Needing to fill the back of your diaper to get a change = time for my yoga challenge.
THE YOGA CHALLENGE 2022
Strip to just your diaper. The soggier, the better. Can use underwear or beanie hat to cover your face if you want to.
Do at least five positions from the chart (check the YOGA tag). Those inside squares are my favorite but you can do any of them and as many as you want.
Positions don鈥檛 need to be perfect. Do your best and have fun.
It鈥檚 best if whole body is visible in the pictures. Pay attention to light and camera angle for better results.
It might be easier to record a video using the back camera of your phone and as landscape for better resolution, holding the positions for around five seconds without moving at all, so later you can take screenshots that aren鈥檛 blurry or too small.
The winner will be determined both by how much I like the pictures, technique and general notes.

Meditation Protips: Relax and Focus
During concentration-based meditation practice, don't concern yourself with whether or not the mind is becoming silent.
Concentration-based techniques are those that involve chanting mantras, watching the breath, jangama dhyana, and similar methods that utilize placing your attention on some form of support.
Instead of making inner silence into a goal, keep these practice points in mind:
The two qualities you are cultivating are relaxedness and awakeness/alertness. During meditation, you should endeavor to feel at ease and basically okay. You are in a physically safe place, you can forget everything and just breathe. At the same time, you are also honing focus and attention. You are not practicing meditation just to zone out.
Check in with yourself as you practice, make sure you have a good posture and are focused and alert. But also adjust and breathe and relax, make sure you are at ease.
Focus isn't what you think it is. What we call 'focus' in one circumstance reveals itself as savoring pleasure in another.

The self-care 101

You've been trying to build a routine or have been trying to get back on track but just don't know where to start? lets me help you out <3
Step one Personal hygiene:
first up are a few things that you should do daily! <3
Brushing your teeth, flossing, and mouthwash twice a day.
Showering either in the morning or in the evening.
shaving and lotion if you feel like it (my fav)
skincare twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed.
Perfect! now at first, this may seem a bit overwhelming, especially if you struggle with depression, but sticking to this will already do a lot-
Simple skincare:
my last point was skincare, so I'll give you a little run-through on a simple and affordable routine; obviously, I can't promise that this will work for you, but we gotta start somewhere, right? :)
morning:
Dove beauty cream bar works really well for me (costs like 1 鈧).
Neutrogena hydro boost aqua cream as moisturizer (10 鈧).
Any SPF that works for you, I use the la Roche-posay one (15 鈧).
night:
Dove beauty cream bar.
The ordinary glycolic acid as a toner (10 鈧).
The ordinary Niacinemid + Zinc (7 鈧).
and the Neutrogena moisturizer again.
This should be a good start! :)
Step two healthy habits:
mental health plays a massive role in self-care, so I have listed a few things that might help you feel a little bit better; building actual habits takes time, though, so don't stress about it too much, and just try sticking to a few! :)
Eat breakfast.
Take vitamins in the morning (Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Folate/Folic acid, and Vitamin B-12, to list a few)
go for a daily walk.
Do a youtube yoga or stretch video.
Listen to a positive playlist or podcast.
No technology for 30 minutes.
Read 10 pages of any book.
Study something you're interested in for 15 minutes.
Write down 3 positive affirmations.
Make a to-do list.
Try a new recipe each week.
Make a grocery list.
take your time and try being consistent; eventually, you will get to where you want to be; you can do it! <3

Until someone can adequately recognize and express their own misgivings, it is needlessly challenging to attempt addressing them.
Everyone鈥檚 mood is their own responsibility. That鈥檚 the bottom line. Children blame their moods on others. Adults are aware of their moods and their causes. And a wise person knows how to free their moods from themselves. Anger can be felt without targeting someone, sadness can be felt without blaming someone, etc.
Don鈥檛 mistake this to mean we don鈥檛 need to be kind and considerate.
Kindness is a significant practice for a number of reasons but don鈥檛 expect it to change the mood of others. You may be kind and they may still be a dick in return. Kindness is not a thing some people deserve and others don鈥檛; it is a basic recognition of non-separation between all beings.
