In a post I reblogged, @nightfurylover31 mentioned that these versions of Yuna reference the Goha siblings and the specific Attributes they used. If I have to take a shot in the dark on which alter ego reference which sibling, it would have to be…

Purple - Yuga Goha, DARK (She definitely comes off as antagonistic, not unlike how cruel he was upon revealing himself.)

Orange - Yuran, EARTH (Her voice sounds noticably quieter and calmer, like how he usually sounds whenever he talks.)

Blue - Yujin, WATER (Oh, come on. This one was obvious. She says "tuna" like him! lmao)

Red - Yuka, FIRE (She looks angrier compared to the other alter egos, which are reminiscent of Yuka's prideful and hot-blooded traits.)

Green - Yuro, WIND (Her speaking such a true statement reminds me of him showing his smarter and honorable side while dealing with Yuo.)

So by process of elimination, that would make Yuna herself a reference to Yuo due to her yellow-ish hair being the same color as the LIGHT Attribute and the two having cold-hearted personalities, especially early on in their respective arcs.
