Imagine if Renji, Shuu, and possibly Nishiki had a game hunt behind gen z. It was actually a joke on the reader's part, but the three ghouls immediately agreed.
It would be strange in the city, so they head out into the woods. After giving gen z a head start for the allotted time, the ghouls separate and set off on their quest.
Since the reader has put on his old unwanted clothes, the hunters can use their kagune, sending them toward the human only to leave a cut on the clothes themselves and not injure someone else's body. If pieces fall off the clothes, the reader leaves them in one place and runs to another. Perhaps they undress to throw the hunters off the trail?
One of the ghouls of your choice drives the gen z into a dead end. They breathe heavily, trying to catch their breath, hear quiet laughter, gaze into the dark woods, and see the red sclera of black eyes, and press into a tree with "fear". Kagune blocks any escape route, the big hunter approaches his prey, showing sharp fangs, he hovering over the human, and licking their neck, gently biting the skin with his teeth as a sign that he found them first.
When the other two reach them, they rub their cheeks against the human's head with a grunt. The reader sees a ruffling under Shuu's clothes, and a kagune tentacle crawls out from under them, holding a bag of extra clothes. The gen z laughs and gets dressed, kissing each one tiredly on the lips, one of the ghouls picks them up, heading back home, dropping them on their feet on their way out of the forest
.... what I would give to be in the reader's place right now, haha! But I can imagine this being a thing that they do for fun qnd just to mess around with. I love this!

Re: the ghoul eyes activating due to arousal - what if s/o was human and had NO IDEA they were hooking up with a ghoul until they're getting it on and BAM -kakugan.
... That would be one Hell of an ice-breaker, haha!

You're not the only one here when a ghoul's eyes change from human to how they are with the red iris and black sclera during an intimate moment does sound hot, especially when the red pupil they glow. I can imagine Shuu and Yomo in that scenario with their eyes glow during an intimate moment with their s/o

Shuu is such a playful asshole if he uses your fetish Ghoul eye color change against you.
Nishiki and Neji know that you are Shuu's territory and partner and he won't tolerate trespassing on you, but nothing stops from just teasing you. Especially if Shuu himself suggested it.
You are sitting in the closed Anteiku and chatting with Toka, you feel movement behind you, you see the girl looking somewhere behind you, but trying not to show any signs of recognition, and you turn around yourself, seeing Tsukiyama's beautiful suit in front of you.
Tsukiyama smiles hello at you and your mind immediately flashes from "what have I done?" to "Shuu wants something from me", he licks his lips and you immediately look at them and the flashed tip of his tongue. You giggle and step back, immediately bumping into an obstacle that turns out to be Nishiki, also smiling slyly, his hands already resting on your shoulders. For some reason there is not even a thought inside you that you might have driven the society of dangerous monsters to a state of madness and your death.
Shuu lets out a guttural growl and you immediately react to it, he shows his sharp teeth under your ragged breathing, he lowers his face toward yours, his normal eye color changing to a black sclera with red pupils. You feel movement behind you, pulling away from your changed eyes at Shuu, Nishiki who has also growled his changed eyes, rubbing his nose into your head, sinking lower and inhaling your scent. A shiver runs through your body at the sight of two dangerous men ready to attack you at any moment, not not noticing the tall Neji emerge from behind or even from somewhere on the side, leaning over and rubbing against your neck with a semblance of a rumble. You come to your senses for a moment and make a pitiful whimpering sound and squeeze your legs together, Ghouls already smelling your arousal and smiling contentedly.
Tsukiyama pulls his face away from yours, looking somewhere in the distance, and suddenly withdraws, replaced by the curious Toka. You watch with ragged breath as her eyes darken, her pupils change and glow, and she herself grins, showing sharp teeth. You groan to the giggles of the four altered beings. The next moment, Toka activates her kagune, spreading it behind her back, making you freeze even more, and the others echo her example, even if you can't see them.
Nishiki only holds you and sniffs you, Neji suddenly kisses your neck and the area between your neck and shoulder, trying not to leave a mark but lightly touches the skin with the fangs, Toka runs her hands over your human body, listening to the sound of your beating heart and smelling your arousal. Without holding back, she strokes your thighs with her palms, watching your legs tremble.
Tsukiyama lets out a quiet growl and hiss as he enjoys your reactions to the caress from the many hands and sounds the Ghouls make and comes up to you, kissing you, running his tongue into your mouth. The kagune, which was not wrapped around master's arms, twitches slightly behind back and you thought they glowed a little more. The hot kiss sends sweet pulses down your lower abdomen and between your legs, you flow into the leaking of your underwear even more and shudder as the Ghouls girl presses her nose against your crotch, tugging slightly with her kagune. It seems, you think, with the tacit consent of Tsukiyama himself.
- Will you bring me to the edge and immediately part without giving me any relief?
That was the first thing that came out of your mouth as soon as Shuu broke off your kiss.
- Why, you turned us on with your moaning and smelling. After the fun, we'll clean this place up so Yoshimura doesn't swear later.
You don't have time to reply that the cafe isn't a good place to have sex before Neji kisses you on the lips and Shuu bites your neck. You moan, instantly oblivious, relaxing and dissolving into multiple embraces under the watchful eye of burning scarlet pupils.
Following this, Tsukiyama himself realizes how far he has gone, and he is no longer just teasing. But he didn't stop
either, listening to his little human moan.
