9 Ways to Level Up Your Facebook Video Marketing Can Be Fun For Everyone
Attaining consistent development with video material comes down to 2 things: Finding what works and recreating it in future videos, and Finding what doesn't work and making sure that it's not in your future videos. Those are the basics of regularly increasing the efficiency of your video material. Whatever that you do as it associates with production requires to be serving among those two purposes, one way or another.
Let's state you've just made a great piece of video content. סרטון לעסק could simply let it rest on your site and hope that individuals will discover their method to it. But I would not hold my breath. Like any type of marketing,. Post your video on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterestanywhere that you can.
You're doing this for two reasons. As far as short-term objectives go, this is going to guarantee that you have the biggest possible audience. People who follow you on Instagram may not follow you on Facebook, and vice versa. Assuming you do not have completely, if you want to make certain that you're reaching each of your followers, you'll desire to post on all your social networks accounts.
It might look like a minor detail, however this small piece of information can affect where you pick to invest more energy and time promoting your videos. (However more on that later on.) Mentioning video creation, there's one significant question you require to answer before you actually begin creating anything.
The Only Guide to 2019 Guide to Video Marketing for Small Business - Keap
These are the kinds of videos that are developed around either actionable steps that your audience can follow today or thought management that your audience can incorporate into their lives tomorrow. I often make academic videos, such as this one: In inspiring videos, you record spectacular views, reveal awe-inspiring moments, or produce motivational content developed to fire individuals up.

guys my bad for going mia lmao, they changed my school’s bell schedule so everything got thrown out of wack 😭
i am finishing up the rules though, but before i can even get to that, even though this a bit late i want to ask anyone following this blog that supports/ voted for donald trump to kindly unfollow me. hell, you can block me even. all i know is i never want to be associated with you.
as a poc, middle class, woman living in the us, your vote, your support of that man was a vote to endanger my life. i can respect a difference in political beliefs if you simply are a republican. however this election is no longer about politics. the 2020 presidential elections has shifted into a death game, a race to see who loses their so-called “inalienable rights” and who does not.
on top of that, you’ve probably already heard, but there are some extremists planning on mass murdering poc/lgbtq+ people if biden wins so for my american followers of these identities, please please PLEASE stay safe in these coming days. i love you all (unless you’re a trumpie ew)

Are You Tracking Your Marketing Dollars?
Do you know exactly how much return on your investment (ROI) you are getting from your marketing spend? If not, then how do you know what you are paying for is working?
Tracking your marketing dollars is the only way to know exactly what marketing efforts you are implementing are working and bringing revenue back to your business. We have compiled a few tips on how to effectively track your marketing spend below:
Use Call Tracking Numbers (CTN)
Call Tracking Numbers are phone numbers that you can list on your marketing campaigns. Whether it is a paid ad, direct mail, email marketing, or an organic marketing campaign, call tracking numbers can help you know where your leads are coming from. For example: if you are running an ad online that takes your lead to a landing page when they click on it, that landing page should have a call tracking number that they can call. CTNs are different than your actual business phone number but will allow your prospect to call from one phone number while your real phone rings. There are many call tracking number services available (and rather cheap, too) that have multiple capabilities like call recording, SMS, and voicemail.
Tumblr media
Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Customer Relationship Management Systems are a great tool for any business. Not only will CRMs allow you to track your marketing dollars, but they can provide businesses with a substantial number of other tools and methods to help your business grow. Many CRMs allow you to “tag” the contacts that are entered into the system. One way to ensure your marketing dollars are being tracked properly is to “tag” each contact with a unique campaign tag that shows where they came from. For example: if a lead comes from a Google ad you are running, when they submit their information or call from the landing page, be sure their contact is tagged as “Google ad” or something to distinguish which campaign that lead came from. Just like call tracking numbers, there are many CRMs that are available for every kind of business. There are simple systems like HubSpot and more robust systems like Keap and Salesforce.
Use Analytics Platforms
There is no doubt that using something like Google Analytics will provide insight into your marketing strategies that are currently being utilized. Numerous analytics dashboards will allow you to see how many website visitors and form submissions you have received in any given time period, where your visitors are coming from (known as “referrals”), demographics of users, and engagement rates. Although there are many analytics platforms you can pay a subscription for, Google Analytics is completely free and will provide you with an abundance of information you need to know about your business’ website.
Are You Tracking Your $$$?
If you are not currently tracking where your revenue is coming from, whether it is from a paid campaign or organic (free), you are missing out on many marketing opportunities. The only way to know what dollars you spend on marketing to your prospects and ideal clients is to track how they wound up spending money at your business. If you need help with setting up a tracking system, schedule your introductory call online or call (713) 965-7370 to see how HTX Marketing Group can help you today!

Realtalk(tm): The Continued Brainprocessing of Fucky Shit
it’s a long one boys but they all are atm
like jinkies scoob i have been Avoiding So Much with les drogues. avoiding so much like, wow, shit, I Feel So Empty Around People Who Were In My Life. but yes, very necessary to dissociate from this shit for a period while i adjusted to the possibility of, oh, wait, this really is My Apartment? this... i can Live Here without being Disturbed or Attacked? still adjusting. but without les drogues this time.
im continually coming to terms with like... ok, so, i have been and sometimes still like... engage in emotionally and physically abusive behaviour towards my own body, and to other bodies around me?
and also, i am coming to terms with, this does not strictly mean i am An Abuser Forever full stop (i.e. Bad Person, Irredeemable, Disgusting, Abhorrent, Should Be Euthanised, etc).
this is reflective of, emotional and physical abuse has been so normalised to me as a young individual, that i have been repeating patterns of behaviour i saw routinely growing up, not even understanding why that kind of behaviour is hurtful or how i could do stuff differently. and that kind of makes me go, oh shit. dude, what the hell? that’s... that’s actually, yeah, that’s one fucked up upbringing. it really Was that bad.
even regarding like The Voices In My Head(tm), my reaction historically was just like, scream at them? yell at them? injure the body somehow until they shut up or it passes out?
which, uh, oh. that’s totally what my mother did when i was displaying “unreasonable” or “irrational” emotions as a small thing. rejecting then snapping then shouting then smacking until i either ran away to cry alone and injure myself more (emotional abandonment; reenacting and normalizing physical punishment) or went very numb and quiet and compliant like a Good Child (dissociative reaction/freezing; fawning).
now like i am aware of these structures and this history Right Now. but still frequently i do get into the old frame of mind where it’s like, “you’re being stupid. you’re overreacting. you’re being melodramatic. Other People Have It Worse. Just Don’t Think About It” which, yeah, that’s introjected from a number of adult figures in my life. very very unhelpful, but when you’re a kid, you’re looking to adults for structures to implement to help you navigate your own life. when those adults are emotionally unhealthy... Yeah. this happens.
and right now, i’m like, uh, what the hell? it’s not a dick measuring contest, you’re telling a kid in pain that they’re not allowed to express their pain?
like i’ve talked abt this before probably but it’s an incident that reminds me how fucked up the whole situation was and is. when my school found out i was self harming in like y7 (so like, 11-12yo), because i’d cut so far down my PE shorts didn’t cover the marks, my PE teacher legally had to get the school to call home. and like, i fucking Begged her, please don’t, a call home is gonna make things SO much worse for me. but ofc the law is the law especially when it comes to teaching, and the call home got made. and later that evening my mother bust into my room with NO warning and fucking screamed at me, “You Selfish Little Cow.”
like i went numb as hell. i don’t really remember clearly what she said after that but it was a whole tirade. stuff about how i was a brat and going to get her in trouble with social services and how i was ruining the family (implicitly, her life) and causing trouble, and how i ought to Think About What I’d Done. i was thinking/feeling, oh my god, she’s beating me again. i’ve ruined everything for everyone again. this is all my fault. i’m responsible, i’m the one to blame, i should have hidden it better. i’m not allowed to talk. i’m not allowed to feel. i’m supposed to be Quiet and Good and Do School and Not Annoy Anyone and Behave. i’ve failed. i am a failure. I Am A Selfish Little Cow.
i think i tried to commit after she left? but like, in that way where you’re so numb and out of it you can’t actually physically pull together the methods, despite the mind wanting No More.
and like i’ve been going to visit the woman that DID THAT TO ME. smiling and telling her about my life while Really Fucking Avoiding Telling Her Any Details About My Life. hesitating in pain and then adding “xx” to the end of the text messages i felt like i was obliged to send her. trying to convince myself “she’s my mum, i’m not gonna get another one, i should call her, it’s not so bad, we can talk about... uh, talk about politics, or religion, or, uh, her dog, or my siblings...” COMPLETELY fucking avoiding the fact that, like. this is the Same Person who caused me all that pain, and i don’t feel safe or secure talking to her about important details of my life, or my emotions, or, well, me. i hide and go Nothing Is Wrong! :) I’m Doing Fine! :)
and! it really does seem like she’s not, you know, as cruel as she was with me, with her other children, at least since after i ran away. but no amount of that can actually change MY memories of growing up with her? my more-or-less programmed Make Her Happy reaction to her physical body? i can’t just, you know, conveniently forget those Things that Hurt Me to engage with her for her happiness. because, well, Her Happiness is not My Happiness, although i was lead to believe that was so. and, when i’m Conveniently Forgetting those things (i.e. my emotions at the hands of an abusive relative), i’m not behaving with the proper regard for myself as a person, and by extension i’m missing pieces of how to properly engage with other people.
i don’t wanna like, mask the in between spaces of utter dread and anxiety and total blankness with Everything Is Totally Fine. I Am Functioning. Yes I Did Well In School This Year. That’s All That Matters. What Have I Been Doing? Oh You Know. The Usual. (without ever saying what The Usual is, because, yeah, when i’m in that Mode, i don’t fucking know what i do at home! idk how i spend my time! My Function Is To Avoid Conflict).
because, uh, yeah, academically, sure! i am functioning, sort of! bodily? uh, well, i’m SLOWLY learning how to properly feed myself, and sleep without chemicals, and stay clean, stuff like that. socially? Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. okay, fuck. that’s the one i can’t... figure out, like, at all, on my own. how do i... where the fuck do I even start? i’m not even okay enough with Myself to navigate the social world without passing inappropriate judgement on potential peers. i see people who might, Might, be friends, and my brain goes POTENTIAL THREAT REGISTERED. SELF: SIGHTED. ACTION: HIDE. DO NOT APPROACH. FLEE IF CONTACT INITIATED.
SO LIKE. my issue now is, i totally know that like... these patterns of behaviour are not My Fault, don’t make me Useless, Bad, Bratty etc, if i sit down and write about it, frowning on-and-off for hours. but, i can’t actually implement these regulatory thought processes in realtime quickly enough to... meet new people and enjoy it? on like, a social level? even on a professional level i have to wait for a good day, and switch off like, chunks of me to get the Task Completed. and uh, talking to friends isn’t a Task process, it’s supposed to be a Leisure process?
i’m quite capable of filling my time and navigating the world quietly, alone! there is a surprising amount i can find to do. but hypothetically i’d really like to, like, meet people, and not talk about “haha dude I’m so sick right now. let’s smoke another blunt,” because while it was... uh, reassuring? and i suppose fun? for a while? to meet other people dealing with life pain like that, that sort of thing gets really mutually toxic.
like, i’m in the process of quitting drugs altogether, and drugs tend to go hand in hand with that social space. daily use, even second-hand smoke, is not something i can be around any more. weed was great for ages, but now like, the drug basically told me “nah g i’m not for u any more”? - as in, it was not helping me any further, i could feel this, and i just... smashed the pipe i’d smoked out of since living in the YMCA, deleted my dealers’ numbers, and withdrew. goodbye ganja! I Keap The   B o m g   In My Mind Now
i was offered like, support from a local drug addiction charity? people fucking pushing me and pushing me to go there, actually. but like... i step outside the place and the ground is carpeted in fag ends. there are cheap booze shops like 5 minutes walk away. it felt like the kind of place where something heavy would come up in group, and i’d be with the people who peel away afterwards to chainsmoke, get a couple litres of cheap voddy, then somebody pulls out their second phone to get a baggie of the good shit once the booze hits? like it could easily just drag me back down. this is a thing i gotta discuss later, and more privately. that kind of group Not For Me.
i’d also like... started Really noticing the whole undercurrent of like, anger and judgement and denial and impermanence in the we’re-all-mentally-ill-here social spaces i used to hang out in? and i’m aware that i was participating in that too, and that while it was good to begin with and for a long time, it really isn’t good for me any more. actually tbh i go Completely Wack upon returning to those people and places now. which, fuck, like, if the person in question happens to be reading this, i’m very sorry. and yeah, sorry doesn’t cut it, because that must have been Fucking Alarming from your perspective, and i wouldn’t have done it if i’d been in my right mind, and i wasn’t in my right mind, and currently can’t be around so many triggers, and yeah your lifestyle being triggering to me is NOT your fault at all, which is why all i can really do is a disappearing act. cuz there’s no conversation that can even make a goodbye feel right, fucker that this situation is. rip.
so yeah uh. my issue now, is Establishing Trust and Healthy Social Connections. that is, trust that someone is gonna like me for, the collection of things i like and do and say and am? uh, or even several people?
this... is one i can’t figure out Alone, because, well, it concerns social relations. and i have very little confidence in social relations, because, well, they’ve either been painful, or centered around painful experiences. and i’ve been told that when i’m really truly enthusiastic and happy about something, i’m overwhelming and annoying to others? so i put the brakes on like crazy if i start feeling “too” happy and end up going Appeasement Mode to get out of the social situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.
and uh, what, i don’t even know the collection of things i like and do and say and am. i don’t... Know all of those things at any one time. how, uh, what? what am I. you know. the usual ??????????? flippy haze.
i mean! i’m getting better at talking Within myself. i REALLY try to talk slowly with kindness and understanding of context to myself and the voices in my head now, and figure out solutions to pain and problems that don’t involve different kinds of pain or avoidance? but i still lapse into like, you know, Augh Jesus Christ I’ve Heard This One Before Why Do I Need To Have This Discussion Again, and frequently i can’t find a viable alternative for avoidance, because i get overwhelmed easily and that makes EVERYTHING worse. and i haven’t figured out how to take my foot off the brake pedal, either, even though i’m not always pressing it. I Need It There For Now Or Else The Car Might Crash u kno.
so, like, what? i guess i just keep, talking kindly to the voices, and also to myself? practice until it becomes the default state of being when a trigger pops in? this requires patience, and also booting away people who refuse to have patience with me. unfortunate, necessary.
the thing about IRL conversations, is they happen so QUICKLY, and like, i don’t have enough time to calm the brain down from every trigger that pops up! because like, it can be a facial expression, a movement, a word or phrase, a tone, something in the periphery, something behind me, an internal sensation. it’s SO much information my brain is scanning urgently for threats, and my brain scans harder the more a person knows me, because a person who knows you can deal WAY more damage than a stranger.
so... yes. this is the part i require assistance with. Hrrrrrrmmnhghdfgjnh.
I SUPPOSE. perhaps now the university have stepped in to arrange a case review with the NHS, they can really push for the kind of support i need. which, yeah, it’s long-term one-on-one trauma-focused counselling or therapy, and also some help with social interaction???? not repeated crisis team referrals, not some 12-week DBT course, i’ve literally been off finding DBT skills and employing them on my own because the waiting lists are so fucking long, and not a 12-week psychodynamic course, because i’ve been seeing a psychodynamic counsellor on and off for four years privately, and the work is nowhere near a conclusion. shit, i’d be satisfied if they could just somehow secure funding for me to keep seeing that guy specifically? he’s REALLY helpful to me, literally like my fucking role model for non-toxic masculinity. and i’m not ready for like, group social skills work, Yet. but soon, you know? only when i’m like “okay, yeah, i really do think I can handle this without my health going backwards again” - which, i need more within-myself security for that.
also better mood monitoring would be nice, i.e. seeing the same damn person, who actually knows my case, instead of a different person every time saying “I’ve just quickly had a look at your case notes”. because if i go low again this winter, then my “depressive disorder NOS” is bipolar, and i’ve been mismedicated from the beginning. and yeah honestly like? as soon as it starts getting dark and cold, I get inexplicably sad, even with plenty of indoor light and warm clothes and whatnot. but yeah we’ll see about that.
anyway This Shit Wack. Im Done.

The 5 Benefits of E-Commerce Automation
Running an e-commerce store is a lot of work, but you already know that. You’re experiencing it every day, from marketing and communication to fulfillment and shipping, not to mention all the follow-up. And everything else in between. Sometimes it can feel like you’re doing so many little things just to keep the business going, so you don’t have time to focus on the big picture, taking your business to the next level.
That’s where e-commerce automation comes in. What if things just happened, without all the legwork each time? E-commerce automation is the magic sauce to free you from the mundane.
What is E-Commerce Automation?
We’ve talked about automated e-commerce emails before, so you may be familiar with that option, but when it comes to e-commerce automation, the sky’s the limit.
E-commerce automation is any digital or technologically-driven task triggered by an action or non-action from a customer, your team, etc.
In simplified terms, it’s a task happening automatically, using software or online systems, without human intervention. You set it up, and it runs.
For example, in marketing, certain ads or emails are triggered to go to target audiences.
In sales, customers with empty carts can receive a reminder message. Shoppers with questions are offered a chatbot.
In fulfillment, orders can trigger messages to help you manage inventory, including “sold out” notifications.
The list goes on.
How Can E-Commerce Automation Help My Business?
More and more people are shopping online, giving e-commerce the advantage over brick-and-mortar stores. Meanwhile, Forbes reports that consumers have increased expectations for faster and more convenient deliveries. To stay competitive, business owners must find ways to move faster and stay nimble.
E-Commerce Automation Saves Time
Automating repetitive tasks can suddenly free up time. If you don’t have to track remembering to do them and making them happen, imagine what you could do with the extra time.
Think about those mundane tasks you have to do over and over again, including data entry, customer emails, social media, and more. The more you can automate, the more gets done even without you.
With e-commerce automation, you can schedule sales promotions to go live at the right time, automate new product releases with their announcements, remove discontinued products, adjust prices, apply discounts, track purchases and provide rewards, etc.
But it’s more than getting the actual tasks done. E-commerce automation can do them better in many cases, saving you from having to go back and correct errors. When data is sent from one platform to the other, the chances of human error are lessened. Although, it’s never a bad idea to go back and check in periodically to fix any mistakes.
E-Commerce Automation Increases Worker Engagement
What if you could announce to your team tomorrow, “Good news. That mundane task sucking the life out of you every Monday? It’s gone.” You’d probably increase employee satisfaction, right?
That’s exactly what e-commerce automation can do for your whole team. Instead of having to do data entry every morning, they can just check in with the system periodically, as it makes sense.
Now they are free to do the big picture stuff they came on board for: strategy, learning, growth in their fields. It could breathe new energy and excitement into the team.
E-Commerce Automation Helps Customer Satisfaction
Happy customers are more likely to be repeat customers. New customers can cost you about five times more than selling to repeat customers, according to Invesp. E-commerce automation can help you keep customers happy, and turn them into repeat customers, even as you scale to reach a greater audience.
Yes, it’s easy to stay engaged with customers when you have a handful, but what happens when you have hundreds, thousands, and more? You just can’t be there for all of them.
As you automate things, you can improve the customer experience at your shop. Customers can find what they are looking for more quickly and purchase what they want more easily, while not being bogged down by unavailable products, etc.
Easier Onboarding With E-Commerce Automation
As with customers, keeping suppliers happy in their interaction with your brand is key to profitable long-term relationships. Various e-commerce automations can keep the relationship engaging and moving forward.
Automated supplier portals can give employees more time to focus on company growth, as we discussed above. Meanwhile, new vendors and suppliers can take the lead in setting themselves up in your system. Of course, you’ll want to be there for questions and customer service, although much of that can be automated as well. Vendors will appreciate the system moving quickly and seamlessly without relying on human intervention throughout the process. Since the vendors and suppliers are in charge of their orders and requests, nothing gets lost in translation.
Fewer opportunities for error and fewer problems with supplier/vendor relationships mean you can get back to the business of growth and wowing the world with your brand.
Simpler Deliveries With E-Commerce Automation
Is there anything worse than lost or misdirected packages after you place an order?
E-commerce automation systems process orders directly from the customer, printing receipts and shipping labels rather than having a person type them manually, which saves time and prevents the recurrence of mistakes.
As customers make package tracking a priority, businesses need to know where packages are for customer service and quality assurance purposes. E-commerce automation options can communicate tracking information automatically.
How Do I Know What to Use E-Commerce Automation for?
Now that we’ve shared the reasons your business can’t go on without at least some automation, how do you even know where to start?
It’s true the options are seemingly endless, so before we dive into some examples of great products you could be using to automate your e-commerce store, let’s look at how to decide.
Find the Pain Points
Where is your workflow bottling? If you’re unsure, reflect on issues customers have reported and feedback you’ve received from your employees. Those are the needs to address first, to leave the biggest impact. If you see needs in a couple of different areas, look for e-commerce automation systems to cover where those issues intersect. For instance, maybe you need a better CRM tool to help you improve customer communication before and after a sale.
Analyze the Big Picture
It can be difficult when you’re in the weeds of your business, but looking at the big picture can show you where the holes are. Which areas of growth are constantly being held back? What are you trying to launch that just keeps getting stymied? Integrating e-commerce automation can free up time and energy in those areas for deeper strategic thinking, research, experimentation, and, hopefully, growth.
When in Doubt, Start With Communication
If you’re still unsure where to begin, marketing e-commerce automation can be a great place to start. There are opportunities throughout the sales funnel, from the top when you’re first connecting with a prospect to converting a new user, as well as reselling and upselling to existing customers. Communicating authentically using automation is almost a no-brainer.
What E-Commerce Automation Tools Should I Use for My Business?
It may take some experimenting, but we’ve found these programs may be worth exploring. While there are countless options available, these tend to be popular across many industries.
ZenDesk
If customer service or sales communications is where you see the bottleneck, ZenDesk may have the solutions you need to integrate both internally and in your customer outreach. There are two main facets of ZenDesk, with lots of customizable choices in each platform.
ZenDesk Support Suite
You may have encountered the ZenDesk support features already through a brand you’ve been researching online. Many customers may not need to speak directly to someone at your company to get their questions answered. You can create a robust, interactive FAQ section.
You can also create customer service layers, from self-service to live chat with a customer service agent. One of the powers of the ZenDesk support suite is the omnichannel options. You can set up the system for customers to send in their questions or concerns via email, text, or live chat on your website, and other channels.
In addition, you’ll have access to customer service reports to help you understand what people are asking, how often, and how long it’s taking to get to a resolution. From there, you can tighten up your processes to improve the customer experience.
Mailchimp
Mailchimp sends e-newsletters, right? Well, when it comes to automation, they can do much more. Imagine sending just the right communication to just the right kind of customers, and you’re just scratching the surface of how Mailchimp can revitalize your marketing efforts.
Through “Customer Journeys” you can create a series of emails to go out to target markets, depending on any number of trigger points, including interaction on your website or when connecting with your customer service or sales teams.
Once they’ve made that purchase, there are so many more ways you can be connecting with them using Mailchimp. Shipping and delivery notifications, how-tos and suggestions, follow-up and feedback are just a few of the marketing automation emails you could be sending.
Keap
Keap is an all-in-one e-commerce solution with a focus on helping service-based small businesses succeed with automation. They offer templates e-commerce companies can use to create automated email blasts, reminders, and lost lead actions to grow your sales and build customer loyalty.
They are a great option to explore if you’ve found your business is being held together with Post-it notes, spreadsheets, and scraps of paper you can’t keep losing. Keap pulls it all together, from your existing client base to prospect CRM, to all your communications, invoices, quotes, and more.
By keeping everything in Keap, you can feel more confident that you aren’t going to lose an opportunity or overlook a client.
HubSpot
HubSpot is a powerful tool that we’ve discussed before for any business looking to scale. While there is a paid version that may be out of the price range for many, HubSpot offers several features for free.
HubSpot’s tools include the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Content Management System Hub. The free features can allow you to email templates, set up customer service ticketing, generate new leads, and create smart content.
Shopify
Shopify not only comes with many automation options through Shopify Flow, but you can also connect various integrations through their app store.
If you aren’t already using an e-commerce platform like Shopify, you may want to consider the benefits of having all your information right there in one place. As you grow, utilize more of the Shopify Flow options and integrations to take advantage of their systems.
Conclusion
After reading all of this information about what e-commerce automation can do for your company, you may be overwhelmed. If you are suffering from paralysis by analysis, remember this is about saving you time. Time you can use on bigger or better things.
Don’t get lost in all the bells and whistles clamoring for your attention. Choose the process that needs attention first and will help you boost your e-commerce sales. Then find the automation tool that seems most intuitive for you. Dive in and start saving time.

One Tool To Make Your Website a Sales and Marketing Machine
https://superspunarticle.com/?p=4707 One Tool To Make Your Website a Sales and Marketing Machine https://superspunarticle.com/?p=4707 Spun Articles tutorials. Neil Patel presented the following piece of info. Normally I take pleasure in looking at one of their video tutorials because they are pretty full of facts. I think you’ll get something out of it. One Tool To Make Your Website a Sales and Marketing Machine | Do you want to turn your website into an automated machine that helps you close more sales, manage your leads, automate your daily work and interactions with customers and prospects and also handles the transactional side of your business as well? Well, there’s one tool that I’ve been using for years that does this plus much more. Today I’m going to break down the one tool that can make your website a sales and marketing machine. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________ Keap – https://keap.com/keap-pro ____________________________________________ One of the main challenges of online business owners is having to connect their sales and marketing solution. Just stop. There are way too many separate technical solutions out there, too many integrations and web hosts. Like it’s just so complicated, yet then the powering developers, which sucks. If you’re selling products, you need amazing landing pages for your paid ads. You need great email sequences to increase the lifetime value of your customer and take advantage of things like seasonal marketing opportunities or upsells and down sales. You can need automation to track behavior so you can send different customers different things depending on where they are in your funnel. And you need good reporting so you can see what’s working and what’s not working. And if you’re selling services, you would need amazing pipeline management. CRM in other words, so that way you can keep track of your sales effort. You can automate your interactions with potential customers. That way you don’t have to keep hiring more and more people. You need appointment setting, because the last thing you want to do is have tons of people calling and scheduling calls for you. I used to do that. So inefficient. Until we started using this software. And then of course you need web forms and landing pages to manage everything, from enrollment email sequences to campaigns to getting them back to doing promotions, doing even invoicing and billings. All this stuff is a pain to deal with. But what if there was one solution that can do it all? Funny enough, I’ve been using this software for years and it solved a lot of my problems. It’s called Keap Pro. And Keap Pro is brought to you by my friends at Keap, which you know, I’ve known them for years. Funny enough, I’ve also gotten training from them as well on how to use it. And in other words, this one software solution has helped grow my business tremendously. And at the very end, I’ll actually tell you the biggest thing I do with this software that’s really helped. That will help you with all the privacy changes that are happening as well. So in other words, it can do all the tasks. So let me give you a quick break down of how I use Keap Pro. First off, it gives you the ability to create landing pages and web forms. It automatically, this is the beautiful part, it automatically triggers email sequences based on what that person took as an action. Instead, I’ll change up what I’m sending them and that’s how you maximize your revenue. And I learned this from a copywriter named Frank Kern. And remember I said that I’ll tell you about one little secret that I use Keap Pro that I love? I use it for SMS. So by continually connecting directly through SMS, I’m able to get more people on the phone and that helps my call ratio. And we send different text processes or text messages based on where they are in the sales process. It helps the closing ratio and allows my sales guys to deal with more prospects, more pitches without me having to hire more people. And what you can even do, and this is one of my favorite features, you can even have your prospects and clients schedule appointments directly through your website and it will fit directly in your Google account. And heck, Keap even sends out invoices and bills people directly, so that way, my accounting team doesn’t have to spend too much team time on it, able to run it really lean, and they just have to do their book keeping, versus having to following up with every single person out there. Another cool thing is, it will offer you one of the most advanced marketing automation systems out there. You can create automation based on several kinds of triggers angles. You’ll be able to send out the most relevant messages based on the interaction. 5 Important Things Every Business Owner Needs to Know About Digital Content Marketing - ArticleCity.com

5 Important Things Every Business Owner Needs to Know About Digital Content Marketing
The hardest part of digital content marketing for newbies is trying to figure out which advice is worthwhile and which is nonsense.
Sadly, most online articles about content marketing are written by people who have no real-life experience in the content marketing industry. What you need are strong basics and foundations.
Here are five important things that every business owner needs to know about content marketing.
1. The Best Content is Not the Best Performing Content
Contrary to the many (many) articles that say “Good Content = Great Results,” the fact is that you need good content to achieve long-term success. In the short term, something as crude as spam can have great success online.
The trick is to create great content, and then do all you can to promote it. As Ted Turner said, “Work hard and advertise.” If you honestly think you have created amazing content, then invest just as much time and money into getting it in front of your target audience.
2. Timing Only Matters at Important Junctures
Some online social media tools have built a business out of checking when is the best time to Tweet or to post an Instagram image, but this shouldn’t be the priority for a business. The only time timing matters is during important junctures.
Ask yourself why the biggest gaming websites simply have to have their game reviews and game previews published just before a game is released? It is because the release date is the most important juncture. This is when people search out the game while it simultaneously is the time when only a handful of content-marketing competitors exist. Just a few weeks after the game’s release, every gaming YouTuber and blogger has content on the web.
3. Create Multi-Purpose Content
The truth is that you can use one piece of content intelligently. You can carve it up and post it on different platforms around the internet. You can even use the same content intelligently on many different social media networks if you wish.
Do not invest in making content just for your website, just for your blog, or just for your Facebook Fan Page. Create content that is suitable for a wide range of platforms.
4. Have a digital Content Marketing Routine
You have probably read many articles that say you should have a digital marketing plan, but you also need a schedule or routine where you engage with different platforms at least once per week.
This sort of content marketing works for all companies so long as you engage. For example, your social media accounts don’t need fresh content, but they do need you to like things, to reply to comments, to share, and so forth.
5. Measuring Impact with Conversions
You need some way of measuring your success when you are trying out different types of content marketing. Your content marketing tools may tell you how many people visited, shared, bounced, etc., but true success is measured in conversions.
What goals are being achieved? Are people subscribing? Are people buying? Is your website thriving? Use something such as a Keap certified partner to measure and manage your leads so that you may turn your leads into prospects.
The Takeaway — Experience Is a Great Teacher
Over time, you will gain so much digital content marketing experience that you will be able to skim through online articles about content marketing and instantly pick up which are giving good advice and which are rewrites from other poor quality articles. Get personally involved, check, measure, and test. Run with what works and scrap what doesn’t.

You Can Have My Old Business That Makes $381,722 a Month
Tumblr media
I was talking with my friend who works at Keap (formally known as Infusionsoft) and he was breaking down how people still make millions of dollars selling info products and ebooks.
Now, I don’t sell info products as heavily as I used to, but when I focused on it 100% of the time, my numbers were great.
Tumblr media
Just look at the screenshot above. It’s my revenue on a bad month of selling info products.
So today, I thought I would do something different.
Instead of just blogging about marketing tactics, I thought I would share my old business model with you and give you the exact emails, power points, and everything you need so that way you can replicate my results.
Are you ready?
Step #1: Figure out what you want to sell
Don’t worry about traffic. Instead, I want you to figure out what you want to sell.
Whatever it may be, it needs to solve a problem for people.
For example, I’ve sold marketing courses that teach people how to get more traffic. This is a problem businesses have as they need traffic in order to generate sales.
You can literally sell almost anything online, just make sure you are passionate about it and know that subject well.
For example, Grant Cardone sells sales training. Sam Ovens teaches you how to make money through consulting. Ezra Firestone teaches you how to create an ecommerce business.
Step #2: Start creating your product
Once you figure out what you want to sell, you need to create it. You don’t have to finish creating it, you can do that as you generate sales.
Before you start creating anything though I want you to read this guide by Kajabi, which specializes in online courses…
Mega-Guide to Creating an Online Course
Here are some general rules I’ve learned about creating a handful of info products:
People want course material in video format. Don’t waste your time with too text-based documents or audio files.
Your videos need to be short and to the point. People are strapped for time.
Your course should be completed within 2 or 3 months at the latest. Ideally within 6 weeks.
Include workbooks, cheat sheets and quizzes throughout your course. You can easily create these in Kajabi.
Step #3: Create a presentation
You need to create a presentation that helps you sell your product.
The presentation should look something like this:
Neil Patel's Webinar Slides from Neil Patel
If you want, you can just use my slides and modify them to whatever product or service you are selling. You can download my slides here.
I know looking at slides can be a bit confusing but watching this video may also help as it breaks down the process.
youtube
Once you have created your PowerPoint, you’ll need to use a software like Webinar Jam to present to people who are potential customers (don’t worry, I’ll teach you how to get traffic in a bit).
What Webinar Jam does is make it easy for you to create a Webinar that people can join and you can then sell them through it. That’s what almost all of us do to sell info products… it works really well.
Step #4: Create emails and set up your CRM
Emails are key to generating income through info products.
And in order to succeed with email marketing when it comes to selling digital products, the right CRM will make all the difference in the world.
Without the right emails, you won’t do well. It’s really that simple.
There are 8 types of emails that you need to create:
Invite sequence – these are a series of emails that invite people to watch your webinar. (here are my invite emails)
Indoctrination – you need to build a connection with people. People are more likely to convert if they know more about you and trust you. (here are my indoctrination emails)
No shows – just because someone signs up to watch your webinar, it doesn’t mean they will attend. For everyone who doesn’t attend, you’ll want to email them and get them to watch the replay. (here are my no show emails)
Encore – not everyone will watch your whole webinar. If they don’t stick to the end they won’t see your offer. You’ll want a few emails that push the replay. (here are my encore emails)
Objection handler – there are a handful of reasons someone may not buy. You’ll want to answer each of those objections through email. (here are my objection handler emails)
Countdown sequence – you’ll want to close off your course. Letting people know that they only have a few days left to buy is a really effective way to generate sales. These emails will roughly make up 1/3 to half of your sales. (here are my countdown emails)
Last chance email – on the last day you’ll want to send a few emails letting people know it is about to close. (here are my last chance emails)
Free trial offer – the majority of people won’t buy from you. Offering the last chance free trial offer is a great way to roughly get 15% more sales. (here are my free trial emails)
I know that sounds like a lot of emails to create and it is, but don’t worry, just click the links above that contain the emails I used and just modify them for your product.

How to Turn Your Site into an Automated Sales Machine
Tumblr media
Want to make more sales? Of course you do.
Maybe you’re not hitting the kind of figures you want, or maybe you haven’t even made a single sale yet. Either way, you’re not selling as much as you want to be.
But why aren’t you?
There are tons of possible reasons here, but I’m willing to bet it’s your website. Even if you have an expertly designed site, it could still be the culprit that’s stealing all your sales.
I learned this the hard way. My websites used to flat out suck and I barely got any sales. Once I started putting serious effort into my sites, my sales skyrocketed.
I tried everything. Some stuff was a huge waste. Some techniques ticked off my users.
But I was able to find some serious long-term winners.
While there’s no magic formula that will 10x your sales overnight, there are some best practices that will help you optimize your website to pull in the maximum amount of sales possible.
In short, you want to turn your site into an automated sales machine.
And I’m going to show you exactly how to do that.
Ready?
Setting Up Behind the Scenes With a CRM
The first thing you need is great customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A CRM helps you manage all of your current customers and leads in one place. You can communicate, track progress, and oversee all interactions without having to leave the CRM.
The reason you want to use a CRM is that it will help you generate the most amount of money out of your customers. And this is a lot easier to do than it is to acquire new customers.
When my friends at Keap reached out to let me know about their rebranding, I realized it had been a long time since I talked about how important their tool is in my arsenal.
Now, throughout the rest of this article, I’ll show you how I use Keap to grow NeilPatel.com.
But first, let me go into what it does… that way whatever solution you decide to choose, just make sure it has these features.
All-in-one Client Management
A good CRM should provide everything you need to manage your customers. You shouldn’t have to use extra software or apps to fill in the cracks.
That means your CRM should allow you to manage every interaction between you and your customers. You should be able to look at your CRM and know exactly where you are with any given client.
Here’s what it looks like when you first view your dashboard:
Tumblr media
Having a simple, minimalistic design like this really helps cut down on the confusion that comes with managing tons of clients. There’s no second-guessing.
Take a look at the menu on the left-hand side:
Tumblr media
Keap has taken all the ways you interact with your customers and broken them down into nine intuitive categories.
By clicking on the Contacts tab, you can see all of your clients:
Tumblr media
By clicking on a particular client, you can see a summary of your activity with that person, including email conversations and invoice history.
Tumblr media
This is important for me and my team as we offer multiple products and this view helps us understand where people are.
Remember, by having multiple products you can maximize your lifetime value, which then allows you to spend more money on marketing.
There’s also a separate message function that you can access by clicking on the Messages tab:
Tumblr media
Here you can see all of your correspondence with each client. You’ll need to connect your mobile phone with the Keap app. This allows you to seamlessly switch between mobile and desktop for an efficient messaging experience.
The Tasks tab gives you a rundown of your to-do list for your clients:
Tumblr media
You can check off each task here and easily add more by clicking the blue “Add a task” button at the top right. This way, you’ll never lose track of what you need to do.
Next is the Appointments tab, where you can set up a custom booking link to allow clients to schedule appointments with you. You choose your own availability so that clients always choose times that work for you.
This is great if you regularly have face-to-face interactions with your clients for example.
The Money tab is your one-stop-shop for all things finances. You can connect your bank to get paid in a flash and you can also manage all your invoices without any fuss.
Tumblr media
You’re always aware of who’s paid and who hasn’t, so you don’t have to go chasing down clients one by one. You can simply send them a reminder within the interface by clicking on the specific invoice and scrolling to the bottom where there’s a reminder option:
Tumblr media
The Broadcasts tab allows you to send out emails to your list.
Tumblr media
Even though this isn’t standalone email software, you can still see a ton of helpful metrics by clicking on each campaign:
Tumblr media
This feature is especially helpful for sending out emails to specific groups, like new leads or existing customers.
Next, you’ll see the Pipeline tab. This is where you build the core of your customer journey.
Once you click on the Pipeline tab, you’ll see four basic panels: new, qualifying, contacting, and negotiating. These are the stages that you’ll go through when converting a new prospect.
Tumblr media
This is also where a lot of the automation happens that will save you tons of time and money. I’ll go into detail on this later on in the article, but for now, just remember this pipeline structure.
The Campaigns tab is a full-featured campaign manager that allows you to follow up with leads, track unpaid invoices, simplify scheduling, and much more. (You can also automate a lot of things here.)
Finally, the Reports tab helps you stay on top of your sales. Here you can also track important metrics like email engagement and campaign progression.
Take another look at all of these features. This is what I mean by all-in-one. A CRM should allow you to interact with your clients in any way you need to. You shouldn’t have to jump from software to software to create a great experience for your clients.
Now that we’ve looked at some basic elements of a good CRM, let’s look at one of the must-haves: automation.
Automation
Automation is hands down one of the most important features I look for in a CRM.
Why?
Because running a business is a lot of work, and the more you can automate, the better.
Automating is usually straightforward, but when it comes to automating client interactions, you have to be careful.
People love personal interactions, and that’s why you should do your best to deliver. If your automation is dry and corporate, your clients will notice.
So what do you do?
The trick is to personalize your automation as much as possible.
In other words, your automation should have a human touch.
If this sounds counterintuitive, I totally understand. “Personalized automation” seems like an oxymoron.
But it’s not. In fact, it works pretty well.
Take a look at this email I recently sent:
Tumblr media
Believe it or not, this is a template.
The reason this works so well is that it doesn’t read like a template. It reads like an email I sat down and wrote myself.
Of course, you can automate way more than just emails.
Most automation actually happens behind the scenes, so you need a CRM that’s capable of seamlessly automating everything from client data to scheduling and beyond.
Let’s say I want to email a lead when they move from stage to stage in my pipeline. This is a great technique to keep leads engaged but often you have to do it manually.
With Keap, it’s simple. First I head to the Pipeline tab and find the specific lead. Then I click the gear icon and select “Configure automation.”
Tumblr media
I now select when I want the email to trigger: either moving into or out of a stage. For this example, I’ll have it trigger when the lead moves out of the qualifying stage (where the lead currently is).
Then I select “send email” from the drop-down menu.
Tumblr media
Now all I have to do is write the email.
Tumblr media
Of course, you can use personalized templates here to maximize your efficiency even more. You can even personalize the email with this form by clicking on the pound sign on the right to open up the merge fields drop-down menu.
Tumblr media
This all takes just a couple of minutes and it’s all completely contained within Keap.
See why automation is so important? It’s one of those features I can’t go without.
And I like easy automation. I’m super busy, so the easier something is, the better. I don’t want to have to go through a million menus just to shoot an email.
All of this said, there are definitely right and wrong ways to automate. You want your automation to make your business as efficient as possible and that means creating dependable processes that you can repeat without even thinking about it.
Creating Processes With a CRM
CRMs are useful for a lot of things from qualifying leads to creating entire marketing campaigns.
But there’s a common thread that runs through all of these features: the ability to create processes.
Processes are invaluable because they save you time, effort, and often money.
They also help your business operate more smoothly. Relying on processes is much easier than having to do everything manually.
That begs the question: What kinds of processes should you create?
The short answer is that you should have a process for everything. And I mean everything.
Responding to client emails? Make a process for it. Dealing with new leads? Set up a workflow for qualifying them. You get the picture.
This is critical. If you want to increase your sales, you have to be able to handle increased sales in the first place. Having processes to depend upon will allow you to take on more volume without any unnecessary friction.
As a rule of thumb, if you can automate something in your business, you probably should.
The exception (like I mentioned above) is anything based around human interaction. It’s best to stay as hands-on as possible when it comes to this.
The idea is to make your business run like clockwork so you can pay more attention to your clients and deliver a better experience.
And that’s a win-win for everyone involved.
But let’s get specific and talk about certain processes that you should make sure you have.
Lead Flow
This is a big one.
A lot of marketers focus on lead generation but not enough people talk about what should happen after you’ve got a lead.
If you don’t move your lead forward, your efforts are as good as wasted.
That’s why automating your lead flow process is critical. You don’t want to be doing this by hand––that takes hours.
Instead, let your CRM do it for you.
Create multiple stages along your pipeline and trigger unique email sequences for each stage. This means that you can keep your lead moving forward at all times.
Tumblr media
This way, you won’t overlook anything. You don’t have to worry about forgetting to follow up or missing an important email.
So let the CRM do the heavy lifting so you can focus on providing a better service for your customers.
Marketing Emails
With a CRM, it’s possible to automate all of your marketing emails, and in my opinion, this should be one of the first things you automate.
Why? Because emails can take up lots of time without you even noticing.
According to the Litmus 2017 State of Email report, more than 68% of businesses spend a week or more on the production of just one email.
Tumblr media
Automation allows you to cut back on that time so you’re not working on the same task for days on end. You’re able to spread out your time and attention on other things that need to be handled.
And by automating your email, you’re making your email work for you instead of the other way around.
For example, whenever you get a new lead, you need to take action as swiftly as possible.
With the right CRM, this is a snap. All you need to do is automate it so that a new lead receives an email as soon as they sign up.
That way, you’re able to contact a warm lead immediately and you don’t have to do anything manually.
You can track them right from the Broadcasts tab:
Tumblr media
This means you can also create autoresponder campaigns to get more clients in the door.
You can then move them down your pipeline, which brings me to the next thing you need to do: build a robust pipeline.
Building a Streamlined Sales Pipeline
If you’ve ever wondered what’s stopping your site from raking in the sales, chances are it’s probably your pipeline.
Now, I could talk for hours about building an effective pipeline, but for the purposes of this article, I’m going to condense the information down to the essentials.
So here’s everything you need to know about pipelines.
Common Pipeline Mistakes
Most pipeline errors that cost you precious time and money are easily preventable, which is why you should take the time now to make sure your pipeline is seamless from start to finish.
Ironically, one of the most common pipeline mistakes is simply not spending enough time on your building it out initially.
Your pipeline is the lifeblood of your business. It’s what helps you turn leads into clients. So if it’s not optimal, your sales won’t be either.
Another mistake is not moving leads quickly enough.
The data shows that the sooner you nurture your leads, the better. Wait too long, and your leads will turn cold, which could cost you a sale.
Did you know that as much as 50% of sales go to the first vendor?
Tumblr media
Every second matters when you get a new lead.
By baking automation into your pipeline, you can nurture a new lead immediately. The software will take care of that for you, and you’ll be one step closer to making a sale.
Likewise, it’s important to keep this engagement steady throughout your pipeline. Being present at every step will greatly increase your chances of closing the sale.
The best way to do this? Surprise––it’s CRM automation.
But no matter what CRM you’re using, don’t make these costly mistakes.
Organizing Your Pipeline
Now that I’ve talked about what not to do, I’ll tell you what you should do.
First, make sure you have your priorities right at each touchpoint.
To put it another way, your pipeline needs to be doing the right things at the right time.
For example, when you first get a lead, your top priority should be nurturing that lead. You don’t want to hit them over the head with a big sales pitch––you just want to increase brand awareness.
Also, remember that a pipeline is essentially a bunch of leads going through a sales funnel. Use that framework to create your process and automations.
Your CRM can help you create a cohesive pipeline that keeps leads moving through your funnel and ensures that the appropriate actions are taken when necessary.
First of all, the four stock categories that Keap starts you out with (new, qualifying, contacting, negotiating) are great, but you can always add more if you need to.
Just scroll all the way to the right and click the “Add a stage” text field:
Tumblr media
For instance, you could add a Completed stage for leads that you’ve successfully converted and are moving forward with.
Tumblr media
The way you organize your pipeline might take some trial and error, as most companies have unique workflows.
However, I would recommend having at least three different stages so you can engage your lead at the beginning, middle, and end of your pipeline.
Next, the key is to use automation to make your pipeline as hands-off as possible.
Start by automating your email sequences as I showed above to help move your leads from stage to stage and keep them engaged. Again, these emails need to be personalized. There’s no point in using boilerplate templates that are stiff and boring. Take the time to make each email feel personal.
Next, add automation to your campaigns. This will ensure specific actions are taking within your CRM as leads move from stage to stage. These step-by-step tutorials on automation can help you get up and running.
Now, I won’t lie to you––this is going to take some trial and error. You aren’t going to have a perfect pipeline on day one.
So be sure to test your pipeline before you take it out in the real world.
Plug some fake clients and numbers into your CRM and use a few burner emails to test out your CRM’s capabilities. This will give you the chance to identify and remedy problems before you go live.
This extra step goes a long way. Sure, your pipeline still might have some errors once you start using it for actual clients, but you’ll have minimized the risk involved.
Conclusion
You’re almost at the finish line! It won’t be long until you’re putting your shiny new pipeline to good use.
But first, we have to put all the pieces together, so let’s recap what we’ve gone over.
1. The importance of a robust CRM. You want software that will allow you to manage all of your customers in one place, automate your business process, and track important metrics and interactions.
2. Putting processes in place. Having processes to depend upon is crucial for every business. Doing everything by the seat of your pants leads to inconsistency and often costs you.
3. Automation. If you can automate an internal process, you probably should. You can also automate a fair amount of client interactions without losing a human touch.
The final step is to synthesize all of these steps into one unified approach.
Remember, you’re doing all this to optimize your site for sales. You’re building a strong foundation that will support you as you scale.
After all, your site is the sum of its parts, so make those parts awesome.
Choose a CRM that meets your needs and that’s flexible so it will grow with you. Then create processes that will take the weight off your shoulders––and don’t be afraid to change these processes over time as your business evolves.
And there you have it — everything you need to start turning your site into an automation workhorse.
Before you know it, you’ll be seeing some of the amazing effects of automation and hopefully bringing in more sales than ever before.
Do you use a CRM that has helped turn your website into a sales machine?
