In the world of Law, a criminal's worst enemy is a Prosecuting Attorney and the evidence they present. The perfect example of such a lawyer in Japan is Katsuki Bakugou. He is aggressive, ruthless, analytical, confident, and has never lost a trial in his career thus far.
His new case might break his streak. Presented with his new assignment, Katsuki is finding things to be suspicious after meeting the prosecuted criminal Ochako Uraraka.
It only made sense that she was the murderer of her ex-boyfriend and undercover detective Yo Shindo, who had put her behind bars five years prior for several armed robberies. Yet, he found evidence that could let her free without charge.
Letting his feelings steer his actions, his career is now on the line and an unidentified murderer is loose in the city! With little to go on, he reluctantly turns to the very person who was stuck in the middle of all this mess.
Who knows, this may be the partnership that just might solve the mystery behind this murder.

Thinking how Akira and Hikaru throughout the manga talk a lot about each other but not with each other, like you can count their conversations on the fingers of one hand probably.
And yet in their match in ch 147 Akira says that he knows Hikaru better than anyone else.
