If we go on the whole theory that Wukong didn't kill Macaque or doesn't remeber killing him and it was something else, and Yama is the next villain, imma need a scene where Yama Yama makes a reference to Macaque being in the underworld and Wukong being like, "What? When did that happen?" And Macaque being like, "You seriously don't remeber?" And then getting salty about it and after like a cool battle or something Yama says how Macaque's souls came down there and Wukong has a look of pure utter terror

(Yamraj had already granted two of Savitri's wishes as a reward for her dedication, apart from his condition to not grant Satyavaan's revival as her wish. Tired of her still following him, he turns to her.)
Yamraj: Hey would you stop doing that?
Savitri: Doing what?
Yamraj: Following me?
Savitri: You think I will?
Yamraj: .....Touche. Look... I know this is hard for you but I can't possibly return your husband's life.
Savitri: Oh that's okay I'll just follow you to the Afterlife then.
Yamraj: (sighs) Fine. One more wish. Last one. And then you leave me alone. Shoot.
Savitri: You know they were wrong about you being a prat. You're actually pretty generous.
Yamraj: Wait what-
Savitri: So here's my third wish...
Yamraj: Wait who were wrong about-
Savitri: ...I want to bear a hundred children with my husband.
Yamraj: Tathastu. Now get off my back. (Turns around to keep walking but then halts.)
Savitri: (smirks)
Yamraj:
Yamraj: Shit.

BHARANI - ruled by Venus, the beautiful. Associated with Yama, the god of the dead.
Is being beautiful worth anything if you’re separated from the one(s) you love by death? Or is death a barrier that can be overcome?
Does love transcend death?
OR is it a matter of not being able to let go.. which leads to rebirth - to reconcile only to die and suffer the pain of separation yet again..

I'm so honored to share two paintings by @kaite_xyxy which are based off scenes in an earlier chapter of my ongoing fanfic!
It’s been awhile since I originally wrote the flashback chapter, Chapter 24: "Oasis," but when I did so, I remember being really eager to start to peel back the layers on the unique relationship between Bucky and Ayo, and to show that those missing years in Wakanda were rough in some ways, but that they were formative and nourishing in other ways.
This scene in particular always stuck with me, and I am incredibly humbled that Kaite_xyxy was interested in lending her beautiful artistic style to illustrate this meaningful scene. It means the world to me to see how she captured everyone in such impactful, gorgeous detail.
This story is about a lot, but the bonds of friendship between these two is one of the cornerstones, and Kaite_xyxy captured that so powerfully here.
Please check out Kaite_xyxy’s Twitter and Instagram accounts to see more of her beautiful and emotive art (especially if you are a fan of Moon Knight)! Her style is so vibrant and alive!
Once again: A *huge* thank you to her for lending her artistic talents to capture these peaceful scenes in her lovely style.
Based on scenes in Chapter 24: "Oasis" - "Winter of the White Wolf," by KLeCrone (Read on Ao3 and FFnet)
