How to starve without boomerang effect
First off all don't start with eating 0kcal. Eat bread with diet coke and some fruits for a week or two. Then you can start to leave fruits and bread. Leave diet coke you'll thank me later. If you feel like eating and cant stop just drink a lot and water with salt or sugar. But the best of all would be if you just don't Starve and get a good diet !!!!
