While @timfeldmannyoga does construction stuff I am taking selfies. Before you ask why I’m not helping him, let me just say that we all have to know our place. I for one am happier with my legs behind my head than with a hammer. What about you? _ Soon, very soon, you’ll get to practice with here, the new location for both @miamilifecenter and @omstarsofficial _ My first one week Mysore Retreat in this new space is in June. Lots more coming! I’m working on a four week season where we will get to dive deeply into the practice together. _ Our 200 hour July Ashtanga Course will be in our new space too. We are beyond excited! Just a few last inspections to hopefully pass next week.
