First at all, he'd be so serious sometimes 😭 In my head he has a lawyer personality- I think he'd be very serious when he's studying because the boy needs a lot of concentration, but as soon as he finishes he comes back with his true personality.

Being bored when he's studying means going to his office to bother him, but he'd always put order on the situation. "Babyyy." You say as soon as you open the door. "Hey, what's up?" He asks you when you approach his chair. "I'm bored." He smiles to you. "I'll study for more thirty minutes, hermosa." He says. "But..." Alex looks at you. "Please, Y/N, I really can't right now, okay?" You nod, with a sad grimace on your face. "Okay, 'Lexie." You start to get away, but the boy grabs your hand and kisses it. You smile at him and then leaves.

But, imagine 'helpin him to study??? "Do you want some help to study, baby?" You ask him. "Sure." He says and you sit next to him. "Every time you answer correctly I'll give you a kiss." You say and he laughs. "That's the best motivation to answer correctly, actually."

He'd answer all the questions correctly and it would lead to a make out session 😭😭

Every time he wears a suit you almost die because he's too hot on suits!!! "Do I look good, Y/N?!" He asks. "You look so hot, Alex." You say as you approach him, your hands on his chest as you kiss his lips, pushing him to your bed. "Calm down, amor. I need to go to the court." He says as he sits on the bed. "You still have time, 'Lex." The boy holds your waist with a smirk on his face. "I don't have, I need to..." You kiss Alex again and sit on his lap. "Y/N, amor..." He says and you look at him. "I promise you when I arrive I'm all yours, okay?!" He says and you nod, kissing your man one last time. "I'll wait for you." You say and he nods, a smile on his face as he hugs you. "I know, my love."

As soon as Quackity arrives your guys apartment you attack him with kisses and hugs <3

He's very great at debates, but when it comes to arguing with you, he doesn't even try to. He knows when you're right, so he just apologises to you.

Imagine if he's too stressed??? Giving him a back massage so he can relax!!@@@ It'd probably lead to sex, tbh 🤭

You'd prank him saying you punched someone in the face and that person wants to sue you. "You did WHAT????" He asks, so shocked with what you just said. "He was bothering me, Alex!" You say and he gets up. "It's okay. You were defending yourself, amor." He says, still shocked. "Did he hurt you?!" The boy checks your body. "No, but I broke his nose." You say. "Y/N, oh my God. I mean, nice, but..." You laugh. "What did he do to you?" He asks. "Uh, he said I was hot." You say. "Someone saw it?" You nod. "Yes, three people saw it." You answer the boy, wanting to laugh. "I'm going to call my professor to see if..." You take the phone of his hand as soon as he grabs you. "What's wrong?!"

"I'm kidding, Alex. I didn't punch anyone." You say with a smile on your face, the boy looks at you, so confused It's cute. "But..." He starts. "I wanted to see your reaction, honey. I'm sorryyy." You say and he rolls his eyes. "I can't believe in you, Y/N." You laugh and kiss his lips. "Would you defend me on the court, 'Lex?!"

"Of course, amor. I'd defend you in everywhere." He answers and holds your waist. "Aw, so cute. Even if I had killed someone?!"

"Uhh, creepy." He whispers and laughs. "Yeah, even if you had killed someone. But please, don't do it." You laugh and nod, your hands on his neck as you give him a peck on the lips.

Hobie x Reader Isekai fic where the reader (me) is a Spider-man meta-analysis writer and they fall into the ATSV universe.

Everyone thinks they're weird as fuck, but Gwenpoole (and other Nexus beings) are taught about at The Society at least, so it's not a mystery why they are the way they are.

The reader sees Gwen and is like '.......I know this isn't my place but I've read through the scene between you and your dad and I have some comments I'd like to make. I can leave out the ones where I wish him death.'

There's even a scene like this one between Miles and Gwen

Where Hobie is like 'oi this your analysis book lemme see-' only to open to dozens of pages of x-reader fics and Hobie x OC drawings

And reader is like

'Uh.... I ain't write that. I don't know how that got in there. That's not even my handwriting. I found that notebook actually 😭😭'

Meanwhile Hobies like 'Christ - how much time do you have on your hands 🤨🤔'

BASICALLY HELPING CONSTRUCT FICS ABOUT HIMSELF. Simply because he finds the concept hilarious.

He gets to the smut and he's like "How easy do you lot think I am? Think you can have a pass at me, you must be taking the fucking piss-" just ranting and raving as he STILL READS IT

Sitting there with a cup of tea reading smut of himself and covering it in red pen like it's the mornings crossword 😭😭

The crew eventually realize that the readers power of trope analysis crosses over and it's SO USEFUL

All they need to do is get reader in front of Miguel and reader gives him a heartfelt reading and connection of his trauma that equals the culmination of ten years of therapy

They're like 'i know this is all an act Miguel. I know this is all an act to cover up the crushing feeling of chaos and helplessness that comes from canon. And really, all of this is just a mirror - you wanting to control how things 'should be' because there were so many things you went through that you think shouldn't have. But those moments are apart of you-'

Miguel's likes 'WAIT WOAH STOP TALKING'

They start bringing up Gabriel and Xina and shit from the comics.

Everyone's like 'Who the hell is Gabriel-" meanwhile Miguel is on the floor sobbing going 'mi hermano. mi hermano pequeno 😭😭😭'

And it ends with them all hugging Miguel after this person just read him for filth using the power of Isekai Canon Knowledge

In the end Reader and Hobie become best friends because they both stand out so much in other universes and both take nothing entirely serious.

Plus they're both really perceptive and nosey and good at reading people so sometimes they see some subtle shit go down and they look at each other like

Surprise Guest feature (but Twisted Wonderland)

It is missing Obey Me! hours for me so I scrolled the tag for a bit and a Thought has struck

Surprise Guest feature: Twisted Wonderland edition

If you don't play Obey Me and don't know what "Surprise Guest" is, basically, after a battle minigame, you have a chance of any one of the characters in your party "visiting" you, during which you can interact with them (with only a total of three gestures) by touching them or giving them gifts. I don't play Twst (not available in my region 😭) so I don't THINK it has a feature like that, but if there is uhh I give you all permission to point and laugh at me agdjdhdjdj

Anyways, in OM, each character has their own preferences of how they like to be touched and what they like to be gifted. If they don't like how you touch them/what you gifted them they'll get annoyed/mad/disappointed with you. This has got me wondering: If Twst were to have a Surprise Guest feature, what would be the characters' preferred gifts and touches?

I'm a Malleus stan so I'm only confident about my assumptions for him, so I'd love to know other people's thoughts on their faves in the tags or replies!!!

Touches: I hc that he loves to have his horns touched but ONLY by people that he's close to, so during a Surprise Guest, if you go for touching/petting his horns immediately, he'd get REALLY upset with you. You'd have to start out less forward if you want to get maximum affection with him, like maybe touching his hand and then his face and finally his horns. For interactions after a low-scoring battle though and he's feeling bummed, I'm thinking that maybe he'd prefer touches around his chest and shoulders. I imagine this to be MC giving him a hug to comfort him, and he's endeared and says something about how not a lot of people are bold enough to hug him or how he thinks YOU'RE upset at the low scoring and so he allows you to hug him for comfort (he's definitely putting on an act so that he can be all princely lol)

His favorite gifts from you are ice cream and invitations of course!!!

While writing this, I had a few thoughts on Lilia and how he maybe wouldn't like overly-familiar touches. Just touches on his arms would do. Although, actually maybe he would be flattered if you touched his face and patted his head? Idk. I also remembered though that in the new OM! Nightbringer game, Lucifer has dialogue in response to preferred touches that goes something like, "If it were anyone else I'd have them in a headlock by now." And I'm like. Showed someone my NaNoWriMo setup and uhh I didn't think novel writing in excel could inflict psychic damage to others?? I just wanted a simple way to look at my daily word count 🥺

I mean, do what makes the work easiest, Anon, follow your bliss, don't listen to the haters, even me. I write villanelles in Excel for very good reasons of accessibility!

When we talk about "they did WHAT in Excel?" it's generally because it seems like the person is making more work for themself, and absolutely because if they send it out into the world that way, they're making more work for everyone else. Presumably you aren't submitting your NaNo novel to agents as an Excel document -- I did leave one villanelle in Excel as proof of concept but generally they’re not still in a table when I transfer them. I kind of get why you’d do something unorthodox, because I write my novels in plaintext, which is now widely seen as a bit weird; I use absolutely no formatting I don't have to, and I tag formatting with <i>basic html</i> because I want to be able to find it once it's in its final form and needs to be typset. That seems like more work too but it has internal logic. 

I think to me the issue is that I know what a pain in the ass it is to work with prose in Excel -- I actually do it quite a lot for work. The bulk of the work I am doing today is taking a sheet that has 40 names in it and writing a biographical blurb for each name on that name’s line in the sheet. It’s a method of data visualization fairly unique to the way I run the shop, but it works because you see the data points and the blurb side by side, and it makes it super easy to import all the information to the database eventually. 

But I also know its limitations. Like, I’m genuinely very curious, do you put the whole day's new writing into a single cell? I can't imagine you would because eventually you'd run into the issue of cell height limits, even if the cell took up the whole screen, and it would make scrolling a nightmare. Although if you struggle with re-reading and endlessly correcting rather than moving on to new work, it would certainly make that more difficult to do, which could be an advantage. Or do you put every new paragraph into a new cell? That makes more sense, though I'd wonder about whether quotation marks would fuck up the formatting. 

And it seems like especially with the latter (though really with either) it doesn’t actually make getting the wordcount significantly easier. I couldn’t figure out how to get the wordcount of a cell in Excel at all -- are you using COUNT, and building a pivot table? That’s quite impressive if so. Or are you making a new sheet for each day and writing into the new sheet? That seems like it would make it difficult to get everything out of the book easily, on the back end, but it would mean you’d get your eyes on every day’s work a second time. 

I tell you this not to try and evangelize you away from Excel, but just so that you know -- getting a daily wordcount in GDocs or Word is not super difficult, as long as you mark where you started that day. In GDocs, you just highlight what you want to count and hit Tools > Wordcount; the window will return something like Words: 207 of 309, meaning the document contains 309 words and you’ve highlighted 207 of them. In Word it’s slightly clunkier; you highlight the words and hit “Review > Wordcount” and it will tell you how many words are highlighted, but to get the total wordcount you have to de-highlight and do the wordcount again. 

In any case, honestly, do whatever makes it easiest to write, especially during NaNo. Just...maybe make sure it’s in a Word document before you submit it anywhere. :D

thinking about "rapid onset gender dysphoria" definitely makes me think about coming out to my mom at 30 and her going IT'S ALL SO SUDDEN IT CAME OUT OF NOWHERE when i'd been writing little journal entries about having a weird gender and photoshopping myself flat chested since i was 14. like it's sudden to YOU because obviously i wasn't showing YOU the diary where i scribbled out drawings of my body because why the hell would i do that. there are actually a lot of things i never told you. probably because you'd flip your shit. doesn't mean they didn't happen. you know????

but also she said a lot of this stuff to my aunt who had to gently tell her 'uhh no it didn't come out of nowhere it's kind of not shocking' without hurting her feelings because a loadbearing aspect of my mom's personality is the idea that she has an unusually good intuition (lol)

Endangered: Momo's ending

Today I was wondering around the town I didn't have much to do but I thought fresh air would be nice I also bumped into the Guardian he had a house right next to the entrance of the city he still likes the guard the area and keep everyone safe.

Then I saw Momo helping Granny set up her couch for her new shop she was sitting outside on a small chair smiling as Momo was struggling to get the couch through the door.

"Heyo Momo need some help?" I gave them both a wave as I walk over Granny waved back.

"Oh yes please I can't get this...THING through the door" Momo put the couch down he was obviously about the swear but Grandma turned to him and shook her head.

"It's best if we tilt it sideways it's too wide to fit" we began pushing the end up onto it's side then lean it over a bit to carry it in Momo holding the other end.

"Why didn't I think of this sooner! Sorry to have you help" Momo sighed as we set the couch down where Grandma asked us Momo dusted his hands off.

"It's okay I offered to help plus I was bored anyway" walking back out the door Grandma thanked me and Momo then we both started walking around.

"So uhhh what have you been up to human?" Momo asked leaning over to me slightly.

"Hmm nothing much today B-12 found some old books so he's just trying to re-write them so they're in better condition but so far I've just been walking all day" B-12 did look really happy when he found those books I'm not sure what they are about yet B-12 said is was a surprise.

"That's great! Hopefully soon we finnish setting up his house and his new lab oh don't tell him about that though it's gonna be a surprise" Momo whispered the last few parts.

"Aww that's really sweet!" Momo had blush marks on his screen and he softly laughed.

"Thanks but it was Seamus' idea" we were nearly at the end of our town it was still growing so it not that big companions are still in the process of moving in.

"Actually human I wanted to ask would you like to have dinner at my place?" That was a little unexpected sometimes me and the rest of the outsiders and Stray have a small bonfire and eat together late at night I haven't had dinner with just one person.

"Of course Momo I'd love to" he quickly turned to face me with a surprised look.

"R-really? That's great! Uh I mean thank you" Momo scratches the side of his screen with a smile.

"Why don't we head over now? Clementine taught me how to cook some of your foods" really? That's really considerate.

"Okay! Thank you Momo" I grabbed Momo's hand to hold it as we walked to his place it was fairly similar to his old apartment but a bit more cleaner he still somehow brought his big orange sign to have above his door.

Opening his door Momo held it open for me to walk in I thank him and step inside and he made his way to the kitchen.

"Uhh it may take a bit make yourself home while you wait!" Momo turned on the stove and set a pot of water over it and took out some carrots.

"Are you sure? I can help if you'd like?" Momo waved his hand with a smile.

"No no you relax while I cook" nodding I decided to sit at the couch and turned on the TV it took us a while to set up electricity but Doc and Clementine managed to do it.

I could hear Momo cut up some vegetables while humming it was nice I could hear Momo throw some stuff in the compost bin Clementine asked everyone to start doing it so she could use it for her greenhouse.

It didn't take long until I heard Momo set a plate down on the dinner table and called me over on the plate was mashed potatoes with peas, carrots and corn and a cup of water Momo pulled the seat out for me.

"Wow Momo thanks! This looks so good!" I said sitting down as Momo pushed me in then taking his own seat in front of me on the other side.

"It's honestly no problem I think it's nice doing things for people you lo- anyway c'mon I wanna know if I cooked it right!" I laughed and took a few bites it was good! Clementine taught Momo well.

"This is great Momo you did it perfectly" Momo let out a happy noise and a heart popped on his screen.

"So umm have you been thinking of a name?" Momo asked fiddling with his hat.

"Name? Oh right naming myself..." Honestly I've been so busy I kinda forgot about it...

"Why don't you name me?" Momo jumped with a shocked expression.

"M-me name you?! But I.."

"C'mon it could even be a nickname or just something you personally call me B-12 sometimes call me kiddo even though I'm an adult but you get it!" Honestly I knew Momo liked me Clementine said I should just wait until he makes a first move to be braver so maybe I can kinda give Momo some hints plus I really wanna know what he'd come up with.

"...are you sure?" Momo started to fiddle with his fingers he had digital sweat but was still blushing.

"Of course Momo I like you so I'd love to have a nickname from you!" Well that came out rather quickly but I think Momo got it.

"Well... How about sunshine?" Aww that's a cute nickname.

"Oh why sunshine?"

"Well ever since we meet you made me happy and you showed me the bright sky you made a lot of people happy and you stand out a lot too in a nice way" Momo looks away for a bit but looks back at me with a smile.

"And you- wait...YOU LIKE ME!?" ah I was wondering if he heard that.

"Of course Momo I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner Clementine told me it would be best if you confessed so I assumed you told her you would and I didn't want to beat you to it but I'm glad I did though" standing up I walked over to Momo and hugged him he of course returned it.

"No I was being too much of a wimp It took me forever to even ask you to dinner" Momo hugged me a bit tighter hiding his screen on my shoulder.

"You're not a wimp Momo I was scared to ask you out too I just kinda went for it everyone takes time for stuff like this" I gave Momo a comforting pat on his head.

"So... does this mean I can take you out on a proper date?" Momo peaks out from my shoulder I laughed.

"Of course! Do you wanna rub it in Clementine and Doc faces that you actually confessed?"

"But I didn't" I gave Momo a kiss on the top of his screen another heart appeared.

"Well they don't have to know that" Momo laughed and nodded.

"Okay but after we have that date!" Momo pulled me closer to him as we both laugh nearly falling off the chair.

"What kind of date do you wanna have?" I asked Momo thought for a moment.

"We could...we could go to the pretty river with the fish"

"Then it's settled!" That river is really nice I won't tell him I've been fishing around there though he doesn't need to know that.

"Would you like to stay over the night though?" Momo glanced away after asking.

"I'd love to" Momo let out another noise of happiness as yet another red heart appeared on his screen.

"Oh you can take my bed I'll sleep on the couch" aww such a gentleman.

"We can just share a bed? Of course if that's moving to fast we could-" Momo quickly cut me off.

"Oh no! I mean yeah we can share I just thought you'd be uncomfortable"

"That's really thoughtful thank you"

Soon me and Momo began cleaning up I helped wash the dishes and he dried and out them away neatly after sitting on the couch and having a nice conversation I got tired.

Momo carried me to his bed and tucked me in with his blanket and layed next to me but he made some space I pulled him over for a hug.

"Don't you want any of the blankets?" I asked he wasn't even covered by any.

"No you can have it all to yourself I really don't need it" Momo laughed.

"Okay goodnight Momo"

64,757, not a lot but there's nothing wrong with that.

3.) What fandoms do you write for?

Star wars, lots of Star Wars. I think I wrote for Yuri!!! On Ice before? I used to write for Marvel, I did a little bit of Phantom of the Opera (very little), I have some unpublished Avatar the Last Airbender fics, and I am currently writing for Our Flag Means Death 🤭 I hope around depending on what I feel/am hyperfixating on, but ultimately it always comes back to Star Wars.

4.) What are your top five pics by kudos?

Fighting For Your Power - one of my first published Star Wars fics. Definitely not my favorite and also unfinished, a common occurrence with my ever changing brain.

If I Could Hold You For a Minute (Darling, I'd do it Again.) - Codywan. A little hurt comfort thing that takes place after the Rako Hardeen incident

Orbital Decay - another Codywan fic, probably my longest posted fic at this point in time.

And cowboy is his name - a short little bobadin cowboy au that I'm thinking of adding more onto, whether it's little snippets or an actual story is to be seen.

To Be A Good Soldier - a Commander Cody fic, kinda my own little headcanon as to how he got his scar.

5.) Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I do, it just takes me a while to get there. I'm always a little slow on the up taking. I reply to comments because someone took a brief moment of their time after reading my story to let me know their thoughts, and it means the world to me, so the least I can do is respond to their comments.

6.) What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

A fic that no longer is on AO3 🙈 I took it down after a couple years of like....no one reading it, and decided to keep it to myself, like a dragon. The story is hurt comfort without any of the comfort lol. Poor poor Garashir, doomed by the narrative and also me.

7.) What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Oooooh let me think. Recently they all have happy endings because I myself need one. Uhhhhhh. Probably Orbital Decay. My babies get together very tentatively at the end.

8.) Do you get hate on fics?

Ehhh my fics don't get seen by a wide enough audience I think. The only 'hate' I've ever gotten was someone demanding me tag something, but it wasn't even very hateful so. No I guess not.

9.) Do you write smut? If so what kind?

Once upon a long time ago, but I haven't in ages and frankly it makes me uncomfortable to write, always has.

10.) Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

I don't, it's not something that holds my interest.

Yes and no? It's a collaborative fic, but I'm not the one writing it, I just had the base idea and give more ideas for the concept and squeal and cry over it.

It changes with the tides, but how can I pick one set of my beloveds over another?

15.) What's a WIP you'd like to finish, but doubt you ever will?

All of them. Lol uhh I really really wanna get the Codywan AU fic written, but I'm at a point where I currently don't have it in me, I don't have much writing in me at all right now.

16.) What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue. I love dialogue. I've also been told, and I have to trust what people tell me, that I'm very descriptive and also know how to write a fight scene.

17.) What are your writing weaknesses?

Lack of confidence in my skills. Inability to finish what I've started. Making sure I'm keeping people in character, and also I tend to lack in the plot department.

18.) Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

Well, I think so long as you...ugh this one is tricky cause I don't know how to phrase it. I like to write in other languages in very very small doses. A little smattering here and there. But also, I feel like it's important to know the language you're writing in or consult someone who does for accuracy? Idk how to explain it.

19.) First fandom you wrote for?

Marvel. Marvel. And more Marvel. I had a very long story (with no actual plot) posted to a different site, and then took to writing people's requests for Marvel ship fics for a time.

20.) Favorite fic you've ever written?

Uhhh idk To Be a Good Soldier? I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it will be the little OFMD fic idea I had, but who knows.

I'll answer as Jamie Prowse and River Gray from my latest WIP:

1. Are you named after anyone?

Yeah, my Grandpa on my Dad's side! He was so chill. Took me to my first Seahawks game. I'm not much of a 'James,' though. Jamie is fine.

Couldn't tell you. My mother never told me, and I don't care enough to ask her.

2. When was the last time you cried?

Like, yesterday, probably? I saw a really cute dog.

The night I moved in with my brother. And Jamie, by proxy. It was a momentary lapse in control that won't happen again, trust me.

3. Do you have kids?

No, but I think I'd like to have them someday.

I'm sorry, what?

Uhh--maybe we should table this conversation, yeah?

Omg look over there, what's that? *points, runs away*

4. Do you use sarcasm?

I never used to, but I've been doing it a lot more since River moved in. I think it's contagious.

Fortunately for me, stupidity isn't contagious.

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Eyes, easy. They tell you a lot. And, uhh, I have this weird superpower where I can gauge a person's mental state pretty much instantly. Like, if they're okay or not.

He's not kidding. It's creepy. For me it's whether or not the person is a threat.

*scoffs* How often are people actually threats, though?

More often than you'd think.

6. What's your eye color?

Hazel, like my dad's! They remind me of the woods back home. I like them, they're one of my best features!

He's being modest. They're, this--like--rich, dark, midnight blue. They're gorgeous.

Ooh, I love scary movies!

He thinks the fact that I can speak French is a talent. I don't really see it that way, though. I don't know... photography is a talent. I'm good at that.

And writing! He's a great writer, especially poems. My talent is bass. Oh, and cooking! Those are pretty much the only things I'm really great at.

HELLO- I've been lurking your blog for the past-- uhh... hour or so? reading your writing, looking over your carrd, screaming internally about finding another D.N. Angel fan and just??? hello!!

I do want to follow and interact with you, but I have maybe one or two questions beforehand because I am a weenie and I like making sure things are okay first before following-

First question: Although I do say my backstory for OCs can generally be ignored, I do have one that is for D.N. Angel. However, she's an "exception to the rule" type of character because I like exploring "what ifs" and a distant Niwa descendant (at least 150 years post-canon AU-ish type). I'm not sure if you'd be okay with seeing her on the dash (if we become mutuals)/potentially interacting with her (again, if we become mutuals) so this is me asking if that's okay???

Second question: wHY IS YOUR WRITING SO GOOD LIKE WHAT?? okay but the real second question is are you okay with duplicates? I do write Dark, too (though I need to reread the manga rip me) and I wasn't sure of that either.

Another thing about how I might write eggman, have I had my paws on this guys character.

When I here "evil scientist" (but eggman is obviously an evil engineer but whatever) I think of lab experiments, and unethical testings. The type of shit that you'd BELIEVE would revoluionize or doing good by whom ever this testing and info is to "help" but in reality is only purposing yourself and doing harm.

Now, I think this is a little too far from what his character IS per say, but It just reminds me of how he calls sonic (at least in the english versions) a "rat". like.. a guinea pig. a lab rat. a scoundrel.

While Sonic is gunning for his throat, Eggman only perceives him as nothing more of a pest, and a nuisance at best. (though he's definitely obsessed with defeating (or even killing) the guy in the same way a chef would be obsessed with eliminating a mouse in the kitchen who keeps eating and ruining his shit.)

I think that saying that is important because it helps remind me that throughout all the fun and games of this universe, eggman probably wouldn't hesitate to make sonic suffer. (just as one would let a rat slowly starve to death in a trap.) He is after all, the sole guy who keeps getting in his way.

I also enjoy to idea of Eggman being very opportunistic. Something about that makes it seems like he's always going to the next best thing. (that might be the one endearing trait of his, that stubbornness. Either way both the spikeball and the eggman wont give up till the other is out of the picture.)

uhh something something something, If given the chance eggman would probably do some experimental shit on sonic because he's done it multiple times and honestly I need that arc where sonic actually gets to have deal with effects of that.

ALSOALSO Eggman and infinte. What??? Personally, I believe Infinite to be more of a cyborg (half bot half live) but if he's not fully bot, then I'd have to consider that fact that either eggman got someone (idk who or how) to do actual surgical operation on this guy and implant a fucking magic ruby into his TORSO (y'know like where you MOST IMPORTANT INTERNAL ORGANS ARE) or eggman just knows how to rip people open and insert (or take out) shit into them using whatever bots or his own hands like a classical surgeron.

either way, the idea that Eggman has medical knowledge of anatomy and can perform or at least have access to that kind of levels of bodily fuckery is scary. Because I have no idea what the hell created Infinte the jackal, or even WHO or WHAT Infinte is.

but if he wasn't a bot to begin with, then everything gets a little darker... and straight into my writing territoy.

What steps do you take to not take things personally if a fic doesn't do well, or if your writing/posting/sharing experience isn't going how you'd like it to?

This is actually a really great question. Very important for content creators in general, and you'll definitely get different answers from different people about specific steps to undertake.

My short answer is that it's about disconnecting your self-worth from the numbers. Kudos, likes, followers, and comments are all great but those are byproducts of what you do, not how good you are as a writer/artist/musician and not how worthy of being on this planet you are. The other things about the numbers you get is that most of the time, they have nothing to do with you or your writing at all, there are silly algorithms in place, some things aren't seen and hell sometimes tags on Tumblr don't even work. Social media is a lot of noise, breaking through that noise is luck, not skill. The only thing about that is sometimes work you're not proud of gets a lot of traction and something else that you think has more quality or effort just doesn't take off. That straight up sucks, and makes you feel like you're screaming into the void. If you ever want someone to look at something, literally send it to me I will love it.

The other thing about disconnecting your self-worth from the numbers is that there are no steps. You can step away from your computer, sure, but it's a big mental health thing to learn about how your self-worth depends on nothing else but your own existence. You don't need to prove yourself to anyone. Writing/drawing/music doing is what you do, but if you can't do it healthily, you need to focus on yourself first. You are more important than productivity, especially if you feel burnt out. The only step other than spending time away from screens is talking to a professional therapist (I have regular appointments with my therapist this is nothing to be ashamed of).

As fas as the posting/sharing experience not going the way you wanted to, I was a lot less bothered by the lack of traction after I got negative traction on one of my works. I don't recommend this because I almost straight up stopped writing but it's definitely a perspective thing. Also if you can find a community that can support you, you won't care as much about what strangers and trolls on the internet think. Message me if you want a community to join and I can offer a few suggestions for discords that my friends created.

Is there any posted fic you want to rework/re-edit/re-write?

Uhh probably most of them. I've been writing a few years now and getting better at my craft also includes looking back and cringing. That's just part of growth!

The idea was always that N was kidnapped as a toddler/young child. Never as a baby. Because you're right! Ghetsis and the rest of Team Plasma would want nothing to do with a baby.

I'm not too sure where you got the "N is 14 during Unova" from. Because for my theory, he's 18 during BW (and therefore 20 in B2W2), and N was canonically designed to be around that age range (18-20) anyway. Which means, following that Unova took place 10 years later than Sinnoh, that N was 8 at that time period - meaning he's 3 years older than Team Galactic, and that actually helps me since I can pinpoint that N was kidnapped at 3! Thank you for that, since that was a detail I overlooked!

It is heavily implied, if not canon, that Cyrus is depressed due to the loss of Rotom (besides his parents emotionally neglecting him), because he had never felt so connected to a Pokémon. That much, I understand; and in fact, had I been up for writing any more, I would've written more about them! However, I simply haven't had the motivation to write more stories. In my eyes, the loss of Rotom was a separate life-changing event that happened much earlier to Cyrus (when he was still a child), and wasn't what pushed him to form Team Galactic and remake the world to be without emotion and spirit. The loss of his family is what I believe pushed him into that.

I'm not going to deny that the line that mentioned he cared about others was about his Commanders, because it absolutely was! But I like to think it was also about his family, though Cynthia, at this point, wouldn't acknowledge that.

Now, as far as my theory posting being a big part of the Mizuhikishipping tag, I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that there simply isn't a ton of recent Mizuhikishipping content besides this. I'm in the same boat with you in wishing that there were more posts for them!! Sorry if you're getting tired of seeing my posts though. I think tumblr has a feature that allows you to block tags? Maybe? If so, I always tag my theory posting as such (#the cyrus and cynthia are n's parents theory), so you can block that tag. Hopefully that'll free up some space as you look for other content!

Your friend should not, under any circumstance, push my theory down your throat. I am deeply flattered they believe in my theory, but at the end of the day, it is just a theory, and is very likely not going to be made canon, no matter how much anyone would like for it to be.
