What happened to the supposed rules of Tribal Combat?

On July 21st , the rules were laid down. No one from the family can interfere. WWE specifically stated before the match that one of the few rules of Tribal Combat is that no one else is allowed to interfere until the match has reached a definitive ending. That means not only did Jimmy break the rules, but Solo did too.

So not only did they ignore it for yet another lame #lolromanwins they ignored the rules they established. This feels like a case of #loltna

So are they just going to ignore this? Breaking the sacred Tribal Combat rules feels like there should be consequences.

The Bloodline storyline has entered nWo levels of bad storytelling. This is officially The Bloodline's Starrcade 97.

And they are gonna keep this going till Wrestlemania? 8 more months of this fucking bullshit?

Best thing they can do is have The Elders hold the Tribal Court of Roman, Solo and Jimmy with Afa, Sika and Rikishi appearing as said Elders. But I fully expect WWE to ignore the rules to benefit Reigns.

I fully expect a Bloodline esque fingerpoke of doom by Wrestlemania in the coming months because that's how bad The Bloodline has gotten.

The Bloodline story feels like a TV show that would've been great if they ended it after three seasons, but it made so much money for the network they extended it to 6 or 7 seasons.

Any of the possible conclusions they've had this year would've worked as endings (Sami, Cody or Jey) but they keep going. I think the week-to-week stuff remains really strong, but every Roman Reigns match is the same.

Roman Reigns is stuck at the top because he’s the only person who’s booking they’re invested in, not because he’s the only one with talent. Hot take, but overly protecting one guy to the point of absolute decimation of the entire rest of roster is just bad writing and booking.

Here are my suggestions for Collision:

no extravagant big screen entries with the ramps and stages, there's a small tunnel with some lights and fog machines in the crowd area and fenced off path through the crowd to the ring (think Starrcade in the 80s or WWE Backlash 2023 )

more fog

more pink and purple lights

the crowd will sit in almost complete darkness during the match

bring back paper streamers

wrestlers are encouraged to wear more furs and feather boas and glitter body spray

introduce a Spanish announce table

Since Punk clearly lurks here and also has full control of the show I'm expecting them to be implemented quickly.

So here we have Sting in Starrcade, Luger in Summerslam. The time was right to pull the trigger, the momentum was all there, people were rabid to see Cody beat Roman, but no, lol Roman wins.

Like, I don't even watch WWE, but I've been invested in this angle. But now it's like I just don't care anymore. This doesn't get heel heat from me, this gets "The moment is lost, they killed it, what is even the point anymore?" Even if Cody gets a rematch tomorrow somehow and wins, it would feel cheap by comparison.

They had a white-hot babyfaces with oodles of crowd adoration and momentum and inexplicably no Cena heat despite Sami Zayn and he still lost. Roman's reign (see what I did there?) could only be reasonably ended in the main event of Wrestlemania. What, are they gonna have him hold it for yet another year or have him lose on a lesser show?

yes I’ve been to a lot i think!! few wwe shows, raws smackdowns house shows and starrcade (ambrose rollins cage match teehee). few aew shows. tend to go to revolver shows whenever theyre in dayton (saw moxley vs speedball teehee). been to one gcw show would love to see more. all really fun!!
