Plakat gets a little more detailing.  Experimenting with the best way to make scales, I am liking this technique so far.I can't wait to add color to him!

Thanks to everyone who has reached out about the Texas freeze, I will answer tomorrow - but the shorthand is that all is good here, power is stable and the snow has almost totally melted in the space of one day (thanks, Texas weather!)

 We were very fortunate and not affected half as badly as a lot have been. I am very, very grateful.Very tired of the chaos that the weather causes here though!

Spent my Saturday evening drinking vodka, watching various creepypasta and real life unsolved murder mysteries and making this dude.  Yes, it's a real creature and I love him. 

Yes, I am aware I have a rule not to start any more pieces before I finish my older ones, but due to various internet nonsense, I had to go back to an earlier version of Zbrush and all of my current pieces are made in a newer version so are currently inaccessible.  Good excuse for a new piece!

Finished the blue tongue sculpt today, and jumped into another Piper Thibodeau concept because it made me laugh and is seasonally appropriate!  Alongside getting in more Designer practice, I want to up my skill in Zbrush too and these concepts are a fun challenge to try and knock out some fast sculpts using new techniques. I promise I will post the blue tongue soon, along with the other two I finished, but have been avoiding doing portfolio shots for some reason....
