Can you write a yandere concept for Bubba Sawyer (DBD)? I’m a bit surprised this hasn’t been requested earlier

Oh! I'd love to :) Here's my thoughts!

Yandere! Leatherface/Bubba Sawyer Concept

(Dead By Daylight)

Pairing: Platonic/Romantic

Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Delusional behavior, Attempted kidnapping, Violence/Murder, Clingy behavior, Breaking bones mention, Stalking, Forced companionship.

Bubba, according to the small amount of lore we're given, is a very emotionally driven character.

He entered the fog essentially after watching his family fall apart.

He follows The Entity's orders because he's scared and doesn't wish to disappoint.

That doesn't change the fact that he's a ruthless killer though.

However, I feel he's easily manipulated.

When Bubba grows attached to a survivor he'd seem them as family to appease.

He has a childish mindset, so "family" could mean anything from sibling or partner.

Either way he'd definitely be attached in that way.

Maybe he feels comfort with you in particular?

Something about you is warm and soft, drawing him in?

Something caring that he finds himself wanting?

He's definitely attached to someone who is considerate and caring towards those around them.

Like a team player or empathetic person due to his personality.

You'll notice his attempts at hunting falter around you.

In fact he often stares in what appears to be awestruck shock at you.

Any change of feelings catches you off guard.

You'll know things have fully changed in a match when you're the last one left and are quickly cornered by the killer.

Instead of dying, however....

He just picks you up, making some oddly content noises, before squeezing tighter.

You can tell it's a hug and are just in shock as the fearsome killer cuddles you like a teddy bear.

Bubba then reluctantly allows you to leave.

Yet that's not the end of his obsession....

Now you know Bubba has a strange attachment to you.

But you aren't sure what to do with it?

When in trials with him you try to relax yourself.

You do gens and notice he hunts those around you.

Yet you find him wandering over to you at times like he's checking on you?

He doesn't try to hurt you at this point.

If anything he watches you repair generators, occasionally reach out to touch your head/hair in curiosity.

For the most part he leaves you alone or expects attention.

It's odd but you use it to your advantage.

Fellow survivors aren't so lucky.

Other survivors are considered threats to his family.

That means he must get rid of them.

He'll be as messy as he wants to be while doing it, too.

It's like The Entity gives you to Bubba as some sort of treat.

He's done well and listened obediently, so he gets his favorite survivor.

You may even try to spare your fellow survivors by hunting Bubba down to distract him.

Said killer is ecstatic that you came to see him.

There's times you can keep him so distracted with paying attention to him the other survivors can do generators.

Bubba is somewhat easy to deal with at the beginning of his obsession.

Yet soon... he'll be tired of others having you.

Soon, he gets rid of everyone in the trial except you.

Then, he tries to trick you into basement.

In true basement Bubba fashion he'd try to keep you in the basement for as long as he can.

If he has to... he slams his mallet into your legs to limit your movement.

He hates hurting you as family... but he can't let you leave!

He just wants to hold you close and feel comforted in your presence.

You may struggle... yet he doesn't care.

In his eyes you're all he ever needs.

He hates to share.

Of course... Bubba can't keep you forever.

The Entity will eventually steal you away again.

It devastates Bubba when it happens...

But what's stopping him from doing this every trial he has you in?

.If scaring them off does not work well he will just have to make them into a meal for you. 

.When he does confesses he is nervous. 

.If you accept his love he is shocked then picks you and spins you around. 

.You are the best damn thing to happen and he will be the best husband for you his spouse.

.Well that will not do at all. 

.His mama already said you are part of the family.

He immediately got down on all fours to help you up and clean your face with his hands, staring at you like you were dying in his arms. Concered whines escaped his throat as he cradled you. "I.. I dont feel...too good.." You mumble. His mother pears in from the doorway, and her face lights up. "Oh my heavens! A new Hewit! I better get my knitting needles out for a blanket!" She cheered as she walked in. Thomas looked between you and her in shock before looking down at your stomach. He was still for a few seconds before he hugged you...a bit too tightly. "Tommy...too tight!" You wheezed, and he immediately let go before nuzzling into your neck. A few weeks later, your tummy began to expand. Momma Hewit has had you helping around the house, training you to be a proper wife and mother. Thomas treats you like a queen. Washes you, clothes you, feeds you, he'd do anything for you. Smell of sliced meat drifted up. Raw, drooling red. Sunlight beamed in through windows. Casting rays of warmth and heat.

Thunk Thunk Thunk!

Wood gently being chopped by a blade that pierced laid meat. Steak. Pork. Anything that a blade would grace itself with. A tall man stood, hovering. Black hair draped over his shoulders slightly. Mask covering his lower face towards his nose. Hiding whatever what maybe under it. Hazel eyes focusing. Rising his arm then swinging down. Slicing a large rib. Breathing slowly.

RIIIIIINNNNG!

He stopped. Clever at hand. Staring yet remained silent. Shift now ending. Letting out a breath. Eyes lingering on the meat that sat in front of him. As if he was contemplating. Hearing footsteps behind him. Not bothering nor interested to see who it was. Whoever it was stopped. Not close, just a few feet away. Thomas begins swinging down again before hearing a disgruntled voice speaking towards him.

“Oi. The shift is over. Go home ya animal.”

He stopped, holding the clever tightly. Looking at the man, who glared back at him. Eyes locked onto each other. Placing his clever to the side. Moving butchered meat into a container (or barrel). Slowly turning around after finishing. Glaring at the owner one last time before leaving his spot. His boots scraping wooden floors to dirt. Closing the steel door after he left. Letting out more breathes. Following his path. Silent. Feeling a cool breeze grazing him softly. Sunlight nabbing at him slowly. Taking more steps. Then a scent hits his nose. What seemed to be….. Cookies? This was new to him. Usually used to smell of raw meat. Curiosity slowly nawing at him. Following this newly scent. Seeing a small path. He took it. Continuing to trail it slowly. Letting out a breath. Before noticing a building a few feet away from a him.

A Bakery…

Has it always been here? He pondered in his thoughts for a second. Noticing it wasn’t far from town. Nestling by itself. Some chairs and tables settled outside. Gently pushing the door, heading a tiny bell going off. Then a voice spoke.

“Hello! I’ll be with you in one second!”

Raising his head. Taking a look at his surroundings. Seemingly the inside was a theme of western. Some wheels here and there. Bull skull hanging in front near the cashier. Soft music playing in background. Coffee freshly brewed with some tea that glowed from sunlight. Hearing clicking of boots. A female appears. H/c gently swaying a bit. Tying up her apron before moving her gaze up. Smiling.

“Hello! Welcome to Sweetie Bakery!”

Her voice sounded soft and calm. Not a hint of anger or disgust towards him. But he took notice of her nose twitching. Probably gaining a scent of dried blood on him. However she didn’t say anything. Not bothered.

“I’m Y/n! How can I help you today?”

“…….”

Thomas gazed at Y/n. Keeping his silence. He did move forward. Gazing at the options before him. He expected her to call him names or insult him under her breath.

But he heard nothing.

Y/n watched him with her e/c. Still smiling. Being patient. Allowing him to scan each option. He stopped, then gazed at Y/n.

“…….”

Y/n tilted her head a bit. Still gazing at him as he did back. Then his eyes slowly trail towards some pie. Mainly at Pecan Pie. Y/n, taking notice, smiles more at him.

“Would you like a sample?”

“………”

Y/n hummed, ducking down for a moment. Appearing up. Holding a plate with a fork. Setting it down. Placing on some gloves on. Grabbing a slice gently with a baking tool. Placing it onto the plate. Thomas reached for the fork. But Y/n, gently, tapped his hand.

“Hold on mister, let me get you a wet cloth show you can clean your hands for a second.”

Thomas looked at her. Seeing her turn away. Grabbing a cloth. Wetting it with warm water. Heading back over. Gesturing the cloth to him. Thomas gazed at it for a second. Taking it. He slowly wiped his hands to clear off any smell or remain of meat. Y/n gently takes back the cloth. Thomas grabs his fork. Cutting into this pecan pie. Jabbing into a piece. Rising it up to his mouth. Taking a bite. Y/n smiles at him ounce more.

“Do you like it?”

Thomas looks at her, letting out a small huff. To which Y/n took as a yes. Her eyes noticed something red.

“Oh your bleeding.”

Thomas wondered what she meant before noticing. A cut on his hand. Being used to dealing with sharp blades when working. To a point he doesn’t feel it anymore.

“Wait here.”

Y/n disappeared into the back before coming back with a med kit. Going around. Pulling one of the chairs.

“Go ahead and take a seat. I’ll take look at it.”

Thomas turned to her. Slowly heading towards the chair and sat down slowly. Y/n got on her knees. Opening her med kit. Using one hand, she took Thomas’s cut hand. But instead of roughly, it was a gentle touch. To him it was like a delicate soft touch. Y/n pulled out some wipes. Wiping some blood away before wrapping it some bandages.

“There that looks better.”

Thomas let’s out a breath. Y/n stood up.

“Hopefully that’ll heal up nicely. Better then it being accidentally cut further and then getting infected. Especially when working at a meat place.”

Thomas looks at her. Thinking she must’ve offended him.

“Oh sorry. I didn’t mean anything bad. It just when it comes to sharp objects when you cut meat.”

Y/n breathes softly.

“You must be thirst from working within that building.”

Y/n goes back behind the counter, humming a bit. Grabbing a cup. Gently pouring some sweet tea into a cup. Walking back over to him. Placing it down in front him.

“There you go.”

Y/n hummed, walking back to the counter. Thomas watched her. She wasn’t unlike many other folk around these parts. Harsh ones. Especially when it comes to him. Due to his mask and… face. But with you…. You gave no reaction of ill will. Instead, a soft and kind emotion was given. Giving a smile, and helping him with the cut he hand. Welcoming him warmly then harshly. Thomas slowly got up. Inhaling. Grabbing the cup.

“Oh wait sir!”

He looks at her. Y/n came over with a bag. Filled with different sweets. He looked at it then gaze at Y/n.

“A hard working man deserves something for all the work he does.”

Thomas gazed at her.

“Don’t worry about the pay. It’s on the house!”

Thomas gazed the bag. Slowly taking it. His fingers accidentally brushed with hers. She did not flinch nor pull away. Thomas takes the bag. Y/n smiles at him. Seeing him walk away. Waving.

“See you later mister! Hope I see you again!”

Bell chimed. Thomas breathes out. Feeling heat of the sun again. Taking his path once more. His chest however…..

Felt Tight.

Definitely develops this habit after watching you do it

He does worry quite a bit that perhaps something small will become dislodged and you’ll choke, so he becomes much clingier after discovering this fixation

Like Jason, the first time you do this Michael will stand and watch. Only he wont do it from afar. He’ll be much, much, much to close to your personal bubble.

Like he usually is. 

After about, say, a week of watching you from afar place a random article of things in your mouth and chew or suck them without much care, he decides to try something. 

Michael approaches you one day whilst you’re sat watching TV, mouth completely absent of your usual chewing devices. With one hand, he gently but firmly grips your chin and brings your face to meet his. And with the other, he lifts his fingers up towards your mouth 

Obviously you’re completely confused by this, oblivious to the fact Michael has been shadowing you, and gently pull away from his grip.

Only for him to lean toward you and gently push his fingers into your mouth, refusing to break eye contact

Which is when it finally clicks for you.

‘*silent and confused head tilt*’

Stares at u until u catch him and have to explain why you’re sitting there quietly with the end of your hairbrush in your mouth, instead of styling your hair with it like you said you would

Completely forgets this behaviour like a day after this incident happens, it’s only when he’s making another mask he wants to try something

Michael grabs one of the (clean) paintbrushes he’s been using for papier mache and places it on the armchair of the sofa, waiting for you to sit down and relax

And you pick it up. And place it in your mouth. Whilst he watches, completely baffled

It takes you about five minutes to realise you’ve been sitting with a paintbrush in your mouth, five seconds to realise how it got there, and two seconds to turn around and notice michael silently stood in the doorway

‘!!!!! Don’t put that in your mouth!!!!’

Instant panic mode, the Sawyers do not live in a well sanitised or clean home, there’s chickens almost everywhere, bones, and bodies!

Instantly grabs your hands and whatever object you were putting in your mouth and pulls them away, expressing his concern in the best way he can. Shaking his head repeatedly and pointing to said object

Does this pretty much anytime he notices you absentmindedly placing something in your mouth and chewing without thought 

Take! It! Out!

You’ll have to sit and explain to him its just something you like to do, its comforting and nice as well as stimulating. 

This understanding certaintly calms his nerves a bit, so he begins taking note of the different gadgets you chew on. 

Pens, pencils, your own fingers at times

Bubba will drag you away to the sink to wash your hands and whatever device you need to chew upon before you place it in your mouth

The Hewitt house is much much much filthier than the Sawyers house, and much like Bubba, it worries Thomas greatly when you begin picking shit up and placing it in your mouth.

The first time he catches you doing it he (gently…) grabs your wrist and yanks it out your mouth, looking at you as if you were crazy

Why??? Why are you doing this???? People have died next to that??? don’t put it in your mouth wtf???

Finds it very cute

Will sometimes just stare at you when you’re doing it for no reason. Which, to be honest, becomes kinda creepy after five minutes.

Especially when you’re both supposed to be watching TV and cuddling together, and the entire time he’s just been staring into your soul

Definitely the type to buy you some chewelry so you’ll have something personal (and stylish) to put in ur mouth instead of whatever’s around

Laughs at what she calls “your cute little quirk” and says she understands because she chews her pens when she needs to write something down, or enjoys sucking on lollipops

You have to explain to her it’s a fixation and not a habit, to which she lets out a “Ooooh!!”

Like Harry, she’s definitely the type to buy you chewelry. Except she’s very precise about it, wanting the colour and shape to match with whatever theme you both wear (because lets face it, she wants you to match with her)

The Doctor

He immediately notices those weird shapes in your pocket.

He knows that’s your insulin. Having experience as a real doctor was finally becoming some sort of use.

His beloved is diabetic, and he plans to abuse that fact to his own will. Every time you’re in a trial together, he’ll take away your insulin and snacks just so you come crawling back to him, begging and crying.

His heart flutters at the sight. Nothing could ever be more beautiful than his beloved on their knees begging. All for him.

When he notices that your snacks are missing one day, he immediately goes feral trying to look for snacks with sugar to keep you alive and sane.

He may be sadistic, but he deeply cares about you. He’ll always leave you for last, sometimes even letting you leave through the hatch.

He wants you to know that he cares about you, and that’s exactly why he must torture you until you lose your mind~

The Hillbilly

He’s absolutely confused.

He has no idea what “insoolin” and “snaks” are

All he knows is that he loves you and will do anything to protect you, so when he sees you munching down on some gummies in the middle of a trial to raise your sugar, he leaves you be.

When he finally knocks you down, he takes some of the gummies and snacks on them too.

He quickly looks forward to trying out your snacks every time you’re in a trial togethe

Soon enough, he’s happy to see you in every trial. Not just cause of your snacks, but because you’re you!

He wants to spend time with you, even if it means tying you up in chairs while your teammates have already been sacrificed. He’s smiling the entire time he “talks” to you, even if all he’s really doing is making senseless babbles

He hugs you and smiles, nuzzling up against your cheek.

He’s terribly terrified of the needles though. He throws a tantrum every time he sees them, eventually leading to him smashing the needles one time, causing your death soon after.

Good thing you come back with them restored. You just know now not to inject yourself in front of him

The Cannibal

Very similar to Hillbilly. He has no idea what insulin is, but he is very familiar to snacking down.

He likes to tie you down while eating your snacks, smiling and giggling to let you know he enjoys them

If another survivor accidentally leads him to you while you’re injecting yourself with needles or having a small snack, he makes sure that other survivor is dead and stays dead.

He beats them to the ground before placing them on the hook, only beating them more and more from there

You can’t help but feel terrified… yet also quite intrigued.

He still sacrifices you from time to time, like doctor, but it’s quite less frequent. He sees you as something small and fragile.

He finally has something he needs to protect agin, and he couldn’t be happier

🥀Yandere Self aware Nubbins (TCM game) hcs🥀

This wasn't a request.. but I thought of the idea and figured it'd be a fun write

Warnings: yandere trope, obsessive behavior, 4th wall break, self aware character, stalking

● I'm assuming for this concept that you're more than likely someone who mains Nubbins when it comes to playing as family. Always choosing him if someone else hasn't already chosen him during a match!

● The greasy feral man was your favorite, he could easily maneuver through gaps and crawlspaces to pursue victims, moved swiftly, and had helpful little traps you could set around. Little did you know the favoritism would be reciprocated.

● I mean he must be your favorite right? You play as him every chance you get! You always seem to have so much fun playing as him! He knew he was the best! Otherwise why would you choose him over the rest? The idea of being someone's favorite, your favorite, the favorite of what is essentially an omnipotent being to him, makes him giddy.

● He loathes whenever you're away from the game, or when you're unable to play as him in the match because someone else is. He dosen't want these pigs controlling him! He wants you to! Just you. You play him the best!

● You may notice when you play as survivor that all the hitchhiker players you encounter seem to struggle killing you. Even high level players seem to stopping irregularly, missing hits, going the opposite direction of you even after spotting you, and randomly falling over even when no one's barged them. Perhaps it was a simple bug? Lag? Or maybe you were just getting that good at the game?

● If you're playing as a family member and someone else has taken up Nubbins, then the issues aren't as prevalent. However the character still shows irregular behavior. Doing certain animations like stomping his foot, being stunned, or swinging at nothing, even when they're not doing anything that would warrant the animation to be played. Almost as if Nubbins was having a fit, but that would be ridiculous right? It's just lines of code.

● You may notice slight, changes in your game, ones you could easily brush off as luck. Struggling to get a certain perk in the skill tree? What do ya know you got all of them! Nubbins seems slightly faster than normal? Maybe you're just tripping yourself out! Were you struggling to hit victims sometimes? You're getting a few extra hits in now!

● Do you like hearing him talk? Do you smile or laugh whenever he says a line? Do you make comments and talk back thinking you're just talking to nothing? He seems to babble even more as you run around and slash as victims. Especially the lines you seen to like the most.

● Slowly the lines might change. He starts saying the lines he'd say to other characters, like cook, Johnny, leatherface, ect. Even when they're not anywhere in sight. Particularly lines that used words like we, us, our. Maybe they were nearby and you just didn't notice?

● Now I feel it would take awhile for Nubbins to do anything drastic such as look at you through a camrea, connect to other devices, or dig through personal information and files on whatever device you play the game on. If he eventually does however, it will certainly further his obsession. Especially if he finds out you're a fan of the original tcm movie, if you have merch, drawings, or even met his actor, it kicks his obsession into overdrive.

● Many of the irregularities you may notice can just be passed off as bugs, errors, player fault, or luck. Nothing strange. Nothing to indicate that the lines of code were sentient. At somepoint however, the occurrences get to the point they can't be just be brushed off as a faulty game.

● He starts speaking new lines, one's you know aren't in the base game. One's that are too specific. Too direct. Praising you, your skill, what a great team you two make. Insulting other players. Commenting on your appearance, your home, your voice, things you've been recently doing. Then the console won't turn off. The game keeps opening even after you close it. You get loded into rounds where there's no other players.

● Your best bet at this point is to throw out your whole console. Any tcm media too. Hoping he hasn't infected other devices, hoping he hasn't leaked into the real world. Could he? If he could do this what would stop him from going farther? Who says he can't come out from the movie itself? His original source? You'd never be able to know until it's too late.
