The body that you can see and touch cannot take you into Being. But that visible and tangible body is only an outer shell, or rather a limited and distorted perception of a deeper reality. In your natural state of connectedness with Being, this deeper reality can be felt every moment as the invisible inner body, the animating presence within you. So to “inhabit the body” is to feel the body from within, to feel the life inside the body and thereby come to know that you are beyond the outer form.
But that is only the beginning of an inward journey that will take you ever more deeply into a realm of great stillness and peace, yet also of great power and vibrant life. At first, you may only get fleeting glimpses of it, but through them you will begin to realize that you are not just a meaningless fragment in an alien universe, briefly suspended between birth and death, allowed a few short-lived pleasures followed by pain and ultimate annihilation. Underneath your outer form, you are connected with something so vast, so immeasurable and sacred, that it cannot be conceived or spoken of — yet I am speaking of it now. I am speaking of it not to give you something to believe in but to show you how you can know it for yourself.
You are cut off from Being as long as your mind takes up all your attention. When this happens — and it happens continuously for most people — you are not in your body. The mind absorbs all your consciousness and transforms it into mind stuff. You cannot stop thinking. Compulsive thinking has become a collective disease. Your whole sense of who you are is then derived from mind activity. Your identity, as it is no longer rooted in Being, becomes a vulnerable and ever-needy mental construct, which creates fear as the predominant underlying emotion. The one thing that truly matters is then missing from your life: awareness of your deeper self — your invisible and indestructible reality.

Friday/Sunday - hot yoga
Saturday/Sunday - figure skating
sometimes everything falls into place and i naturally find myself in a highly active weekly routine and mmmm that's when my body thrives ❤️

@leias-left-hair-bun’s OC Knack in fish pose/matsyasana! He has the most clever story behind his name… Emma told me that he has a crystal structure tattoo for sodium chloride on his neck, because he is salty, and that (NaCl) is also how he got his name, and I can relate so hard 😂

Life is all about what you focus on. What’s your focus now? Positive? Negative? Neutral? _ Use where you are as a sane recognition of reality but don’t get stuck there. What is simply is. Once an acknowledgment of the state of being occurs, then a platform for change opens. Focusing excessively on all the problems only makes the problems get bigger. Avoiding or ignoring the problems gives them manipulative power to sabotage the good. _ Try regaining power of your mind by applying the teaching of the spiritual path. Direct your attention towards what is working and amplify thay. Feel your way through to a happier place. Hold space for the change to happen in your own mind. _ The mind is like the sky, a vast open container that holds all things. The clouds and storms come and go. Sunshine comes and goes. At least unless we get stuck in a repetitive rut that places patterns in a holding zone above us. If that happens it can feel like our own personal thunder follows us wherever we go. That cloud is not separate from us and yet it is not who we are. By practicing pure observation of what is and releasing attachments, it is possible to release the resistance that keeps what we don’t want locked in place. _ I work with my mind like this and it’s way harder than the practice of asana. Yoga gives me the tools to do the inner updates that make a big difference in the quality of my mind’s atmosphere. _ You can do it too! It just takes practice. Not every day will be sunny and that’s ok. What is simply is. And, sooner or later, every cloud passed away.
