Some Way, Someday You'll Know My Name

The man quirks a brow at him, tilting his head a bit. Izuku thinks he catches the edge of a faux hairline. Not uncommon for people to wear wigs here, being a common diner for celebrities, and all. “Do I know you?” he asks, and Izuku shifts his gaze from the man's hair to his face once more. He tries not to focus on the scar. That's rude. Do not focus on the scar.
“Oh, probably not!” Izuku laughs. Directly at the scar. He clears his throat awkwardly. “Uh, I've been working here a few years. You just, uh, always…order that?”
The man hums for a moment, and Izuku wonders what must be going through his head. Does he think Izuku is creepy? Is he going to somehow call the owner and rant all about the weird server who stared right at his scar, very personal, thank you very much, and get Izuku fired? This is it. The end of his career that hasn't even truly started yet.
“Do I really always order that?” he asks finally, and Izuku's mortified inner self cuts off mid-apology script.
“Every time I've waited on you, at least,” Izuku says feebly.
“Huh,” the man says. “Well, yeah. That's what I want.”

The short story is that Eijirou accidentally called Mina fat, and that's why he's wandering the street looking for a flower shop stupid enough to be open at almost ten in the evening. The long story is that Mina came out of the bathroom nearly an hour later, and Eijirou had to sit and resist temptation that entire time, only for her to grouchily ask him to pay for half the damn thing. And Eijirou had said something to the effects of, “My fat ass didn't order a large pizza,” and before he'd even finished his sentence he'd launched himself to his feet and out the door.

Eijirou needs a bouquet of flowers, and Izuku owns a flower shop.

“So,” Denki says, rocking on the balls of his feet, “are you, um, how are you?”
Hitoshi quirks a brow in Denki's direction. “How am I?” he repeats, hardly sparing him a sideways glance (mostly to avoid checking him out unintentionally).
“Yeah!” Denki chirps, pressing the elevator button. “You know, besides finals week and all that.”
And while the elevator chimes, ascending to their floor, Hitoshi finally levels another look at Denki. “I've had about thirty-four cups of coffee in the last seventy-two hours alone,” he deadpans.
“Ooh, is this some kind of math problem?” Denki grins. “You know, like, Hitoshi has thirty-four cups of coffee in seventy-two hours. How many more cups of coffee will he—”

Shouto can't even formulate words. He shakes his head.
“What, really?” Izuku asks, tilting his head to the side nearly until his cheek rests on Shouto's knee. “You seem like the type who would have kissed like, a hundred people.”
Shouto hums in disagreement. At least he manages to make a noise, this time.
“Well,” Izuku says, and Shouto can practically hear the hesitance in his voice, “I think…it would be nice, to kiss you.”

“Our cat!” Katsuki shoots back, and he seems to not realize what he's just said, because the moment it leaves his mouth, Katsuki's face falls into a scowl and Eijirou's splits into an even wider grin.

“I'm Eri!” the little girl supplies helpfully, and with a thumb jabbed into her chest so Denki can't mistake her. “And this is my brother, Hi—”
“Hold on,” he says, covering Eri's mouth. “My name is worth more than two hundred yen.”
Denki flushes from the stare this man levels at him – the faint curl of his lips into a smirk, the vague disinterest in his eyes. “How much?” Denki asks, knowing full well that the two hundred yen are the only two coins he had on him.
“How much is that bike, Eri?”
“Ten thousand yen!”
“Ten thousand yen,” the man repeats. “That's what my name is worth.”
