which inspired him to work on a TV station. Because of this, he became asocial to everyone else—including his friends and families—and dropped out from school 5 times. He is a big fan of old-school cartoons and is also happens to be an artist, as he used to draw characters from one of his favorite cartoon show.
In his 20s, Winston is looking for available jobs for any TV stations but he can't find a single thing since he wasn't too much interested in becoming an actor; so instead he found The Puzzlevision Company, a multinational manufacturing multi-industry. The Puzzlevision Company is seperated by two companies: the main company where they produce Puzzlevision televisions, and Puzzlevision Entertainment for multimedia works produced by Winston. He used to be fine with ratings that are not under 3 stars, and 50,000,000 Puzzlevision TVs are sold worldwide.
However, with new shows produced with higher ratings than his own shows, Winston started to become a hypocrite and also a perfectionist as he started to worry about the future ratings on his shows. After new informations about him abusing his power as the CEO by manipulating his workers in order to have his shows flawlessly perfect came out, his reputation and public image were tainted. Due to this, he was fired and replaced with a new CEO that's kinder than Winston himself.
To hide his true identity, he programmed a mechanical body, decaptivated his own head, and become the being seen today. He also decided to make his own shows while not connected to Puzzlevision Entertainment.

aaaaaand thats it for todays episode hope you guys like it
(his backstory might change in the future but idk if i would)

'I'm in Love with the Villainess' Spin-off 'She's So Cheeky for a Commoner' Released Digitally in English
The first volume of Inori's spin-off light novel series I'm in Love with the Villainess: She's so Cheeky for a Commoner (Heimin no Kuse ni Namaiki an!) was released digitally in English by Seven Seas Entertainment. A physical edition will be released on February 28th.
Tumblr media
The series is a spin-off of Inori's Yuri isekai series I'm in Love with the Villainess and follows the events of the original story from the perspective of deuteragonist Claire.
The publisher describes the light novel:
Claire François has it all: beauty, brains, and the blood of nobility. As the daughter of a high-ranking noble, she takes her status and the according responsibilities with utmost seriousness--even as the king threatens to undermine his realm's stability with his visions of "meritocracy." Claire is nevertheless prepared to take this societal change in stride, until one of the new commoner students at her elite academy, Rae Taylor, turns her life upside down. Everything about Rae confounds Claire, from her behavior to her intellect to her bizarre fixation on Claire herself. Little does she realize just how much Rae will change her world, and how much she'll change Rae in turn.
Although the series follows the events of the original series, it includes new characters and events.
She's So Cheeky for a Commoner was initially released as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou. GL bunko published the second light novel digitally in Japanese in December.
Tumblr media
I’m in Love with the Villainess has been received positively by both critics and audiences, selling over 200,000 copies worldwide. It won 5th place in AnimeJapan’s 2021 annual Manga We Want to See Animated Ranking, notably beating out popular series like Spy x Family and Komi Can’t Communicate. YuriMother gave the second light novel a 10/10 score, calling it “A defining and relentlessly queer work in the next era of Yuri.”
A TV anime adaptation of I'm in Love with the Villainess by Platinum Vision is set to premiere in 2023.

"You must remember this...
Some might point out that Due South is just a TV show like any other. It was only meant to entertain. But to thousands of fans worldwide it became so much more. It’s light-hearted, but not shallow. It’s funny, but not silly. Characters and plot are well-developed, the cast is impressive, the music perfect, and numerous tiny bits and pieces make it stand out amongst its peers after thirty years.
There’s a solid and active fanbase of caring and kind people who are a pleasure to know. It has inspired countless fanworks - stories, artworks and more - created as a labor of love without financial benefit. It bridged cultural and geographical boundaries, allowed us to find friends we might never meet in person, but who are very dear to us nonetheless.
Benton Fraser isn’t a real person, though the thought is appealing a man like him could exist somewhere: maintaining the right in every sense of the phrase. Making the world a better place, perhaps not for everyone, but for some. Even today, isn’t he still giving us an example of how little things can make a change sometimes? That it’s worth trying, even if we might fail?
The show helped some of us to continue trying, helped us to get through difficult times. Maybe its original purpose is not so important, but what it became over the last decades. Therefore, there’s only one thing we can say to everybody involved:
Thank you kindly!"

Get to know the blogger:
I was named after an angel. They have appeared in the Bible as both male and female. They are known as, “the lion of God”.
I grew up in New York but moved to California at the age of 18 to be with a girl I met online. We were in a committed relationship for 15.5 years.
I currently attend UCLA as an honors student in Economics. It isn’t fun.
As a child, I aspired to entertain people, so I immersed myself in various art forms such as dance, classical and voice acting, contemporary art, and music classes. These interests led me to connect with a wide array of individuals, including voice actors from TV shows and games I adored, such as Teen Titans, The Batman, Metal Gear Solid and more.
When I was 11 I had a seizure which resulted in me going into a coma for several months. When I woke up I didn’t remember anyone but I had an uncanny ability to solve math problems without having to go through the typical mathematical process.
During my middle school years, my sister and I started modeling largely because of my god mother. I pursued modeling until the age of 16. I stopped because began to feel that the expectations and standards placed on me were unrealistic l. Thanks to our modeling endeavors and the influence of my godmother, a renowned designer known for crafting exquisite modern African wears for actors, actresses, and even models like Tyra Banks, we were fortunate to forge numerous connections within the fashion industry.
I won an art contest during my elementary school years, and my artwork was exhibited at the Guggenheim Museum for several months.
During my high school and early college years, I honed my skills in video games, ranking among the top 10-30 players worldwide in both single-player and multiplayer games, including Modern Warfare 2, Gears of War 2, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Overwatch and more. This recognition led to invitations to various events where I had the privilege of meeting game developers from companies like Bungie, Ubisoft, Infinity Ward, and Blizzard.
I graduated with 7 AA degrees with honors and a GPA of 3.99829. The lowest grade I received was an A- in my favorite course of all courses, modern philosophy.
I’ve also met various sports teams in the 90s including the Giants, Jets, Mets, Yankees, and the Knicks.

There are already numerous incarnations of Taskmaster, which started as a show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival worldwide. However, would the pair consider bringing the UK show to the US? "We're in New York at the moment and we're muttering about it. We think it could work," Horne mused. "We would love to do it. I'll say it, blatantly," Davies laughed. "I would love us to do it, but I think it would have to be a recreation of what we do on our terms. American performers coming into our world and abiding by our rules, and I think it would work, and I would love to do it." Horne continued, "Americans have always loved some British shows, like The Office and going back to Monty Python. I don't know why, but I think they have taken this under their wing. I haven't got an answer for you, and it might be because it's quintessentially British, but it's very different from anything on American TV. People tend to tell us that it makes them happy, and if they're sad, they can turn to it and escape."
Love the way they completely, 100% ignore the fact that they've already done an American version. They're not just disowning it, they're retconning it out of history. Which, to be fair to them, is what I'd been hoping they might do at some point. Pretend the first one didn't count and give it another go. A second American Taskmaster might also be terrible - I can think of a lot of ways America could fuck it up - but it might also be cool.
The way this reads is so funny, though. Alex explaining that he thinks there could be demand for Taskmaster in the States by reaching for options as wildly different as The Office and Monty Python, while ignoring the fact that one show that has been on American TV before, and is a bit like Taskmaster - perhaps not as much like Taskmaster as it should have been but it has to be more like Taskmaster than Monty Python were - is Taskmaster US. Though I don't think it became proof that British shows succeed in America.
Due to the show's popularity, the Taskmaster House has become iconic and is a character in the show in its own right. However, they have managed to stop the location, rethemed for each season, from being swamped by fans. "I think I can solve the mystery as to why it's not inundated by people. It's because it's horrible. It is quite grubby," Davies said. "It's a horrible, cold, awful little place that I'm delighted I don't have to spend much time in." "Anyone who comes there will go I can't believe I spent money on a plane ticket to see this."
Shut up, Greg. I have paid for my plane ticket already and I am absolutely going to go look at that house. I will jump up in the air and try to see over the gate. I will look at the golf course and say "It's weird that this is mainly a golf course and not mainly a house for panel shows." I have it all planned out. It'll be worth the plane tickets.

Pairings:  Amado Carrillo Fuentes x f!reader(Latina Reader) x Walt Breslin  [From Narcos: Mexico TV Series]
Content Rating : Mature 18+  Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warning (AT YOUR OWN RISK)
Synopsis: You have to take on the role of a musician to infiltrate a restaurant filled with high-level international drug dealers. There, you meet Amado as expected, However, it seems that everything is not going according to the plan anymore.
AN : Just in case you're wondering, in this story, Pacho is the same person as in El Paraiso de las Pandillas. I imagine him as bisexual. (Please don't attack me; it's just my imagination and has no relevance to real individuals.)
I used to think that I wouldn't continue this fanfic, but because there are still people waiting to read it, I thought I would give it another try. However, if it doesn't really work out, I probably won't update it anymore. Thank you to everyone who has been following and reading it all along. I truly appreciate it.

[1]ᅳ 𝐋𝐨𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐚 ✟
Havana, Cuba
1830(Military Time)
It has been over three hours since you sat and played the grand piano in the restaurant of the capital city. Your fingers ache from pressing down on the black and white keys as you continuously perform well-known classical pieces to entertain the sole guest here, who is seated at the large table in the middle of the restaurant.
A tall, dark-skinned man with an unruly beard and disheveled hair, always dressed in black and adorned with brand-name sunglasses hanging over his chest on the edge of his shirt
That is Amado Carrillo Fuentes, the target you've been waiting for.
You watch this man intently, alert and attentive. Since the mission began, this is the first time you have seen this man so closely. Close enough for you to shoot him dead without missing a beat.
But that's not the objective this time, and you're not playing the role of an assassin or a CIA agent. Here, you're just a "Camila," an ordinary female musician hired to provide some entertainment during an important meeting of the Latin American drug cartel.
"It's too long." Diego's voice crackles through the earpiece, sounding irritated. "Are you sure the intel is correct?"
It's not just him who feels irritated; you feel the same. "I risked my life to obtain this information. If I wasn't sure, I wouldn't be here," your words barely whispered, but the tone sounds like a shout
"I think this should be enough," says the voice that comes back, belonging to Waltz, with a Texan accent that is so familiar to you. "You find a way out, and then we'll discuss what to do next."
No way, you think, but you don't say it out loud.  You deliberately ignored that command.
Suddenly, your bare back under the yellow floral-patterned dress shivers as you notice three more individuals walking into the empty restaurant. They are dressed in vibrant, tailored suits, adorned with thick gold chains and expensive watches 'drug lord uniforms.' That's what Diego told you—the first rule of identifying suspicious individuals—and it proves very useful this time.
Those people are the most powerful drug lord syndicate in Colombia, called "Gentlemen of Cali" Today, they have appeared together, all three of them. You discreetly observe the two Rodríguez brothers, Gilberto and Miguel, They both seem like ordinary old men with no apparent threat. No one knows that beneath that façade, they are the heads of 'Cali Cartel' the most powerful drug cartel in Colombia, controlling over 90% of the cocaine market worldwide, ever since Pablo Escobar fell.
However, the most frightening person is Pacho Herrera, the second-in-command of the gang. He is still young, handsome, and charismatic, with a strong sexual appeal to both men and women (mostly men, as confirmed by one of the prostitutes who is your informant that Pacho is bisexual). His appearance is strikingly different from that of other drug dealers. The reason why this man often takes on the role of negotiating and bargaining for the gang's benefits is that Pacho is always able to fulfill his duties and responsibilities. He is clever, cunning, and ruthless.
Nevertheless, Pacho's relationship with Amado seems to be going well. As far as you have learned, Pacho greatly admires this Mexican drug dealer. Although it is uncertain whether their relationship is strictly professional or romantic, there is a high possibility that this negotiation will succeed without any issues.
Although you are sitting closest to them, you are still considered distant. There is no way for you to hear their conversation, but you can read their lips to some extent.
—I want to make an offer.
—What offer?"
—A transportation exchange with Cocaine and market sharing in America
—You want to compete with my gang?
—I don't want to compete, and what I'm doing will help your gang in America.
That's all you know, albeit not much. However, it's enough to confirm that these two gangs are indeed negotiating a drug trafficking agreement.
There was a tense whispering between the Rodríguez brothers before they abruptly stood up without touching the food on the table. They didn't look upset but rather seemed deeply engrossed in their thoughts about that proposal. As for Pacho, he remained seated at the table, continuing to sip his drink, and began to casually ask Amado, "How are you, friend?" while spraying empty words for several minutes before finally getting up and patting Amado on the back, saying, "Wait for a phone call tonight."
"What happened then?" asked Diego anxiously, but you didn't respond. At that moment, nothing else on that table could divert your attention from the remaining Amado.
Suddenly, he raised his face—the only moment you and he made eye contact without intending to. He smiled at you, and you felt an instant chill when you realized it was the most dangerous smile in both America and Mexico.
And the man slowly stood up before confidently walking towards you.
You stopped playing the piano immediately. The last note resonated in the air before it fell silent. One of your hands instinctively reached to the back, a familiar gesture, only to realize later that you hadn't brought your gun with you.
This was an unexpected situation for you, and the most unsettling part was that you had no idea of his intentions or what kind of danger might arise within the next few minutes.
Perhaps this plan leaked to Amado. Maybe you would die at his hands.
No matter how nervous you were, you tried to smile calmly back at him, the calmest you could be. Your heart pounded when he stopped right in front of you, closer than ever.
"You play the piano very well," was Amado's first sentence. "May I ask your name?"
"I'm Camila."
"And I'm Amado," he said, extending his hand. You shook hands, feeling like it was a dream, but the firm and rough palm confirmed it was real.
The man fell silent, contemplating something deeply in his heart. You didn't dare move again; you remained seated, still wary what was happening.
He must have a plan. That's what you're thinking right now
And Amado also had a plan for you, just not the kind you had imagined.
"I think I'll have to stay around here for a while. It would be good to have a friend with me. If you have no business and don't mind being my friend," he said,
You raised an eyebrow, almost letting your jaw drop.
You didn't react immediately. You knew what he wanted from you.
"Well, I'm just a musician. If you need..." You left a small gap for him to figure out. "I think you can contact some women from outside."
"No, no, not like that." Amado quickly waved his hand, looking surprised and chuckling at the same time. "I just want you to join me for a drink and sit with me as long as I stay here, that's all."
You blinked in astonishment, realizing that everything happening was beyond the mission and beyond expectations. No matter what, you have obtained what you want now, and you should leave as soon as you have the chance before anything bad happens.
But deep down, you also knew that this was an opportunity—a once-in-a-lifetime chance that might never come again.
You tried to smile again and chose to do the opposite of what you should do.
"Sure, why not, if you're paying"
You accept his offer
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Inside the modified black van, loud conversations in Spanish resonated. Before Diego's face emerged from the van's window, he glanced at his boss, who was waiting outside with American officers, his expression not looking too good.
"We can't contact Y/N anymore, but we know she's with Amado now."
The deputy police chief, who had just finished smoking a cigarette, exhaled a puff of smoke before squinting at Diego. "What does it mean that She's with Amado? Did they catch her?"
"Nah, I think she chose to stay willingly." Diego took off his glasses, a rare occurrence unless he was feeling stressed. "That idiot lured her to drink, and she said yes!. I've invited her before, and she refused all the time. But now she chooses to go with that scumbag drug dealer without a second thought!”
Julio chuckled, He smirked before extending his hand to slap him on the back. "Because you're not as handsome as he is, little boy."
"I don't see what's so funny." Walt spoke up, leaning against the van door with a tense expression: "She's in danger, and we need to get her out of there quickly."
"Calm down, White Boy." Julio's voice remained relaxed, knowing that the American officer genuinely cared for their lone teammate. "She's C.I.A. Somehow she managed to survive, right?"
"But the C.I.A. isn't God," Walt retorted. "She could have been shot and killed just like me and you."
Diego glanced at Walt and immediately decided that this was not about himself. So he quickly turned his face and stepped back into the van. There was a faint shout from one of the Mexican soldiers on the other side, suggesting, "If you guys want to fight, do it in a secluded place." Walt responded to the advice by raising his middle finger in return.
Such situations were common in the battle against drug trafficking. Sometimes the tension of the mission led to heated arguments
If Americans were like tongues, Mexicans were like teeth. Julio knew this truth well, as did Walt himself.
The Mexican man calmly lit up another cigarette, exhaling a cloud of white smoke from his mouth and nose. "Listen, Walt, I know that the C.I.A. is not a god. Americans like you have never been my gods, and I know Y/N is going to do something by herself. No one is controlling her. That means she believes in herself, and you should have faith in her too."
With his long, pointing finger, he directed it straight at Walt, locking him in an intense gaze. Fatigued eyes still held a spark. 'We're all tired, and we don't want anyone to die’ conveyed Julio through his gaze, leaving the DEA agent at a loss for words.
Walt wanted to trust in you, as Julio told him, but that didn't help alleviate the anxiety in his heart.
Because you were the youngest agent Walt had ever worked with. You were the same age as his younger brother, and you had a bright future ahead of you. Walt didn't want you to make a mistake, and he didn't want to do anything that would restrain you in any way.
Walt closed his eyes and took a deep breath. When he opened his eyes again, he saw a fresh cigarette being offered to him by Julio. Walt accepted the gesture by taking it and holding it between his lips, whispering a soft thank you. As Julio lit the cigarette for him,
They both stood there, smoking side by side, exchanging understanding through the smoke and silence. Walt gazed at the darkening sky as the streetlights gradually turned on one by one, illuminating both sides of the road. He took another deep smoke before turning to the person beside him and asking, "So, what do we do next?"
Julio smiled briefly, tapped the end of his own cigarette against the side mirror of the van, and let the ashes fall to the ground.
"All we can do is wait," he said.

Title: A Tale of Two TV Shows: Exploring LGBTQ+ Representation in "Glee" and "Schitt’s Creek"
Introduction:
In the realm of television, representation matters. Two shows that have made significant strides in portraying LGBTQ+ characters and storylines are "Glee" and "Schitt’s Creek." Both shows have left an indelible mark on pop culture, but they approach LGBTQ+ representation in distinct ways. Let’s delve into how these shows tackle this important aspect of storytelling and their cultural impact.
Glee: Breaking Boundaries with Bold Representation
"Glee," created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan, burst onto the scene in 2009 with its vibrant portrayal of a high school glee club. The show didn’t shy away from tackling challenging topics, including LGBTQ+ issues. From the outset, "Glee" featured openly gay characters like Kurt Hummel (played by Chris Colfer) and Santana Lopez (played by Naya Rivera), who grappled with their identities in a conservative small town.
1. Authentic Storylines: "Glee" didn’t just tokenize its LGBTQ+ characters; it delved deep into their experiences, showcasing their struggles with acceptance, coming out, and self-discovery. Kurt’s journey, in particular, resonated with many viewers as he navigated the complexities of being a gay teenager.
2. Representation Across the Spectrum: Beyond gay characters, "Glee" also introduced transgender and bisexual characters, broadening its representation of the LGBTQ+ community. Unique storylines like Coach Beiste’s (played by Dot-Marie Jones) transition and Santana’s exploration of her sexuality added depth and nuance to the show.
3. Impact on Audiences: "Glee" provided a platform for LGBTQ+ youth to see themselves reflected on screen, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. The show’s impact extended beyond entertainment, sparking important conversations about acceptance and equality.
Schitt’s Creek: Redefining LGBTQ+ Narratives with Heart and Humor
"Schitt’s Creek," created by father-son duo Eugene Levy and Dan Levy, took a more understated approach to LGBTQ+ representation when it premiered in 2015. Set in a quirky small town, the show follows the wealthy Rose family as they adjust to life after losing their fortune, including David Rose (played by Dan Levy), a pansexual character who owns his identity from the start.
1. Normalizing LGBTQ+ Identities: Unlike many shows that center LGBTQ+ characters’ struggles, "Schitt’s Creek" normalized queer identities, portraying David’s sexuality as a non-issue within his family and community. His romantic relationships with both men and women are treated with the same care and respect as any other storyline.
2. Multifaceted Characters: While David’s sexuality is an integral part of his character, "Schitt’s Creek" goes beyond stereotypes, presenting him as a complex individual with interests, flaws, and ambitions unrelated to his sexual orientation. This multifaceted portrayal adds depth to the show’s LGBTQ+ representation.
3. Global Impact: "Schitt’s Creek" garnered widespread acclaim for its inclusive storytelling, earning accolades from critics and audiences alike. Its heartwarming depiction of love and acceptance resonated with viewers worldwide, solidifying its place in television history.
Comparative Analysis:
Both "Glee" and "Schitt’s Creek" contributed to LGBTQ+ representation in television, but their approaches differed significantly. "Glee" tackled issues head-on, addressing the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in society, while "Schitt’s Creek" focused on normalizing queer identities and relationships in a lighthearted and affirming manner.
1. Depth vs. Normalization: While "Glee" explored the complexities of LGBTQ+ experiences through dramatic storylines, "Schitt’s Creek" prioritized normalization, presenting queer characters as fully integrated members of their community. Both approaches have merit, catering to different audiences and contributing to a more inclusive media landscape.
2. Cultural Impact: "Glee" and "Schitt’s Creek" left lasting impressions on audiences, albeit in different ways. "Glee" sparked important conversations about LGBTQ+ rights and representation, while "Schitt’s Creek" offered a beacon of hope and acceptance in an increasingly polarized world.
Conclusion:
In the realm of LGBTQ+ representation, "Glee" and "Schitt’s Creek" stand out as pioneers, each making significant contributions to the cultural landscape of television. Whether through bold storytelling or subtle normalization, both shows have helped shape a more inclusive media landscape, paving the way for future generations of LGBTQ+ storytellers and audiences. As we celebrate their legacies, let’s continue to champion diverse and authentic representation in all forms of media.
