i haven't cut it out completely (i really don't think i'd be able to) but i'm still doing much better, i've cut down from 6 shots per cup to only 2. i've also changed my sleep/eating habits so now i don't feel like i need the caffeine as much because i just don't feel as shit anymore.

Society really pushes it hard into you that you should not listen to your body. Ignore her. she is inconviniencing you. Her needs are disgusting. She is a fleshy burden. she can wait. now is not the time. But your body is all you have....she just wants to stay alive.. even if it makes no sense why she does the things she does, whether it be feeling hungry, gassiness that may not be socially acceptable, or having a panic attack.... Dont be mean to her. Its not her fault... Shes just a kid. Maybe its not a she, perhaps a he, an it. Or an animal or machine in your eyes. But you need to be kind to your body, listen to it even if it is stressful or difficult, and not get mad at your body I think....

Cold I'd sitting there, alone, pushing everyone away from him like he's been doing throughout the route.

Most people think he's a lost cause at this point.

Except one.

Hunted.

He approaches him, concerned. He knows he doesn't hate the rest of them. He knows he's just hurt.

He talks to him, letting him know it's okay to be hurt. He doesn't have to be unfeeling. And everything's fine now.

Cold gets jealous of how Hunted is recovering. He asks him coldly why he's not afraid anymore.

Hunted replies that he is afraid, but he trusts his instincts more. And his instincts tell him they're safe.

Cold doesn't understand. He doesn't know why, but he hates being so confused. He wants it to stop.

Hunted tells him that he should let himself feel hurt for a bit. It's the only way he'll heal.

And all Cold can do is think about whether or not that's a good thing as Hunted's called back to the others.
