Do you tell him? How do you tell him? How do you tell the man who took you off the streets, has you living in a luxurious penthouse, sends you on endless shopping trips, and is practically catering to you that his best friend is a psychopath and possibly a murderer. You bite your nails worried about how Mingi would take the news if you told him, on one hand its the truth and Mingi should know the truth...on the other hand Mingi could possibly know and kill you for speaking up. That's probably what happened to the other women the Yunho mentioned.

The clocks hands seemed to drag as every minute felt like a year, the anticipation of Mingi arriving home felt like you were at the top of a roller coaster ready to go down the hill. 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes....you were about to go insane. Finally the front door opened as Mingi walked in hanging his coat. You jumped rushing up to him ready to greet him. Mingi looked to you and smiled gently...weird. You've never seen Mingi smile at you so warmly before, the only other time you saw him smile was when you two watched the news of the perv being exposed. The warm smile made you temporarily forget your main purpose of approaching him. "Your excited to see me" Mingi commented as he walked to the kitchen, "I am?" you blush as Mingi grabbed two oranges, he peeled one and handed it to you before peeling the other and savoring each piece of fruit.

You nibble on the tangy fruit as the silence comforts you both. Mingi cleared his throat as he looked to you "I was told that my...ex wife came here" Mingi began, oh yeah....Sara. Yunho had completely taken over your mind you forgot that Sara had came. "She did...she wasn't all that happy to see me" you said picking at the orange. Mingi frowned, he didn't like that his past was popping up, he didn't like that you now knew he was once married, would the arrangement you two had be soured by this fact, will Sara run you away...no, over Mingi's dead body will you leave him. "Listen...Sara is...a previous affair, if she comes by again let me know and I will handle her" Mingi's eyes turned cold, it scared you. The sudden change in tone and the cold look in his eyes made you back off from your original plan to tell him about Yunho.

"Anyway, we're going to cook dinner together, think of it like bonding thing" Mingi informed you. Cooking...you never learned how to properly cook, you either took leftover food from the soup kitchen or steal small snacks from the convenience store. "I...I don't know how to cook" you tell Mingi. The business man looked to you for a moment before nodding "It's ok Yunho's joining us so he'll help me out" your blood ran cold, Yunho's coming.

7pm would roll around as Yunho happily entered Mingi's penthouse, Yunho loved cooking with Mingi, it was a special bonding time for the two, it would remind Yunho of when they first met in high school. Yunho would see Mingi eating alone due to his asshole friends abandoning him their reason to leave was for Mingi eating slow, Yunho would join him for lunch from then on and those assholes leaving Mingi by himself suddenly disappeared. Yunho entered the penthouse holding a bottle of fancy wine. Clattering could be heard from the kitchen, Yunho giddily skipped to the area where he saw Mingi gathering pots and pans and you sitting on the counter watching him. Yunho’s mood slightly soured, he thought you would have gotten the idea to stay out of his way when he came over, guess you were more stubborn than Yunho thought.

“Yunho put the wine in the fridge and help me” Mingi called out. Yunho fixed his face and did as so “so what’s the plan tonight?” Yunho asked, Mingi pulled out ingredients “I thought about either kimchi fried rice or bulgogi” Mingi explained, Mingi looked to you “what do you want” you looked to the counter afraid to make eye contact with yunho or Mingi “um…how about kimchi fried rice” you said softly. Mingi took notice to your behavior change, “if you’re embarrassed about not knowing to cook it’s ok” Mingi smiled softly, the older man walked around to you grabbing your hand, Mingi guided you to the counter “here take out the kimchi and cut it in chunks” Mingi stood behind you as he grabbed a knife and guided you on how to cut the kimchi.

Jealousy bubbled in Yunho as he watched you two, how pathetic of you to pretend you don’t know how to cook to get Mingi to coddle you. Yunho prepped the rice as he watched you carefully cut the kimchi by yourself as Mingi cut up the green onion and garlic. “So… (Y/N), how’s life been since Mingi took you in” Yunho asked. You kept quiet for a moment wanting to choose your words carefully who know how Yunho will react. “It’s different, I didn’t have a lot of money before so I feel weird” you said quietly, Yunho hummed “so what did you do before meeting Mingi” you froze as did Mingi. Yunho tried to hide a smirk, the both of you were hiding something.

“I um…” you tried to think, “she’s a college student” Mingi blurted. Mingi wasn’t an idiot he knew if anyone were to find out that you were just some homeless women he picked off the street he’d be a social laughing stock. “Oh what do you study” Yunho asked. You look to Mingi who only nodded towards Yunho “n-nursing” you stammer out. Yunho refrained from rolling his eyes, nursing a typical answer, it’s easy to act as if you’re a nursing student given their busy and hectic schedule.

Yunho only hummed and continued to prepare the food, both you and Mingi let out a sigh of relief. The cooking would go by quietly as everyone was stuck in their own minds. Finally the food was ready, the three of you sat and ate the meal. “So Mingi, it’s almost time for our annual trip, do you have an idea on where you want to go?” Yunho said the smugness hidden in his voice. “Oh, I forgot…well we’ve been everywhere even visited some places twice…y/n where would you like to visit” Yunho could nearly break his chopsticks the way he gripped them in anger at the mention of you joining the trip. You look to Mingi and think, you’ve never been outside of Korea, you don’t know what the world is like, is it as cruel where you already are, or is it different being the arm candy of a wealthy man.

“Mingi she’ll probably be too busy with her school work to go on a trip” Yunho smiled his teeth feeling as though they may break with how hard he’s clenching them. “She can make up her work” Mingi said, Mingi was touched Yunho cared so much about your education however he felt bad lying to his best friend. “Now y/n where would like to go” Mingi asked again. You tried not to look at the glaring Yunho “uh, p-paris?” You say more as a question than an actual statement. Mingi smiled “Paris is perfect, you loved it when we visited right Yunho” Mingi looked to his best friend. Yunho forced a smile “ I did, it was such a great time for us” Yunho emphasized on the word us. “Then that’s where we’ll go!” Mingi beamed happy his two favorite people were going on a trip. Meanwhile both you and Yunho began to dread the upcoming trip with one another. One was for certain, only one of you would make it back alive.

initially, getting a sugar daddy was just a side hustle to help support yourself, a broke young adult. that was until you met him— jeong yunho.

jeong yunho whose parents ran a prestigious business in the city. jeong yunho, one of the youngest CEOs of the century. jeong yunho, the man who was so smitten with you the day his gaze landed on you one night in the club during a wild weekend.

but after you shared the night, exchanging kisses while your hands touched and explored each other, you couldn’t help but fall for him too. he’d left his number with you so that you could talk to each other from time to time. every time he’d come over, it always ended up with one of you being pinned under the other, bodies moving along together as your hips met with his. of course he’d never fail to shower you with lavish gifts— lingerie sets, a fabulous dinner, new shoes, you name it.

and it’s because of these displays of affection, you couldn’t help but think that yunho was only made for you— and you only. his attention was only for you. he was working to have you in his future. this wasn’t about the money anymore. he only belonged to you, and you to him— no one else.

your thoughts grew dark as scenarios of other people flirting with him filled your mind. whenever you visited him in the office, your gaze would darken when you see his secretary practically throw herself all over him, touching him too much, or leaning in too close. your chest tightened whenever his attention was on his co-workers, thinking that he’d prefer them over you. you didn’t like it one bit— yunho was yours. no other person could put their filthy hands on him.

you brought it up with him one night during dinner at your place. he assured you that he only had eyes for you, and you only but you weren’t convinced. you knew yunho had a generous heart, one that he tends to wear on his sleeve, and you used that to your advantage. you knew that if he saw you upset, it wouldn’t sit right with him and guilt would eat away at him.

“you said you loved me,” you cried to him that night, hugging yourself as he tried to approach you. of course it was all an act, anything to get him to fall for you. “or am I just some whore for you to fuck and show off as a trophy?”

you were pleased to find out that the week after your argument, he had fired his touchy-feely secretary and focused more on his work. you suggested that he hire you as his secretary and he agreed. at least now, you could finally keep an eye on him without having to follow him every night. plus, it saved you the time and money from having to install cameras in his home.

everything continued to be fine lately- at least for you that is. yunho started to feel suffocated with your attention, always asking him where he’s been or what he was doing in the time of day. he was just one minute late to his schedule, you’d tell him off about it. it had even escalated to you accusing him of seeing someone else. and every time he refutes you, telling you that you were being so controlling of him, you always manage to twist his words and turn it against him. and he couldn’t help but feel guilty afterwards.

“i’m only looking out for you,” you tell him. “i don’t meddle in your affairs. i don’t tell you how to live your life- i’m only asking about your wellbeing and what you’ve been up to lately. you’re starting to work late and come home late. is it my fault if i get worried?”

the cycle goes on. yunho started to feel anxious and irritated around you- it felt like walking on eggshells around you lately. he couldn’t even talk to his friends without you breathing down his neck about it. but one day- he decided that it was time for you to wake up and realize what you’re doing.

“that’s it, i’ve had enough,” he said during the middle of dinner, at your place again.

“yunho, please! we can talk this out, don’t leave me!”

he ignores your cries when he stands up, steeling his nerves. it’s just an act, it’s just an act, he tells himself. your calls for him fall on deaf ears as he walks towards the door, grabbing his coat on the way out.

you stop crying out to him, your thoughts being clouded with a dark haze. and before the tall man could realize what was happening, he felt himself being yanked back by a sudden force. he turns to see you behind him, surprised at the sudden surge of strength that filled you. your hand reached up to tug him down by the collar, one of your feet kicking his shin.

he falls with a yell, feeling the tip of the heel dig into his leg. you easily pull him down to the ground, your legs on either side of his body as you pin him down, your hand pushing a cloth soaked in chloroform to his nose. he thrashes under your weight and you surge forward to wrap a hand around his throat, making his gasp for air through the chemical-soaked fabric. he writhes under your hold, taken a back by the sudden piercing look in your gaze. gone was his sweet little _____ and replaced with a more devilish person. it scared him.

“this is for the best yunho~” you grunt, voice laced with fake sweetness as you fight against him. “i’m only looking out for what’s mine, you have to understand that.”

all strength drains from yunho’s body as sleep starts to consume him. before his vision fades to black, he sees you smile at him. a rather sadistically victorious smile than one that offered comfort.

“we’ll be together forever yunho, i’ll make sure of that. and no one- not even you- can stop me from making that happen.”

You sit on your bed reading a random book you had picked from the bookshelf in the living room. It had already been a week since you got picked up by Mr. Song and became his sugar baby, to say it’s been easy was a complete lie, Mr. song is a intimidating and stand offish. He either hides in his office in his penthouse or he’s off to a meeting, you felt like you were living with a ghost...or you were the ghost. The only time you would see him was at dinner where he made it a requirement to eat with him.

However you couldn’t really complain either, your life had taken a complete 180 as you were no longer wandering the streets of Seoul looking for food or a comfy place to sleep. You now stayed in a lush and lavish penthouse, you were served hand and foot, you got to go shopping as much as you please and even where you pleased, you were the happiest you could be. A knock came from your door as you allowed the maid to enter, “Mr. Song requests for you to meet him in his office” she said. You were shocked, Mr. Song’s office was off limits unless he called for you. You timidly walk to his large in home office as the black and gold doors loom over you, you knock twice “Come in” a gruff voice answered, you entered the office.

Large Oak bookshelves lined the walls, a large window gave a fantastic view of Seoul, a couple of movie posters laid framed against the wall notably Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Train to Busan. At the center of the room was Mr. Song sitting at a large black desk doing paper work, his reading glasses sat on the tip of his nose, his lips curled downward, his forehead crinkled in a frown. “You called for me?” you speak up, “Rule #3...speak when spoken to” asshole. You stayed quiet till Mr. Song looked at you, he folded his hands together and said “You’re attending with me to a gala tonight” Mr.Song pulled out one of his many money filled bank cards “get a nice gown, not too flashy, and get your nails and hair did...I don’t care how much you spend” You walk up to him and take the card.

You hop from dress shop to dress shop looking through various gowns, you finally pick a sapphire blue dress adorned in jewels a low cut revealing heavy cleavage. You get your nails and hair fixed as you head back to the penthouse, you spend almost a damn hour getting the dress on as you tried to keep your hair in it’s best shape. You slip on black heels as you walk out of your room to see Mr. Song in a all black suit his hair combed back, he was fixing his silver cufflinks. “Is she re-” Mr.Song looked at you his eyes widened at your image as you look to the floor blushing. Mr. Song cleared his throat as he looked away “Right let’s go” he said.

The gala was a giant fancy meeting between rich old men and young heirs, Mr.Song ignored you mostly as you latched on his arm and were dragged around from business man to business man. It wasn’t until you met his actual friends that you were acknowledged “Mingi who’s this gorgeous women you have with you” one of them asked, he was the same height as Mr.Song and had a puppy aura around him “She’s my fiance” you froze, he didn’t mention anything about pretending to be engaged. “Really? The Song Mingi is settling down?” another cackled his laugh similar to that red monster from a children’s puppet show. “Hush now Wooyung, I’m happy to see Mingi engaged after...his last one” the third friend with bird like features said. “To properly introduce ourselves, I’m Seonghwa Ceo of Shinestar makeup, this wooyoung Ceo and founder of Wommy entertainment studio, and this is Yunho heir to Jeong financial group” You smile and nod at the men “Where are the others?” Mr. Song asked.

“Hongjoong is in Japan for a meeting, Yeosang is celebrating his anniversary with his wife, San is in the Bahamas, and Jongho just didn’t show up” Seonghwa explained. “If I told them about Mingi’s new plaything they would be here no doubt” Wooyoung smiled eyeing you up and down, you felt self conscious as you remember your cleavage was showing heavily. Mr. Song picked up at your body language and cleared his throat. “Go get us some drinks” Mr. Song ordered as you nodded and left. You reached the bar and ordered, as you were waiting for your drink, you though back on what Seonghwa said, there was another sugar baby before you...is that why Mr. Song is so thorough on you knowing everything about him.

You shake your head as a man stands next to you “Are you alone?” he asked eyeing you up and down, biting his lower lip. He made it no secret he wanted something from you, you stiffen up and give him a cold look. “No...I’m here with my fiance” you answer. The man laughs at your remark “Fiance? You? No man in his right mind would propose to you...you’re not....the right image” he said. You were offended, so what if you’re biracial, you were just as much a native Korean as anyone else. The drinks were plopped down next to you, you eye the man and grab the liquor. You turn to walk away but the man grabs your waist, “Hold on now, how much are you getting paid? I can pay you more, just meet me in the private room in the back” the man’s hand slid up your waist as his fingers slipped between your breast, your hands were full and you didn’t want to cause a scene.

He placed his lips on your neck his hot breath itching your skin. You grimace as the man displayed this disgusting display, and no one helped you. “Let me go” you snarl at the man. His liquor scented breath burned your nose as he breathily laughed “You have no say in what I do”.

“But I do” Mr. Song growls as he walks up to the man, “Let my fiance go...” Mr.Song says lowly his eyes dark and unreading. “This thing is your fiance?” Mr. Song clenched his fist “She is now let her go” the man scoffed and shoved you away. “Do yourself a favor and have her get some breast implants, too flat” Mr. Song grabbed one of the drink glasses and dumped the drink on the floor. Mr. Song grabbed the man by the collar and dragged him out of view. You nervously walk back to Mr. Song’s friends as they notice your frightened look. “Where’s Mingi?” Seonghwa asked, “He dragged this guy who was harassing me some where...I’m not sure where” you explain.

Yunho picked up on the issue and excused himself as he wandered the building looking for his friend. Yunho checked each empty room till he heard muffled yelling. Yunho ran in to see Mingi pressing his foot on the guy his face bruised and bloody. The man had a glass cup in his mouth as it look like it would break at any moment, “Mingi...” Yunho sighed, Mingi held his hand up “You really thought it was a smart idea to sexually harass my girl? Even if I didn’t catch it, I would have found out one way or another” Mingi snarled pressing harder on the guys face. “Mingi let him go...” Yunho said easing himself closer to his best friend, “This prick was touching what belongs to me” Mingi snapped, Yunho knew too many people were around to clean up this mess he needed to get himself and Mingi out of there.

“Listen your girl-” “Y/N...her name is Y/N” Yunho sighed in frustration “Y/N...is by herself scared right now...you need to go and comfort her...I’ll take care of this prick” Yunho negotiated, Mingi stared at the man before scoffing and stepping off him. Mingi wiped his bloody shoes on the man and fixed himself walking away. Yunho look back on the man and sighed “Dumbass”

You sit in the car quietly as Mr. Song looks out the window, you wanted to say something...anything but you were too scared to do so. “Never wear that dress or any similar type dress again, do you understand me?” Mr. Song said, you nodded silently. Mr. Song banged the window next to him “Speak” he commanded “Yes Mr. Song” you say lowly.

You walk back to your room your head down in shame as you strip yourself of the dress and heels, you sit in the shower the memory of that pervert lingering around, his gross grimy hands on you, his disgusting breath filling your nose. You whimper as you scrub your skin clean of that filling, you take in deep breaths of the vanilla scented body wash to clear your sinuses. Your whimpering turns into sobs as you can’t escape the feeling and smell. Outside Mingi listens to your crying his heart wrenching at the sound but his blood boiling with anger. Mingi placed his hand on the door “Don’t worry my baby...I’ll fix it”
