Growing up, Draven had been a pretty happy kid. A single child, his parents spoiled him rotten, giving him anything and everything he could have asked for. Extremely outgoing despite his bratty tendencies, he could most often be found with Wren Romero for the first few years of his life. The Bowers household wasn't too far from the Romero property, so it wasn't unusual to see Draven biking over to spend time with someone else - even if he didn't always get his way.

How or why he imprinted on Salem Salazar was anyone's guess, but if she was in the vicinity, he'd follow her around like a little shadow, asking her all kinds of questions and just generally being an annoying kid, though she rarely seemed to mind. She was the only person outside of his parents he would insist on helping him with homework, even if she definitely had better things to do.

The Paradox shook up everyone's life, of course, and the first few months were scary, but tolerable. However, shortly after Draven turned eleven, his parents were slaughtered by the monsters just a few feet beyond their front door. Night had come quicker than he anticipated, and while his mother managed to push him inside and close the door, she hadn't been so lucky. He was found by Clara, completely shell shocked and barely speaking, but was quickly taken in by Salem, even though she was barely an adult herself.

For the first few years after his parents death, Draven was absolutely insufferable. He didn't do well in school and he cycled between being very sweet to extremely bratty to Salem for no reason other than he was feeling too much and didn't know how to process the grief. He always apologized, and still has no idea why Salem opted to put up with him instead of asking someone older to take him instead - he would have deserved it, too.

Around the time he was sixteen, the pair settled into a more comfortable sibling life balance - while often still bratty, Draven was no longer mean to Salem when he couldn't regulate his own emotions. Instead he would just lock himself in his room and not talk to anyone for hours and occasionally days on end. He loves Salem as if she were his sister, despite preferring life as an only child, and often sarcastically refers to her as mom when she says something he doesn't like.

Outside of Salem, Draven still has a pretty large friend group, because he needs to be social or he will die (for legal purposes this is a joke). He loves the company of others and likes it even better when he gets his way, but it's not a prerequisite of being his friend. He's very quick thinking on his feet, but also very stubborn if he decides he really does not want to do something.

Today, in honor of my birthday, I thought I would post about the Freshmen of the new generation of New Directions

They’re my tiny nuggets, and I love them with every fiber of my being.

First, we have Avery Stone

FC is Millicent Simmonds. Avery grew up on the wrong side of the tracks with her aunt (mom died when she was a baby, and dad abandoned her after learning she was deaf). As a result, she grew up cold, aloof, and untrusting of people besides her aunt. Worried, she decided that Avery needed to join something, and that happened to be Glee Club. At the beginning, Avery strictly sang in the back but slowly fell in love with singing. She also loves to knit, and likes to knit things for people she cares about.

Then, we have Reyna “Rey” Salazar

FC is the amazing Olivia Rodrigo. Rey used to be the meanest girl of the freshman class, until something happened that caused her to have a reality check and reform her ways. Using her powers for good, she joined the school newspaper and became a cutthroat reporter (she’s a lot better than Jacob Ben-Israel). Rey also used to be a champion gymnast until an injury cut her career short (her specialty was the balance beam), and she’s an organization queen.

Next, we have Clark McKnight

FC is my boy, Caleb McLaughlin. Clark is a fellow basketball player like Scott, and he took a liking to him. As a result, Scott took him under his wing and became like an honorary big brother. Clark is a massive sweetheart; like Chloè, he believes in treating people with kindness (the two of them mutually adore one another). He also loves playing video games and comics, and he learns later on that he is bisexual.

Finally, we have Ash Whittemore

FC is Wyatt Oleff. Ash is a quiet boy who doesn’t like to have the spotlight on him. As a result, he prefers being in the chorus. He’s a bit of a music snob, but only expresses it when he’s around people he’s comfortable with. Shockingly enough, he and Rey are pretty good friends (even though they’re complete opposites). Ash is an amazing artist as well, and he’s gay af which he struggled with accepting for a long time.

you were at wondercon in anaheim, california for your 14th birthday. you were on your way to the stranger things panel and you tripped over your own feet into someone. he had sunglasses and a red beanie on and he caught you.

"you alright?" he asked as you quickly stood upright.

"uh yeah." you said quietly, brushing yourself off.

"glad i caught you," he said, and held out his hand. "i'm finn."

you were walking around with one of your friends at target in downtown los angeles.

you were in the video game section when you saw a boy who was your age pulling his mother around the aisles.

"mom if i could just show you this one naruto--"

"jaeden for the last time no."

you stood in the aisle, watching the scene, giggling to yourselves.

"but mOm--"

"jaeden you are making a scene," his mother said, glancing over at you and your friend.

you were seven years old, and had just moved to chicago. your parents were unloading boxes and you were riding a tricycle up and down the sidewalk.

a little boy ran out of the house that was next door to yours. he ran up to you and stopped in front of your bike so you couldn't pass. he spoke very fast.

"uh hi i'm wyatt and i live next door and i wanted to say hi. do you want to be my friend?"

you giggled.

"yeah let's be friends." you said, getting off your bike. "i'm y/n."

you were at a local skate park in los angeles and you were getting ready to go home. you were putting on your backpack when a boy (reasonably shorter than you) skated over to you.

"wait," he said, unclipping his helmet.

you smiled at the boy. he was visibly nervous.

"y/n," your mom said, yanking your arm as you tried to sneak past her to the kitchen. "this is jeremy."

"hi..." you mumbled, staring at your feet.

you were currently at your mom's work party. you had been sneaking around, trying not to draw attention to yourself. it was mostly grownups at the party, but your mom had found the only other eight year old there, and wanted you to make a friend.

"hi..." the boy repeated back, just as embarrassed as you were, seeing as if his mom was pushing him to talk to you as well.

"why don't you guys go play in the living room? watch a show or something?"

you nodded and walked towards the tv room, and he followed. you sat down on the couch and he sat next to you as you grabbed the remote.

“You don’t understand.”

“Then help me to.” You pleaded, as Stan shook his head lightly, obviously becoming impatient with you. Though you were too stubborn to leave. As always, his face was too expressionless to read so everything he said or was going to say was unpredictable, which didn’t help the situation. 

“I just-” He begun, but cut himself off, a large sigh leaving his agape lips. You didn’t speak. You didn’t even move, in fear that if you did, he wouldn’t say what he wanted to. He looked down, as if contemplating on what to do next, and when he finally decided to speak, it felt like you’d been hit straight in the chest. “I wish i’d never met you.”

He'd mumbled it, though you knew he still expected you to hear it and you had. You'd heard every last word and it fucking hurt. So much that tears formed around the rim of your eyes, your chin trembled and there was giant lump that -no matter the force - could not be swallowed. It was uncalled for and frankly something you did not expect for him to say in a million years. "Fuck you." Your voice was weak, and sounded completely broken. Stan didn't utter a word and he didn't dare to look at you. As if you weren't even there to begin with. As if seeing you would cause him to feel the same pain you were currently feeling.

You turned on your heel to leave, but stopped abruptly, turning back around. "You know if it were you, we'd all go. We'd save you and you know we would. Yet you're too much of a coward to help save Beverly." Your words were based on anger, just as you had assumed his was, but you couldn't help it. Sometimes you were more honest than you wanted to be, but he was wrong. 

This time Stan looked at you, the same expression on his face that you'd had moments ago. "You don't get it." He mumbled, not trusting his own voice and you shook your head. "Yeah, you're right, Stanley. I don't get it." Your voice was raised as you threw your hands in the air, impatient that he had the same response over and over again. "How the hell am I suppose to get it when you don't tell me anything? I can't believe you! Beverly is your friend! Friends are suppose to be there for eachother, they're suppose to help eachother-"

You stopped yourself, and tensed your jaw, “You’re not even listening to me, you asshole!” In a fit of rage, you pushed on his chest, causing Stan to stumble back, a stern look falling on his face. “Don’t” He said vigoriosuly, regaining his balance before grabbing both your arms to prevent you from hitting him again. Though due to him grabbing your wrists so fast, it caused you to wince slightly from the strong, tight grip. Upon hearing your grimace of pain, Stanley immediately let you go, his mouth opening to speak.

“Save it.” You told him sternly, not wanting to hear it or argue with him any longer. You hated him. You wanted to hate him, but you didn’t which was part of the reason you were so mad. He made it pretty clear he wanted nothing to do with you and still, you couldn’t help the burning desire you felt towards him. Without uttering another word, you left, not daring to look back.

February 2021 wrap-up.

Every book, audiobook, tv show and movie I consumed in February.

The phrase ‘wrap-up’ is so boring. I want to talk about books, TV shows and movies, so I can’t even call it a ‘reading wrap-up’, however pleasingly alliterative that sounds despite the fact that ‘wrap’ actually begins with a W. One of my favourite YouTubers, polandbananasBOOKS (that capitalisation is loud) calls her wrap-ups ‘Stories I Ate This Month’ which I love, but using exactly that seems wrong. I genuinely debated calling this ‘My Media Diet’, but the word ‘diet’ has so many negative connotations to me, so I dropped that. Besides ‘wrap-up’ all in lowercase followed by a full stop is aesthetically pleasing.

The Hunger Games and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins (audiobook) I’ve read this series countless times. I read the series first time through six years ago, and, after finishing it, I just kept rereading it during silent reading time at school, so God only knows how many times I’ve read it at this point. This is actually the second time I’ve listened to this audiobook, and I still, of course, love it. When I first read it, this book stuck with me. It was the first teen book I ever read and, most unfortunately, put me into a dystopian phase. However, we got over that. I’m good now. I promise.

You know what this is about, but here it is anyway: in a dystopian future (of literally just North America, it never mentions what’s happening anywhere else), a country called Panem (literally the whole of North America) is divided into the luxurious, utopian Capitol, and thirteen districts, all of which gather or produce something for the Capitol. Some of the districts live in poverty, while others are afforded some luxuries but nowhere near those of the Capitol. It never really explains how this system came to be, but then there was a rebellion against the Capitol in which District Thirteen was destroyed, and every year two teenagers from each district are chosen to compete in the Hunger Games, where twenty-four tributes are put in an arena together to fight to the death, and the last person standing emerges victorious. It feels so strange to talk about the basic premise of this book without going into the rest of the trilogy, but I’ll leave it here.

I hate how the media washes this book out and plays it off as just another love triangle, which it barely even is. It has such an important message about society, and the fact that the media does that just proves how accurate it is. I can’t believe when I first read it I was actually Team Gale, but in truth I think that was just because I liked Liam Hemsworth better than Josh Hutcherson, which I still do, but not the point. Anyway, the narrator is excellent.

I’m not giving these booksa rating, both because it’s a reread and I like to base ratings off my initial opinion, and because the first time I read this book I was literally a small child, and part of my love is the nostalgia.

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by VE Schwab

This was the first book I read with my eyes this month, and I ended up getting the ebook because it was just so much cheaper than getting a physical copy - I may have invested if I loved the UK cover as much as the US, I’m ashamed to say (above is UK). It was not what I was expecting.

This book was much more contemplation-heavy than I was expecting and actually very light on plot. In 1714, Adeline LaRue runs away from her wedding and prays to Gods, wishing to be free, and is answered by the darkness, who makes her a deal: he grants her immortality, and she promises him her soul when she doesn’t want it anymore. He, wanting her soul, twistedly grants her freedom by cursing her to be forgotten by everyone she ever meets. Three hundred years later, she meets someone who remembers her.

It’s really about life, freedom and time - there’s no direct message or moral, at least not that I picked up on, but it really makes you think. I do enjoy that in a book, but not as much as one where i just love the story. I generally prefer books where I’m rooting for the characters, and it’s full of ships - the kind of stories you would write fanfiction about, but this is the kind of book that I think will stick with me. I take issue with how cliché the ending was, though.

Anyway, I’m not actually sure how I want to rate this. As a British teenager, I’m not actually that familiar with lettered ratings, and I don’t really want to use stars, but I think I’m going to suck it up. Maybe I’ll think of something else eventually.

Rating: 4.5 stars - books that get five stars from me are generally based on the enjoyment factor, but this book deserved more than four.

Arrow Season 1

I’ve been semi-interested in the Arrowverse/DC TV universe for a while, and finally took the opportunity to delve in. This show is so insanely CW - everyone has that look, it has that tone and it takes itself way too seriously. By the 23rd time you’re hearing it, the recap becomes painful to listen to.

This was the first show in DC’s saga - the show picks up as Oliver Queen returns home from being stranded on an island for five years after a cruise ship sank. When the ship went down, his billionaire father sacrificed himself to save Oliver, and left him with a list of ‘the people poisoning [his] city’. Upon returning home, Oliver becomes the vigilante who will eventually become known as ‘Arrow’ or ‘Green Arrow’ (currently unclear; I’m not a comic book person) but is currently dubbed just ‘the Hood’ or ‘the vigilante’, with the goal of taking down the people on the list. It’s very intense.

It took me about ten episodes to actually get invested - which is nearly seven hours watch time - but, ultimately, I’m glad that I did. Aside from the excessive CW-ness of this show, I love the characters and I want to see what happens.

Still, why is everyone so obsesses with Laurel? What’s so great about Laurel? I don’t get it. Felicity is 10000% the best character - she’s relatable, cute, and I high-key ship her with Oliver.

This little rant of mine was unintelligible.

Rating: 4 stars

Guardians of the Galaxy

I’m not explaining what this movie is about. Honestly. This was just a rewatch: I’m currently rewatching every MCU movie in chronological order (as in, starting with Captain America: The First Avenger instead of Iron Man). For every TV season I finish, I watch a a movie, and I alternate between movie series, one of which is, at the moment, MCU films. It’s hard for me to briefly explain my weird watching patterns.

I love this movie so much. It was the first really upbeat MCU movie, and I love the characters.

I don’t really have much to say about this, but if you haven’t watched MCU movies, please watch them. Even if you don’t want to, this movie is absolutely worth watching and you don’t need to watch any other MCU movies for context.

I Am Not Okay With This Season 1

I’m reeling from this show. I literally can’t tell whether or not this is getting a second season; it seems like it was meant to, but then got cancelled, and now I can’t tell.

This show follows a high school student named Sydney. She’s your typical outcast, and isn’t interested in getting ‘in’ - she’s best friends with a girl named Dina; they both came to their school around the same time and ended up friends, though Dina is your typical pretty girl. Then Syd discovers she has powers that operate based on her emotions, and I really don’t want to say anything else. But it does star Sophia Lillis and Wyatt Oleff, who you likely know as two of the kids in IT (the clown movie, not like computing).

Honestly, episodes 1-6 were very chill, more focused on teenage life than her powers, then episode 7 brought it. Up until the end of episode 7, I enjoyed the show and would be happy to watch a second season, but I wasn’t particularly invested or excited by it. Then episode 7. I would love a second season of this show. I have to at least know where the writers were going with it.

This show came out last year, and I only just got to it, but I can’t believe I haven’t heard anybody talking about it. It’s intense, it’s entertaining, and the first season will only take up about two and a half hours of your time (it’s seven 19-28 minute episodes).

Blue Lily, Lily Blue and The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater

I listened to The Raven Cycle audiobooks in 2019, and I’m not sure why because I didn’t even enjoy them that much. I did, however, decide I wanted to read Call Down the Hawk, the first book in the spin-off series, and that meant I had to reread The Raven Cycle since I had paid so little attention to the audiobooks, which I started in January and I love this series. Not what I expected from a reread of a series I paid virtually no attention to, but here we are.

This is book 3 in The Raven Cycle series, book 1 being The Raven Boys, which is a paranormal book in which the protagonist Blue, is the only non-psychic in a family of psychics, and has been told her whole life that if she kisses her true love, she will kill him. Then, on St Somebody’s Eve (Mark’s? I want to say Mark’s but I’m not sure), when she goes with her aunt to see the spirits of the people who will die in the next year, she sees one of the spirits, a boy from Aglionby Academy, the local private school, meaning he is either her true love, or she is the one who kills him, which in her case, could very much be both. Then that boy schedules a reading with her psychic family to help him find an old Welsh king, and there is so much more than that to this glorious series, but I’ll stop here.

I think my main thing in books and general media is the characters. They have to follow some kind of sensible plot, but if I’m not invested in the characters, I can’t get invested in the story. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever been so in love with a cast of characters, not even in Six of Crows - this story is so character-driven, and I can’t get enough. This was an excellent continuation, and so much happened, but it did feel like its purpose was just to set up the final book, so I didn’t enjoy this one quite as much as the previous two.

Rating: 4 stars

As for The Raven King - this was the last book I read this month, finishing it on the morning of the 27th because I knew I would have very little reading time from mid-afternoon until twenty-four hours later.

In complete honesty, I found the climax of this book to be a little rushed - we spend the whole series aware that Gansey’s looking for Glendower, but it never seems to be more prevalent than just their general investigations as to what the hell is happening. As a result, when it came to that in this book, it felt a little out of the blue (no pun intended).

Regardless, this series so well balances strong characters and strong plot where so many others fail, and I love it.

Rating: 5 stars

Fate: The Winx Saga Season 1

This show is a live-action rated-15 Netflix adaptation of one of my favourite childhood shows, Winx Club. And, honestly, you can tell.

I tried to watch this objectively, instead of complaining about how they cut some of my favourite characters and changed so many (Tecna, Riven, Beatrix, Stella, Brandon etc.). While I was upset about some of the cuts, I can agree that they were best for the story. Where in the original, every fairy had their own unique powers, this adaptation splits it into five elements: fire (Bloom), water (Aisha - on another note, screw Aisha, honestly), air (Beatrix), earth (Terra) and mind (Musa), though Stella still has light powers? Which is never explained?

Anyway, this follows teenage Bloom as she discovers she’s a fairy and goes through her first year at a fairy school called Alfea.

I’m not going to go too deep into this because I have so much to say about this show that i think I’m going to make a whole separate review rather than bore you with it now. 

Quality-wise, this show was mediocre, but enjoyment and nostalgia raise its rating for me because I’m biased.

Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo

This is both Bardugo’s first adult novel and her first novel not set in the Grishaverse. I read the Grisha trilogy for the first time years ago and didn’t like it that much, but followed that right up with the Six of Crows duology which I loved. I read King of Scars in 2019 when it came out, and started listening to the King of Scars audiobook just before I started reading this in preparation for Rule of Wolves at the end of March.

I loved this. I don’t think I have anything to criticise quality-wise - the characters had depth, there were plot twists and strong subplots, the world was incredibly well built, and the only thing that got me to put this book down was taking a week to start working on my own writing project (post coming soon). Because I took that week completely off reading, this book took me about two weeks total from start to finish, but it was so worth it.

This novel follows Alex Stern, a twenty-year-old whose friends have all been murdered. She was found beside one of them who died of a overdose, with the same drug in her system. But Alex can see ghosts, and, soon after her friends’ deaths, is consequently offered a scholarship to Yale University, on the condition that she works for the ninth House of the Veil to monitor the activities of Yale’s secret societies.

In complete candour, I found this book somewhat convoluted, though most of that was probably mainly my own poor reading comprehension. Regardless, I loved the plot, and am very highly anticipating the eventual release of its as-of-yet unnamed sequel.

Rating: 4.5 stars

Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo

So I actually finished this audiobook briefly after finishing Blue Lily, Lily Blue, but I’m tacking it on here because I forgot to add it to the list and already explained my Grishaverse experience in my Ninth House comments.

So, yes, I love this duology, and it really opened a new compartment in my writing brain, even though I haven’t really taken advantage of that writing brain until now (again, post coming soon).

King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo

I am realising I’ve read eight books this month, and nearly half of them were by Leigh Bardugo. Which makes sense, considering how much I enjoy her books.

This book is slower-paced than most of hers, but it does follow two (one of which splits again) completely separate storylines, and is still excellent and entertaining.

I listened to this for a recap before Rule of Wolves is released on March 30th.

hmmmm after all the Disk Horse in the fandom i really can say i’m trying my best to love all of them equally (and i think i do).  plus no matter what sibling i pick someone on here is gonna lose their shit at me.  so i’m cheating and saying LEONARD.  manipulative ass bitch reminds me of an ex friend who ruined my life.  fuck him and fuck her for that

i’m not done this one yet but so far probably the party’s over (e3).  i am so fucking weak for party scenes with Dramatic Gay Realizations

ooooh.  s2 has white bear which is my all time fav ep but s3 has san junipero but s4 has black museum!! they’re all so good i can’t pick

idk, i’m not too into the ship side of things especially in this one.  joyce and hop are cute tho

there is no winning w this question they are all so god damn dysfunctional.  i mean almost nobody ends up in the same relationship by the end of the season.  i just want all of them to be the messy found family they are and that is my (non)answer

i don’t remember actually!  i think my nan (she’s a badass, loves scary movies as much as i do) started watching it and told me it was really good, and now we’re keeping up on it together.

oh they’re all doing so good tho…  either sophia lillis or wyatt oleff bc they also kicked ass in it

which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5?

i haven’t seen black mirror in a while so it’s down to two…. and both of them are go-to comfort shows for me… ugh it really depends on my mood.  totc is less stressful tho as a rule

i mean one has 3 seasons.  do the math.  (do it.  ur assignment is due on my desk friday at 5pm)

if you could be anyone from 4, who would you be?

!! i mean the chance to have superpowers seems cool and all but i cannot lose my dad for them.  i’d be a fucking wreck.  i’ll pick dina, it seems like she has her shit together for the most part

would a crossover between 3 and 4 work?

like i said i haven’t finished ianowt so bear with me through any plot holes but YES ABSOLUTELY

so in the last st season, the byers moved away.  let’s say they moved to a little town in pennsylvania.  let’s also say they’re in the same timeline bc fuck you i’m god

and in this little town there is another short-haired superpowered weirdo teen who, somehow, is less well-adjusted than the girl who was experimented on for most of her life

so syd meets el at school, and through shenanigans, they figure out they both have powers!! what!!

i’m thinking syd could learn to control hers a bit better through el, and el could learn abt high school and more pop culture and making friends by not escaping a government facility and living in said friend’s basement for a week :)

will is a little bit of a space-cadet weirdo, stan is a little bit of a space-cadet weirdo… make friends maybe? i could see stan getting weirdly into dnd especially the rp side of it.  he probably plays a druid powered solely by Marajooana and thinks it’s comedy genius

WAIT get the whole gang from both shows into a campaign… hell yeh that’d be a mess i’d pay to watch

overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5?

ok bm doesn’t even HAVE a consistent plot and it’s still better than the Evil Russians™ st pulled out of their ass last season.  i love this show but i cannot defend it over that the plot has gone off the goddamn rails lately

oh 4, duh.  it’s way more my style tbh

a = attractive (what do they find attractive about the other?)

he finds attractive your whole self –the way you speak, the way you smile when you hear a joke, the way you grab out a piece of chips to eat it… typically your little features, because they are inconspicuous and tiny, but once wyatt explores one of them, he never gonna get enough from you.

b = baby (do they want a family? why/why not?)

now don’t, sorry uwu sure as hell. but later, when you two lived out your youths… yeah, definitely.

c = cuddle (how do they cuddle?)

arms hooked around you, his chin on the top of your head. when you two sleep, he drops one of his legs over you, reassuring that you won’t escape from him, not even to go to the toilet.

d = dates (what are dates with them like?)

literally the best dates –he wants to show you so many things, like skateboarding at night with light strips on your board, drinking smoothies and coke on the rooftop of your house. he often likes to call his friends too, only to show him that you, this intelligent, fluffy and lovely girl is his girlfriend.

if you want to go somewhere directly, just show him a way –he’s always ready to spend qualitative time with you.

e = everything (you are my ____ (e.g. my life, my world…))

f = feelings (when did they know they were in love?)

when you two were on the set of ‘it’, on the field (from the last scene) you two just sit after the tiring day. he bought two sandwiches and one thermos for the two of you, laying his head on your lap. he looked up to the rose sky, while you picked up a little yellow flower, placing in his curly, adorable hair, saying “that’s it, no you're the most perfect boy.” grabbing your hand, kissing it gently, he only said “i’m just trying”, heart full with love for you. 

g = gentle (are they gentle? if so, how?)

if there was a description for the concept “gentleness”, he would be the picture for the precedent-picture. giving you his hoodie when it’s cold or you’re tired, braiding your hair, helping you wipe off your makeup, just like the perfect gentleman he is. but other than that, he always ready to snuggling with you, or patting you while laying on his bed, watching your favorite movie ‘til sleeping. 

h = hands (how do they like to hold hands?)

only if he feels insecure, he wants to curl his fingers around yours, don’t caring about who’s staring at you. when he holds your hand, feels like he have now a lifeline (that’s very important to him, so just hold his hand whenever you want, and yo gonna get a very happy wyatt.)

i = impression (what was their first impression?)

when you came with sophia to the set, you were talking and joking with her –even if you had the fear of the first meetings. you two found a dog, patting and playing with him , slowly opening up to everybody, watching your very lovely personality.

j = jealousy (do they get jealous?)

he don’t jealous in his nature, but when another guy sits beside you, he always watching his hands and his eyes, and if they go somewhere he don’t like, he thinks that that’s the end of the pity party. but normally, he always looks after you, trying to have a seat int he near of –or beside- you.

k = kiss (how do they kiss? who initiated the first kiss?)

wyatt’s kisses are always full of love, never too sloppy, never too rough or intrusive –only if you want to, but when you’re ask him for the nasty things, he would do it, but only with paying attention. he never want to ruin you  or rip the confidence and sense of security –you are his little doll, who needs to be taken care for.

wyatt kissed you first on the set of ‘it’, before a shooting, you sat behind him and started to ruffle his hair, trying to get even fuzzier and fuzzier, he suddenly grabbed your hands, turned around and pulled you closer to a hug, then you turned your head to his hide, looking into his eyes, slowly kissing each other in the warmness of his presence. 

l = love (who says ‘i love you’ first?)

 right atfer your first kiss, he stroked your cheeks, just as you his curly locks, tucking you in his arms, chin on the top of your head, closing his eyes as you sat in his lap. 

“you don’t need to prepare?” you whispered, the hair on the crown of your head tickling his neck. that’s the perfect moment, come on. 

“no, because i love you.”

m = memory (what’s their favourite memory together?)

when you went out to one sleepover at summer, he covered the big trampoline (in the garden) with blankets and pillows, bringing some snack too. laying at night, staring at the stars while talking or listening to the calm music from his phone, talking about sweet nothings –once he did this, he always gonna want to do, again and again.

n = nickel (do they spoil? do they buy the person they love everything?)

he always tries to, giving you the t-shirt or the shoes what you want the most on your birthday, buying you candy or chocolate bar if you’re in a bad mood, sparing his money to the concert of your favoruite concert –have i told you that he tries everything, when he see a chance? because damn, he always tries his best. and he’s super good at it, please protect my baby )):

o = orange (what colour reminds them of their other half?)

to him, you are pink. the color of happiness, the color of the baby and the gentle angel who you really are.

p = pet names (what pet names do they use?)

babylove –the most common. when you two were at one sleepover at jaeden, he grabbed a bag of chips while began to going upstairs. he saw as you picked out the best snack for the movie. „are you coming, babylove?” you turned around, giving him the sweetest smile ever, he was sure that he’s gonna call you again and again like this. between cuddles, at the shooting, sitting beside you while he’s sick and you try to take care of him –always the right spots, sugar.

marshmallow –he teases you with this one, ruffling your hair inhe morning while you’re in one of his hoodies, giving you a warm hug while stroking your sleep-aching back. your cheeks and eyes are puffy from the deep slumber, you reminds him to the marshmallow he ate last week –squishy, melty in the hands, and otherwise ultra-adorable.

doll, honey, baby, my tiny french potato –whatever name that cute and reminds him of you.

q = quaint (what is their favourite non-modern thing?)

his old comic books –he always ready to grab out ont he lazy afternoons, with a bottle of coke and a little nachos.

r = rainy day (what do they like to do on a rainy day?)

absolutely his favourite days –nothing has to do, just snuggling between soft blankets and pillows, sleepily listening to the raindrops ont he window –even better when it’s with you.

s = sad (how do they cheer themselves/others up?)

he don’t want you to see him sad –tries to handle on his own, but when he’s failing, you’re always with him to give him the protecting arms he needs. when you’re sad, he searches your favourite memes, and try to make pancakes –even if it’s end up with the easiest cup noodles.

t = talking (what do they like to talk about?)

with you, everything and anything.  but mostly, he likes to share his shower-thoughts with you. when he wants you attention, he begin to tease you with them.

„y/n, have you ever thought about that if we’re voluming something up, it’s like zooming in but with sound? or… have you every thought about if two mind readers are reading each other’s mind, whose mind are they reading? ah, wait! have y-”

„stan, please, not in the middle of my own shower-thoughts. buta s far as we go, have you ever thought about that everything in this universe is either pizza or not pizza?”

u = unencumbered (what helps them relax?)

speaking, bragging, bitching –saying out loud his problems helps him a lot, you don’t even need to answer him. just the presence of you, the consciousness that you are with him and he can share his problems, his thoughts –especially with you- gives him a calming media.

v = vaunt (what do they like to show off? what are they proud of?)

he’s just porud that you and him can trust each others, can lean on each other –literally, you and him are the strongest couple int he are, and he’s just really proud of it. he don’t like to show off, as long as nobody wants to stand between the two of you.

w = wedding (when, how, where do they propose?)

later, he wants to propose to you on a quiet, calmy morning, warm bodies pressed against each other. wyatt forces him to sit up, lingering to the night stand, kissing you for wake up. you are very sleepy, but surprised as well –but when he see the little dimple in the corner of your mouth, he knows that he was always ready to ask you that four words, from the moment when the two of you met.

JAEDEN Due to Jaeden's working schedule, you can't see him unless it's on facetime for weeks at a time

When he finally gets a break he'll come and visit

He doesn't care what you do, he just wants to be with you

You usually dance around your room with him to get out any frustration he had from set

Afterwards, you'll find a new show to binge

You put popcorn on your laps and he cuddles up next to you

He'll rub circles on your arm and lay his head on your shoulder

You 98% of the time see who can catch popcorn in their mouth from the highest point

(Spoiler alert: he wins all the time)

WYATT Wyatt had to show up to Comic Con for the past two days and he stayed extremely late

You would wait up for him by reading

He would come in and cuddle under your book

Of course you missed your boyfriend but you wanted to finish the chapter

Wyatt would poke your nose and squish your cheeks trying to get your attention

You'd either get annoyed and stop or finished

When you were done you cuddled with him and listened to the crazy fan interactions

JACK Jack's scenes always seemed to running late into the night

You would always wait on your bed for him to come over

No matter what you were doing on your bed, on your phone, reading, listening to music, he would jump on you

He would jump and attack you with kisses while yelling your name

Jack tickled you until you were crying then cuddle up into your neck

"I missed you"

You talk about the universe until either your head hurts and change the subject or one of you fall asleep

FINN Finn was spending a lot of late nights at concert halls

He had to help pack everything up after playing and was always drained afterwards

When you couldn't show up to concerts he would find you playing video games

After the concert he went over to your house to spend time with you

He sat on his phone waiting for you to stop playing your game but soon got restless

He put his head in your lap and sighed loudly

"Y/n, Y/n, Y/n, Y/n"

You knew he wanted attention so you threw the match and ran your fingers through his hair

BILL Bill had been staying at school late the past couple of days

Mostly for baseball and since he didn't get to see you during school

He comes over to your house afterwards

You always have some type of dinner left for him on the counter

He will sometimes disregard that since he just wants to see you

If you're working on homework in your room he lays down on your bed

Then has grabby hands in your direction

It always works to get you to lay down with him

He asks you about your day so he can hear your voice

STAN Stan had gotten a job over the summer

Which meant that you came to see him every day

Even though you saw him then, you couldn't touch him

He would come back to your house and sneak through the window

You always wait up for him, unless he told you otherwise during the day

When you're awake you'll play card games with him on your bed

You let him win sometimes when you can tell he had a rough day

If you are asleep by the time he gets to your room then he'll slide into bed behind you

He wraps his arms around your middle and pulls you close

EDDIE Eddie got a job at a local diner

He loved every second of it but something the manager had him clean the bathroom

That was when he had to stay late

He would go home and you would sneak in through his window

He would immediately start ranting about the sanitary status of the bathroom

You would take his hand and lay him down on his bed

You snuggled into his side and played with his hair

RICHIE Richie had been staying after school for some detentions

Obviously, he had been given them for talking out of turn

When he gets out he drives straight to your house

You're usually doing homework so he'll lay on your bed

If you don't pay attention to him in five minutes then he'll push everything off your desk

He just smirks if you give him attitude and reply with, "I want love"

So, of course, you can't stay mad at him

He rants about detention to you and what he did to get in it
