it doesn’t make you less of a lesbian if you find a man/men attractive

how would you describe romantic attraction? cuz sexual is "i wanna fuck them", right? but the romantic one? I swear, I'm not trying to prove shit. I'm curious cuz I've never ever experienced any type of attraction and I'm curious how one feels like defined by somebody who did feel it
i think it’s really something very individual and everyone experiences it differently. what clear is, romantic is the opposite of platonic, as in: there’s a difference in loving someone as a friend and actually loving someone. doesn’t have to involve actively wanting to fuck them
i personally don’t believe in ‘love at first sight’ or that you can love someone without knowing them as a person at all. so the sentiment that not being able to fall in love unless you know them well is something that deserves an entirely different name seems laughable to me. if we make up names for every single quirk of the human nature we might run out of words. you also should ask yourself: is naming it functional? how does it help, putting a label on something so specific that it’s more restraining than defining?
sexual attraction is simply something we’re born with. it is also a spectrum! brains are weird! but you can look objectively on who turns you on and who doesn’t and be pretty precise with labeling that. why is it important? in a perfect world it wouldn’t be. who cares who you fuck? but in the world where my dad threatened to disowned me as a teenager just because i wanted to kiss girls too - it is important to know that there’s a community of people like me who face the same struggles but still believe they’re normal and not sick or broken or sinful. now has anyone’s dad told them that taking time to fall in love (or not experiencing it at all) would send them straight to hell?
again, experiencing attraction, no matter which, is different for everyone. there’s no wrong way to be. but before slapping another microlabel on yourself, maybe look in the mirror and honestly ask yourself what you gain from it. maybe with time you’ll realize that oscar wilde was right: to define is to limit

Ok yes, I just did a quick research and I’m a grey asexual :) I used to feel sexual attraction and I still do sometimes but the thought of sex and being intimate with someone scares me and I feel repulsed by it. I’ve given my body to so many men that did not deserved it and I don’t want that to ever happen again. I am definitely a demiromantic and once I am able to have sexual attraction again I’m sure I’ll be a polyamorous demisexual. 😬
Who is apologizing for it? Seriously lmao? I really just think it’s chronically online people. Just go outside..?

If you haven’t and you just want some personal enjoyment today without much effort you really should watch Mission Impossible (sans 2 which was canonically retconned for the fact it never should have existed). If you’re over 22 you should start with MI one because you’re probably old enough to get the full impact of it and be losing your mind watching some like 20 year old kid have his life fall apart which is the only truly true way to experience that film (you can watch it whenever but if you’re young watch it again later for the full experience trust me it’s stressful as fuck and you’re so upset but like, in a thoroughly engaging way). And if you’re younger than that you can start on 3, or 4 if you really really want something with almost exclusively positive emotions the whole runtime, and then go back and watch 1 and 3. Or you can start on 1 if you want tbh I started on 5/Rogue Nation and I don’t feel like it matters you just watch a good ass film, then if you decide you like it, you go back and start watching sequentially. Regardless it’s a fun time. The only real takeaways are “if you watch one as a kid you’re like ‘Ethan rocks what a cool guy’ and it’s fun, but if you watch it from any time past earliest 20s on, you’re like ‘HES FUCKIN 19 OR SOMETHING HES A KID LEAVE HIM ALONE’ and it’s truly a spiritual experience.” — and — “if somehow you saw MI2 already and it made you think the franchise is garbage please watch Ghost Protocol or smth and give it a second chance we all know 2 was bad even canon knows and adjusted accordingly; I promise.”
But anyway please try those out they’re so good. :’-]

Okay random but did any other transmascs like hyper fem it up when questioning or was that just me because I went form only ever wearing hoodies and pants because I was uncomfortable in everything else, then started questioning and wearing more stereotypically feminine clothes to now figuring out I’m trans and going back to wearing hoodies and pants (except I found out how lovely button up shirts are this time)

People who ship Taang because it inspires change and growth in Aang don’t seem to be shipping it because they love Aang as is, which honestly is valid but as someone who likes his completed character arc including the Lion Turtle/energybending and Rock climax along with his coming together with Katara, it’s annoying to hear about. Simply because it comes from Aang’s portrayal of being an out of balance Avatar in The Legend of Korra, which has proven to me personally isn’t very good in handling the Gaang post-war among many other things including within the comics that exists to bridge the gap between ATLA and TLOK rather poorly.
I’m questioning too how they messed up so badly, yet I don’t look back at the original series and try to tie it neatly to the sequels as I KNOW they shouldn’t coexist in the writing states they’re in (especially since the show wasn’t written with the comics and Korra in mind).
Literally, a common praise for it is that it’ll have Toph metaphorically or actually kicking Aang in the nuts but where really is the balance with the toughness and the love? What else does Aang and Toph gain? Katara doesn’t even enable him that much. His flaws that I will admit Katara doesn’t call out very much as usually he’s at his best with her and even when he messes up SHE DOES call him out actually so why does Aang need to go through drastic change? Perhaps it’s because his character holds challenging and ”juvenile“ beliefs that incenses people on being validated in such a way without looking at aspects of him more deeply due to inherent bias.

Oh shit it’s independence day wtf lmao
I genuinely don’t care about Twitter btw. I support everyone on the dsmp, but if anyone who follows me dislikes a specific cc, cool. I’m not one for policing people. Just don’t be an asshole, okay? You like who you like, and I like who I like.

Hey I mean no hate towards you, since you are a fan of Nicki I was wondering what was your opinion on her making that song with that guy who is a pedo. I don't really know if she said something about it since I'm not a fan, but maybe you do and you could explain it to me? Hope you are having a good day/night!!
Sorry I didn’t have the time to summarise my thoughts so you have to read my answer which is longer than some of my blurbs i swear 😭 (also this doesn’t even answer your question it’s just me rambling about Nicki in general so you really don’t have to read this lmfao)
Okay so Nicki is my weakness 😩😩 I don’t know who exactly you’re talking about (like i do know all of her songs obviously 🙄shshs) but idk she’s done a lot of songs with a lot of rappers who are very problematic (i mean is there a single male rapper that isn’t problematic? Like I actually mean this. (Except my love Stormzy of course, but they don’t have a song together </3)
and I probably shouldn’t even bring this up because you didn’t but i’ll just say it i mean her boyfriend... no wait sorry her husband.... idk if you know about him i don’t want to say it on my blog what exactly he did but he’s done extremely disgusting things and i do not support him in the slightest. (But then again I have Nicki and not her husband as my pfp you know? But then again AGAIN if she publicly declares her love for him then that means she.. i guess ‘supports’ him and if I support her does that mean I support everything she supports? (I mean the answer to that is no but 😭 like this is just my stream of consciousness). But then again again AGAIN i don’t know what she or her husband are like irl and I don’t claim to know her, Onika Tanya Maraj, as a private person. But the things she has done as Nicki Minaj, a public figure so to say— I love that.
I 100000% support some of the (other) things Nicki has said and done (esp regarding feminism and some things for women (esp women of colour) and women in the music industry. So Yea Nicki is one of my absoluteeeee weaknesses I think about this at least once a week because usually i’m very radical about the people i support iykwim but with Nicki i still support the majority of the things she does and says and I think also the things people associate with her are positive things? People hear Nicki and they think of her amazing music and her outfits and what she’s done for women and those are the things i support. I will never know her personally and therefore I could never say anything about her for certain but yeah I love her for the things she represents and how she’s helped me in my life. (I feel like I could talk about this for hours and still not be able to fully and accurately articulate my thoughts 😭)
