Paya normally would have said that Kakariko was a sleepy old town (and that was true); there wasn’t much to be said. But as she met Link’s eyes, she remembered another old tale of her grandmother’s- the Great Fairy Cotera and her blessings.

No one had seen the Great Fairy in nearly ninety years. But surely, if anyone was worthy of her protection, it was Hylia’s Chosen? 

It was worth a shot.

“Well,” Paya said. “That’s- I mean, there is a…A story. Of a, um, a Great Fairy who- who oversaw the construction of our village so long ago.”

Link looked intrigued, his eyes brightening. He nodded for her to continue. Paya, wringing her hands, managed to look him in the eye.

“I’ll show you,” she promised.

Becoming Royalty - A Wedding Portrait

It is the 12th! That means I'm lifting my spoiler ban (though I will still tag things accordingly). This is a wedding portrait for Rauru and Sonia! I absolutely love these two. My favorite canonical Zelda couple.

I chose a Greek theme for their wedding attire, since some Zonai fashion seems to have a bit of grecian influence.
