Living in the trailer

Just thinking how you would spend so much time in the trailer that it becomes your second house because you feel safe and loved there.

You wake up early one morning and you find Uncle Wayne in the kitchen atea, already up and getting ready for work. "Want some coffee. Mr. Munson?"

"I've told you hundreds of times to call me Wayne, kid." He responds, slightly scolding you before reading the time from the clock on the wall, as if thinking if he has enough time for a coffee before work or not.

You chuckle and grab two cups from their weird collection, filling them one with the coffee you like and the other with the one you know Wayne likes, without even waiting for his answer.

On your way to Eddie’s room, you give him the warmed cup, he thanks you and makes some joke about how eddie gotta get his lazy ass out of bed.

Eddie, on the other hand, is still sprawled across the bed when you walk into the room, half asleep.

“Morning, sunshine,” you hum, leaving your coffee on the nightstand before flopping onto the bed, almost immediately being wrapped up in eddie’s arms.

You curl up next to him, in his warm embrace.

The smell of coffee mixes with the smell of Eddie's shampoo and you can't help but think you're home.
