Pride Part 8 explanation

Hi bubs, I was worried you'd get confused about the time jumps in the last part of Pride so I'll just explain real quick (thank you @xoxobysky ❤️)

The sequence is the one from Doyoung's perspective

The real present is Doyoung at work right before Haechan comes to talk to him after lunch. It's the day after the party from Part 7

Doyoung then thinks about his talk with his parents, which is in the past, a few days after part 6, after he left college, and several month back from present

Then while he was there talking to his parents he thought about the date, which was a day before that (like a memory in a memory)

Then present Doyoung thinks about the present, the party from the day before and how it's connected to his date memory, the concept of Fate

Then present Doyoung goes back to his talk with the parents to wrap the thought up

Then Haechan is like "Hey" and he wakes up from his thoughts lmao

I didn't want to add separations on that part because there were not really me telling the story but Doyoung thinking about those things and I wanted to show his thought process but also, putting everything in this makes me sad and I didn't want to lmao 😔also it was an opportunity to describe Doyoung's mind but also to tell the plot in a more interesting way. doing "doyoung thought about the talk he had with his parents a few months ago", "then doyoung went back again, thinking about the date he had the day before", "Doyoung then thoughts about the present" etc etc it's,,,, a little ugly 😔😔😔😔😔😔 like it's his thoughts but at the same it's just plot you know? idk how to explain

I often don't follow certain rules such as describing the thoughts with the "he thought" and I just splash it in the page, idk it looks more raw and I like it,,, 🥺
