King Dice - The Tower, The Empress & The Chariot

Note: Don’t worry, no one’s requested for these cards yet. Hope you enjoy your request! Word Count: 0.4k Warnings: Implied controlling behaviour, mentions of murder. Prompts: Can be found here.

The Tower - If this yandere saw their darling in danger, how would they respond/react?

Because King Dice would never allow his darling to go somewhere potentially dangerous, the only real threat to their safety would be other people. In that case, he would instantly teleport them to safety, before returning to where the two were originally so he can deal with the problem.

As this event likely occurred in the casino, where there are almost always dozens of eyes on him, King Dice will be sure to take the perpetrator to someplace private before ripping into them. If their foolish actions that put his darling in harm’s way were merely an accident, he’ll let them off with a warning. If they were intentional, however, he will not hesitate to kill them.

While he’s usually against spilling blood unless he absolutely has to, he makes an exception this time. The person that put his darling in danger will experience a slow, painful death at the casino manager’s hands before their soul is sent to Hell - a fitting punishment for anyone that tries to harm his beloved.

The Empress - Would this yandere want to have children with their darling in the future?

Probably not. He’s not particularly good with children, nor has he ever had the desire to raise any of his own, so he’s never given it much thought. However, if his darling wanted one, he would consider it. It would take a while for him to warm up to the idea, though, because he finds children to be annoying more often than not, and he’s not sure how to deal with them.

Another thing to consider is how it would affect his relationship with his darling. While having a child, even an adopted one, would make it harder for them to leave, it could also just as easily backfire on him in a few years’ time. He worries that once they reach adulthood, they might discover the less than desirable parts of their parents’ relationship, and help his darling escape.

For that reason, he would hold off on having children, at least until he’s certain he has his darling wrapped around his finger.

The Chariot - What freedoms would this yandere allow, and take away?

Assuming his darling is well-behaved, the only freedom King Dice would take from them is their ability to go somewhere without him. While he doesn’t mind being away from them for a while, having them around gives him peace of mind, which is why, more often than not, the two can be seen together or near each other. As for when he’s unable to be around them, he gives them free rein to do as they please, so long as they don’t leave the casino.

Judgement - Would this yandere ever open up to their darling?

Chuuya's walls are hard to break down, to say the least, but if you're accepting of him and don't fight him, I'd like to think that he would eventually take them down for you. It'll happen suddenly, perhaps while neither of you can sleep in the wee hours of the night, with you leaning against his chest, he begins to open up to you. He'll just sort of joke about it, saying it's only fair since you know so much about him, right? But he means it. He's being genuine. You're one of the only people who he trusts not to hurt him, even if he knows the way he feels about you isn't so healthy... indulge him every now and then, won't you?

The High Priestess - What expectations does this yandere have for their darling?

Basically, to be cute and love him. He'll take care of finances and material needs, so you don't have to worry about anything, so long as you greet him with a kiss when he comes home and snuggle with him at night. It sounds simple, but Chuuya can be overbearing with his affections and overprotectiveness. For example, if you ask to go out, he'll immediately assume you have an ulterior motive and want to get away from him, so you can scratch that off of your list (permanently, if he had it his way). You're only permitted to wear clothing he buys and do things he says are okay, so you're essentially... a doll or a pet. Not so fun now, huh?

Zombie! Ghost who doesn’t have control over his emotions anymore. When he’s angry, he’s livid. When he’s upset, he sulks. There is no middle ground, merely all or nothing.

Zombie! Ghost who can’t control himself for the things he want. And he wants you, insanely. He’s like lost doberman— fierce and large— as he follows you wherever you go. He doesn’t know what personal space is. He sees you as an extension of himself.

Zombie! Ghost with his clammy hands over any part of your body, pressing against you, needing to become one. It doesn’t bother you much, but you can’t have any work done when he always want your hands on him too. Whatever they injected on him, he isn’t rotting so at least he doesn’t have that reeking smell.

Zombie! Ghost who hovers over you from afar when you were tired from his incessant touching. He’s brooding in the corner, jaw loose and arms crossed while you do your paperwork regarding his status. It was going well, if only a male sergeant hadn’t come in to see you. Poor guy just wanted to give you refreshments but Ghost ran at top speed to scare the intruder away.

Zombie! Ghost now doesn’t want to leave you alone because you showed him you can’t take care of yourself. You clearly need him to growl at any approaching man or woman because you can’t stand your ground.

Zombie! Ghost who loves it when it’s maintenance time since your hands are on him when it’s time to fix up. He leans into your touch. His chest lets out a small hum as you did your work. He doesn’t feel pain anymore. And if more injuries meant your hands are on him more, he doesn’t mind the deadly mission.

Hello and welcome to this new post of mine! In here I will give you a reading on what kind of yandere your future spouse would be. I hope you guys enjoy and find this interesting.

Pile 1:

Your future spouse would definitely be the yandere that no one notices, not even you. They watch from afar, don’t come too close and know perfectly well what they can and can’t do in order to avoid being caught yet still find their way into getting what they want.

This kind of yandere would have a habit of stealing little things from your appartement or bag, but so small it is basically not noticeable; a pen, a piece of paper, some hair thrown in the trash. Small things no one pays mind to except them.

When it comes to actual harm they wouldn’t do much since they know well enough that what they do is not good and they minimalize it as much as possible. ‘If I don’t take essential and important things it’s basically like I haven’t stolen at all.’ Is something they would often tell themselves.

Pile 2:

Your future spouse would be more of an active yandere, in such a way that you would actually notice / feel the effects from the presence of this person in your life. They’d be the very charming kind that act like they’re incredibly normal, kind, helpful and caring, but in actuality they fake all their interactions with the people around you to be able to get close to you.

They wouldn’t only charm you into becoming close with them, they’d be the yandere to put cameras in your house or make pictures of you through holes in the door or through windows. Your future spouse would also be the kind of yandere that would eventually put something in your drink (which they’re able to do since you trust them, and they’ve often cooked dinner for you) to take you with them once the pills have taken effect.

Pile 3:

This future spouse would definitely be the yandere that constantly follows you when you’re walking outside, especially at night. You’ll have a pretty active nightlife (if you don’t already) which would give this theoretical yandere the chance at following you around, mostly unnoticed. However, you would eventually find our or have a hunch due to your intuition sending off alarm bells on full blast.

Your future spouse would be the kind of yandere that, at first (and for an incredibly long time), wouldn’t directly talk to you or seek contact with you. They’d secretly stalk you, finding out everything about you; your family, your friends, your schedule, your hobbies etc. absolutely everything. Some of this pile would also be able to hack into your phone and figure this stuff out.

This s/o if they were a yandere would be the kind of yandere to manipulate situations in your life which makes it more likely to walk past them, or makes it easier to see you in real life. This manipulation could go from simply changing your schedule without your knowledge, but also harming your family (maybe friends but mostly family) to get you to come to certain places where they can easily see you and watch you.

Temperance - What made this person yandere for their darling?

Aemond's tendencies tend to develop over time rather at first sight. Aemond's interest in you could be sparked by a number of things. Your gentle demeanor or perhaps your friendship with his sister and how he can tell you care about her. If you were someone who stood out and didn't follow conventions and traditions. But most especially if you were willing to engage in a back-and-forth conversation with him.

The High Priestess - What expectations does this yandere have for their darling?

Aemond's loyalty to those he cares about, despite all of his flaws, is something to be admired. His devotion to his darling will never be questioned. It is Aemond's expectation that his darling will be just as loyal and devout as he is.

The Devil - What taboo things would this yandere do to their darling?

Even if the person in question is an important ally to his house, Aemond has no qualms about killing them if they stand in the way of him and his darling. Although, Aemond's biggest taboo is that he will probably kill some of his darling's family members, provided it is done secretly, of course, as he believes the only family you need is his own.

Judgment - Would this yandere ever open up to their darling? Engineer is well-known by his comrades as the level-headed voice of reason, the friend to all, and when he started falling for you, he imagined it wouldn't take much to win you over. He was good looking charismatic, and he would do anything for you. Though it wouldn't be till much later that he realized he didn't just want to be a lover, he wanted to be your everything. Sure, he might try and play "the gentleman" to get closer to you, but it wasn't enough to be your closest friend, and it wasn't until he realized how much he hated seeing you fraternize with the others did he understand how deeply his infatuation ran. Engie would do everything he could beforehand to get you to fall for him of your own accord, but if that weren't enough, you were in for one hell of a wake-up call when you learned not to underestimate the nice guy. Death - Would this yandere ever kill their darling? If not, would this yandere "kill" undesirable traits of their darling? Honestly, Engineer seems the least likely to kill you off out of any of the mercs. It's not because he's soft, far from it, but he may see killing you as taking the "easy way out." It would be a grave failure on his part if he were to end your life because you became too much of a liability. He'll keep you in a dark cellar sustained on dirty water and table scraps, barely clinging to life before he'd allow you the sweet release of death.

Spy

Judgment - Would this yandere ever open up to their darling? For the Spy, the unfortunate reality is that it's unlikely he could even if he wanted to. Sure, you're bound to figure out eventually of his lovesickness, but you're unlikely to ever learn much beyond the surface. He's an enigma, you can do your best to study and calculate what he does, but you'll never really understand. He's lived more than just a double life. He's betrayed, backstabbed, and double-crossed almost everyone he's encountered, enemies and loved ones alike. It's not an easy or happy life; nevertheless, it's the burden he must continue to bear. No matter how attracted he may be to you or how he longs for an idyllic mutual devotion, he knows to hope for something like this would only mean disappointment. He'll do what he can to know everything about you, one of the most lethal and effective stalkers, but you don't have a prayer of learning even a fraction of an amount about him. Death - Would this yandere ever kill their darling? If not, would this yandere "kill" undesirable traits of their darling? It's certainly possible. (As mentioned in this other post) He is lethal and efficient, eliminating all incriminating evidence pointing to him and tying up any loose ends. Though this would be a last resort, Spy prefers not to get his hands dirty if he can help it. He's more likely to play mind games with you and break your psyche before ever actually laying a hand on you.

Sniper

Judgment - Would this yandere ever open up to their darling? Unlikely, but not precisely because he chooses not to. For Sniper, it actually goes a bit further than that. Sniper would have difficulty expressing his emotions directly, and he can hardly make sense of them himself. He prided himself on being a "lone wolf" type all his life. He worked alone, end of story. Hell, he was abandoned by his parents and has kept to himself ever since. Despite all this, Sniper knows he's attached to you in a way he'd never known. Before you catch on to how he really feels about you, Sniper would express his desire to "protect you." He tells you he wants you close at all times and that if you ever tried to leave, you'd be belly up instantly. What he doesn't tell you is it wouldn't be an attack from the enemy that would incapacitate you. Death - Would this yandere ever kill their darling? If not, would this yandere "kill" undesirable traits of their darling? He's, unfortunately, one of the few mercs who would likely pull the trigger on you if he felt you were dangerously close to leaving him. But before that, he'd opt to leave you wounded, and in his care, if he can't control your heart, there are certainly more straightforward methods to keep you from getting away.

I do admire tarot and the game The Arcana. One of my favourite decks in terms of art is The Marigold Tarot by Amrit Brar, which I used for the image. The red edit is from here and the asks are based off of this post and this post.

I. The Magician- Would you ever use your abilities or status on your darling or to protect them?

Ahhh thank you ^^ And yes, I´m more than happy to write something for Tori! I think I´ve only written for him once before so it was really neat to think about how he would be as a yandere again!

The Magician - How would this yandere use their abilities/status on their darling?

Tori is not one to shy away from using his family to assert power over both his darling and his perceived rivals. He´s from a rich family with quite a bit of influence on the world and he wants you to know that.

He often invites his darling over to his estate and honestly just seeing the lavish decorations and the almost endless amounts of rooms would be enough to clue you in on the fact that Tori and his family are filthy rich. It´s something Tori himself is very proud of and he tends to mention it quite frequently, even if it´s not necessarily an attempt to intimidate you each and every time.

He just likes to brag sometimes so as long as everything is fine in his eyes, you have nothing to fear! He would be more than happy to shower you in every imaginable gift too as a means to try and impress you. Isn´t he just so generous and kind? Well, he wouldn´t do this kind of thing for just anyone, you know?

But of course, when things get sour then Tori has no qualms about using his family´s money to get his way. Though he has matured a bit with time he is still quite childish beneath it all and if he wants something then he will do anything in his mind to get it

He will remind you of the power his family holds every time it looks like you might be trying to slip away from him. Money has a lot of weight in this world so why don´t you reconsider before he has to take drastic measures?

It would be easy to tell Yuzuru to get rid of some of these annoying pests that must have put that stupid idea of leaving him in your head , so why can´t you just stay with him? It would be no issue to get away with all of these sudden deaths of your loved ones with the amount of money his family has. They wouldn´t let something like this sully their precious name, you know?

So just cooperate and be all his, Tori wishes for nothing more than that!

The Lovers - How would this yandere deal with their darling being in a relationship with someone else?

Very badly, to say the least. Tori can´t believe his ears when you first tell him that you´re taken. The expression on his face gets very dark and his whole body is shaking. He´s definitely throwing a fit, waving his arms around and screaming that it´s so unfair and that no one but him deserves to be dating you!

How dare this insignificant bug think that they have the right to be with you?! They´re so worthless, Tori doesn´t understand what you see in them. Can´t you see that you two were meant to be together? This is unacceptable and Tori won´t have any of it!

He wouldn´t even try to act nice in front of them, he will make snide remarks any chance he gets and talk down to them and then turn around to face you with the cutest smile he can muster. Isn´t he just so adorable and precious? Surely you can see that Tori is a way better option that that good-for-nothing!

In truth, despite what he says, Tori is a bit insecure and he´s very scared that the one person he loves is going to be taken away from him. This is why he won´t hesitate to take drastic measures. He won´t dirty his own hands but if desperate enough, he will order Yuzuru to kill your lover. At least then he can have you all for himself

Strength - How outwardly passionate is this yandere around their darling?

Tori can be quite rude and arrogant when dealing with people he isn´t on particularily good terms with but it´s quite different with his darling. He might still like to call you crude nicknames sometimes but you can just tell that they don´t carry the same amount of irritation as they do with other people. You´re special to him and even though he sometimes might have difficulties vocalizing this, Tori does want you to know that.

When he´s in a particularily good mood, Tori even praises you and also likes to brag about you to anyone that might listen. He will be sure to tell his listener that they won´t ever be able to be worthy of spending time with you though

To top it all off, Tori is very clingy, both in the sense that he wants to monopolize your time and that he loves hugging you or hanging on to your arm. He wants to be close to you 24/7 and complains and whines quite loudly when you tell him that you need to go. He will not allow it!

It´s honestly quite difficult to get rid of him because he just adooores you so much and he will throw a fit if you try to leave him behind. How dare you! Don´t you know how much Tori loves you? No one else is good enough for him!

Tori might also showcase his passion in kind of a backwards way? He basically demands you to call him cute nicknames and he keeps begging for your affection. He giggles cutely whenever you do praise him and latches onto you even tighter afterwards

He wants to be the only one in your eyes!

The Magician - How would this yandere use their abilities/status on their darling?

Djimmi can use his powers in a variety of ways when it comes to his darling. He may use them to impress them, or render them unable to leave, or even to rid himself of any potential rivals, though he most often uses them to help them out, usually in small ways.

Perhaps an article of clothing they loved has been ruined, or they’re struggling to put food on the table, or they constantly have to tolerate an annoying coworker; even if they never ask for his help, if they so much as mention having to deal with even the most mild of inconveniences, Djimmi will swoop in and deal with it for them. He may not have enjoyed his previous life of servitude, but like it or not, a part of him will always want to help others, and nothing brings him greater joy than being able to provide for his darling.

Temperance - What made this person yandere for their darling?

Just how undemanding they are. Even though he’s been free for a long time, Djimmi still has to deal with people always wanting something from him, despite him having no obligation to obey them. Because of this, he has difficulty forming connections with others, as he’s wary of them only wanting him in their lives because of what he can give them.

So when his darling enters his life and doesn’t even bat an eye at his status as an all-powerful -albeit free- genie, it doesn’t take long for the seed of obsession to be planted in his mind. After all, he’s spent the entirety of his long life waiting, being patient, and convincing himself that all the loneliness he’s had to endure will be worth it once he meets “the one”. And now, he finally has!

How could anyone expect him not to begin centring his entire life around his darling, especially after he’s spent the last several millennia waiting for someone like them to come along?

The Moon - Is this yandere sensitive to what their darling says or does? If not, why don’t they care?

The answer to this greatly depends on his darling’s treatment of him and their behaviour towards their relationship, as well as Djimmi’s own mental state.

If it’s early on in the relationship, where it can still be considered “healthy”, or his darling has been especially pleasant towards him for a long time, Djimmi will be much more affected by their words and actions than he should be. He’s spent so long by himself that he’s willing to do just about anything to win them over and keep them happy.

However, if his darling has rejected him, or discovered the full extent of his obsession with them, and has begun retaliating in any way they can, he will become much more closed-off and cold. He can’t bear the thought of them hating him or, Heaven forbid, leaving, so he takes an apathetic approach in an attempt to spare himself the emotional pain that comes with dealing with their physical and verbal protests.

If they try to fight back or leave, Djimmi will remind them that he’s under no obligation to bend to their whims, and that he won’t entertain their “hysterics”. And if they insult him or try to convince him to see the error of his ways, he’ll call them naïve and tell them they’re only being defiant because they don’t know any better. In short, he does everything he can to convince them that he knows what’s best, and that anything they deem unhealthy about his behaviour is simply something they “don’t understand” because they lack the same life experience he has.

The Devil - What taboo things would this yandere do to their darling?

Vil is overbearing, at times. He’d never hit on his darling, at worse they’d have bruises from being restrained. No no, Vil’s issue is his need for perfection. It’s not stalking, to look into any history of dating, or into the kinds of books you read, the things you watch, no: he’s just interested in his crushes’ interests! It’s not abnormal to alter outfits, his makeup, or else out of no-where - he’s just trying something new! It’s not like he almost seeks them out or anything - no of course not! Vil is a very busy man, he doesn’t have time to fawn over just anyone. But darling isn’t just anyone to him. Which is why he becomes so much. He wants to see his darling reach their full potential. Vil isn’t cruel, he doesn’t force it on them, it’s just little nudges in the right direction! He’s working so hard to be his perfect self, don’t you want to join him? It doesn’t matter if darling tries to walk away from it, from him. Didn’t you see how far he went to be #1 in the VDC? Vil’s issue is that he won’t kidnap them, he does everything in his power to make things go smoothly as if he wasn’t completely obsessed, because a queen should woo his sweetheart properly - and honestly it might be worse this way.

The god of sleep is, not so surprisingly, lonely. Can you really blame him if he puts his love to sleep when they’re being so nasty to him? But honestly that’s even if he feels comfortable introducing himself or interacting with them while they’re conscious. Hypnos is more than happy to have a perfect dream manufactured for him and his sweetheart, and even force their sleep to last longer, and longer each night due to his selfish cowardness. A coma is easier to swallow than the terror of them rejecting him. He’s a chthonian deity, surely darling would not face him as they might any other god. Hypnos isn’t too scared of your death though, neither should they be! He loves them in all of their forms, and would happily fish them out of the meadows of Asphodel. Jealousy? Let’s cuddle up and nap! Anger? Sleep and hope he wakes you from whatever terror his child throws at you. Otherwise? He’s not overly a ‘taboo’ kind of guy, unless you consider constant touch as taboo.

Strength - How outwardly passionate is this yandere around their darling?

Only as much as you and his persona allow. He’d love to hold hands, gently guide you by the small of your back, pepper kisses over your face before stepping outside - but not at the expense of your comfort. Of course not, how could he expect you to want anything from him when he isn’t perfect yet? No, no he has to wait until you clearly want him. Vil won’t give up easily and is scarily informed about romance - I mean, he is an actor and model. But in the beginning, he’ll focus on wooing his darling with acts of romance straight out of novels and lovey dovey movies, anything to keep their attention on him. 'Running’ into them in the library, accidentally brushing knuckles while reaching for the same book - catching you before you fall after tripping - somehow getting your notes for a class you missed (even though he isn’t in that class...? How did he even know Crowley made you skip...?) - nothing is out of reach for a Queen and his happily ever after.

Hypnos is shy until darling sends the okay! And by ‘okay’ I mean doesn’t treat him like dirt and doesn’t react harshly to him being nearby. Once he gets over his ‘oh what if I make them hate me?’, you’ll have made a monster out of this deity. He loves loves holding his sweetheart and generally refuses to not be touching them at all times. Hand in hand, hand on your arm, hand on your back, hand holding you against him - you’ll go from telling him ‘no I won’t be carried but I guess you can hold my hand..’ to being held and carried around by a happy god. He won’t be singing your praises to anyone who’ll listen (cause what if they snatch you up when they find out how amazing you are?) but be prepared for all the quiet ways he smothers you in affection.

The Fool - How deluded is this yandere when it comes to their darling? Are they self aware on any level?

Vil is self aware enough to know how to handle things in a way so that his darling doesn’t catch wind of his obsessive behavior. But he doesn’t fully grasp the wrongness of his obsession with them. He’s Vil Schoenheit, and he strives for perfection in everything he does - and we see that in chapter 5 he fully allows himself to become consumed by this need, his desire. It’s not too much of a leap for this determination to branch out to someone he’s interested in, in fact we get a taste of this with Epel in the canon story! (Although Epel’s situation is much different, but it still displays Vil’s unrelenting dedication to a goal or to another’s goal) The Queen knows how to play chess, and perhaps is aware of the underhanded nature of how he plays, but that awareness does not effect him in the slightest - for he knows his efforts will result in victory.

Hypnos knows he’s looked down on by other gods, even his fellow chthonian deities. Can you blame him for being a little bit ecstatic to find someone who doesn’t think he’s lazy or disappointing? Maybe they do, but they still interact with him with a smile on their face - they talk to him willingly and don’t look like they want to leave. He’s fully aware that his feelings are pathetic for a god, especially if they’re human, but he doesn’t care. Hypnos just wants to keep them for himself, to nurture their positive feelings towards him - to keep them away from anyone that might change that. As long as he can keep them to himself, keep their love to himself, he doesn’t care what he has to do. Even if they begin to hate him, he knows they loved him once, so he knows he can make them love him again. His behavior rarely changes around them, putting them to sleep when he can’t handle their words or the look on their face. He knows better, but he pretends he doesn’t - and he isn’t above having his children fabricate a dream for his darling so he can subconsciously alter their ‘hate’.
