If you can’t handle dark fiction and dark romance then Interview With the Vampire is NOT for you. If you’re gonna join this fandom to complain about people “romanticizing” Louis and Lestat’s relationship, don’t.

Loustat is basically the OG Hannigram, there are very messed up and problematic aspects to their relationship that some people may consider toxic, but that’s what makes it so nuanced because it’s also romantic and they love each other.

People have been shipping them for decades now, Anne Rice herself wrote a piece about what their wedding would be like. It’s a dark romance and if that’s not for you that’s okay, but don’t make that our problem.

I love charles winners mentality and whenever ppl ask him abt any position he is that is not p1 (in anything) he's immediately like "yeah it's fine just not something i particularly care" or "it's good just not what im aiming for" like idk man anyone else in his position would just settle for mid because like he's already in f1 and has sponsors left and right and he is living the life but he cares so fucking much and wants nothing but to win and be at the top always and at the front every weekend and if it doesn't happen then he will make sure it will be different in the future and all he wants is to win and ferrari and a wdc and then another wdc and then another and another all whilst being in ferrari and winning in ferrari

You've been writing about vampires eh... can I ask is there an aspect about vampires that you wish was portrayed more across media, be it televised or literature?

Of course, if there is it's probably included in what ever you're writing, so if you can't answer this because it may be a spoiler, that's fine :)

ohohohohohoho this is a fun question.

i actually talked abt this not too long ago with someone else, but i really wish more vampire media would focus on the Hunger of it. obviously modern vampire stories are a hit or miss especially if it's a romance (twilight did irreparable damage to that subgenre) but i just want my vampires to be nasty and hungry and i want to see them struggle with it.

what i've been writing is a mix of things but one of the main characters is a freshly turned vampire, and she doesn't really understand what's happening to her or how she got here, so a big part of the narrative is her trying to remember what it was like to be human as well as coping with how she has to live now and the violent things she's done. her (human) partner is trying to salvage their relationship while going through all of this as well, and she's also being forced to do terrible things to protect her girlfriend and keep them together. the third character is one that's outside of them and she's older and been around longer and she's just really lonely, and she is also doing (you guessed it) terrible things in an attempt to feel a part of something and someone else.

i don't like vampires being perfect and beautiful and hundreds of years old, i want them to be young and messy and stupid! also STOP making confederate vampires what the hell is wrong with you...

i also wish people would stop trying to be "too cool" for vampires. i don't mind people changing certain parts of vampire lore (i've changed some things myself) but i really dislike the disdain some people seem to have for classic vampires. why are you writing about vampires if you don't even like them or think they're silly! i feel like this can be applied more generally to a lot of things these days, though, there's definitely this fear of being "cringe" permeating everything and people seem to only enjoy a lot of stuff "ironically" and i just don't get that.... anyways i want vampires to explode in sunlight again

Hi! I've been seeing a lot of posts about something going on with Ohm and Nanon and apparently the rest of gmmtv? And I'm really not good at keeping up with this stuff, so could you please explain whats going on?

Love your writing btw! :)

Honestly, your guess is as good as mine. Ohm had some bullying allegations brought against him a few months ago, which he then confirmed, and that got him into some hot water with the fandom, but I have no idea why the rest of GMMTV seems to have turned on him as well. Normally, I wouldn’t even comment on this sort of stuff, but Ohm’s been very open about it. Just pick any random interview during the Double Savage press tour and you’ll hear him talking about how Perth is the only person he has in his corner right now.

And in that same vein, I highly recommend that everyone listen to this interview in particular because although I think we’re all aware of how toxic the Thai entertainment industry can be, I’ve never heard anyone talk about it as in-depth as Ohm and Perth do here. (The real juicy bit starts around the 6 minute mark.) Ohm and Perth have both been in this industry since they were literal children (acting in high heat roles no less)—and Perth in particular has been through hell and back—so to hear them talking about how much mental anguish just doing their jobs causes them is kind of heart-breaking.

But I’ve gotten off track…

So, to answer your question, I have no idea what’s going on with Ohm and probably never will. It’s none of our business. In my opinion, he needs to take some time off work to heal and GMMTV needs to stop making him do press events he’s clearly uncomfortable with. Like did y’all see his and Nanon’s episode of The Boys Call Me because it was, quite possibly, the most awkward thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t think they exchanged a single word the whole time.
