The Daphnae quest in AC Odyssey and Ciara in AC Valhalla will totally give you trauma.
I will send my therapy bills to Ubisoft.
The faces on Kassandra and Eivor, the pain and burden.

Another concept (variations of the same concept really):
Eivor leaving Ravensthorpe likely sometime after Sigurd comes back. I don't know that she would willingly (i.e. maybe it's an exile situation) but that kind of depends on the version of it.
Version one was inspired by Wrath of the Druids, which I played After Sigurd came back but before finishing the game originally. She stays to help her cousin, Sichfrith, learn how to rule. I go back and forth on if it's Gen or is her/Flann/Ciara (pls pardon not putting the accents in I'm writing this down so I can try to sleep off a migraine) endgame. However it goes down plot would largely focus on what happens to convince Ciara she didn't need to leave and stay gone forever. Also would focus on Eivor as a teacher and mentor figure and maybe flesh out more of the backstory with her and Barid.
Version 2 is established Eivor/Hytham and she joins the Hidden Ones officially. Likely sometime between the arriving in England and the return of Sigurd from Fulke is when it is discussed more thoroughly and seriously but the official join happens after. Partial coincidence. Eivor ends up leaving to another Bureau for a few years, her and Hytham finding ways to send letters, though they are rare bc of the travel time. Once she has established herself she is sent back to England, her own apprentice in tow, to restart the Lunden bureau. Erke and Stowe welcome her back and welcome her living in Lunden, and some of the plot looks at the political stuff, some looks at how Sigurd deals with ruling when one of his key people leaves him behind, particularly given she forged many of those alliances without them meeting Sigurd, and the final piece looks at what reconciliation could look like in that context.
