blending in on C-53: a guide by Yon-Rogg

don’t refer to the planet as C-53

don’t refer to the occupants of the homo sapiens species as “homo sapiens” or “the humans”

don’t land your ship in a populated area unless you are prepared to answer a lot of questions

store your ship in a car park/parking lot or a large garage so it doesn’t draw as much attention as it would otherwise

don’t wear your Kree uniform unless you are in battle

keep your translator with you at all times; I left mine on my ship when I first arrived, and I was rather confused by the multitude of languages in just one area

locate the most populous cities before arriving, that way you can either avoid them of stay near them, depending on your mission

engage in “small talk;” it is quite popular here, despite the fact that it is, for the most part, useless

try vegetable spring rolls, they're a food item, and they are rather delicious

locate people who know of other planets or are from other planets themselves, they will be the ones who can keep you well-informed 

keep your weapons and gear, but do not flaunt either of them

recognize that C-53 is not a fully unified planet, nor do they have a strict military-style upbringing for all citizens, and act accordingly

if you’re in New York, visit a place called The Empire Diner and request to speak to Lauren King; she will be of great assistance and can connect you to one of the elder brothers (beware her trickery)

read some books; they are informative and interesting

do not spend time alone with charming, intelligent, perfect specimens, and, more importantly, do not learn their names because you will become emotionally attached, which is terrifying

avoid country music, Times Square, and fried food

do not try to explain the supreme intelligence--or another planet’s equivalent--to those who do not have previous knowledge of other planets

if a human gives you nicknames like “funky little alien,” there is not really anything you can do to stop them; just accept it (you can still be grumpy about it, though)

find a piece of clothing that is called a flannel top as well as some sunglasses; they are both comfortable and “stylish”

should you accidentally become emotionally attached to a human, it’s too late. good luck.

CONTRAXIA -- if you haven’t heard of it, it’s a beautiful little shit-hole filled with a lot of shitty people and opportunities to drink, gamble, and sleep around. Echo Galaeus deems it beautiful because a shit-hole makes it easier to start fights; and starting them just happens to be the one thing she’s good at. With a drunken disgraced militant father and a less-than-savory mother, she works for scraps; odd jobs with a skewed sense of justice somewhere in the middle of the agreement. She keeps people (who are worth it) safe. She keeps this shit-hole from burning.

STARFORCE would never take her -- so she thought. A once in a lifetime opportunity to leave the life she knew, to hone in on her abilities to do some good in this galaxy and the next. Despite having no choice but to leave her younger sister behind, she PROMISES to return when they agree to it -- to be the very hurricane Starforce needs in reckoning.

so you know those posts where it’s like “all that pain and suffering just made [them] kind?” I love those, and I admire the people in real life who can meet that standard. just not enough to aspire to it myself. when I get angry or hurt, I don’t have such a positive reaction, and the worst part is, a part is me likes it. I enjoy being bitter and processing my emotions that way. what the fuck is wrong with me?

Verse Drop

;; I feel like I need to start tagging my posts properly with verse tags. So I’m coming up with basic tags for every day use and personal tags for certain rps. If you’re tagged here, it means that verse is one we personally share. Some verses might be flexible if anyone else has interest in them.

v;; durmstrang bound - After getting expelled from Hogwarts, Newt’s parents are determined to get their son sorted out. What better place than Durmstrang Institute? Being far from home and in a foreign place leaves Newt feeling rather lonely. He often sends letters to Albus Dumbledore, as he’s the only one who will respond. (Currently a verse I have with @folgtmir-odersterbt, am flexible if anyone else wants to play)

v;; friends with benefits - Another verse I have with @folgtmir-odersterbt. Basically Gellert and Newt are friends with benefits. Newt is a very emotional person though, so he’s developing more deeper feelings.

v;; when war cries  - Anything to do with the first war will be tagged using this tag.

v;; just a guy with a big heart - Modern verse with @loveisforchildren-percivalgraves Perscilla. Finally thought of a tag. Modern AU where Newt is rich girl Cilla’s best friend.

v;; strip tease - Stripper AU also with Mados <3. Newt works mainly in the back of house in a strip club owned by Albus and Gellert. Percival is a stripper and also a bar tender. 

v;; our curiosity - A verse with @scharfezunge where Newt and Gellert have actually developed a relationship. Something deep in the realm of love. They understand each other in ways no one else would.

v;; bound by souls - Another verse with Miss T. I just used the verse tag as the title that thread has. A soul mate AU where Newt and Gellert are soul mates. What happens to one can happen to the other (physical injuries, death, etc). Gellert plans on using this fact to show he’s untouchable.

v;; adventures in america - Anything that is based with Newt in America will be tagged with this until another tag is established if required.

v;; corrupted innocence  - My verse tag for dark!Newt. He snapped after getting expelled from Hogwarts. It was the last straw and he starts to become darker. He puts on this shy and nervous persona, which he can use to manipulate people, but in reality he is actually quite cruel. His passion is his creatures and he hates people. They are the monsters and he could care less about their lives. Potential to work with Grindelwald towards his goals, but not required.

v;; precious games - A verse tag for an AU I have with @greatergoodfolly and @aurorofconfidence where Newt’s memory was locked away and he has been told that both Albus and Theseus abused him. He was also told he was sold to Gellert and is his slave. He is convinced that Gellert is his master and he’s good to him and he also has made a friend in another of Gellert’s pets, Percy.

I probably forgot some verse tags, but this is a start.

v;; among the stars - A verse I have with @xnoblewarriorherosx where Yon-Rogg kidnapped Newt and brought the Magizoologist back to Hala. Due to Yon’s likeness to Albus, the man discovers Newt has some sort of feelings for Albus so he uses that to manipulate Newt at first. But the Kree develops an actual bond with Newt and starts to care about the wizard.

                               MCU DISCORD RP SERVER

PLOT:

Endgame. Avengers versing Thanos. The final battle between good and bad, for the sake of the universe, but one mistake was enough for the Avengers to lose. The mistake was simple in itself - Stephen Strange told Tony what had to be done for the battle to be won. Proxima, being the closest in the madness on the battlefield, overheard them both. Once Tony had the Stones in his possession, it was easy for the trained warrior of the Black Order to cut off his arm with one swift motion and give the stones to Thanos. 

 With Thanos once more in the possession of the Infinity Stones, another Snap was inevitable. This time, however, there was no going back. There were no second chances, no battles anymore to be won and as if the acceptance of loss wasn’t enough, Thanos presented the Avengers with an ultimatum. In three days, he would destroy Earth completely, as a punishment for thinking they could stop him in his quest of bringing the universe to a balance. In Thanos’ eyes, however, that was also an act of mercy, as he didn’t kill any of them that weren’t dusted away once more, an act of mercy that contained them witnessing the aftermath of the Snap once more and live with the consequences for the rest of their lives.

During the battle against the Avengers, the Kree were among those who fought for Thanos’ side, thanks to the alliance forged between the now dead Ronan the Accuser and the mad titan. The Kree had hoped for protection against everything from Thanos yet suffered the same fate – half of the population was gone. Realizing they have done wrong in siding with the wrong person, the Kree government and Emperor decided to take in as many of the Terrans as they could, as a way of redeeming themselves in causing wrong in the final battle. 

With that offer on the table, which was taken by the Avengers after discussing their options, the Avengers were the first ones to step foot on Hala, the home capital planet of the Kree, followed by as many Terrans (and other intergalactic species living there) as they could save before Thanos destroyed Terra for good.  

Now in their new home, it’s up to the Avengers and Terrans to try and make a new living on their new home planet, with or without the help of the Kree.

My Opinion on:

The Character(s) in general: Emil got such a small part but he could have been fun if they had him further in the MCU. With the test muses I am a sucker for Yon-Rogg and Sabertooth had always been a fun character since the first x-men movies and the animated series. Currently i I love them all. How they play them: Emil has a way with my muse and he is very fun and complex with how things are with the girls. So far loved their Yon and Sabetttoh with the small amounts we had going.t The Mun: The mun is very kind and sweet. Always reaches out to me and checks on me. Also, a lovely person to bounce off ideas. Always considerate and lovely person.

For the longest time Annie has been a Kree Solider for exactly 5 years of her life she spent fighting to become on the 6th year an official Kree Warrior that has received metals for her bravery and love for her fellow Soliders
