The amount of ideas I have for characters from media I've not even watched is bordering on the absurd at this point

hiii jadey <3 i’ve been having a bit of a rough time in college lately and i was wondering if you’d be willing to write some bombshell!reader where spencer talks about being bullied in high school and maybe bombshell can relate? even if not, just a lot of comfort please? i hope you’re doing well!! <333
ty for ur request!!! fem
It’s a blessing and a curse whenever you come around. Spencer’s thinking he hadn’t seen you in a while when your text lights up his screen, a summoning if there ever was one.
Hi Spencer, I need some help with my laptop. It turns out for about ten seconds and then turns off again. Do you think you can fix it?
He has no idea. Probably. Do you want me to come by SCU?
No need
“Spencer!” you say, practically glowing as you drop your messenger bag on his already crowded desk. “Sorry, that’s so heavy.”
“You’re here,” he says, surprised.
You lean down to hug him in his chair. Spencer can’t ignore that he likes every part of you, your arms as they wrap around his shoulders, the perfume on your neck as you touch your cheek to his, even the soft exhale of your breath by his ear. “Hi, Dr. Reid,” you say gently. “Missed you. So happy my laptop isn’t working ‘cos now I get to see you.”
You pull away with a grin. Your lips are a shade of pink that Spencer won’t soon forget.
“That was fast.”
“So fast,” you say. “You know I love an excuse to see you and to not be at work.”
You work very hard, but you’re like anyone. Stealing time is fun and free. “You’re not gonna get in trouble, right?”
“With who? Hotch doesn’t care if I’m here and Sandy,” —you full body shiver at the mention of your boss— “won’t notice I’m gone for another hour. Besides, I can’t have a broken laptop. They’re pretty cool, right?”
“Laptops?”
“Yeah, I like them. I just need the WiFi to work everywhere.” You squint at him. “Is that something you can do?”
Spencer cannot make the WiFi work everywhere you go, but he can soft reset your laptop after a short investigation of the problem. It takes about five minutes, in which you steal Morgan’s chair and get comfortable next to him, legs crossed, hand resting open on your thigh. “You’re so smart. I bet you were very popular in high school.”
He laughs, startled, a horrible sinking feeling moving through his chest. “What? Why would you think that?”
“‘Cos you’re a genius at everything, right? I bet you were always helping people with their homework.”
His lips last. He doesn’t know what to say. “I don’t think I talked to anyone in high school who didn’t want to hang me at the top of a flag pole,” he says honestly.
Your lovely smile falls flat. “What?”
“I skipped a couple of grades, so I was younger than everybody, and I wasn’t well liked. I was actually bullied pretty badly.” He laughs again with that same brittle panic. He’s talking without thinking, it just spilled out, it’s spilling still, “I used to get beat up for breathing wrong.”
You’re quiet. Spencer panics worse because why has he told you that? You’re so sweet to him but that doesn’t mean you wanted to know about his worst moments, he can practically feel the affection you had for him melting away as you realise he’s a loser, he’s pathetic–
“I was bullied too,” you say, giving him a tentative smile. “All the way through high school and a little bit after that, too. Maybe that’s why we get along so well, huh?”
He looks at his hands. “You were?”
“Yep.” He can hear the strain of wanting to sound normal. “I mean, I didn’t get beat up, Spencer, that’s awful and I’m– I’m so sorry.”
You’re the last person he’d ever want an apology from, because you’re one of the only people he’s ever met who likes him as he is. You could never make him hurt the way he did back then. High school was years ago and it lingers like it happened yesterday. “I can still remember the stuff they used to say to me,” he says.
“I got made fun of for so much stuff,” you agree. “Boys I didn’t even know would berate me in the halls for just being there. I got called ugly so much I genuinely believed I was for years.”
“You’re not ugly,” he says immediately.
“I know.”
He nods thoughtfully. “It’s hard trying to forget about it. I think if people knew how much I carry with me from then they’d tell me to let it go, but I can’t.”
“You don’t have to let it go, Spence, so long as you know it’s not your fault it happened.”
You offer your hand. Spencer stares at it. You wiggle your fingers and he thinks, Oh, grasping it quickly, before you change your mind. Your fingers slide between his and you rub the back of his hand with your thumb, smiling approvingly, eyes crinkled with pleasure.
“They don’t know what they missed,” you say, a hint of shyness in your voice that’s swiftly covered by your usual confident drawling, “they had unfiltered and unadulterated access to the Spencer Reid, n’ I have to pretend my laptops broken just to see you. So crazy.”
You give his hand a good squeeze.
“It was sort of broken,” he says as you take your hand back. He’s sure his brain is broken too.
“Nah, it always does that. I just give it a love tap and it fixes it again.”
“A what?” He laughs so loudly it turns heads. His crush on you turns to full blown infatuation.

GUESS WHO'S BACK WITH HEADCANONS?
scu edition. You can tell I was struggling because I kept talking about charlie. Help me.
- charlie does not blame himself for banishment, he feels SUPER bad for Grizzly's death and whole corruption thing, but does not think it's his fault.
- bizly is kinda like nimona y'know? Always shapeshifts
- nobody can tell what charlie is. Is he a slime? Hybrid? Human? Something else? Nobody actually knows.
- no because, 100! Days charlie is the OPPOSITE of Godcicle (despite one being based on the other.)
Godcicle is not a perfect hero, he's childish, arrogant, never takes no as an answer, always thinks he's right,
But none of these things match 100!days, it's like if he's the better version of his god counterpart.
- condi was already a reptile hybrid before he became a god, nobody can't tell if he's a dragon, lizard or something else. His god powers probably messed that up.
- aside from charlie, the rest of council were all mortals who were turned into gods. (I LIKE THE "charlie was a god all along and was just playing around" THING OKAY?? IT MATCHES WITH WHY HE NEVER TALES THINGS SERIOUSLY)
- grizzly is actually the one who can cook. charlie can grow ANYTHING but can't cook for the life of him. mainly because he plays with the food rather than actually cook.
- Condi is like the mom of the group.
- they all listen to charlie because they are convinced he has more experience on the god stuff, but they don't quite realize that his "god stuff" is playing around with mortals.
- charlie breaks the fourth wall a lot.
- charlie calls his followers "subscribers".
- bizly was actually the one who gifted charlie the little slimes on Charlie's shoulder and head.
- and so charlie, gifted bizly beewee.
- grizzly gets constantly called a furry by everyone because he's a dog hybrid.
- charlie has no idea on how to be a normal guy. If he has to disguise as a mortal, he's SHIT at it.
Yes, the others know how to, they used to be mortals, but charlie? Has zero idea.
- charlie played it off as a game, but he really just made his mortals friends gods because he was... lonely and because he was scared of the inevitable death that soon would reach those three.
- grizzly IS a fucking furry. He's a DOG. FUCKIN DOGGY. like he's a small fluffy puppy dude. He just takes the form of a human. (The only shapeshifting he can do, really.)
You know his dog persona? Y'know his little mascot? That little DOG WITH HUMAN HANDS?
that's grizzly.
Why? BECAUSE IT'S FUCKING FUNNY KYLE
- charlie is not human. That's for sure.
- bizly glasses work like queen's glasses in deltarune.
- condi fav is probably charlie lmao
- bizly favorite unironically is grizzly
- you know that video of 100 players going against the gang? I imagine it just being charlie gathering a bunch of followers of his and said out of nowhere one morning "we have 100 people tracking us down!!!" To the others in the council.
- no, no one actually knows (aside from willbur) that each single slime in each single server is a different guy. (Simply because Wilbur has a similar situation)
Like, y'know slimes? How they split? Yeah. They were all part of one big slime, who knows where that is, and they one day split and become a slimecicle!
And some are oddly similar. (For pure coincidence, esmp and 100! Days are similar in design, despite not being really related in lore.)
Also, before anyone gets confused, 100!days is the only one who didn't come from the mother slime, he's an experiment.
The rest, yes.
But also remember that the whole splitting part is not literal(maybe who knows.) it was for you to understand,
They surely come from the same mother slime though!
It's like if they were created from the same thing and put in different parts of the world to interact.
Please it's late please understand bro
- bizly looks up to charlie, surprisingly
- after Grizzly's death and the defeat of the ender dragon, charlie was never seen again. It's like he dissapeared.
condi and bizly have NO clue of where he is.
- IF condi and bizly would ever meet a slimecicle, they wouldn't get any answers, aside from "nope, wrong guy! Nope, wrong slimecicle!"
- grizzly can't sleep with the lights off. He needs at least something on.
- charlie just can't sleep, he's an insomniac.
- we don't talk about condi sleep schedule.
- at least every, or well, most slimecicles gives the uncanny feeling. Look human, isn't human. The more you stare, the less human it looks.
- the slimes in slime story exist! They are all the slimes that can be found in the different biomes and places!
It was thanks to Bizly, creating them after charlie little silly doodles and ideas of random slimes he thought would be cool to have around the world.
It was like a little gift, and charlie reaction made it all worth it.
- the equivalent of going afk is the character stopping everything they are doing and just stare into space and be unresponsive until they come back, charlie is the only guy who says he went afk, though.
- charlie has BAGS under his eyes to the point you think he draws them to be dramatic.
- condi is just, idk I think someone dug under his eyes.
- somehow, despite charlie being an insomniac and quite literally developing a coffee addiction just to stay awake, he is the most energetic (after bizly)
- condi takes naps around.
- bizly is literally the youngest but he has a BEARD.
- grizzly bullying bizly in scu is the equivalent of Charlie's influence on him
- everyone was so mean to Bizly and for what. Now look at him he flinches whenever someone shouts.
- fallen and charlie have so much beef with each other that it's ridiculous at this point. They probably make out afterwards but fuck do I know they sound stupid (don't take this part seriously)
- Jschlatt is evil because he feels like it. He doesn't have a reason like fallen, he just wants to be evil because he woke up angry on a Monday.
Also he's a demon. Not a god.
- apparently it's canon (from what my 2am brain understood that night when I watched 100!days) that parallel universes exist in scu so GUESS WHAT MESS I CAN DO WITH IT WITH MY "THE SLIMECICLES" HEADCANON?
- each server is a different place. Dsmp? Qsmp? Esmp? All different places. All different slimecicles. All aware. All from the same place.
- condi probably does drugs man
- I need to stop talking about CHARLOE BUT I CANT
- charlie definitely has favorites. Bizly isn't one of them.
- NUH HUH JSCHLATT IS HIS FUCKING RAM CUTE PERSONA IN HERE. NO SCARY DUDE. NO. HE'S A FUCKING CUTE LITTLE RAM WITH HIS LITTLE SWEATER ON AND HE ALWAYS HAS TEO CATS HE PETS WHENEVER HE TALKS BECAUSE HE HAS T W O HANDS.
- charlie interacts with mortals so much because he's so fascinated by them. He surely think of them as just a little playmate (aside form a specific little mortals.) But he's so curious and interested in them. They come up with random drama over something so stupid, OVER LAND!
It's the best thing and the stupidest thing charlie has ever seen.
He loves it.
The rest of the council hates it, really. They experienced it, unlike charlie, and they know how awful mortals actually are. They are selfish and ruthless, they are SO glad they don't have to deal with them anymore. They can just ignore them.
- charlie actually gets so happy whenever a mortals donates something in the churches and whatever they make, the rest ignore those things.
- I'LL KEEP SPREADING THE WORD! GENDERFLUID SLIMECICLE. HE ISN'T HUMAN. HE HAS NO CONCEPT OF GENDER. HE'S SLIMECICLE.
- I bet condi just stopped caring about gender, he's just condi. (Not genderfluid, but agender.)
- charlie is extrovert shy. He's all confident but when he actually meets someone knew he gets super shy and quiet.
- bizly is extrovert.
- grizzly is ambivert.
- condi is introvert.
- condi and charlie spend their time together just by being in the same room, or literally "talks nonstop x listens"
- charlie likes doodling. He makes funny doodles. They look like kids drawings but it's just him having fun.
- bizly and charlie are "talks nonstop x also talks nonstop"
- grizzly and charlie are "sunshine x sunshine"
- they were very happy bro. Like. Seriously. Banishment ruined everything bro.
- Condi probably invented medications and all that stuff with his potions
- grizzly is super pissed because he can't eat chocolate
- so fallen now eats chocolate ANGRILY and AGGRESSIVELY but gets stuck in the bathroom for an hour or two later.
- I imagine fallen being that one villain who is actually evil and has good reasons behind them, but no one ever takes him seriously.
- fallen can't bring himself to hate the council. He's just really really mad at them.
- charlie is actually very nice to Bizly whenever they are alone. Whenever no one's watching charlie is a real sweetheart to Bizly.
- condi dosen't like talking much, so he always gets Charles to be his little talking box.
- grizzly is that one guy who uses the most fanciest words just to say he took a massive shit earlier.
- grizzly and bizly are morning people, condi and charlie are NOT.
- charlie is my favorite character therefore he's cursed in being a small self insert of mine along with all the trauma in the world.
- grizzly is a very touchy guy, he enjoys hugging and dragging people around. And he likes chasing sticks.

So, I still haven't seen anything, but apparently the storyboard artist for the sonic movies was at the studios in Slough for something sonic related according to his instagram
I think you were talking about this guy right?
Tumblr media
Yeah, it seems to be connecting a bit with the Knuckles SCU show since it's been a hot minute since we've heard any updates about it

id like to start this post with a link to a fundraiser masterpost and a reminder to do your daily clicks.
as i mentioned in my last post, i probably wont be posting about anything scu-related in the future, at the very least not anything praising it. if i reblog shadow referencing a keanu reeves role, my bad, ive only seen so many things with him in it. if i reblog scu art that i think is just mainline, my bad, i wasn't thinking. im gonna be honest i dont even think ill do little things, like stobotnik but in mainline context, though i will say, stobotnik mainline au may be like. the 1 exception??? because i do like the ship??? but thats the complete extent of what ill post, if that.
a part of me wants to say "but this is spoiling other people's fun!" and then the other part of me says "by not giving a platform to actors and a company that is complicit in genocide" and it shuts up the first half pretty easily. remember that considering everything, while yes it's likely to have very anti-military, anti-us themes, there is a chance both knuckles and sonic 3 will contain hidden pro-israel propaganda. if it wasnt obvious, i don't want to post about israeli propaganda.
for anyone who knows me personally, or at least messages me, im more likely to be more leniant seeing as. well. it's not public. but im still not sure if ill talk about it unless it comes up in conversation???
ik i have a handful of people here who are mostly scu fans, possibly even scu exclusive. ig im sorry??? i can understand why theres a lot of scu fans, so i suppose if you like scu but you also want to stop posting about it, may i recommend some OTHER things to try (this is a long list so buckle up:
hop (2011) has a similar plot to sonic 1 and has james marsden (who is also not a good person but i dont think even universal would care if youre pirating hop (2011))
a really good place to start is honestly the snapcube dubs!!! you might get a few spoilers from context clues but theyre a really fun way to get to know games a little bit! obviously, theres a big barrier of there only being 5 dubs of 4 games, but i feel like once youve watched the dubs you can sort of get into the rest of her videos from there (theres also. theres this one. this one series. that people like. btw.)
while yeah i recommend the games, theyre sort of hard to know where to start. all i can really say is, dont start from forces or frontiers, at least know the plot of sa2 and thats basically it. ig if you want to play EVERY game, you dont really need to play anything before sonic 3 & knuckles and even then you can still start from sonic adventure and learn the plot of s3&k
NiGHTS is fun but also youll learn nothing about sonic i just wanted to mention it
if youre more into the action, i recommend sonic prime (and also, a few fix-it-fics or rewritten endings)
i recommend sonic boom if you want the comedy* and the characters living (mostly) normal lives. also you can literally watch most of sonic boom for free on youtube idc if im biased i will die on the hill of it being the best sonic canon. yeah im even including rise of lyric. no i have not played rise of lyric. do not mention the wasted potential of the concepts or i will explode.
*no offense but sonic boom is way funnier. idc if im biased because the sonic films are honestly only a step up from mcu humour most of the time, if that
if you want lore, i recommend the comics rather than the games, seeing as its slightly daunting where to start with the games. for a slightly more sanitised and. ig "normal" experience, read either idw or post-reboot archie. but if you want things to get a little wild theres pre-reboot archie. the only archie comics ive read are sonic boom and NiGHTS, so im not speaking from experience. but. wow. theres a lot to unpack there
if for whatever reason you just want sonic thats completely different to the games, i recommend sonic the comic and any of the 90s cartoons!!! theyre honestly really fun and because theyre so early on in sonic history (?) theres so many inconsistencies
sonic the fighters is fun but also you literally will never have to play that ever and its hard to find anyway
im pretty sure ive mentioned every canon there??? and a few things i dont need to lol. but the point is, if you are a fan of scu, you arent immediately a bad person! BUT (and here's the bit you actually have to listen to): if you are posting and praising the scu, particularly the upcoming projects, you are giving a platform to a large chunk of zionists.

hypothetically, if i were to start thinking about a actor/character universe swap. hypothetically, which would be the best council member/character to do it with? hypothetically, of course.

I love how you point about the Milan clip being so important. I always remember the clip where Milan tells Robbe how he wished he had someone to talk to when he was Robbes age and how Robbe was lucky because he could always talk to him and to have Wtfock enforce that is so powerful. I sometimes forget these clips are only 3 minutes long because they portray so much but yeah I want a Milan
I am older and I desperately wish I had a Milan.
I am not at all open in my personal life about anything to do with my sexuality and never have been. Sexuality and me just aren’t a thing and I don’t have a part of my life that concerns that stuff. Some may think that’s sad (and I guess that’s ok) but it’s mainly because I truly don’t have anyone I feel comfortable enough to talk to about it and never have. I have VERY good friends who I cherish but I wouldn’t know where to begin. I don’t feel ok doing that with people I know. There’s a reason s3 of Skam and it’s parallels resonate with me still... 😂 I find it all kinds of comforting in many ways.
Watching the stuff with Milan and ANY of the found family moments across the SCU are emotional for me. It’s special. The way Robbe was able to seek out Milan, an older LGBT+ community member who is open and chill and has all kinds of life experience is really kind of emotional for me to watch. When I was Robbe’s age, that just was not a thing. I only knew one other non-straight person.
I agree so much with you. Milan likely grew up at the same time as me and his words resonated. He feels proud and honoured to be something to someone that he wishes he’d had. I get that.
To have Milan involved here in the education and reassurance of Robbe and to have the advice be so cool and chill and to remind people that you don’t have to do ANYTHING you don’t want to but if you do want it then as long as there’s trust then how it happens is up to you both.
I find wtfock’s writing decisions so interesting and often, really consistent which makes for fun watching the characters genuinely develop and relate to one another in ways that we have seen come to fruition! Gone are the days when Robbe flinches when Milan goes to give him a friendly hug!

Seventeen: Dana Katherine Scully
A/N  You ever make a list?  A way to compile all the missed opportunities, the transgressions, the warning signs telling you that you’re on the wrong path?  Of course you have.  Part 17 and last in the series.  Part 1 and links to other parts are here. Rated NC-17.   Thanks for sticking with me on this big adventure!  I’ll be re-working a few areas of the story now that it’s done, and then re-posting the whole thing on AO3.
The stories came to light reluctantly, unearthed like buried evidence.  He spared Scully the sordid details, but in recounting each affair he came to a startling revelation: there were things worth remembering amongst the wreckage.  Like  tacking to starboard and port into a capricious wind, he’d been unknowingly heading inexorably towards the safety of shore.  Two or even one year ago, that destination meant answers about his sister and solitude.  Now he had a different objective in mind.
In rental cars, hotel lobbies and late-nite diners, over the next few weeks he turned his romantic history over to Scully for safekeeping.  It made his belly bottom out like he was crossing a tightrope, but it was a habitual fear, not a genuine one.  Scully knew the highs and lows of every other aspect of his life, and in contravention to the laws of physics, found him greater than the sum of his broken parts.
In California again investigating an animal he believed was a Wanshang Dhole, he watched his partner bare her teeth and mark him as her territory with secret delight.  She was welcome to chase away every would-be suitor, so long as she continued to submerge him in those bottomless blue eyes and bracket his days with her fierce mind and her quiet understanding.  He had sighted the harbour lights, and was navigating towards her as quickly as the fickle sea would allow.
Scully wasn’t privy to this certainty, however, which he realized once the case was over and they were back in Washington, going over their report in her living room.
“So, you said you met Karin Berquist online?”
He was concentrating on deciphering the manic scrawl of his case notes, and didn’t pick up on her vulnerable tone.
“Yeah, on a message board relating to crypto-zoology,” he replied after a long pause.
“Then she wasn’t...”  Trailing off into mute frustration.
“Hmmm?  Wasn’t what, Scully?”  He looked up at last, and saw her staring across the room at his laptop.
“No, Scully.  No.  She wasn’t the woman you saw me...in Arcadia... I didn’t even know her name, as pathetic as that sounds.”
She nodded and went back to pretending to read the coroner’s report of  Dr.  Detweiler’s death, but he could tell her mind was elsewhere.  She was so unencumbered by self-doubt in their professional lives that he forgot there was a different Scully to account for in private.  One that hurt and doubted and sandbagged her heart like every other mortal human.  He rose and moved to her side on the couch.
“Did you need to see my notes?” she asked, hands fluttering purposelessly over sheets of paper in a manila folder on her lap.
“No.  Hey, Scully.  Stop for a second, okay.”  He took her tiny hands in his own, trying to get her to look at him.
“I’m not going to chat with her anymore.  Not like that.  I already told her, as soon as we got back from Arcadia.”
“You don’t need to...” she began.
“Yeah.  Yeah, I do.  You have my undivided attention, Scully.  I need you to believe that.  My undivided attention.”
Her wet eyes met his at last and they both exhaled loudly.  Their heads were close together, and all it would take was the slightest movement on both their parts to bring their lips together.  She kept glancing at his mouth.  He knew she wasn’t averse to the idea.  Resisting the magnetic pull she exerted, he backed away.
“But there’s still the last round of IVF to consider, and probably a lot more left for both of us to say...”
“One thing at a time,” she said quietly, and he nodded his understanding and went back to his report.
***
Scully’s attempt to bear their child ended in a wash of salt and iron just two weeks’ later.  He leaned against her brow in the cool shadows of her apartment as she grieved a wish that refused to be fulfilled.  After minutes of holding her to his chest and murmuring softly as to a fretful child, she stepped back, thanked him, and asked for some time alone.  The open-ended status of their relationship made that the only choice, so he drove himself home in the rain.
Despite the soul searching her request for his participation in the IVF had precipitated, he hadn’t really thought through what his role as a prospective father meant to him personally.  Scully had needed him in a way that could potentially bind them together for eternity.  He might have questioned the wisdom of her selection, but he never doubted his dedication to the outcome.  For her.  He had wanted this pregnancy for her.  Being asked to be part of something so monumentally important to her made his head float like a mylar balloon, if he examined it too closely.
But with his shot at fatherhood destroyed along with Scully’s hopes, he considered their future together.  They had the work, but the work was theirs at the whim of the FBI.  They had a rare and peculiar friendship, but without the structure of their partnership, it felt vulnerable and without form.  A child, as selfish as he knew it made him sound, would have been the bridge that linked them forever.  There would be no child.  He still wanted some permanent connection to her.
Phillip Padgett put into words what he knew in his heart.  Agent Scully was already in love.  She loved him enough to weep in his arms, as yet more blood that was and yet was not hers stained her skin.  He knew the dimensions of his love for her when her grief hurt more than his own.
***
Nothing soothed him quite like the slow waltz of baseball.  The acrid, loamy smell of the pitcher’s mound, the fluency of muscles swinging through, and the perfect parabolic arc of a well-struck ball.  It was oil to the choppy waters of his soul.  He lured Scully from her quiet apartment in the hopes it might ease her burdens as well.
She was warm and giddy in the fold of his body.  The crack of the bat combined with her throaty giggle aroused him, and for once he did not hide it from her, rubbing his crotch lightly against her rump.   Finally, as the day grew old, they separated and sent the ball boy home with a generous tip.
“That was fun, Mulder.  Thank you.”  They were picking up a few stray foul balls that had dropped behind the dugout fence, and her face was a contrast of bright and dark painted by the halogen lights.  He really wanted to kiss her where the berry-stained plush of her upper lip met ivory skin.
“Not a bad attempt for a first date.”
She froze, mid-bend.  “Is that what this was?  A date?”  She sounded unsure of both her question and the answer.
“I... I want it to be.  Scully, you have to know that I...”
“I do, Mulder.  I know.  But it’s too soon after... everything.  And we still need to talk some more.”
“So, hands before hips, then?  Did I teach you nothing tonight?”  He grinned, and was relieved when she returned it.  She’d seemed so small and sad a moment before.
“A new concept for you, huh Mulder?”
“Just another one of the crazy things you’ve talked me into, Scully.”
***
He’d been inside her mind, and it was like bathing in a glacier-fed stream.  Bracing.  Rigourous.  And so pure it was like looking through glass.
His extra-sensory abilities were fading slowly, but he could still read her thoughts as they stood under the chuppah of his doorframe and spoke vows like “constant”, like “touchstone”.
I cannot bear to hurt you as they have.  I can’t kiss you, and then break your heart.  Be patient with me, Mulder.  It’s a long walk for me to meet you where you stand.
He nodded his understanding, and she left.

He and Jade had watched the Big Apple drop in Times Square one year, huddling together in the lee of a building, trying to keep their backs to the cold wind.  It had been a while, but he still knew what he should do with a beautiful woman at midnight, on the cusp of a new millennium.
Scully’s lips felt as opulent as they looked.  Like an eider down duvet on a cold day.  Like kissing a cloud.  He held himself in check, just allowing the barest introduction of conjoined breath before he pulled back and read the epistle of her upturned face.
“The world didn’t end,” he informed her, surprised at how calm he felt.  Love without a healthy side of fear or dread or shame wasn’t a language in which he was conversant.
“No, it didn’t.”
Something was wrong, but she allowed him to guide her towards the elevator and down to the parking lot.
“How are you feeling?” she asked as she adjusted the driver’s seat of the rental car.
“Alright, considering.  Looking forward to getting home and finding out if my mollies survived the zombie apocalypse.”
“Could... could we talk, first?  At my place?”
His gut fizzed and his mouth grew dry, but he simply nodded, and said “Yeah.  Wake me when we get there.”
Scully’s apartment was its usual haven of soft upholstery and oak furniture.  He sat on her sofa and watched her go about her routine; putting the kettle on to boil, stashing her garment bag behind her closet door.  She seemed ill at ease, but it wasn’t directed at him.  With patience learned over the previous seven years, he waited until she was ready to say what was on her mind.
“I need to ask you something, Mulder, and I’m afraid of what it might mean to us.”
"Are you mad at me?  Because of earlier?”  Off her confused look, he specified, “The kiss.”
“No, I’m not mad.  I’m glad you kissed me, Mulder.  It was sweet.  Unexpected.  But it reminded me that there is still some unfinished business between us that needs to be attended to before... well, before.”
He nodded, unsure where she was going.
“You’ve told me about your past relationships.  Fifteen.  Fifteen lovers.”
“Yes.”
“And I need to know why you didn’t tell me about Marita.”
He sat up straighter and looked her in the eye where she stood across the room.
“I never slept with Marita, Scully.  She made it pretty clear she was open to the idea, but it was such a strange time.  I was working with Ian and trying to be better, and well, I never took her up on it.”
This only seemed to make Scully more nervous, and a terrible idea began to form.
“Did someone tell you I’d slept with her?  Is that what you meant, when you called me a hypocrite after Philadelphia?  Because they were lying, Scully.  I don’t know how to make you believe me, but the last time I had intercourse was while you were missing.  I told you about it, and about how afterwards Elizabeth put me in touch with Ian, and I started to see him after you came back.”  He was speaking with the fervour of a condemned man, and Scully just looked more and more sad.
“I saw... on the paperwork for the IVF... you filled in 1994 where they asked about your last sexual partner, and I knew then.  I mean, I guessed.”
“What?  You’re scaring me, Scully.”
Instead of answering him, she went to her desk, opened the bottom drawer, and withdrew a VHS tape.  She handed it to him as though it was radioactive.
“This was delivered to me, not long after you came back from Russia.  It’s a recording.  Of you.  And Marita.”
He shook his head as though trying to dislodge a pest.
“Then it’s a fake, Scully.  I went to her apartment in New York with Krycek.  I told you that.  She was the one who arranged for my visa into Russia.  But I never...” He trailed off, memories surfacing.
“I know it’s you, Mulder.  There’s audio.  You, ummm, you call out my name.”
“Jesus.”  He was numb.  Paralyzed with confusion and anger and mortification.
“You don’t remember, do you?  Whatever she did to you, it was without your consent.”
“I remember falling asleep on her couch while we waited for the visa.  I had a strange dream.  Something about the Arctic, being cold.  When I woke up, several hours had passed, and the visa had arrived.  That’s...  what’s on the tape, Scully?  I need to see, right now.”
Knowing there was no use in arguing, Scully loaded the disk into her machine.  The picture was grainy.  The camera must have been positioned behind gauzy drapes.  But there was nothing wrong with the audio.  By the time his younger self came, he was fighting the urge to vomit or throw something substantial at the television   Scully’s hand on his thigh brought him back inside himself.
“I think we both know what this is about, Mulder.  Somebody wanted to drive us apart, and this video was the wedge.  And I wouldn’t be surprised if they were harvesting your, uh, genetic material at the same time.”
“It almost worked.  You were so angry with me, and I couldn’t understand why.  I mean, I was being a pigheaded asshole, but no more than usual.  And then Ed Jerse, and...”
“But it didn’t work.  We’re here now.  And we can try to bring her to justice.”
“There’s no restitution with these people, Scully.  Our victory is that we’re still here.”
“Together.”
“Yes.  Together.”
They sat in thoughtful silence in her darkened living room as the first hours of the newborn millennium fell backwards into history.  He wondered if the Y2K prognosticators hadn’t been right, in some metaphysical sense.  His life to date and all the struggle and masochism it entailed seemed part of another world; one he would gladly leave behind to start with a clean slate, here in her cozy Georgetown apartment.
“It’s late,” she remarked, breaking his contemplation.
“Hmmm.”
“You could, umm, you can stay here.  If you want.”
Without asking, he knew what she was proposing.  It was tempting.  So very tempting.  A symbolic rebirth to mark the moment where everything that could hurt him had been exposed in the safe place between them.  But using sex to bury the past was a hallmark of his old self, in that before-world.  If he was starting fresh, he was doing it right.
“Not tonight, Scully.  I want... it’s got to be about moving forward.  Not looking back.”
He was worried she’d be hurt by his rejection, but one look in her eyes and he knew she understood.  She understood better than anyone.
“Plus, I rather enjoyed our baseball date.  Maybe I want another one.  A little more fondling over sporting equipment.  A whole lot of flirting.  Maybe I’m the kind of guy who doesn’t give it up that easily.”
She snorted to indicate her opinion on his latest wild theory.
“You’ve given me a lot of anecdotal evidence that says otherwise, Mulder.”
He knew she was teasing, but he clarified anyway.
“This is different, Scully.   This is the one time I’m going to get it right.”
***
Flirting with Scully was fun.  Fondling her even funner.  Their work was dire, isolating and dangerous, and despite what their colleagues might believe, they were both consummate professionals.  But even a harrowing case left small cracks through which a little pleasure could creep.  They still challenged, disagreed, bifurcated and reunited at a common conclusion.  The only difference was now their bodies leaned, glanced, parted and pleased all the while.
***
After shooting Donnie Pfaster, Scully hid in his apartment for three days.  The ostensible reason was that her place was a crime scene.  In truth, she came to his home to look for herself.  The foundations of her moral edifice had been shaken, and he was her bedrock.  He was humbled, and he made a quiet space for her in his previously forsaken bedroom.  They co-habitated chastely until their final night, when Scully grabbed the remote, extinguished the Knicks’ game mid-third quarter, dug her little knees into the buttery leather of his sofa on either side of his hips, and kissed his proverbial socks off.
“Thank you, Mulder,” she breathed as they finally broke for air.
“Three days of remembering to put the toilet seat down seems a small price to pay, if you’re going to keep kissing me like that.”
“I’d thank you properly for sacrificing your comfortable new bed for three nights, but it’s-”
“Not the right time, I know.”
“It’ll happen, Mulder.  Knowing us, at the least likely, inopportune moment.”
“I have a dentist appointment next Wednesday.  Nice reclining chair.  Bright lights.  Access to laughing gas.”
She shook her head in mock dismay, rust-coloured tendrils sweeping across his upturned face.  He tapped her lightly on her ass.
“Until then, you’d best be getting off my lap, Miss Scully.”
***
There was a certain inevitability in his mother’s death, and in wrapping up his near-thirty year quest to find out what happened to Samantha.  The Fox Mulder who measured the distance covered by every day and decision against the yardstick of his past failures had entered chrysalis shortly after meeting Dana Scully.  He emerged now, with the heavy weight of his guilt molting away and leaving him fledgling and raw.
He sensed Scully’s worry for him.  He wished he could explain how his grief, once given voice, left him feeling purged and new.  Reborn.
***
He yo-yoed between fear for her safety and anguish that the ground had once again shifted beneath the precarious balance of his trust.  When she finally re-appeared and told him her story of willing complicity with the Smoking Man, he made sure to place a wide expanse of floor between them, for fear that he would start shaking her and never stop.
“I had to do it, Mulder.  I wish there had been another way, and I tried to get a message to you.”
“What did he promise you?  What made the risk worthwhile?”
“I told you.  A cure for cancer.”
“As altruistic as you are, Scully, you’re also not a fool.  You might have wished that CancerMan had access to that kind of medical breakthrough, but you wouldn’t have bet your life on it.  No, there was something else.  Something you don’t want to tell me about because you’re afraid of how I’ll react.”
“You really are too smart for your own good, Mulder.”   She sighed, and seemed resigned to the fact that he wasn’t going to let this issue drop.
“It’s been remarked upon before.  Come on, Scully.  Tell me the secret, selfish payoff that he duped you with.  A private parking spot at Hoover?  A limitless shoe budget?
“A baby,” she whispered, and he choked on the sharp bone of his arrogance.
“Jesus, Scully.  How... he didn’t...god, Scully, please tell me he didn’t...” Now he was dizzy with panic and guilt.
“No, Mulder.  Nothing like that.  He said... he said he wanted to give us something.  Give us something back.  Something that had been taken from both of us.”
For once in his life, he had no words.  The anguish and hope and rage and love that swirled in him like galaxies took away his voice, and he grasped her hand instead and simply held on.
***
He’d wanted to take Scully to England.  He’d pictured her, her Celtic features and Old World reserve, there amongst the hedgerows and cobble stones.  It would be an exorcism of sorts - replacing the ghosts in his memories with her familiar presence.
He understood her unwillingness to play into his schemes, though.  Despite their nearly symbiotic relationship, they were still very different people.  His obsessions were not her own, and she had autonomy stamped on her DNA.  She said “take a bath”, but what she meant was “not be subsumed by the enormity of your beliefs”.
They parted at Dulles with a lingering kiss.  As enjoyable as having her accompany him would have been, having someone to come back to was even better.  But the Scully he returned to several days later was different.  Transformed, although still intrinsically her.   Over tea she spoke, quietly and deliberately, about the unlikely path that had led her to him.  He marveled at the parallel and meandering journeys two dissimilar people could take to a place where the only answer to the existential “why?” was each other.
She fell asleep, trusting and emptied of doubt, and he covered her and retired to his bedroom.  Once a symbol of the comfort he felt unworthy of, his bed now lay patiently awaiting the conclusion of their story.  He would never feel deserving of Scully, any more than a wave was deserving of the shore.  She was the only journey’s end that he could imagine, the only one he’d ever know.   She was the porch light to his roaming soul.
Content in that knowledge, he drifted just beyond consciousness.  Soft feet padded to the edge of his dream.  He opened his eyes to find Scully standing beside his bed, a corona from the soft glow of the living room haloing her perfect, naked form.  His skin crackled under a wash of adrenaline.
“It feels like the right time to do this the right way,” she whispered, touching his warm cheek.
“Yes.”  And he lifted the sheets and welcomed her in.
Love is a mirror that reflects what it finds.  When it’s right - fated, enduring - it radiates the light it sees outward into infinity, like the stars.

Okok so uhh there was an ask which i accidentally deleted but yeah.
It asked more informations about my slimecicles because they were curious! So now I'm giving them more informations because i love talking about my little scrimblos,
So!
Let's first talk about how they are related and connected to each other:
first of all, you need to know that each slimecicle is a clone.
they are all clones, it's unknown who is actually the original, some say scu because he is the ancient god, but who knows.
now though, some of them are actually the same person,
such as dreamSMP and originSMP! They are the same person.
dreamSMP takes place before originSMP, this slimecicle is an immortal slime, so he kinda just lived through the years and became originSMP slimecicle.
Then we have SCU and 100days, they are not exactly the same person like dreamSMP and originSMP, but they are technically the same person
100days is in fact a failed experiment! He was supposed to be a recreation of god! But it failed. He wasn't immortal, he didn't have the god's memories, and he did not have his powers. Just the looks.
the rest has their own stories, still clones, but different stories.
scu became a god thank to Jschlatt, but something went wrong and his brother fell. GrizzlyPlays fell and died, paranoia and anxiety took over, as he didn't want to this mistake to happened again he turned into a control freak, obsessed with control over others so he could put everything in place and order
It didn't work as he thought, as HE was the one who fell after
he started seeing, hearing Jschlatt everywhere, he couldn't get rid of him, then his friends started saying these random bullshit about how he changed. How he changed into Jschlatt, which wasn't true! It wasn't true!
He fell into insanity, killing bizly dear companion beewee and then dissapeared
and of course mortals decided to recreate their god, but something went wrong, and the experiment got left in the lab to rot. Until he woke up.
The we have dreamSMP.
Just a silly slime wandering around the Earth, while he talked to it like it's mother
then he saw humanity, he got curious and found out about the cruel truth.
They killed slimes, he didn't truly understood why, neither he was scared, he just knew he had to disguise in a way so he didn't got hurt,
At first he watched, then, another clone popped in
he watched as this clone, a human, got sent into orbit, and then all of the sudden came back lifeless and limp
The slime knew it was just the cycle of life, but took the opportunity to take the lifeless body and make it his own, using it as a skin suit
Then you know the rest, las Nevadas, lava, and finally, originSMP, where he could be himself without anyone bothering.
[i haven't came up much with mr.cycle]
And in the end we have epicSMP! no i will not included corruptcicle, he is a complete different character, to the end charlie is the same guy from SCU.
but anyway yeah, epicSMP.
epicSMP has a similar relationship with the earth to dreamSMP, he could always be seen talking to grass, trees or directly the sky.
He never said why, he just did, but nobody really cared.
Them he started living with Ted, even though he had his little mood swings because of lack of sleep and overworking on the palcove everything was alright!
Then he got a job.
He was an unpaid inter! he didn't got paid, he was forced to do dangerous and stressful jobs.
He got abused, used, and many horrible things until he snapped. He snapped and decided with his co-workers to just end it,
And so he did.
He blew up bungerburg, blowing himself and the others up,
but Jschlatt and swagger didn't die, and he was not happy about that.
As his soul couldn't move on, his spirit turned into a bloodlusted, full of hatred ghost hunting for life Jschlatt and swagger,
So full of hate and anger he couldn't even understand what he was doing or why he was doing it anymore. He just wanted them to suffer for— whatever they did.
Yeah! And that's all about it! I'll tell their personalities and little facts another time <3 feel free to ask whatever! Any questions will be answered.

Hello there, folks! Happy pride month! Let our colors shine!! Hope ya enjoy this chapter~
Nick: Previously on Zoomorphia
Judy: Ever since Savages appeared for the first time in Zootopia, many mammals have suffered various kinds of hardships. Although the city is already troubled by the monsters, there still are plenty of robberies, kidnappings, illicit trades, et cetera. While some officers were assigned to join Savage Control Unit, each of us, who still remain in police force, must undertake more tasks.
Nick: Good grief, not like I’m lack of sympathy or anything but shouldn’t mammals help out each other in a difficult situation, not wreck havoc, even if they fell victim to Savages’ attack?
Judy: Incidentally, we encountered a weird Savage. Despite not being highly mutated, it sure wasn’t an easy target, not to mention… bomb suicide.
Nick: It’s just because this one is small and slightly swift, so we had trouble dealing with it. If I had got little more serious, we would have defeated it, and yet it blew up first… literally.
Judy: Hey Nick
Nick: What, Carrots?
Judy: How did I end up in your hug at the beginning of the previous chapter anyway?
Nick: Oh look! We must get to this chapter now!
Judy: C’mon Nick! Tell me!
Nick: Now the chapter 8!!

.-.. . - .----. ... / -.-. --- -. - .. -. ..- .
A few days later, Judy, dressed in her uniform, was reading papers in the police office cubicle, which was what she was supposed to do, but actually, she was busy thinking another thing.
Mammals reported to SCU that Savages with fighting with Hybrid while Nick and I were somewhere else… Impossible! How did it happen? Giving false evidence? But SCU team won’t flocked to the scene, unless they confirm the statement. Therefore, falsehood is out of the question.
Was it misunderstanding? Then again, who would mistake an armored mammal ,capable of defeating Savages alone, for somebody else?
“Overthinking about that whole the other day stuff?” Judy’s fox partner with rolled-up uniform sleeves and loosened tie was sitting on an office chair next to her.
“Sorry, I know I should focus on the case, still it keeps bugging me.” She apologized, ears drooping.
For the past few days, most of the works were checking cctv footage and finding the clips that had missing parts. Fortunately, they did not require much thought.
On the other hand, when it comes to searching for the relation among these clips, it is a task which undeniably demands analyzing.
Rabbit officer had trouble reading the papers that she together with the fox collected information for since she constantly got distracted to think about Hybrid matter and also... the one odd Savage.
“About that monster we fought with… Its movements, its actions, they all were clearly abnormal.” She stroked her chin, frowning.
“Tell me about it. Although dumb dumb Savages aren’t brainless creatures, that one acted beyond primal instincts.” He put his paws behind his head, leaning against a backrest.
“Who can we ask about this?” She fell face down on table, arms pushing papers aside lightly. “Mr. Know-everybody, are you familiar with someone that knows about Savages?” She was dispirited.
“Umm… Let’s see, someone that probably knows Savages pretty well huh?” Nick’s index finger digital pad tapped the tip of his mouth before he snapped his fingers. “Oh! How about Professor!?”
Judy instantly lifted her head and quickly turned her face to Nick, “He’s already woken from coma!?” getting all worked up.
“Not sure. I have no clue~” He replied, shrugging.
“Then why did you mention him!?” She was still worked up but in upset way this time.
“Well, you asked me “am I familiar with some Savage experts?”.” Nick did an air quotes gesture, giving an obnoxious smug.
Judy rolled her eyes in response, sighing deeply. She went back to face lying down on the table.
“Are you ok? You look tired.” In spite of his usual frivolous tone, Nick’s facial expression grew solemn.
“Mentally tired. Thanks to you...” Judy was not even bothered looking at him.
A knock at the cubicle wall startled the doe. Consequently, she leapt to her partner’s lap. Momentum from a leap made tod’s chair rotate towards a mammal who just knocked on panel.
“Uhh, Hopps... Wilde...” That mammal was none other than their superior, Chief Bogo. He was bewildered by his officers’ action.
“Ch-Ch-Cha-Chift!” Judy hastily got off Nick’s lap to stand upright.
“Come to my office now.” Ignoring what had just happened, Bogo led the duo to his office.
Along the way, the red fox talked with the European rabbit quietly enough that the Cape buffalo was less likely to hear them.
“Carrots, what was that?”
“I really dunno. It seems… I’m used to feeling that if something happens, I must protect your body first.”
“Good grief… I had no idea since when I became the damsel-in-distress.”
It may turn out that the bunny developed a habit of protecting fox’s body owing to experiences of looking after his senseless body while being Hybrid.
The buffalo came to a halt even though they had not reached his office yet. The duo stopped as well, then poked their heads from behind the buffalo to see what brought their chief to a standstill.
“What’s your secret to looking so young, sir?”
“Oh please, Clawhauser~ You’re flattering me~ It probably has to do with my small size.”
“I still can’t believe Director Mickey is in mid-50’s. I initially misthought you’re younger than Chief Bogo.”
“Is that so, Fangmeyer? Ha ha. Oh hi pal~”
While Mickey Mouse (Director of DIB), Benjamin Clawhauser (a receptionist and a radio dispatcher of ZPD) and Jasmine Fangmeyer (SCU agent) were chit chatting at a reception desk, the director turned to say hi to the duo. Moreover, he stood on the desk, so he could talk to larger mammals easier.
“Mouse..., why you aren’t waiting in the office??” Bogo sounded somewhat surprised to see Mickey outside his office.
“Waiting alone is rather boring. That’s why I came out here~ Thank you two for keeping me company.”
“My pleasure, sir! Still, you seriously look so young! It’s unbelievable that you actually are older than chief.”
Clawhauser’s comment impelled Bogo to touch his own face in order to check wrinkles.
“It’s an honor to meet you, Director Mickael Mouse.” Judy raised her right paw to salute, so did Nick.
“Come on~ It’s just Mickey~” Mickey chuckled mildly.
The duo, as well as their chief, approached the desk.
“How can we help you?” Nick conjectured why Bogo called him and Judy to his office. In addition, he reckoned that Director Mouse was possibly wanting something from them.
“Let’s cut to the chase then~ I’d like to ask you a favor to participate in a school assembly.”
“What kind of assemblies, sir?” Judy quizzed.
“Well, you see~ We at DIB, ZPD and SCU must have a responsibility to educate children about dangers in society.”
“But why specify us?” Nick also inquired.
“You two are packed with fame, perfectly fit for representing police public image~” Mickey gave a thumbs up. “Besides, you look tired, Hopps. Taking a break from the cases and doing this work instead doesn’t sound bad, don’t ya think?” He gave the other thumbs up.
Judy felt like Mickey said the last part about looking tired just to convince her to join in the assembly.
“We’d love to participate but-”
Once she uttered the word ‘but’, Bogo interrupted.
“The world has always been broken; therefore, we need good cops, like you, to guide future generation.” He patted Judy on the shoulder, gazing upon the duo.
Why does it sound extremely familiar? She doubted.
He’s simply trying to not upset Director Mouse, isn’t he? Nick wondered.
Seeing that the bunny balked at helping out, “It’ll be fun to work together, don’t cha think?” Jasmine stepped in to convince them as well.
“I’ll go along too.” Clawhauser said.
“Yeah. You’re great with kits, Ben.” Tigress complimented the cheetah.
As for the doe, she sensed pressure from everyone on her and Nick.
“It’s not like I don’t wanna go. It just so happens Nick and I haven’t completed analysing cctv footage related to missing mammal-”
At that moment, a pair of cops, wearing police overcoats, entered through the doorway.
The bengal tiger officer with winter turban on his head was shivering while “Tundratown is bloody cold.” complaining in Indian English accent, which actually is his natural accent and fits his tongue the most. He still had not recovered from a chill to the bone.
“Aren’t you used to patrolling that district yet? It’s been many months.” A bear, walking beside the tiger, said.
“I stand by my point, Mr. Polar bear.” He switched to an American accent.
“For the last time, despite my white fur, I’m a grizzly bear just like my parents.” The polar bear argued sincerely.
The tiger averted his eyes, not bothered to correct his partner’s belief, then noted mammals gathering around the reception desk. He subsequently met tigress’ eyes coincidentally.
“Jackson!” Jasmine the bengal tigress loped to greet Jackson Rajah the bengal tiger with a friendly hug. “Why didn’t ya tell me you come here today!?”
“Ahh Umm aarr...” The zoned out tiger’s heart beat fast. Freezing in place, he barely prepared himself for a very warm welcome from a certain mammal he did not expect running into.
“I’m gonna go ahead. Later, amigo~” The snickering bear walked away.
“Wait! Where are you going!?” Regaining his senses, the tiger shouted.
“Hi Grizzoli!”
“Hi Fangmeyer~” The white bear greeted the tigress (his former teammate) back as he ignored his current feline partner, leaving him behind.
“So… What’s up with you guys gathering here?” The more awkward Rajah felt, the stiffer he became.
“Here the thing.” Jasmine led him to others, paw in paw. “We’re inviting Jude and Wilde to a school assembly. However, she said they’ve not finished analysis yet.” She summarized the situation.
“If it’s about the missing mammal cases...” Once he perceived that he was still holding Jasmine’s paw, he pulled his paw out promptly, “L-let me help you...” hurriedly budging away from her.
“But Jackson, you just patrolled all night.” Clawhauser mentioned. As a secretary, he pretty much memorized most of other officers’ shifts.
“Eh? You must be worn out. Shouldn’t you head home for now?”
“Getting some rest in a nap room and I’ll be ready to get back at work.” Rajah answered Jasmine, smiling to relieve her concern.
“Thanks bud! You are our hero!” She gave the tiger another hug which made him tense up again and slightly blush.
On the plus side, we apparently don’t have to worry about the cases. Judy considered optimistically. “Okay, I’ll join.” She agreed to help out.
“Count me in~” Nick planned to tag along after her, no matter what decision she chose. If she decided to take part in the assembly, he would participate too.
“It’s settled then. Sorry to bother you.” Bogo sighed with relief, casting his gaze on two small officers.
On the cheetah side, he glanced at the chief, ears bending limply, mouth turning down with a slight pull to the corners. His expression was subtle enough that no one noticed.
“Thanks for your sacrifice, you...” The mouse director intended to say the bengal tiger’s name. Unfortunately, he did not know the officer’s name.
“Rajah, Jackson Rajah.” Tiger introduced himself.
“You have such high spirits, Rajah~” Mickey beamed at Rajah. Jackson Rajah… His name sorta rings a bell…
.-- .... .- - / .-- . / . -..- .--. .-. . ... …
At one local elementary school in Downtown, two SCU agents (Fangmeyer the bengal tigress and Keaton the Andalusian horse), Three ZPD officers (Clawhauser the cheetah, Hopps the European rabbit and Wilde the red fox) and a teal-colored platypus DIB agent called an assembly in a gymnasium, standing respectively in front of children sitting on the stands. Between the large spotted cat and the bunny was a Savage slide show projected on a protector screen
Nick was dressed appropriately under the circumstances, neat and tidy, unrolled sleeves and tightened necktie.
They were in middle of educating students about the monsters, Savages.
“Alright. Now, everybody understands what Savages are and how dangerous they can be. But you see, some of them may look similar to us, mammals. Who could give me an answer about the difference between Savages and mammals?” After adults provided a basic explanation of the monsters, Jasmine asked the children.
She picked the kids who raised their paws to answer one at a time.
“Those monsters are all purple!”
“Our eyes only glow in the dark, while theirs also glow in daylight.”
“Their saliva drip everywhere.”
“Yours too”
A child teased another child, resulting in titters from the rest. Hence, a teacher got them to pipe down.
“They all act savage!”
“No, duh. Captain Obvious.” One student replied, causing the young mammals on stands to burst out laughing.
ZPD officers, including the former one, giggled at how children behaved, which reminded them of their childhood.
“Well done!” Feline SCU agent complimented young mammals.
After that, Clawhauser, the other feline, added. “On top of that, we all can walk on two feet and talk but Savages, of course, cannot.” He displayed a friendly manner.
“At any rate, supposing you kits, cubs, pups spot injured Savages, you should stay away from them because they have a high pain tolerance-” Jasmine paused a bit to check whether the elementary school students understood the vocabulary or not. “-and can heal rapidly. It’s not safe to get close to them even though they’re severely injured.” She warned.
Shortly afterward, Judy stated further details. “It might be hard to distinguish those monsters being wounded in the first place, since they don’t bleed, more likely that they are unable to..., unlike when we get hurt. For instance, if we trip and fall, we will bleed and it will take some time for wounds to be completely healed after cleaning them and putting on bandage.”
Maximus the SCU team leader attempted to educate kids as well. “The other major difference is that when we die, our hearts stop, no more breathing, we’ll fall into an eternal slumber, not be able to move any longer…, except if tendons or muscles jerk, which results in corpses twitching.”
Slowly turning their heads, other adults glared at the stallion. Jasmine had already predicted this, knowing her boss did not have bad intentions but sometimes, he could come across as a not quite kid-friendly guy.
“I’m not sure whether he was serious or he just horsed around~” Nick gossiped about Maximus in jest with platypus agent who only made the growling noise in response.
Still not talk huh? Nick thought.
“However, when Savages die, they will come to rest and then vaporize into nothing.”
Subsequent to Maximus done speaking, there was a calf lifting a hoof to ask a question. “Where do we go after death?”
The question stunned the adults so much that they were at a loss for words, afraid of accidentally making a wrong move that leads to speaking of things which potentially go against some beliefs.
Suddenly, the fox cop decided to take action. “Kits, it’s kinda like taking indefinite leave for a sleep.”
“Lying in bed all day must be nice.”
“But only sleeping sounds boring.”
Children chatted with each other.
“Trust me kiddos, once you reach a certain age, you would desire to sleep all the time.”
Hearing Nick’s relatable assertion, teachers had a hard time keeping a straight face.
“Okay, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.” Jasmine stated. “Yes?” She pointed to a cub.
“Have you ever met that one superhero in person?” The cub quizzed.
“Well, everyone is a hero in their own ways.” Maximus responded, flattered as he imagined that kids may look up to him who constantly protects the city.
“No no! I mean a real superhero like Hybrid on TV!”
The agents together with the officers were mildly shocked when the name of the armored cross-breed mammal was mentioned.
“Can he fly?”
“How do you know it’s he?”
“I think this hero is a girl.”
Most of the youngsters began to speak (partly arguing) loudly. Meanwhile, Judy was trying her best to prevent herself from smiling, almost not paying attention to stuffs around her anymore. She had never seen Hybrid as ‘a hero’, even after she heard Clawhauser called her and Nick’s combined alter ego ‘that’. However, she felt rather praised when these children regarded this alter ego as not merely a hero but a superhero.
The fox officer caught a glimpse of his partner’s reserved smile, thus “Aw, you look so hoppy, Hopps~” joshing her softly, which made the bunny redden.
After the fuss had settled down, “Let’s go over the important matter again. Whenever you find Savage, what should you do?” the tigress tested the students.
“Stay safe and contact SCU immediately.” They answered simultaneously.
“Excellent!” She praised them, clapping her paws a few times.
All of a sudden, there was a door slammed open. A large brown mole janitor, wearing round glasses, rushed in the gymnasium. “Holy crud! Big problem!! Savages are outside!”

Following a quick nap, Rajah kept his word. He was reading the papers which Nick and Judy wrote while sipping coffee at his cube. The overcoat was hung on a back of office chair. As for his turban, he laid it on a desk.
The tiger compared the papers related to the missing mammal cases with CCTV footage in ZPD’s database. He also looked at the cases that he took responsibility for investigation.
“It can’t be...” Mumbling, he grew more sullen, disturbed by the supposition formed in his mind. “I hope I’m wrong...”
.-- .. ... .... / - --- / -... . / .-- .-. --- -. --.
During a commotion, Nick and Judy seized an opportunity, telling others that they would go out to check on civilians outdoors. But, in fact, they pinpointed the target, three of mid-sized macropodine Savages wandering the school’s courtyard, sticking together.
The duo made a detour to hide behind walls, an out of sight spot. They were about to transform.
“Ready partner?” Judy brought out her MidniDriver, then put it on. Its belt wrapped around her waist automatically.
“Born ready~” Nick, wearing his morpher, flopped down sideways towards the rabbit. As a result, she reached paws forward to catch him before he could fall down on the ground.
“What’s wrong, Nick!? Are you ok??” Having her heart in her mouth, she carried his upper body carefully.
“I’ll eventually fall on the ground anyway. Skipping some steps wouldn’t hurt~” He pulled his syringe. “DRAW BLOOD”
She rolled her eyes in annoyance, then pressed her device’s syringe “INJECT”, supporting Nick’s falling unconscious body with one arm.
Next, she laid him down and moved her right paw to twist the handle back “IGNITE”.
Driver emitted purple steam, followed by mist explosion covering the bunny entirely. Accordingly, she transformed into the flamingo red full-armored rabbit with fox features (especially the tail), Hybrid Hustler form.
In order not to waste any time, they pushed the syringe “ACTIVATE” to activate instantaneous movement, which allows Hybrid to travel from one point to another instantly.
The duo chose to use this ability instead of running into battle so that nobody saw Hybrid come out from where they were hiding Nick’s body and would start to suspect them.
Hybrid appeared out of thin air above the courtyard. Feet landed on the field. They made a majestic entrance, or that was what they went for, but it turned out that during the landing, Hybrid slipped and fell over.
It did not hurt, but both got shocked what happened nonetheless. The fox and the bunny, sharing the same body, had a feeling of something wet and slippery on the ground.
“Hybrid?” Maximus was guarding gymnasium’s doorway when he unintentionally blurted out.
Two other agents and a feline officer were also surprised to see the armored mammal emerge from nowhere.
“Hybrid!? Where? Where!?” The thrilled children, overhearing the name, wanted to get a good look at a real life superhero, so the adults obstructed them from leaving the building.
The sensitive rabbit ears picked up young mammals’ voice calling Hybrid. Judy was embarrassed to picture that they caught sight of Hybrid slipping down, hence taking control of the body real quick to get up.
Hybrid was confronting Savages with avian feathers. One had a hooked bill in place of a snout. One’s hind legs developed into bird legs. Another one did not have arms but had a pair of wings instead.
“Fangmeyer, call reinforcements. Officer Clawhauser, Mr. DIB agent, protect citizens.” Maximus the horse drew out a pistol, planning to shoot down the monsters. Too bad, the distance between him and the target was too far. Furthermore, he did not have much special ammo for dealing with Savage at the moment; therefore, he stepped on the field to close the distance.
However, he slipped and tumbled after a few steps, neighing shrilly.
There was black watery substance patchily all over the courtyard. Those macropodine Savages coughed slimy liquids everywhere.
Judy began to surmise what this black fluid was, “Saliva!? Ewwwww!!!” disgusted by it. She carefully avoided not to step on wet areas again but-
“All aboard!” Nick, in charge of the body, dashed forth, sliding on the slippery ground with extended leg. Hybrid kicked the macropods in their legs, tripping them over.
“What’s the-!?” Judy wished to reproach Nick for taking her body through a disgusting mess. But before she could finish her sentence, Nick lifted Hybrid’s left index finger to touch the center of the helmet’s muzzle part as a signal for her not to raise her voice.
If other mammals hear Judy’s voice from Hybrid, not Nick’s voice as usual, they will suspect.
Judy could only stay silent, swallowing frustration.
Soon after falling down, hooked billed one raised its head and then ejected slippery dark liquid through its mouth.
The duo were going to dodge the monster’s vomit. Unfortunately, because of slimy floor, Hybrid was unable to spring over far enough to evade the black watery matter and consequently blocked some liquids with left arm.
“Ew! Ew! It’s all wet and oily!” The doe grumbled.
Since it was difficult to run or jump around on the slippery floor like this, she aimed to activate the instant movement ability in order to get close to the monsters and attack them.
However, the left side of morpher got coated by black slime that must be from the hooked billed Savage’s previous attack. The paws slipped when Hybrid tried to push the syringe.
“What’s this thing?” Judy sniffed at stuffs covering the body.
Nick could smell- “Oil?”
In this state, long range attack was more suitable, yet Police form’s gun might spark a fire with oil around them, which was too dangerous, especially nearby school buildings full of civilians. That being the case, Hybrid twisted the handle forth twice “FORM SHIFT-ARCHER” to switch to the most fitting form for this situation.
Armor gaps released purple steam which removed the oil on the body. The doe’s figure enveloped in the fog from the device, core of which brightened along with amethyst headlight eyes.
Hybrid pivoted around to clear the brume, revealing the flamingo red bio-armored mixed breed in green leather tunic, hood with red feather, charcoal mark on face that resembles eye mask.
At the time they were done changing form and “ACTIVATE” summoning a bow, Maximus finally straightened up after several failed attempts. He switched off the pistol safety catch.
Hearing sound of toggling a lever, Judy rapidly turned to SCU’s leader. “Don’t shoot! These black liquids might be an oil!” Nick shouted. Both feared that his firearm could ignite the huge flame with oil on the ground.
“Shut up, Hybrid!” The horse yelled back. “I’ll arrest you later-”
Seeing him not listening, Hybrid generated an arrow from right wrist, then shot it at him. An arrowhead broke off, allowing a boxing glove inside it to pop up.
The boxing glove arrow hit Maximus right in his face, knocking him down, successfully preventing him from firing a gun.
“Please look after that guy. Thank you.” Nick requested Jasmine. Despite confusion, she agreed to do what she was asked, pulling her boss back into gymnasium.
When Hybrid turned back, Savages had already got up, two of them coming towards Hybrid, the other one with avian legs bounding in the direction of a narrow way between buildings where the duo hid Nick’s body.
While they were experiencing difficulties in moving on the oily surface, these monsters easily moved around as they pleased.
Judy hastily created a new lethal arrow to shoot the bird legged macropod. Abruptly, the hooked billed one threw up on Hybrid once more. The right paw was splashed with the black oil. The arrow slipped through greasy fingers, flying to strike the bird legged monster’s calf. It missed the viral spots that Judy aimed for.
“Tsk” The doe disapproved of the outcome, the bird legged Savage still, a bit slower, advanced. She tried to shoot it again but the other two interfered her by assaulting Hybrid.
She “ACTIVATE” summoned a sword to deal with the billed one and the winged one. However, due to the greasy right paw, Hybrid dropped the sword. The only option left at the moment was to avoid the continuous attacks.
As Hybrid was dodging the attacks, she grew anxious more and more, worried about tod’s body.
“Calm down, Carrots.” He comforted her. It was not like he did not worry, even so he was more concerned about his buddy, feeling the bunny’s body tremble from a surge of anxiety.
What should I do? Should I chase that Savage? But if I leave here, our friends and civilians will be put into danger…. But Nick! What should I do? The doe concentrated.
In a critical second, a monitor of Archer form detected an incoming object.
A flash passed in front of Hybrid. The very next image Nick and Judy saw was that two Savages were blown away, which greatly puzzled them.
“Stop spacing out~”
Both swiftly turned Hybrid’s head to the source of male fruity voice. The owner of the voice was a silver chrome full suited (from head to toes) wolf with a reflective black bar over the eyes, two black thunderbolt stripes mirroring each other on abdomen, and solar panels on chest as well as shoulders.
“I’ll take care of the rest. Hurry up and go to your body already~” The mysterious wolf said sotto voce, pointing at an area where Nick’s body were, when the Savages that was just collided started to target him.
Wait! That guy knows about my unconscious body? Nick was undeniably aghast, whereas Judy “FORM SHIFT-HUSTLER” only thought about saving Nick, changing back to Hustler form by twisting the handle forth with left paw.
She moved Hybrid’s leg to sprint through the oiled courtyard. The gusting steam from changing the form blew away the liquid on spots of the ground Hybrid stepped on. Once they reached the edge of the courtyard field where there was no slippery oil, “ACTIVATE” she ran at the astonishing speed to follow the bird legged Savage to the narrow path between buildings.
When Hybrid turned around the corner, they found it poking Nick’s senseless body. Judy, without second thought, twisted the handle back. “CRITICAL BREAK” Hybrid sped up to the point of becoming a red blur with amethyst light lines alongside and then leaped, rolling front flip in mid-air, to kill the monster with a double kick blow.
Hybrid landed backflip before hastening to check on Nick’s body.
“Nick! Are you alright?” Judy’s voice shivered.
“I think so. Still looking handsome and all-” He looked at his own unconscious body, commending in fun.
“Return to your body to make sure!” She did not care about the joke, pulling the syringe, sending his mind back to his body.
The armor let out purple mist, then disappeared. Her body and clothes were back to the previous state.
Nick woke up afterwards. “Yeah I-” After pressing his syringe to inject the blood, “I’m fine.” he continued.
“What a relief…” Judy sighed. “Now! Let’s transform and beat the rest!”
“You detransformed just for this!?” Nick precipitately sat up.
“Quick!” She rushed him.
But then, both heard a footstep… The shadow, representing the familiar feline figure, was cast on the floor. They looked back to the way they two as Hybrid just ran on… Standing at the corner was Benjamin Clawhauser, the cheetah ZPD officer.
