your post about the sentient plants with aphrodisiac sap made me go feral (and quite a number of others, judging by the tags). Did you have any other thoughts about them or something similar that you feel like sharing? Or have you already done so and I’m just too dumb to find it?

I do have a handful of plant monster posts sprinkled throughout my blog. I forget what I tagged them specifically,,,,probably ‘plant monster’ or they’re mixed in with the ‘tentacles’ tag (vines are basically plant tentacles).

I have been thinking about some kind of plant-siren. Like a large flower lowering down to the ground before blooming in front of someone and releasing a bunch of pollen with the center pistil being shaped like a beautiful plant-person. Opening their arms and drawing the human in appearing to be nothing but friendly until they get their smooth, green hands around them and the petals of the flower start to shut…..
