hello, thank you for the reply and yes, he did mention it in a dream vs dream video to be 10:00 am. it'd be great if you could do it for that time! thank you once again!!! have a great day ahead!
Hi there anon! Thank you so much for confirming the birth time for Haechan. Really appreciate it! 💕💛💕
♊︎ Haechan Birth Chart Analysis ♊︎
Disclaimer: All these are for entertainment purposes only. DO take my words with a grain of salt.
Tumblr media
Asteroid and astrological body that will be discussed in depth are Chiron and Black Moon Lilith (BML) as they show up prominent in my research.
First of all, can I just say, I feel sorry for this man. Like Genuinely. With Sun-Venus conjunction in 11th house Gemini opposite Pluto-Chiron conjunction in 4th house Sagittarius, I cannot imagine how painful it is to live Haechan's life. I myself have Sun-Venus conjunction in Leo square Pluto in Scorpio. There wasn't a moment when I didn't wish I was someone else before I was 25 (the age Venus matures). Natives with Sun-Venus conjunction place a lot of importance on whether they are socially accepted or loved. Their egos are bounded with the idea of becoming that popular boy or girl that is welcomed in any social circumstances. Normally, it manifests well when this aspect is on its own. It gives diplomacy and popularity to the natives. But Haechan has his Sun-Venus conjunction opposite by Pluto-Chiron conjunction. People who have Sun-Pluto and Venus-Pluto stressful aspects at the same time inherently think that they are unlovable. They constantly compare themselves to others and find faults within themselves. And when you throw in Chiron (wounds that one cannot heal) into the mix, I see it manifests as a lot of people around Haechan (most probably at home because Pluto and Chiron are in the 4th house) making remarks on how unlikeable his usual way of getting things done (Sun) and his love language (Venus). It can also be Haechan's appearance that people make remarks on as Sun is the chart ruler. And these remarks hurt Haechan and lower his self-esteem. Haechan has Uranus trining his Sun-Venus conjunction from the 7th house. He may appear fast-changing in order to not let others notice his hurt. An example that I can give you is you know how people pretend that they have moved on to something else when they can see their passion projects are failing. It is to save them faces but deep down they are saddened by the said failure. The same thing will happen to love for Haechan. He will pretend that he has found a new man or woman he is interested in when he can sense that you are not that into him. It is a defence mechanism. You can't really blame Haechan for that. I will ignore the trines Neptune makes with the Sun-Venus conjunction as its orb is too wide, 9 degrees.
Moon in 12th house Leo opposite Neptune in 6th house Aquarius: At Haechan's core, he is extremely dreamy (Neptune and 12th house together? Puff). Not in the way that you will sigh by just one look at him, but I feel like Haechan is really good at selling a fantasy to others. Not that he deliberately does so for ulterior motives, he himself believes in those fantasies too. I can't tell you what kind of fantasies these are exactly, because Moon can point to literally all kinds of inner workings happening within a person. But Haechan is definitely dreamy by nature. And his Moon is trined by the same dame Pluto-Chiron conjunction. His emotions are also impacted by the remarks that I have just talked about in the previous paragraph. But the beauty about trine is that it is a gift. Moon trine Pluto gives emotional resilience after failure and Moon trine Chiron gives the native an opportunity to heal through emotion (But the orb for this aspect is huge too, 9 degrees, so... 🤞🏻). But is Haechan okay? I am genuinely concerned.
Now, the Mercury that Haechan has is chef-kiss. I know, it is in Cancer, which is not the domicile or exaltation position for Mercury. But it is the apex of a Yod (the finger of God), energetically charged by Neptune and Pluto. Haechan naturally understand the public's subconscious (Neptune, the dreamy subconscious; while Pluto, the obsessive subconscious). He is a great artist because of that. He can use his communication (Mercury) to make something new (the nature of Yod), psychologically profound (Pluto) and mesmerising (Neptune). Another singer-songwriter that has Mercury as the apex of the a Yod is Lana Del Rey, although the supporting planets are different (Jupiter and Uranus). But you get what I mean, she is one of the greatest lyricists of our generation. Mercury opposite BML: The way that Haechan talks stresses people out. This is because he has no filter. He does not recognise some topics are considered taboos in the society. And hence, he may feel ostracised for the way he thinks. But it is a great talent that he has in provoking people by just talking. I can also feel that he may be good at dirty talk (not going into too much details of this as this is not a 18+ reading).
Mars in 11th house in Gemini loosely conjuncts Sun: Great aspects for having an alignment between what he wants and how he gets it. Mars trine Uranus: very dynamic and energetic. I can see that he values independence. He will dislike it if someone retrains his actions. He is a wild card in that sense. And I can see that he is kind of experimental in bedroom (again, not going into too much details of this as this is not a 18+ reading).
Aquarius Descendant conjuncts Uranus in 7th house: Haechan attracts and is attracted to the rebellious type of people. He himself can feel very rebellious too. But at the same time, his relationships will come and go very fast. They are highly unstable.
Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in 10th house: This is someone who is grounded (Saturn) with his aspirations (Jupiter). And his aspirations are mostly related to his chosen profession (10th house). He has a high possibility in succeeding in his career IF he can overcome his tendency to be rebellious, unpredictable, and unconventional in love matters (Uranus in the 7th house) as his Jupiter-Saturn conjunction is squared by Uranus. After his Saturn return, his career will blossom.
I hope you enjoy this reading, anon. And have a nice day!

We learn about God through the witness of His Spirit as preserved in the Holy Scriptures; however, to properly interpret the Scriptures we must read in context, and therefore we must endeavor to understand the New Testament in light of the Torah, not the other way around... Without the background of the Torah and the history of the Jewish people, the meaning and terms of the New Testament will be obscure and subject to misunderstanding (see John 4:22; Rom. 9:4).
It is written in our Scriptures: "Yeshua the Messiah became a servant to the circumcised to show God's truthfulness, in order to confirm the promises given to the fathers" (Rom. 15:8). He came from heaven, "tabernacling with us," as Israel's promised Redeemer and the manifest revelation of God (John 1:14; 1 Tim. 3:16), his mother Miriam (Mary) being miraculously conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, Yeshua was he was born the "King of the Jews" in Bet-Lechem (Bethlehem), "born under the law" as the "Second Adam" (or "Son of Man"); and was circumcised according to the Torah on the eighth day, being given the Hebrew name "Yeshua," God's Salvation.
Yeshua grew up as a faithful Jew, fluent in Torah reading and study (Luke 4:16-21; John 4:22). He observed all the Torah holidays as prescribed by the law of Moses (Lev 23). When he began his public ministry, he was baptized to identify himself as “the on of Man" (בֶּן־הָאָדָם), calling out to the lost sheep of the house of Israel to repent and believe the message of God's redemption revealed in him (Matt. 15:24).
Yeshua repeatedly taught that the Scriptures foretold of his coming and born witness of Him (John 5:39). He foretold his sacrificial death for our sins and his resurrection from the dead (Mark 10:32-34). After his crucifixion and resurrection, he told his disciples that he is the central meaning of all the Jewish Scriptures: "And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself" (Luke 24:27; John 5:39; 8:58). He then instructed his followers to go to Jerusalem to receive the Holy Spirit on the very day of Shavuot ("Pentecost"), in fulfillment of the Scriptures. Later, when he miraculously called out to the Apostle Paul to follow him, Yeshua identified himself as the Jewish Messiah by using the Hebrew (not Aramaic) language (Acts 26:14).
We study Torah to know Yeshua, the "Living Torah" better, as he said: “Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house, who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old" (Matt. 13:52). Our Lord observed Sukkot (and all the holidays of Torah), and he wanted his followers to understand why he did so (Luke 24:27; Luke 24:44; John 1:45; John 5:46; Gal. 4:4-5; etc.). After all, Yeshua taught his followers to understand his ministry, but to do so, we must understand its context in Jewish history and tradition. “Every jot and tittle” of the Torah (i.e., kotzo shel yod ha’Torah: קוֹצוֹ שׁל יוד התּוֹרה) has its voice and its place in his mission (see Matt. 5:17-18). Sukkot, or "Tabernacles" is part of our heritage as those who trust in the LORD God of Israel and his salvation given in Yeshua. Amen.

A week of contact with a Salamander
In order for me to be more genuine with the expression of each element in the game I am making, I wanted to deepen my understanding of each of the four elements. I decided to attempt to conjure an elemental to tutor me for a week on each element. The nature of the conjuration was very interesting in retrospect, as it certainly was formulated as an evocation, but the tutoring process felt more in the nature of an invocation. On a whim of expression, I decided to go with the Tetragrammaton formula for the order, which is to say in accordance to the correspondences of Yod, Heh, Vav, and Heh. Fire, Water, Air, Earth.
The general formula I used for each of the elements is as follows:
For the first conjuring, I made sure to do so on a day and the hour of a planet that corresponds to the element. For the Salamander, I did this on Sunday(Sol, Fire.) I started with a standard LBRP, followed by a slightly modified LIRH, by doing just the invoking hexagram of the element I am working with.
My altar is a rather basic set up, the offering to the Elemental in the middle, the incense burner on the left, a white candle on the right. A painted elemental banner sits on the altar near the back, forming a sort of backdrop and meditative focus. Once I finish the LIRH, I sit in a chair and call upon the appropriate name of God, Archangel, and elemental Angel to send me a fitting elemental to tutor me in the ways of the element. After that I say the shortened form of the Elemental Prayer as found in the 'revised' version of the MPR in the back of Regardie's Middle Pillar (in the section of material compiled and written by the Ciceros) Other than that, at later points I do start to add in the full Elemental Prayer by Eliphas Levi and started to use a black mirror toward the end of the Sylph conjurations. Before that, I sort of used the elemental banner as a scrying medium, and mostly relied on vision and meditation to receive insight from the spirits.
Tumblr media
Enough technical details, here's what the results (at least that which I can share) of each week of each elemental were
First Evocation: After sitting down and beginning to meditate on the elemental banner, I felt a presence start to arise. Physically it was like pins in my hands and feet, and like there was a large pressure, especially when asking the elemental to show me something or reveal something to me. At this point the communication was wordless. At first all I got was the ghost image effect on the elemental banner, but then got an image of the symbol of sulfur that superimposed itself on top of both the ghost image and the actual banner. Upon asking for a name, I felt a sensation in my throat like either something being pulled, or moved, and I spoke aloud how it felt natural, and I said in a low, drawn out voice "Eglė" as I did so the letters appeared in my mind, complete with the accent mark, which I wrote in my journal before researching the name. Surprising to me, Eglė is in fact the name of a mythological figure in Lithuanian mythology, the main piece that stood out to me was that Eglė at the end of the myth becomes the Spruce, which while I cannot find any traditional sources, does seem to have a correspondence with the sun. I asked the salamander if there was anything in addition they wanted to show me, to do so through my dream that night, and concluded with a license to depart.
That night I did in fact have a dream, where I was just told straight up by one of the dream characters very candidly that if I wanted to communicate with Egle, I should meditate on the element of fire. So before the evocation later on in the day, I meditated on the element of fire, where suddenly I received both answers from what I asked last night and other new pieces of information, such as desiring a blend of Cinnamon and Sandalwood. I then received a lesson about the nature of fire as a sort of barrier between the uncreated world and the beginning of creation, which I thought was very insightful given how we usually see Fire as the out-thrusting force, but seeing how it relates to what came before, it takes the role of a barrier. I also received the image of the Cherub with the flaming sword guarding the Garden of Eden.
Second Evocation:
As I went from one thought to the next, I found myself wandering in thought, which was cut by a different voice suddenly chastising me, saying to listen to the Elemental, not my delusions. I saw the voice coming from the image of a black hole. I then saw flame sweep across my field of vision from left to right, and the remainder of the meditation was silence as I felt within the presence of a flame. Later that day, when I did the full evocation, she seemed to take very well to singing the Prayer of the Salamanders, as I did it over and over it felt like I was kindling a fire that grew and grew, to which the candle flame on the altar grew as well.
Third Evocation: After the evocation, I was finally able to perceive the Salamander, she took on a form similar to an icon of Mary, or a nun but with yellows and oranges and reds for the clothing. I saw a very palpable halo around the candle flame, and the tip of the flame had 3 very clear tips, like a crown or perhaps the comparison could even be made to the letter Shin. In the corners of the room, strange shadows bounced in a way that looked like a moving presence.
Fourth Evocation:
By this point, she consistently appeared in the form of a solar nun. Egle tutored me with the art of vibrating Divine Names. By the time the lesson was done, my whole being from my feet to the top of my head felt like I was ringing like a bell. I then felt a great love, it felt very fraternal, is all I can really put into words.
These were the major points of interest in my week of evocation. The chastising voice in the meditation before the second evocation was very interesting, I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Egle was a very interesting salamander to have come across. She seemed to emphasize a very solar, loving hearth-fire. During and since this evocation, I found that I have become a bit more warm, spontaneous, and extroverted in my personality. The day and time of evoking for the first time seemed to draw a very Solar-leaning Salamander.
All and all this was a great success. While this was far from my first evocation, it was the first time I had to improvise the ritual and to call upon a spirit that was not laid out in a book. I felt like I was learning the whole time, and am very grateful to the spirits I contacted, and grateful to all the spirits along the way who ensured that the spirit I contacted was fitting of my circumstance and needs.
I will continue on next week to go into the very interesting Undine I contacted after.

Remember Your Heart
Friday - September 2, 2022
Tumblr media
As we move into the later part of 2022 we will soon begin a period of time in which there will be no planetary bodies, except the Moon, transiting in Leo. This isn't unusual, and happens quite often with any sign that doesn't have a transpersonal (Pluto, Neptune, Uranus) or interpersonal (Saturn, Chiron, Jupiter) planet in it. But having nothing in Leo as we move into the rest of 2022 will make it feel very dark for some people, specifically those who have avoided doing their inner work since 2012.
Don't doubt me on this Lightworkers ... they will come looking to feed off your light and your energy. They will see the dark of the world that's coming up to be healed, and not be able to put it into perspective, as they have not dealt with their own dark. And YES, you and I will engage with them with love and respect, do our best to help them in their healing.
I tell you this as today is the last day for that powerful Yod that has been going on with Venus in Leo at point, with Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Capricorn filling in the Yod. Venus is at 26°, so it is triggering the Pluto (which is also at 26°) portion of that Yod. So today you are making decisions that favor, enhance, reveal, express and protect your heart. When Venus moves to 27° later in the day that Yod will disappear.
Early Monday morning (US time) Venus moves into Virgo, leaving poor Leo with no company until January 2023 when Black Moon Lilith moves there. Yuck ... that will certainly bring up any fears about living in the heart! And it's not until May 2023 when Mars comes to the rescue, moving into Leo.
So hold onto your heart my astrological friends. There will be those who will demand you help them. They will be like loud, spoiled, petulant brats and will want your energy in order to pacify their hurts. Because they will STILL not be seeing the work they need to do, and are looking for comfort, not resolution.
Your heart will keep you above the fray, and give you guidance on how and when to assist others in the most loving way possible.

Note
yeah so some of your asks are with me atm probably due to the whole kisaki kinnie incident so it seems like I’ve got the info on your oc Akira so here it is:
{Basically this OC is Suguru's younger sister; named Akira. They're 12 years apart (meaning she was 5 when Suguru chose to go down a dark path in 2007). He knew the consequences of his actions would impact her life so he tried to shield her the best he could and took her to some faraway orphanage on that day he became a murderer. He didn't leave her with Satoru because he wanted to distance her away from the jujutsu world as best as he could. (And also who tf would trust a little kid with Satoru)
Despite his efforts, Satoru obviously did end up finding out the whereabouts of Akira and occasionally checks on her. Akira hates to associate with jujutsu (she's pretty much shunned from that society anyway), and absoulutely hates Satoru. Akira has dyed platinum blonde hair and wears fake glasses in order to make herself look less related to her older brother. (Kinda sad).
Anyway her lore starts where she one day meets Yuta while skipping school (yes she's a delinquent what about it). While sitting on the rooftop of a random building. she sees Yuta be approached by two jujutsu sorcerors in an alley. Right away, Akira knows something is off about Yuta (that he was cursed) and basically feels all that cursed energy (alternatively, rikas murderous aura) radiating off of him and realizes "oh shit these sorcerors are in big trouble". Although she hates sorcerors, she decides to intervene and save them because she doesn't want to be around when some sorceror dies. Anyway although she nearly gets murdered right there (she told the sorcerors to fuck off and they ran because they saw rika soon after and noped the hell out) she befriends Yuta. This was maybe a month or two before yuta finally got taken to the execution room.
anyway stuff happens and through character development and encouragement from yuta and harassment talk from gojo, she begrudgingly joins the second years in 2018.
she doesn't really like to be with other jujutsu sorcerers (especially ones that have ambition) so she skips class pretty much all the time. she'll be in her dorm all day (or if she knows she won't be called for a mission/finishes a mission she'll always be in the streets doing what delinquents do).
surprisingly she gets along with yuji the best, though she hates his philosophy and mindset that reminds her too much of her brother.
extra: she likes noodles (especially soba) a lot just like her brother. she absolutely hates to admit it though. after a tiring mission she's most likely gonna be at a soba place.}
I will try to find out how to get the asks back to you so bear with me a bit. Also Akira is really cool so you are free to talk more about her anytime
OHMY YOD THANKEBYWOQUAZ THANK YOU
You're a life saver
Anyways I think I'll stop privating posts because it seems that the kisaki kinnie never found this acc (unless he has and i just dont know it 😨)
AGAIN THANKS WIEKDHDKANS

Berakhot 6a:18. "The Right Hand."
Tumblr media
The Yod, the Burning Finger of God that writes the Torah is the source of the Devarim and also the Tefillin. The Mishnah differentiates the religion and the Tefillin, the Law and the Promise from each other, but names both as the strength of the people:
18. "On his right" - this is the Torah, as it is said: "On his right hand is a fire of religion for him", "and in his arm" - these are tefillin, as it is said: "God will give strength to his people".
The Value in Gematria is 6411, ו‎דאא, "and daa." ‎‎
The term refers to Daw, or David "the leader" whom God calls his Right Hand in Psalm 110:
Psalm 110
Of David. A psalm.
1 The Lord says to my lord:[a]
“Sit at my right hand     until I make your enemies     a footstool for your feet.”
2 The Lord will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying,     “Rule in the midst of your enemies!” 3 Your troops will be willing     on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy splendor,     your young men will come to you     like dew from the morning’s womb.[b]
4 The Lord has sworn     and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever,     in the order of Melchizedek.”
5 The Lord is at your right hand[c];     he will crush kings on the day of his wrath. 6 He will judge the nations, heaping up the dead     and crushing the rulers of the whole earth. 7 He will drink from a brook along the way,[d]     and so he will lift his head high.
In order to understand why King David is the Tefillin inside the Right Arm as the Mishnah and the Psalm say we need to fully define the term David.
"The root ידד (yadad) has to do with love, and that mostly in the affectionate, physical sense. Adjective ידיד (yadid) means beloved or lovely. Noun ידידות (yedidot) means love, as in "a song of love" and noun ידידות (yedidut), meaning love in the sense of beloved one.
Curiously, an identical verb ידד (yadad II) means to cast a lot and instead of being kin to the previous, it appears to be related to the verb ידה (yada), which originally meant to cast but which evolved to mean to praise.
That our root has to do with physical fondling and love-making is demonstrated by the verb דדה (dada), which means to move slowly. Noun דד (dad) denotes a women's nipple or breast specifically as object of one's husband's interest.
Unused verb דוד (dwd) probably meant to gently swing, dandle, fondle. Noun דוד (dod) or דד (dod) means beloved or loved one, and may also describe one's uncle.
The feminine version, דודה (doda), means aunt. Noun דודי (duday) literally means a "love-bringer" and describes a mandrake. Noun דוד (dud) refers to a kind of pot or jar (perhaps one that was rocked or stirred?).
It may or may not be that the noun יד (yad), meaning hand, also has something to do with this root."
The essence of the binding of the Tefillin then is much more than a promise to obey God and to avoid looking back at Egypt, but something far more powerful: the cast oneself in a role within which one will find one's own right hand during the brief amount of life that remains after one achieves Shabbat.
As we learned in the Book of Joshua, "'the extra portion", and in the Melachim, beyond religion, beyond Shabbat and even Ha Shem is one's beloved, whose mysteries have no reasonable explanation in religion or science. Hence the Gemara says seek him above all else others and abandon the rest.
God will manage if we break a promise or two to Him, people who are dear to us may not. Therefore the bonds between the groom and his other, between man and mankind are considered yet more sacred than the one between mankind and God and must come first.

Conscious 48 Yod ~ Destiny (Ace of Swords Reversed) Chaotic change, disharmony and tension but not without it's rewards. Stress and restriction, not feeling like you have much choice besides to bare through the pain. Being the black sheep of the family, good chances for achieving goals but the path is not easy. Patience and adaptability is needed to fulfill the bigger purpose. Health issues or drastic changes in day to day life. Inner truth, adjustment, standing strong and making a difference.
Tumblr media
Subconscious 27 Third House ~ Messages (Three of Pentacles) Writing and how we communicate, neighbourhoods, siblings. Searching for answers and uncovering clues. Mental strength and research. Inspiration in creative writing. Curiosity, figuring out how things work, giving and receiving information. A call for meditation and relaxation.
Tumblr media
How to unite the two 32 Eight House ~ Endings/Beginnings (Nine of Swords) Long dark night before the light, Halloween, sex, death, psychic powers, all things dark and mysterious. Need for change in order to move ahead. Inheriting issues, issues with ownership. Psychic abilities, premotitions, past life information, phobias, anxiety. Long term illness. Buildings new things from the rubble of a disaster, rebirth
Overall: Sounds like a lot of Dark Night of the Soul type stuff going on! consciously you may see the chaos and everything crumbling around you, while underneath you are already planning on what to do next. Lots of inner turmoil about the self, especially shadow aspects and family issues. Lots of symbolism of death/afterlife, both in a spiritual sense but also a physical sense. Two cards mention life altering illnesses so perhaps that may be part of the issues, or someone who has passed on is working with you to guide you even if you don't realize it! The mentions of Halloween is pretty significant and extremely timely relevant. A lot of meditation and shadow work is needed to be done to move forward with spiritual gifts which seem to be on the rise lately! Now is the perfect time for shadow work as we come to the dark end half of the year!

1 Kings 13: 1-5. "The Man of God."
Tumblr media
The Melachim were written to serve as a catechism for Jewish Royalty. All Jewish men are Jewish Royalty and must be able to serve in the same capacity as Sovereign over Israel as first as foremost the Sovereign over the Self.
The Torah provides the Instructions every man on earth must follow in order to be humane. The Septuagint provide us with a catechism for the religion based on historical practices and their outcomes. The Melachim give us a focused lens through which we view the skeleton of Jewish religious history, the Court of the Kingdom of Israel.
The basic unit common to all Jewish dimensions is a man. We just learned Jeroboam lost his way and started fair tale story time in the church and the court. He is caught in the act by a man. As for the contrast between them we have to turn to Gematria.
The first part of verse 1 has a numerical value of 3369, גגוט‎, Gogott, "The Town Council" AKA the Ordinances, the rational being within all of us looking to find his way out into an orderly, reasonable world, the same that wants to revel in the experience of others who enjoy things in much the same way:
The noun גג (gag) means rooftop, but since a society was a "house," its "rooftop" referred to that society's governing council. Note that the information technology that currently drives our society began in the Bronze Age with the invention of the alphabet and hyper-complex fractalic narration.
The noun אות ('ot), meaning sign or mark. This word is the Bible's common word for any sign or token (stars - Genesis 1:14; Cain's mark - Genesis 4:15; Noah's rainbow - Genesis 9:12; etc.).
13 By the word of the Lord a man of God came from Judah to Bethel, as Jeroboam was standing by the altar to make an offering.
2 By the word of the Lord he cried out against the altar: “Altar, altar! This is what the Lord says: ‘A son named Josiah will be born to the house of David. On you he will sacrifice the priests of the high places who make offerings here, and human bones will be burned on you.’”
3 That same day the man of God gave a sign: “This is the sign the Lord has declared: The altar will be split apart and the ashes on it will be poured out.”
4 When King Jeroboam heard what the man of God cried out against the altar at Bethel, he stretched out his hand from the altar and said, “Seize him!” But the hand he stretched out toward the man shriveled up, so that he could not pull it back.
5 Also, the altar was split apart and its ashes poured out according to the sign given by the man of God by the word of the Lord.
You may not stretch your hand out and inflict violence or take slaves; you may not speak of doing it or think of doing it. Recall the hand is called Yod, attached to it is the Burning Finger that wrote the Torah, and its authority is immaculate and inviolate. Jeroboam let this slip from his memory.
The man, who personifies this resonant authority tells the king, whatever caused you do this- the high priests in your head- must be sacrificed upon you, there are consequences.
Priests whether they are ours our yours create superstition. There is no other way to explain their constant harping about things on behalf of their invisible master. If the superstition leads to the direct experiece of the highest, then we call it an incense offering. A sacrifice, a suspension of disbelief through the sacrifice of the incense in order to find the evidence it alludes to.
If the incense is burnt in a high place and leads to sin, then an animal sacrifice is needed. In this case, the animal is the king himself.
The outcome will be something called Josiah, which is connected to the House of David, the advancement of the cause of humankind.
Josiah= "unmistakably the source of God's despair", the fact we are so difficult to deal with: We are weak in large numbers when we could be so strong and so smart:
The verb אנש ('anash) appears to emphasize the weakness of the human individual and mankind's consequent tendency to clan up and have strength in numbers first and then in social stratification.
It either means to be weak or even to be sick, or it swings the other way and means to be friendly and social. It yields the important noun אנוש ('enosh), man or human male individual who is weak yet social.
The Gematria explain the ashes that spill from the sacrifice of the king who was cleaved in half: the value is 7117, za'az, "to live and be alive in every sense and in every way."
The verb ζαω (zao) means to live in the sense of to be alive. The adjective עז ('az), meaning strong, mighty or fierce (Numbers 13:28, Judges 14:18).
All of this started when Jeroboam fled to Egypt and then didn't sacrifice his past in Jerusalem, where men go to transition into adults capable of publishing the peace.
This always begins inside first, which is why the Hand of God cut the reckless man in half and exposed the essence of life that was hidden within, freeing it to continue on its way.

back where we began || a supergirl fanfic
read on AO3 here
~
When Kara woke up, she didn’t know what time it was.
For once, she didn’t find anything wrong with that- wasn’t thinking about work, or being Supergirl. She had just taken a nap, and hadn’t had any bad dreams, and Rao knew she deserved that once in a while, if not regularly.
(She wasn’t thinking about the fact that she didn’t know when she had fallen asleep, either)
But she was dressed in decent clothes, and with an X-ray vision glance at her apartment door, she saw that there was someone waiting on the other side, so there was no harm in greeting them as she was.
Kara strode across her apartment, opened her door, and met the eyes of the most beautiful man she’d ever seen.
Sure, there had been Kenny and James and Mon-El- of course she thought they were each handsome. And she would admit, just as easily, that Lucy and Imra were both gorgeous, and she was lucky to even be around them. But this man was different. There was something about him, something about the way he looked at her and the gleam in his dark eyes, as he stood there with his hands positioned in an upside-down triangle, that captivated her, and she was struck speechless, looking at him open-mouthed.
“It’s you.” He said, smiling.
“Can- can I help you?” Kara asked, and his lips parted to answer before closing tight, another smile in one corner of his mouth like he’d just remembered an inside joke.
“I believe it is I who should be asking that question, Supergirl.” He said. “Or rather, may I help you?”
“Not sure exactly why.” Kara answered. “But…”
She reached out to take his arm, and he let her- and she was taken aback by how warm he felt, as with her other hand she closed her door, leaving them to their privacy.
“I believe a proper introduction is in order.” He said. “I am Brainiac 5. Half computer, half organic lifeform, all Coluan, and not to brag, but a recently uninhibited twelfth-level intellect.”
He paused, as if to leave her the room to comment, but she was still processing- well, everything about him.
“My name is Querl Dox, but the Legionnaires just call me Brainy.” He finished, lips pursing at the nickname.
There it was- it all clicked into place, from his vibrant green skin to his almost yellow blond hair, the three circles in a triangle shape that were present on his shirt, and now the revelation of his last name.
“Dox.” she said, considering the last name, and the bad memories that it conjured up for her. “Like Vril Dox?”
“Yes- he’s my great-grandfather, Brainiac 2.”
“But… I found out he was from a planet called Yod.”
He waved his hand dismissively.
“Yod is another name for my home planet, Colu.” He said. “No matter. I can assure you that, unlike him, I come in peace.”
He paused, lowering his head just for a moment.
“That is the correct phrase, yes?”
“Yeah.” Kara said, smiling- which apparently put him at ease, as he quickly returned the expression. “But… Legionnaires? Did Mon-El send you?”
“Yes, yes! To make sure that your neural pathways are clear and intact.” He said, strolling past her as he inspected her apartment, even picking up a vase and examining the flowers inside, before looking back at her for a moment. “Your brain is in truly remarkable health for someone languishing in a coma.”
She wasn’t sure, at first, whether to be flattered that a super-genius had complimented the health of her brain, or extremely worried at how casually he’d mentioned she was in a coma- but worry won out.
“Did you say a coma?”
“I buried the lede, didn’t I?” he asked, not looking at her as he continued to examine the vase. “You’ve been in a coma for two days.”
“I’m in my loft.” Kara said, as if she’d always been there. She knew it was probably pointless to say, but it was better than the alternative at this point, even if it wasn’t convincing to either of them.
“Oh. You mean the physical manifestation of the place in which your subconscious feels most comfortable? That loft?” he asked, putting the vase down as he walked towards her, then past her towards the door.
She was left to stare again, thinking about it. After all, the previous time she’d been trapped in a coma, she’d woken up wearing a fancy dress, backstage at a nightclub, and the time before that she had woken up in her bed on Krypton.
Neither of those places, as nice as they’d been, and familiar for the latter, had been entirely comfortable. This, in contrast, felt normal, and even good- which was probably why she was fighting any implication it wasn’t.
“Yeah…” she said. “But if I’m in a coma, how are you here?”
“Mon-El woke me up from hypersleep to communicate with you on behalf of him and your DEO compatriots.” He answered, placing his hands behind his back. “Thirty-first century technology. It’s also what’s keeping you alive.”
“Alive?”
“Reign defeated you.” He stated. “Don’t you remember?”
And oh, oh, she did, the pain and memories coming back to her in an instant as though he’d summoned them from her subconscious. The last thing she remembered, struggling to hold her head up, as Reign taunted her, before dropping her off a building. Alex, looking terrified, doing the best she could. How much Reign’s punches had truly hurt, how the Worldkiller hadn’t held back, and how Kara’s own punches and attempts to take her down seemed to only amuse her.
I wasn’t supposed to hold back either, Kara thought. What does that say about me? How am I supposed to stop her now, if this is what happens when I try?
Stay with me, Kara, stay with me, Alex had pleaded. Would she have to say that again, before this was over?
“This… this is crazy.” Kara said, going past Brainiac 5 and to her door. “Reign is still out there. People- people are dying, I have to wake up.”
“I don’t think you’re listening to me.” He answered, but she was. They were in her mind, and wasn’t it logical that she had control over her subconscious? Couldn’t she wake herself up, now that she knew she was in a coma?
Surely not even he could argue with that.
The lights flickered, as she pulled at the doorknob, but it was as though it and the door were made of something even heavier than the Fortress of Solitude key- because neither of them moved, despite her best efforts.
“Can we just, maybe, relax a little bit?” he asked, but this time she really wasn’t listening.
“Damn it!” she hissed. “It won’t open!”
Finally, she turned her back on the door, and rested against it, determination still burning within her as Brainiac 5 stood silent.
~
Not content to just look at vases anymore, Kara noticed Brainiac 5 now looking under one of her rugs, before she sank down onto her couch, a pillow in her arms.
“This is torture.” She murmured.
Unfortunately, Brainiac 5 heard her, and drew himself up to his full height as he addressed her.
“Of all the four million, two hundred thirty-seven thousand, six hundred and forty-two versions of our first meeting that I’d envisioned, you calling it “torture”… wasn’t one of them.” He said.
“Not this!” she quickly clarified, heat rushing to her face. “Not… meeting you.”
“Are you certain?”
“Yeah. It’s… nice to have company.”
Especially extremely handsome company.
“I understand.” He said. “You wish to redeem yourself in the eyes of your city, and make certain nobody else falls at Reign’s hands. And you wish to help your friends, as they have been left to defend National City without their resident Kryptonian, against the might of one of your kind.”
“Exactly.” She answered, as he continued to look around her apartment more closely- now lifting her cushions, peering behind and underneath them. “What are you doing, anyway?”
“Checking for brain damage.” He said, like that was something he did every day, whenever one of his friends happened to be punched into a coma. “In simulacra like the one we’re in right now, brain damage could present itself in any number of ways. Mildew, mold… rats indicate neurological issues.”
“But you said my brain was in remarkable health.”
“It is.” Brainiac 5 answered. “I am just taking necessary precautions, making sure of that assessment, in order to prepare you for reality re-entry.”
“Reality re-entry?” Kara repeated.
“If you’re not properly prepared when we wake you up, you could go into shock. Some people die immediately.” He explained, still focused on the pillows on her couch. But she was only stuck on one part of his sentence.
“Wait.” She said as she stood up, mind conjuring images of her opening her eyes to him leaning over her like a fairy-tale prince, and her wrapping her arms around him, before they-
No. That could wait- and it was way too soon for any kind of fantasy like that.
“Does… does that mean I’m ready to wake up?”
“I buried the lede again.” He admitted, and Kara let out a triumphant laugh, throwing the pillow she was holding- which he caught with ease.
“Yes!” she said, before walking backwards toward the door. “I mean, okay. Do I need to do anything?”
“Well, your loft is the manifestation of your subconscious.” He stated again. “And that door seems to be the only way in or out. My assumption… walk through it.”
Easy for you to say, Kara wanted to answer. But she was also imagining freedom- seeing her family and friends again, and even meeting Brainiac 5 in real life, before she inevitably met Reign in a rematch. And this time, she wouldn’t be alone.
Hopefully, she wouldn’t have to end up here a second time, but then again she had counted on Reign being the one who wound up in a coma before. Who knew how their next fight would turn out?
She went to confront the door again, this time attempting to open it with a gentle hand.
But just like before, it refused to open for her.
She tried again, again, again, hoping that the doorknob wouldn’t just fall off in her attempts, leaving her perhaps trapped forever.
Thankfully, it didn’t, but it also didn’t let her out.
~
Kara turned around to face Brainiac 5 again.
“It’s not opening.” She said. “Why won’t it open?”
“You should be fine.” He answered, and Kara moved aside to let him try the door. But his attempts were just as unsuccessful, as though it knew he was trying to open the door for her, and wouldn’t stand for that.
She went back to the door, as he was busying himself by apparently making tea, or at least pouring hot water from her kettle into one of her mugs.
“Why won’t this open?” she repeated.
“Your body is fine.” He said, and Kara just barely restrained herself from saying, so is yours.
“We drained the tank, you suffered no ill-effects from the hibernation.”
“Then why am I still stuck in my brain?”
“There’s nothing wrong with your brain. I’ve ruled that out.”
“Well, you’re the twelfth-level intellect.” Kara said, hating the way it came out as almost an accusation. “Haven’t you figured it out?”
He drank from the mug, before looking at it like he had done with her couch cushions or her rug.
“That rules out the physical.” He said, even though it wasn’t really an answer to her question. “Barring another explanation… the only thing keeping you here is you.”
Kara scoffed.
“What?” she asked. “I’m the one who wants to get out of here.”
Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Brainy sit down, as she again faced the door.
“Then why won’t this thing open?” she asked. “It opened for me earlier.”
“To let me in.” Brainy said, as Kara tried to punch the door- but it just resisted, warping to throw back her arm. “Going out is a different story. Is there some reason your subconscious might be-“
Kara aimed for the door again, a harder punch this time, but again was thrown back, further than before.
“Preventing your escape? Self-preservation, perhaps?”
“I’m not afraid.” She said, hoping that she sounded convincing as she faced Brainy, who again was drinking from her mug.
(she was trying not to think about how cute she found that, or how right it seemed- like he was always meant to sit there, in her apartment, and she had welcomed him to use her stuff any time.)
“You were badly beaten.” He answered, looking up at her, before she turned toward the doorknob, aiming her eyes at it- and thankfully, in this- what did he call it?- simulacrum, her powers worked, and she felt her heat vision hit its target, before she gave up, seeing that it did nothing. “Fear is a logical response to that stimulus.”
“I am not afraid!” she answered, trying once more- this time letting out a shout as she did so, feeling her vision burn hotter. She wasn’t trying to solar-flare, but she might as well have been, for all the damage it did- sending up sparks all around her, as she heard things ignite, hoping that she hadn’t hurt Brainy in the process.
Thankfully, the sparks seemed to turn into confetti, and she’d only broken the coffee mug Brainy had been holding, but the door, as if taunting her, was still sealed shut, unaffected by everything she’d tried.
~
“Why are you cleaning?” Querl asked, stepping around her before crouching down to her level, hands again in that triangular position. “None of this is real.”
“I don’t know.” She admitted, as she filled up the basket she was holding. “I guess I just… like putting things back in order.”
She stood up, carrying the basket to her table and putting it down.
“And… the brain is like an empty little attic, and you must stock it with such furniture as you choose.” She said. “It’s Sherlock Holmes.”
“I’m not familiar.” He said, as she picked up a book, flipping through it without really looking at the pages. “But… I understand.”
She looked around, then, at her surroundings- everything her subconscious had decided to put there, regardless of anything else.
“This is the furniture I chose.”
“Hmm.” Querl said, leaning against the table. “Oversimplification.”
Of course you’d think so, Kara wanted to say.
“But yes, go on.”
“So there must be something in here my subconscious wants me to see.”
That seemed to surprise him- and he turned toward her, considering it.
“That’s… actually not a bad idea.” He said, as Kara smiled. “Why didn’t I think of that?”
“I’m sure you would have.” Kara assured him, before going to sit down in front of her TV, flipping through another book.
~
For a moment, Kara felt like she was alone in her apartment, cleaning by herself- sorting through her things until she came across one particular picture.
“Huh.” She said, and Querl came to stand over her, looking down at it.
“You had a pet?”
“Yeah.” Kara answered slowly, as he lowered himself to sit beside her. “But if this is my subconscious trying to tell myself something, I don’t get it.”
“Could be a random neuron firing.” Querl said, reaching out to take hold of the picture as his eyes met hers again. “What’s its name?”
“Streaky.” She said, while he looked at the photo. “I, um, I found him on our street. Right after I came to Earth, actually. He was a stray too.”
“You felt an emotional kinship.” He answered. “You were friends.”
“Yeah.” Kara told him, now looking at her chair, and what had seemingly materialized there. “We were.”
She got to her feet, and approached the cat, just like she had when they’d first met.
“I used to… go out every night and feed him.” She said. “I didn’t want to touch him, I was so strong, I could have hurt him. So I practiced being gentle.”
She pet him as she spoke, and soon lifted the cat into her arms, carrying him over as she sat beside Querl again.
“And then one day, I pet him, and he purred, and everything was okay.” She said. “I felt like an alien for so long, and he helped me feel… normal. Like I would fit in, even if I wasn’t really human.”
Querl smiled again.
“I had a pet too.” He said. “One that served a similar purpose to your Streaky.”
“You did?”
“Yes. In Earth terms, I believe it would be called a monkey.”
“A monkey?”
“Yes. I named him Koko. He was a good companion to me, though some of my friends seemed to think otherwise.”
“Oh?”
“I found him during an early mission with the Legion, after we stopped someone who’d been conducting illegal experiments- including on animals. The creature’s behavior seemed unpredictable, but then again, in the eyes of many people, so was mine. He was… hostile, to everyone else, but he and I found an emotional kinship, too. To me, he was protective, and I took good care of him.”
“I’m guessing you left him in the future.” Kara said.
Querl nodded. “I hope to see him again.” He answered.
“And once Reign is defeated, I’m sure you will.”
He was silent again, and Kara continued to pet Streaky, lost in thought herself.
~
“Hey… Querl?”
“Yes?”
“You said you were recently uninhibited.” She said. “What does that mean, exactly?”
“It is a long story.” He answered. “To summarize, when I was eight years old, my father saw the potential for evil in me- the possibility that I could be on a dark path, like my mother, and her ancestors before her.”
“Like Vril Dox, and Brainiac 8.” Kara finished.
“Precisely. So he placed three personality inhibitors on me, that I wore for nearly twenty years.” He said. “For so long, I believed I could not control my stronger emotions, or my intelligence itself, that was believed to be dangerous by the rest of my people. The inhibitors cut me off from them, so I was not fully calibrated to the Coluan network of minds, treated as no more than a common criminal. I tried to be a superhero with them on, attempting to prove that I could rise above my name and lineage as safely as possible. But the only way to fully realize my potential, become all of myself, was to submit myself to the depths of my emotions.”
“To remove your inhibitors.”
“Yes.” Querl answered. “I knew it would be difficult. I wasn’t sure who I would become… and now, I am still figuring it out. But now-“
He paused, and Kara studied him, unable to figure out what he almost said.
“Now, I can choose.” He said. “And… partially, it is because of you.”
“Really?”
“Mon-El told me many things about you. And although my family regarded yours as their enemy… I came to find you inspiring. Your hope, help, and compassion to all… especially those who many wouldn’t have believed deserved it… I took comfort in that. I came to realize that whatever happened, after I removed my inhibitors, I didn’t have to rely on them or be afraid of myself like my father was. I would have people who trusted me.”
“And you do.”
“And I do.”
~
Querl sat in one of Kara’s chairs with his eyes shut, hands directing invisible controls, and Kara remembered once more that he was truly in two places at the same time, just like he’d told her.
“Engaging cannons.” He said. “Aloian attack formation.”
Kara stood up, picking Streaky up and letting him off of her lap, as Querl’s eyes opened and he looked at her.
“Are you fighting?”
“Oh. Sprock.” He answered. “I said that out loud.”
“What’s going on out there?”
“Little… tiny… battle.” He answered. “Let’s keep talking. It will keep my mind off the life or death scenario.”
“Your mind should be on the life or death scenario!” Kara said, alarmed.
“I’m perfectly capable of multitasking.” He answered, nonchalant. “I’m actually working on your Sunday crossword right now. Six down is “anguilliform”- Mon-El, evade!”
“Don’t be here.” Kara said, as much as she wanted him to stay, and wanted to keep talking to her. There was so much more she didn’t know about him, and hoped she could learn- but then again, she could learn it just as well in the real world, if she got out of here. “Go help them.”
Querl nodded, and stood up, going past her to stand in the middle of her living room. He paused, turning back to her.
“For what it’s worth, it looks like Supergirl had a pretty great life.” He said.
“These aren’t Supergirl’s things, they’re… they’re mine. Kara’s.”
Querl let out a small gasp.
“Your sister said something similar a few minutes ago.”
“What?”
“She said… Kara Danvers is her favorite person.”
He looked at her one more time, a knowing smile on his face, before putting his hands in that triangular shape again, and dissipating into pixels that soon faded into nothing. Leaving Kara with an empty mind-prison, and…
She realized it, her hands now finding her glasses, as she approached the door for a final time.
And a way out.
~
He was waiting for her.
She saw him as she climbed the stairs- and given how brightly the three circles on his uniform shone, she couldn’t have missed him. His super-suit was mostly purple, with some gray and black, as well as yellow boots- and he pulled the look off effortlessly.
“Hey!” she said. “It’s you!”
“It is.”
“Are you shorter?”
The smile on his face as he greeted her faltered, suddenly.
“Are you suggesting that I augmented my height while I existed in your consciousness so that you might see me as a more stable and trustworthy figure, and therefore work with me to help you?” he asked.
“Uh… yes?”
“Perhaps.” He said, and the tone of his voice told her that she’d have to spend more time with him to get that answer- and that, she didn’t mind at all.
Still, she smiled at him, and he returned it.
“It’s nice to meet you in real life.”
“Likewise. And, Querl?”
“Yes?” he said, stopping as he walked backwards.
“Thank you.”
“You’re welcome, Kara Zor-El.”

2021 Libra New Moon
Wednesday, October 6, 2021, 11:05 UT
Chart erected for Washington, DC
Tumblr media
The first thing I want to point out is that this is a perfect example of a “Locomotive” chart pattern. See that big gap of empty space - and notice that it’s almost exactly 120 degrees? The remaining signs/houses all are occupied. The lunation itself, and Mars, are the “engine” of the locomotive, literally driving us along. That big 120-degree “gap” is something we want to investigate. It’s a bit like an irresistable itch for that engine.
Most astrologers have pointed out the exact inconjunct (150 degree) between the Libra trio and the planet Uranus. There is another close one, though, between the Libra trio and an exact Pallas Athene/Nessus conjunction in Pisces. This is a “Yod” aspect pattern: the Libra trio is inconjunct all the participants of a sextile (Pallas Athene and Nessus both are sextile Uranus). See those green dashed lines in the chart? That’s it.
The Astrology King website has a good post about the Yod aspect pattern. We’re being asked to “up our game” in order to fulfill a particular destiny. That sextile (Pallas Athene and Nessus in Pisces, sextile Uranus in Taurus, everything retrograde) is asking us (for one thing) to get rid of the toxins in our life. Our crappy Western diets come to mind, but we also need to look at everything that comes into us - not just food and drink, but ideas, attitudes, information, emotions, everything.
Pallas Athene sextile Uranus by itself can give us a wonderful opportunity (per Demetra George) to “produce a visionary and humanitarian perception;” something that’s way ahead of its time - but with Nessus there, too, there are problems with toxicity, impulsivity, and vengeance which pollute our attempts.
The Amalthea astrology website has an informative article on Nessus. It is a dark asteroid. When it is active, “we have to bring to our conscious awareness what has been hidden, toxic, and destructive in our ancestral lineages and then make a choice to confront them.” If you’re white and live in the US, for example, you may not have personally tortured or enslaved people of color, but you derive benefits from the actions of white people who did do those things, every. single. day.
This is a lot to pack into one measly little New Moon chart, maybe too much for one month’s work? I think we have to try, though. We don’t have to single-handedly end all injustice, over the next 29 days; we just have to make the effort to become a little more fair-minded and more committed to helping justice prevail. Wherever that Libra trio of Sun, Moon, and Mars falls in your birth chart, is the place to start.
(Ms M is still migraining and literally “thumbed” this out on her phone over the course of several hours, when the pain etc. was in a lull. Please forgive typos, lack of links, etc.)

3D modeled the letters of the Hebrew alef bet as practice for my next beginning Hebrew class with @progressivejudaism. There are reasons I picked all of the textures but many of them are... very silly. (Also included a better-lit render so the textures are more visible, but I like my dark and moody lighting, damnit.)
Made in Blender over the past few days.
List of reasons for why I picked the textures under the cut.
ETA: I screwed up the order when I was rearranging them to fit into frame better D: I might fix that later but given it’s already been reblogged and my rabbi’s already seen it it’s also kind of too late. OH WELL.
Alef - mirror - reflects up the sound of the vowel instead of a sound of its own Bet - brick - starts with b, bet has a base, it’s solid Vet - velvet - velvet has ‘vet’ in it Gimel - grass - starts with g and I had no ideas and a pixar grass texture Dalet - dirt - starts with d and I had a really good dirt texture from another project Hay - hay - too obvious not to do honestly Vav - metal pipe - vav always makes me think ‘valve’ and it’s sort of shaped like a pipe with one of the 90 degree angle bits on the end Zayin - zebra - there are not that many things that start with z and are visually distinctive Het - challah - challah חַלָּה starts with het Tet - tile - it sort of looks like a sink or something and tile starts with t Samech - citrus - sukkot סֻכּוֹת starts with samech and I couldn’t find a closeup of an etrog with a creative commons license, so I found a pile of citrus (looks like mostly limes) instead Yod - denim - this is the stupidest one. in one of the apps I’ve drilled the alef bet in, it uses js for the y sound, so yod is jod, and it always makes me think of that post about the pronunciation of gif that goes “okay, jod” and also about making things start with j if they’re made of denim, and I already had a denim texture because I made denim dice to harass a friend, and I had no other ideas, so, Kaf - coffee - kaf kinda sounds like cafe, and coffee starts with the right sound Chaf - chaff - too obvious not to use, also when I idly searched if there was even stock of chaff, it was labeled as chaff from coffee beans, so I couldn’t not Kaf Sofit - coffee - brewed this time, because it’s the final form Chaf Sofit - chaff - I had no ideas for how chaff could be a final form Lamed - wool - I tried to find a closeup of a llama and couldn’t and this was the best I could do. it was tagged with ‘dog’ but I think it’s like, fake. Mem - water - mayim מַ֫יִם starts with mem Mem Sofit - ice - ice is kind of like the final form of water right Nun and Nun Sofit - void - I had absolutely 0 ideas and nun always makes me think none and a void is nothing and that’s all I got here Ayin - glass - ayin is usually silent, so it’s an invisible letter you can see through Pay - poppies - couldn’t think of anything and was just desperately trying to make it not elephant because the dot makes it look extra elephant and that’s confusing because: Fay and Fay Sofit - elephant skin - it looks like an elephant head with the ear and the trunk like tell me you don’t see that, and elePHant has the right sound and even helps me remember that it’s a ph kind of f because it’s the same letter as pay Tsadi - matzah - matzah מַצָּה has a tsadi in Tsadi Sofit - matzo ball soup - the final form of matzah I guess, also this picture is courtesy of the government of israel which I find hilarious, official governmental photos of soup Kof - wine corks - kiddush קידוש starts with kof, flat wine color seemed boring and also unclear and also I couldn’t find a good one, cork has k sounds also Resh - rainbow - I had no ideas and a ‘cartoon hebrew learning’ site I ended up on looking for words that started with given letters suggested visualizing resh as a rainbow Shin - firelight - shin always makes me think shine, so I wanted to make this flame, it’s set up with emission as well as texture so it’s glowing Sin - confetti - like the ONLY word I could find that started with sin was simchat torah which is a celebration. that’s all I got. shin/sin is the most confusing letter in hebrew, rest in pieces. Tav and Tav - rusty porcelain - this is the other stupid one. I remember tav/taf because it looks like a man’s head looking to the left, so I decided it was president taft because that works as a mnemonic, and he like famously had a special bathtub built for him or something? so... rusty tub. that’s all I got. look at this letter and think about president taft taking a bath. I don’t even remember his first name. what did president taft do. when was he in office. mysteries. mysteries that I do not care enough to look up on wikipedia. why does this letter have a dot sometimes.

I also miss atots! I wanna read your ramblings so may I ask what are some of your head canon for phutian whether it’s during the series or post-series.
HI!! You’re so sweet. I am so sorry that I haven’t responded to this sooner! Life got really hectic, and it honestly kind of stole my creativity, to the point where I read this back when you sent it, but I could not think of a single headcanon at all.
But I’m here and I’m going to finally talk about some because I rewatched ATOTS with a friend and it sparked some headcanons in the process!!
1) This is probably my biggest headcanon. Phupha and Tian wrote emails to each other during their two years apart. I’ve seen some people say letters, and of course letters are super cute and classically romantic. Plus they are fitting given that’s how Tian was communicating with Phupha when he returned to Bangkok. But the reasons I like emails for them are:
Getting letters domestically to a rural village is one thing, but getting them internationally without some of them getting lost feels a bit less likely. And I think Tian and Phupha would know that. So emails are a more consistent and reliable form of communication.
Obviously Phupha can’t access the internet from the village, but you know who does have internet? Dr. Nam. I very much love the idea of Phupha strolling into the clinic every so often trying to be all cool and not at all giddy to check for a new email from Tian, and Dr. Nam never, ever letting him use the computer without a lot of proud best friend teasing. Remember when Phupha went to Dr. Nam to ask what a scar on the chest would mean? Yes, just like that, except regularly. (And when Phupha doesn’t go to Dr. Nam’s clinic, he could go to town to check his email too.)
This part doesn’t really fit the canon storyline at all given Phupha was still gazing at the only photo he had taken of Tian two whole years after taking it and also Phupha never told the children where Tian was. BUT think of the photos they could send each other. Tian sending photos of himself in various places in the US, his hand with Phupha’s ring always visible so Phupha can be there with him for every adventure. Phupha sending photos of the kids as they grow, the tea sachet business (or whatever the villagers end up doing with Mr. Sakda gone), the very rare selfie by a rather self-conscious chief... sending physical letters limits the number of printed photos they could send each other. Plus printing photos may be a bit easier for Tian, given he can just print them at a nearby Walgreens or something, or even have them ordered online. But that would be tougher for Phupha, needing to leave the village and find somewhere. So emailing photos back and forth would be easier.
Imagine Tian printing every email sent back and forth and collecting them. Imagine him in the library with the biggest smile on his face, printing out emails to and from his mountain boyfriend back in Thailand and his university friends watching him with the most confused but intrigued eyes. I love it. I love that idea.
I remember there being discussion post-finale about whether Tian and Phupha communicated in that time at all. The discussion revolves especially around how at ease they seemed in their Pha Pun Dao cliff reunion and they didn’t quite act as though they had been fully apart for two whole years. And I fullheartedly believe they had contact, even if very infrequent. I think they found a way. And while I do think letters are incredibly romantic and fitting, I just have this fondness to emails. Maybe it’s a result of watching We Best Love recently. I’m not sure.
2) Tian chose to go to the US ultimately on his own. Now, we all know his mother is the one who picked the university for him and “sent him away.” But I do like the idea that, after coming to terms with the fact that maybe running away to Pha Pun Dao immediately wasn’t the best plan, especially if Phupha wanted to forget him, he grew to like the idea of going abroad. It would be his chance to have probably as much freedom as he could get. He wanted to go to the US before he died (episode 3 conversation with Tul). He could take time to himself, without the influence of anyone else, and figure out just what he wanted for his life. And when Phupha showed up at the airport and they got their true feelings out in the open, Tian didn’t feel like his family was pushing him away from the man he loved and the life he wanted; he felt that he had agency in choosing the US and asking Phupha to wait for him, to give him the chance to figure out this new chapter first. I find comfort believing Tian didn’t board that plane feeling resentful but instead feeling hopeful. And when he returned, he wasn’t filled with regrets. He was filled with excitement that he was returning home to Pha Pun Dao and Phupha right on time. (Plus Phupha had more confidence when Tian returned to him that he truly wanted to be there in the village with him, because despite literally traveling the world and seeing so many options available to him for places to build his future, Tian still chose Pha Pun Dao.)
3) The teacher’s house remains Tian’s home too. Hear me out: I don’t mean full time. I’m obviously a massive softie for domestic PhuTian, so I want him to still stay with Phupha. And Phupha probably can’t leave the base permanently, as he’s the chief and needs to be there regularly for his rangers, so the two of them can’t move into the teacher’s house fully either. But Phupha’s room is quite small. I love the idea that Tian still escapes sometimes out to the teacher’s house where it’s quiet and he can still have his own space. A space to lesson plan, to take the students when they need a new environment, to feel connected to his three original months in the village when he fell in love with the people and his person (Phupha). That house was his home, and while Phupha’s place is now also his home, I like the idea that Tian still keeps that house for himself too. At least so long as it isn’t needed by anyone else. (Also, if Phupha and Tian need space, well, there’s no Yod out there to start knocking.)
4) This semi-connects to the last one. When Tian and Phupha finally get married, they have a ceremony in the village and Tian convinces Tul to stay a night in Pha Pun Dao. His parents come to the wedding too, but they stay in a hotel in the city, where Tul stays some nights except for the night Tian gets him to stay with him. Tian and Tul stay in the teacher’s house, and Tian tells him all about his many nights sleeping there. Tul is, well, not convinced of its appeal at first, but watching Tian share his stories with the brightest smile, he decides he can warm up to it a little bit. And after seeing Tian with Phupha, with the kids, and with the rest of the village, and finally understanding how perfectly Tian fits in Pha Pun Dao, it starts to make sense to him why some of the luxuries don’t matter to Tian anymore... will Tul himself ever move to a rural village like that? Absolutely not. He’s not convinced that much. But the joy that village life brings his best friend and the glow he exhibits is enough to leave Tul content for one night on a hard mattress inside a mosquito net in the middle of seemingly nowhere. (No but really, imagine the chaos of Tul trying to live in Pha Pun Dao for a night. I want to watch that so much.)
5) Okay, I hope the couple that got married have a child and that child goes to school under Tian’s teaching. Or someone else in the village has a child. Imagine Tian getting a new student and having to navigate a classroom with early teenagers and a tiny kid. (Headcanon within a headcanon: Tian did a LOT of research during his two years abroad specifically on multi-aged classrooms because he knew he wanted to return to Pha Pun Dao one day and would need the skills.)
6) Longtae and Tian most definitely go on that trip across the border that Longtae wanted (just a couple years late). And they have the best time. Longtae tells Tian about any new stories from university. Tian shares stories about his students and tries not to talk about Phupha too much but occasionally can’t help it, to which Longtae smiles brightly like the cute bestie he is. And the two of them get the CUTEST photos that Longtae prints for Tian immediately when he gets back to the city.
All of these headcanons are for those two years away or after he returns. I’m trying to think of some headcanons for the show prior to ep 10 part 4/4...
6) OH this doesn’t necessarily have to be before ep 10 part 4/4 in the timeline, but Phupha and the rangers apologize to Tian and the villagers for not telling them about Torfun’s death sooner and that burden being left for Tian to carry instead. I just want that settled.
7) HERE’S ONE FOR WITHIN THE SERIES TIMELINE. At the wedding in episode 4, Phupha didn’t deny it when Dr. Nam called Tian Phupha’s guy. So yes, of course Dr. Nam started calling Tian that all of the time, to which Phupha did eventually argue against but he secretly liked hearing it. His guy.
8) I’m back to going outside of the timeline again... all of my headcanons are for after the series it seems. Oops. But Tian most definitely brought the kite to Pha Pun Dao with him, and it hangs very proudly on the wall in their room. Tian tells Phupha about how he had it flying back at his family house in Bangkok, how seeing it blow in the wind brought him comfort when he felt homesick for the village and for Phupha. That knowledge had Phupha smiling for the rest of the week.
I’m running out of ideas. I kind of wanted to hit ten, but I just don’t have ten headcanons off the top of my head. BUT if I think of anymore, I’m sure I’ll post about them somewhere. Maybe I’ll even write a ficlet about some of these... I used to write those here and there, way back when... we’ll see.
Thank you again for your message, anon! You are a wonderful human. I’m sorry for taking so long to respond, but I didn’t forget about your message or ignore it. I just couldn’t get my brain to give me anything to respond with! I hope my rambling was sufficient for you. <3
(Also man, I miss writing about ATOTS so ridiculously much. This felt so familiar and also kind of sad. Phupha, Tian, villagers... come back to us. I miss you.)

Here's Tian's birthday fic, ok! You can either read it on ao3 or the full ~2k words are under the cut.
-----
Tian woke up on his back as a ray of sunshine slipped through the gap between slats of bamboo and struck his eyes. He rarely put his eye mask on at night these days, preferring to wake up earlier in the mornings so he could spend the first part of the day with Phupha rather than staying in bed alone. This change in habit, however, didn't automatically turn him into a morning person by nature, so Tian kept his eyes shut, as if keeping them closed meant he could preserve that sleepy sweet feeling for a bit longer. His effort was futile though, as he could feel more than just the sun trained on his face. "Chief," Tian smiled, eyes still closed, "I know you're looking at me."
Tian heard a small chuckle to his right and felt Phupha's breath tease his ear. "Good morning." Phupha said, voice filled with endearment, "and happy birthday, Tian." Then he leaned in and pecked Tian's cheek and whispered, "I'm so happy you're here."
Tian turned his head towards Phupha and opened his eyes. Phupha was lying on his side facing Tian, head resting in the cradle of his elbow. "Chief--" Tian said. Tian wanted to tell Phupha to stop, that he didn't need to say these things to him anymore, that it's been long enough that the gratitude should have worn off by now, that their devotion could remain unspoken. But Tian couldn't say those things because his chest still got heavy and his heart still swelled every morning when he could look over and see Phupha looking back at him with so much tenderness in his eyes. Instead, he settled with a, "Me too," and returned the peck on Phupha's cheek. He went to pull away, but before he could do so, Phupha had turned his head just enough so that their lips met so they could properly kiss. Phupha nudged closer, trying to deepen the kiss, but Tian pulled back and placed his hand softly on Phupha's chest to stop him. "Hey. We haven't even brushed our teeth yet this morning." Judging by the way he raised his eyebrows, Phupha did not think this was a good enough excuse to stop. They gazed at each other for a few seconds, the atmosphere charging up between them, on the brink of something unstoppable, until Tian popped the bubble and said, "And I have class this morning in a little bit."
That declaration worked and Phupha dropped his eyes. "Right," Phupha said with a tinge of disappointment in his voice, "You have school today." Before Tian could say anything else about continuing this quote-unquote discussion later, Phupha changed the topic and asked, "Are you thirsty?" Without waiting for an answer, he got up, went to the sink, and brought back two ceramic cups of water. Tian pushed himself up and swung his legs over the edge of the bed into a sitting position. Phupha handed him a cup and sat down on the bed next to Tian.
These cups were new to Tian, different from the dented tin cups they usually used in the bedroom for utility. The cup Tian held was thick and rounded with a glossy finish and felt hefty in Tian's hand. Beneath the shiny glaze was an intricate, colorful design of green tea leaves and stems intertwining alongside cream-colored depictions of blooming oolong tea flowers flowers with bright yellow centers. Tian turned the cup around in his hand, studying its design until he saw the design break to encircle an inscription written with delicate writing in a burgundy color. "Oh, what's this?" Tian asked as his fingers traced the wording that read "for the colorful philosopher."
Phupha responded, "It's my present for you. It's not much but--"
Before Phupha could finish his sentence Tian said, "Chief, I told you I didn't need any presents this year." He leaned his head on Phupha's shoulder. "Just being here is enough."
Phupha leaned his head on top of Tian's and breathed in. Phupha was still not sure how he got so lucky. How his life changed so fantastically and dynamically from a life that he never disliked, but was one he now realized was fine--but just fine, nothing more than fine. His old life felt rote and mundane and empty compared to his new life with Tian. And a new life is what it was. How could it not feel new when everything felt effervescent and full and colorful in a way he had never experienced before. Phupha had always been prone to noticing the tiniest details of things, but what surprised him in the most unexpected way was how much joy he could get out of those tiny details. How love had transformed those tiny details into something that encapsulated his entire existence with warmth and vigor and gratification to be alive. "I know," Phupha responded, "but I still wanted to get you something. It's not much, but it represents us." Phupha held up his own cup to show Tian. "Look, I have one, too."
Tian switched the cups in their hands. He read Phupha's cup aloud, "For the giant green mountain." A tear pricked the corner of Tian's eye. It was too early for such sentimentality. He had just woken up and Phupha was already flooding Tian with feelings of affection. And he hadn't even stood up for the damn day yet. Tian had been given plenty of birthday gifts in the past, but never anything where someone spent more on the care and personal details involved than they spent with their money. Tian stared at the cups some more. "Where did you get these?" Tian asked.
"I went to a ceramic shop a few months ago in Chiang Mai and special ordered them," Phupha answered matter-of-factly, as if planning and designing and ordering a gift months in advance was an ordinary, everyday gesture and not a remarkable act of romanticism at all.
Tian set the cup he was holding down on the floor. "Chief," Tian said with a slight tremble in his voice. He pulled Phupha into a hug, "Thank you." Tian didn't have the words to convey everything he meant, all the gratitude he had for his life in Pha Pun Dao, for his chief, for this love they shared, but he hoped that the hug could relay a fraction of what he was feeling. Phupha hugged back tightly as if he was trying to reciprocate all his feelings back to Tian.
They pulled apart and Phupha exhaled before placing a hand on Tian's knee. "Come on, we have to get you to school."
-----
As Tian and Phupha walked into the school, it was already bustling. The kids were there, uncharacteristically early and they were busy hanging up homemade decorations with Yod and Rang's help.
"Ah, what's all this?" Tian asked with surprise in his voice.
Everyone turned around and in an out-of-unison cacophony of voices yelled different variations of happy birthday, addressing him by "Tian," "teacher," and "P'Seetian" accordingly. Khounueng and Kalae ran up to him and pointed at a cake on the table.
"Look what we made!" exclaimed Khounueng, and then he stuck a party blower in his mouth and blew it in Tian's face.
"Yeah!" Ayi yelled from across the room, "we picked the strawberries ourselves and decorated with them and everything!"
"We'll get to eat it soon, right?" Kalae asked as he shoved an extra strawberry into his mouth.
Before Tian could answer, Inta and Meejoo grabbed each of Tian's hands and pulled him to the front of the classroom. We made you a birthday crown, too!" said lnta as she picked up and waved a crown of tea leaves woven together in a circle studded with pink and yellow frangipani flowers and white jasmine buds.
"Put it on," Meejoo begged. "it's so pretty. She held up a second matching crown, "We made one for Torfun's birthday, too."
Tian looked at Phupha and they shared a meaningful look. Torfun was still a part of Pha Pun Dao, and even though she was gone, she was unforgettable. It was only because of her that Tian could experience all this joyfulness that surrounded him. Tian couldn't say that out loud of course, it would be too much for today, so instead he said, "Ooh, you're right, they are pretty. Let's take this to her memorial place in the afternoon." He patted Meejoo's hair. "Now who wants to help me cut the cake?"
But before Tian could move to the cake, Phupha cut in and asked, "Aren't you forgetting something?" He grinned fully as he took one of the flower crowns from Inta and placed it on Tian's head. "How could we celebrate the prince's birthday without his special crown?" Tian rolled his eyes. Of course Phupha would call him a prince on today of all days. But there was no bite behind Phupha's words, the words were just playful teasing and Tian knew that.
Tian had many birthday parties in his life. They were usually lavish and full of expensive decorations and even more expensive gifts. People dressed up and schmoozed at his parties, using them as a time to network and one-up each other, caught up in a lifestyle where status trumped everything else. The parties were simply an excuse for people--himself included--to show off. His mom would call him a prince for the day and Tian would go with it, letting himself give into the fantasy. And even though he had always made sure to have fun, indulging in alcohol and whatever wild dares the night brought him, looking back on them now, the memories felt hollow. As if he had been living in a bizarre lucid dream that he's woken up from and it was only now that everything actually felt real.
Tian challenged Phupha back with a smile of his own, "If I'm a prince, then what does that make you, Chief?"
Nam's voice came from the doorway, "Why, that makes him your chief prince of course." Tian and Phupha turned toward him as he walked into the building with Longtae trailing just behind.
"Sorry we're late," Longtae said, and gestured towards Nam, "he had to pick me up from the train station and it didn't come on time."
"You're here, too?" Tian asked.
"Of course I am, P'" Longtae said. "It's a special day." He looked up at Tian's crown and smiled. "I had to come take pictures." As Longtae said that, he held up his camera and snapped a photo.
"Oh, oh, oh," Nam cut in, "Don't you think you should get a picture of the prince and the chief prince together?" He took the other flower crown from Meejoo, and as he placed it on Phupha's head, he winked and said, "I'm sure Torfun wouldn't mind if you borrowed this for a few minutes."
Before Phupha had a chance to object, Tian interlocked his arm with Phupha's and looked at him with soft eyes. "We should get a picture together today, don't you think?" And with that, Tian turned to pose for the camera.
-----
Two weeks later an envelope addressed from Longtae back at school showed up in the mail for Tian. Inside was a packet of pictures from Tian's birthday. The first photo on top of the stack was a shot of Tian and Phupha, both wearing the flower crowns, and their arms interlocked, smiling for the camera.
The second picture in the stack was a more candid shot and was taken from closer up. The half-eaten birthday cake peeking in at the edge of the frame indicated it was a photo taken later in the celebration. Tian and Phupha were sitting down at the long school table, Tian's hand on Phupha's shoulder, Phupha's arm slung around Tian's waist. They were still wearing the flower crowns, but this time they were looking at each other, heads bent together, eyes sparkling, and laughing, as if they were unified in their own private world.
It was that second photograph that Tian had plucked from the stack to save. He had stuck it onto the corner of the bulletin board in their room so he could see it everyday before he left for the day. The photo represented something intangible. All he knew was that he couldn't look at it without feeling warmth radiate from within himself. It was a feeling so precious, he resolved to never let it go.

A Tale of a Thousand Stars ep 2 thoughts/reaction
Tian’s father was part of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and I know this show is related to environmental conservation efforts so I wonder if his father’s position is ever going to come into play later on in the series, bc I have a feeling Tian’s wealth and him leaving with just a note is going to be some kind of plot point later, like they’re going to find him and try to bring him back
I said it last week but i fucking love the opening, the gentle music and the cute graphics, it’s nice and simple and I love soundtrack in general
I like that all the children had actual introductions, I hope they stay as actual characters bc usually children in BL are just there for a bit as plot devices or almost props (that may be a little harsh but I can’t think of a better way to phrase it), but here they have their own personalities
I need the scene where Tian learns how to braid hair so he can do the girls’ hair
1000 stars is doing this evil thing where they’re making me fall in love with a characters that’s already dead
okay but they really just sent tian out there to be a teacher without any kind of training or lesson plans, really just said ‘figure it out,’ huh?
oof, the UST, i love it
“I don’t have time for you all day” aww, phupha, acting like its not your choice to be with him
i see tian checking phupha out and he seems to be aware that’s what he’s doing, so i really hope that means tian is queer and we can skip the whole ‘am i gay?’/’i can’t be in love with him, i’m not gay’ plotline bc its very tired and more and more recent bls haven’t been using this plotline so i’m hopeful but also gmm, off the top of my head, always uses this plotline so we’ll see
phupha’s smug little grin when tian finds out about the actual bath
phupha’s evil little smirk when tian tries to food
I absolutely love tian and phupha’s dynamic bc it’s enemies to lovers but like, soft enemies--they don’t hate each other or anything, it’s really more of a playful dynamic, they like teasing each other, and there’s a bit of competition in that tian feels the need to prove himself
also, do you think some of phupha’s initial dislike of tian is just a result of his feelings of torfun’s death being misdirected towards the person who’s taking her spot?
anyways, tian directly going against serious doctor’s orders over something that might be life threatening just bc phupha provoked him a bit is great
it’s also all the little moments like these that are building up to the reveal of tian’s heart transplant that are going to make that reveal even more emotional, i’m betting they find out when he collapses at some point after pushing himself too hard
so the chief’s son, longtae, is khaotung’s character and i really hope he shows up next ep even tho he wasn’t in the next ep preview
tian teasing phupha about how he set up the net for him then phupha taking it down so tian has to do it, these two are such children
i would like some clear confirmation on whether phupha loved torfun romantically bc i would prefer if he didn’t
the aesthetic of phupha playing the flute and cutting off mid-note when he accidentally pictures tian and then smiling softly to himself
we love yod exposing phupha like that
who wants to bet what episode tian gets lost on ghost hill?
i’m in love with drake’s character already
how old are these children? bc i’m guessing around 9? but i’m also horrible at guessing children’s ages
okay so i would die for tian, but my son, my boy, where are you getting all this baseless confidence from? i cannot deal with all the second hand embarrassment from this episode. tian please just listen to people who know better than you
i don’t think it will happen but it would be cool if tian at some point was forced to reveal his heart condition to the forest ranger doctor (idk his name yet) and he promised to keep it a secret but they formed a friendship over if and the doctor looks out for tian and tries to help prevent people from trying to make tian do things he shouldn’t (also probably save this dumbass from himself bc he did eat food he shouldn’t have bc phupha called him a chicken) this could be used for both emotional and comedic purposes
when do we get the scene where the children call phupha green giant
y’all, i am vibing so hard with this flute music
i think that after this tian will maybe calm down a little and think things through a bit rather than trying so hard to prove something, he’ll start doing things bc he actually wants to make a difference and connect with people and not just out of pride
i’m not a huge fan of flashback montages, especially when they’re in the first few episodes, but this one was done pretty well
phupha totally gay panicked in the face of tian’s confidence at the end there
also more shows need to have these fluffy after credits scenes
god i love these two so much
so, another good episode, please keep it up, i’m excited for next week’s episode

Gearing Up
Thursday - August 18, 2022
Tumblr media
As we get ready to say goodbye to Leo season in a few days, the gears are already beginning to shift in order to prepare us for the reality of Virgo season. Today starts that process.
The Yod in which Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Capricorn are pointing at the Sun continues, today with the Sun at 25°. The "intuitive" energy from yesterday continues, with a focus on what the heart "really" wants, and where that resides.
Mars will move to 29° Taurus, where it will stay until it moves into Gemini on Saturday morning (Eastern time, US). Much more about this later, as Mars will stay in Gemini until March 25th 2023!! Mars will sit at 29°, the tested degree, for two days, challenging you regarding your physical world and your internal sense of value.
Black Moon Lilith will move to 14° Cancer, a place where fears about your ideas may arise. In particular are fears about introducing ideas you consider "innovative," but others may consider as "too radical."
And later in the day Jupiter in Aries retrogrades back to 7°, marking a period of time in which you will be encouraged to act on your intuition. And this will be key, as during Jupiter's station at 7° you will want to pay more attention to your inner knowing versus what the world at large will try to tell you.
So feel the shift today, and trust that you are in alignment with these changes. And if you feel you are at "odds" with these changes, then today is a good day to sit in meditation and ask God Universe for some answers.

A Day At Pha Pun Dao Cliff
Tumblr media
A/N: I am on a roll! I wanted to write for these two again, so here’s another fanfic! I miss PhuTian XD it hasn’t been long but I already miss them XD anyways, I hope you enjoy the fanfic! :D
Summary: Making the trek up to Pha Pun Dao Cliff, Phu and Tian spend the late afternoon together, watching the sunset and just enjoying each other’s company.
Word Count: 1715
Tumblr media
“Tian. Wake up. You said you wanted to go to the waterfall today.” Scrunching his eyes tightly as a voice reached his ears, Tian grumbled and moved to turn over, ignoring the voice until a hand shook his shoulder, not allowing him to go back to sleep. Rubbing his eyes sleepily, Tian grunted and let them flutter open, the sight of the sun shining making him aware that it was morning. Turning around so he was on his back again, Tian yawned and gave his attention to the person who woke him up, Phu’s smile creating butterflies in Tian’s chest. Letting out a hum when he felt Phupha’s fingers thread through his hair, Tian sighed and squirmed closer, nuzzling his face into his boyfriend’s neck as Phu’s arm wrapped around his waist and rubbed at his back. “Come on, get up. Let’s take a shower and get going.”
“Do we have to go now? It feels like it’s still early,” Tian whined, his voice sounding like gravel from not being awake yet. Chuckling as Tian practically molded into his body, Phu nodded and nuzzled his face into his boyfriend’s hair, hugging him tight before he gently pulled away, maneuvering them both until they were sitting up in bed and Tian was giving him a tired glare. Cupping Tian’s face, Phu traced his thumb under Tian’s eye and leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to his forehead. Letting out a sound that sounded almost like a purr, Tian sighed and pouted when Phupha pulled back, an amused grin on his face. “Fine...get the towels and stuff. You can collect everything since you so rudely woke me up.”
Snorting but nodding anyways, Phu watched as Tian got some fresh clothes together and laid them across the bed. Meeting Phupha’s eyes, Tian stuck his tongue out playfully before he jogged out of the cabin, the door swinging just behind him as he headed towards the showers. Shaking his head with a fond sigh, Phu pushed himself off the messy bed and chose his clothes for the day as well, strewing them beside Tian’s. Gathering some body wash, shampoo and a couple of towels, Phupha tossed the towels over his shoulders and stepped out of the cabin.
“Chief! Hurry up!” Rolling his eyes, Phu made an attempt to walk slower, snickering when it caused Tian to give him the finger. Throwing the towels over the bamboo walls, Phu opened the shower gate and stepped in, crowding into Tian’s space. Removing their shirts and pajama bottoms and tossing them on the wall as well, Tian swallowed the lump in his throat and turned, his back facing his boyfriend. Stepping closer, Phupha reached out and filled some of the buckets with semi-warm water, his chest pressed up against Tian’s back. Leaning back against Phu, Tian sighed when the warm water was slowly poured over him, Phu’s hand following as he rubbed the skin of Tian’s stomach. “You got the body wash?”
“Of course. Nope, I’ll wash you, no touching the bottle,” Phupha warned, lifting the bottle of body wash out of Tian’s reach, grinning when his boyfriend sputtered and huffed, placing his hands on his hips. Arching a brow as he waited for Tian’s answer, Phu poured some in his hand when Tian gave the okay, his ears flushed red. Rubbing it across Tian’s back, Phupha kept his touch light as he washed Tian’s body. Letting himself relax, Tian sighed and laid his head against Phu’s shoulder, his eyes fluttering closed as the soft touch of his boyfriend swept across his body. Pressing a kiss to his temple, Phu put the bottle back down and grabbed another bucket. “I’m going to rinse you now.”
Letting out a hum to tell Phupha he heard him, Tian sighed when the warm water washed over him, rinsing away the bubbles from the body wash. Soaking Tian’s hair carefully with another bucket, Phu poured some shampoo on his boyfriend’s hair and gently scrubbed, sudsing up the soap until Tian’s soft hair was covered completely in bubbles. Rinsing his hand, Phupha placed his hand over Tian’s eyes and began to rinse his hair, running his fingers through it to make sure he got all the soap out. Opening his eyes when Phu’s hand moved away from his face, Tian turned around and met his boyfriend’s gaze, giving him a small smile.
“Okay, it’s your turn. Let me do it for you too!” Tian ordered, squirming around Phupha so he could push him closer to the front. Filling up the buckets again since Phu used them all on him, Tian poured the water over Phu’s body, his eyes following the droplets as they rolled down Phupha’s chest. Clearing his throat, Tian shook the thought from his head and continued on, lathering Phu’s body with the body wash. Going through everything that Phupha did for him, it wasn’t long until they were both clean and the excess water was dumped in the drain. “Here’s your towel.”
Wrapping the towels around their waists, the two stepped out of the shower stall, Tian darting towards the cabin while Phupha took his time. Closing the door behind him, Phupha leaned against it to watch his boyfriend, who removed the towel from his waist and was drying himself off. Feeling eyes sizing him up, Tian turned and fumbled when Phupha met his gaze, an amused smirk on the chief’s face. Glaring at him playfully, Tian rolled his eyes and turned his back to him, drying his hair as he grabbed his boxers and slid them on. It’s not like Phupha hasn’t seen everything on his body already. Slipping on a pair of sweatpants, Tian finished up drying his hair and tossed the damp towel in the laundry basket Phupha kept near their closet.
“Don’t just stand there. Get ready,” Tian huffed, his voice telling Phupha that he wasn’t annoyed. Chuckling, Phupha did a mock salute and crossed the room, beginning to pull on his clothes while it was Tian’s turn to observe his boyfriend. Wiggling his eyebrows and grinning when it made Tian snort, Phu finished getting dressed and tossed the towel with Tian’s. Fixing his hair quickly, Phupha turned and stayed silent as Tian slipped on his shirt, the shirt being the army one that Phu had given him a while ago. “Do you think I’ll need a jacket? Pha Pun Dao cliff may be chilly…”
“Hmm...maybe. Just tie it around your waist and if you get cold during the hike, you can slip it on,” Phupha thought out, slipping on his boots while Tian did as he said, tying the army jacket around his waist. It was big on him but that was the best part in Tian’s opinion. Pulling on a pair of his own boots, Tian made sure they were tight before he stood up and smiled at Phu, telling him that he was ready without even saying a word. Putting his hand out, Phupha smiled fondly when Tian looked at it before it seemed to connect. Sliding his fingers through Phu’s, Tian smiled when Phupha tightened his hold on his hand as they stepped out of the cabin. “The walk is going to be long. You sure you’re up for it?”
Knowing Phupha was teasing him, Tian nudged him playfully and started following the trail, pulling Phu with him as their hands swung between them. Not quite knowing how long the hike up the mountain was, Tian was thankful he listened to his boyfriend, the air becoming chilly the higher they went. Pausing so that Tian could slip on the jacket, zipping it up all the way, Phu smiled when Tian laced their fingers together once more. Finally reaching the top as the sun began to set, Phupha gently led Tian towards the rock they always sat on. Taking in a deep breath of the fresh mountain air, Tian sighed and leaned back against the rock, taking in the beautiful hues of orange, purple and pink of the sunset.
“The stars may be beautiful up here, but the sunsets and sunrises are just as amazing,” Phu hummed out, settling himself next to Tian, bumping their shoulders together as Tian nodded, leaning against his boyfriend and placing his head on Phupha’s shoulder. Wrapping his arm around Tian’s shoulder, Phu held him close as they remained silent, just observing the sky in awe. Staying on the rock, even as the sun finally set and the sky grew dark, the stars twinkling above them, Phu blew out a breath and glanced at Tian, who had dozed off against his shoulder. “Tian. Come on, we should probably head back down now. I’m sure Yod, Rang and Nam are looking for us.”
“Hmph...don’t want to…” Tian mumbled, leaning fully on Phupha as the warmth of his boyfriend’s body soaked into his own. Letting out a fond sigh, Phu stood up, carefully holding onto Tian before he maneuvered him onto his back, heaving him further on his back in a piggyback hold. Wrapping his arms around Phupha’s neck, Tian buried his face in the back of Phu’s neck, pressing a sleepy kiss to the sensitive skin. Tightening his hold on his boyfriend, Phu trekked down the mountain, not even having to use a flashlight since he knew the path by heart. Nuzzling his face into Phupha’s shoulder, Tian smiled softly, his eyes trying so hard to stay open as he observed the sky above them. “Sorry if I’m heavy, Chief.”
“You’re not heavy. You feel like you weigh less than a feather,” Phupha chuckled softly, rubbing his thumb in circles on Tian’s thighs. Letting out a snort of his own, Tian sighed and quietly thanked Phu for carrying him, which caused Phu to dismiss his thanks, not minding at all. “We’re almost to the village. I’ll wake you up when we’re at the cabin, so feel free to doze.”
Nodding slightly, Tian finally let his eyes flutter shut, snuggling further into Phupha’s back as the sounds of nature and the steady breathing of his boyfriend lulled him into a light slumber. Feeling Tian’s breathing even out against his back, Phupha smiled and stayed as quiet as he could, keeping his steps light as he continued his trek towards the village.
