Mario Zucchero Headcanons

Ok, so here are my headcanons the man with the snail-do, Mario Zucchero. Yes, I've posted it on his birthday June 21st.

Honestly though, he's frickin dim enough to think Bucci can be intimidated, but the fact that he was able to use his Stand to remain hidden while attacking his enemies made him quite a terrifying opponent than we give credit for.

Ironically for someone whose surname means "sugar" in Italian, he has Type I diabetes. He'd appreciate it if you made him something with artificial sweeteners in it.

He likes interior decorating, though his... 'unique' design choices for his apartment room are something of an acquired taste for Sale whenever the latter comes over. Think of Joe Barbaro's apartment room in Chapter 11 of Mafia II but with a mixed-sea and celestial theme, and you'll get the idea.

Was once held back in driving school. Wonder why.

He is a college dropout.

He got Soft Machine from Black Sabbath's test; he didn't see the point of keeping the lighter on all day when he could just simply turn off the lighter and then relit it. Sure enough, he wounded up being impaled by Black Sabbath's arrow.

I think Soft Machine is the personification of Zucchero's desires to escape sticky situations and turn them around in his favor. Not that it stops him from eventually getting his ass whooped by Bucciarati.

He become half-blind in his right eye after being subjected to the Torture Dance. He has to wear an eyepatch as that right eye became very sensitive to any sort of bright light.

Also now has an emotional trigger to the song played during the Torture Dance. I don't make the rules.

Giant snowball fight headcanons (but it’s all of passione and they aren’t trying to kill each other)

Giorno: he didn’t make an alliance with anyone and no one really knows what they should expect from him, and if they should be scared or not. He built a snow fort to hide in and attack from, and his plan is to leave it when there are not many people left so that he might be able to uncover who the boss is.

Bruno: also doesn’t have an alliance with anyone, but isn’t gonna get any of his team out. Uses sticky fingers to avoid snowballs and detaches his arm to send them flying further. He hides in trees to ambush people when they aren’t expecting it.

Abbacchio: he was the first one out and willingly, and now he is just drinking wine and enjoying the peace and quiet.

Mista: used the pistols to send the snowballs wherever he wants. Was in an alliance with Narancia and Trish. He got out really fast by one of his own snowballs.

Narancia: used Aerosmith to see where the others were and ambush them. Somehow managed to catch things on fire. Got out quickly because he is silly. He wanted to get Fugo out, but couldn’t find him.

Fugo: is hiding.

Trish: the only one in her alliance still in because everyone is too afraid to get out the bosses daughter. Also her ability to make things soft has been useful in getting missed snowballs to bounce back on people.

Polpo: is in jail, so they got him out pretty fast.

Zucchini or whatever his name was: Got out really fast. Was in an alliance with Sale of course. Narancia took him out right after Abbacchio got out.

Sale: is still in because he has been making the snowballs freeze mid air before they reach him. Is very afraid of Bruno because he has been hiding in them trees.

Formaggio: is small.

Illuso: he got out really fast by his teammates. They were mad at him because he left his hair in the shower drain.

Prosciutto: is in an alliance with Pesci and Risotto. He wanted to use his stand, but Risotto didn’t want to have to deal with wrinkles and back pains.

Pesci: very scared, he built a fort for himself to help protect him from the scary snowballs.

Melone: Ghiacco got him out really fast because he was being annoying.

Ghiacco: this is his territory. He doesn’t even need to make snowballs, his stand can provide them. Might actually win this.

Risotto: he started out being a really scary opponent, being able to turn invisible and all. But now he is cold and wants someone to get him out but everyone is too scared to.

Squalo and Tiziano: they are partners and they are on a date. Scary opponents but a little distracted. Built a snow shark together. Now they are eating chocolate. Not out yet though.

Carne: out so fast they barely remember him being there.

Scary chocolate man: has sent several people to the hospital already. Needs to be stopped.

Secco: isn’t allowed to melt the ground and is sad because of it. Hasn’t gotten anyone out yet because he is too busy complaining about not being allowed to use his stand.

Doppio: no one knows this kid is part of passione, but they let him join the fight because he really wanted to. He got out in the middle and is now playing Mario kart at home.

Diavolo (the boss): everyone is aware that he is playing, but they don’t know what he looks like or where he is. But they can see he hasn’t gotten out yet. He is at home because Doppio got out and is playing Mario kart. Wins by default.

Hol Horse if he had a Stand aura! This was aimed for Part 5 purposes, as I used a screenshot for the face. Makes him hot looking lol. Think these colors would fit, a pink-purple range of color. Since it's the trail that Emperor leaves when a bullet fires or when a shot is fired. Here is the referenced screenshot, what I redrew from:

So I was having more Jotaro In Italy thoughts and.

I’ve just been having so many thoughts of Jotaro being an the most confusing thing ever because how how he’s both incredibly secretive but also rather obvious about what his Stand does.

Jotaro does not trust these people as far as they could throw him. He met Giorno about a day ago and everyone else a few minutes ago. He knows that they are part of a literal mafia in which the boss seems to have been the direct cause of his best friend’s disappearance, and he is currently plotting to kill that boss alongside Giorno.

So he sure as hell ain’t going to go out of his way to trust them. He won’t antagonize them, but he’s not going to go and tell them his skills or abilities.

And this gets. Interesting very quickly.

First there’s the piss teacup that Abbaccio tries to do, and Jotaro just uses Star to make it seem like there was never any “tea” in it at all. The Gang know he has a Stand, so this starts their guessing.

Then it’s time to leave for the boat. And they realize that they can’t actually fit everyone in the car.

So Jotaro says he’ll walk.

Bucciarati asks if his Stand has travel abilities. Jotaro says no. The Gang are, naturally, skeptical and Abbaccio tells Joot that if he isn’t there by the time they arrive, they’re leaving without him.

Imagine their surprise when Jotaro is waiting for them by the time they get there. After all, being thrown over rooftops mixed with the occasional time stop makes for quite efficient travel.

But of course, he doesn’t explain.

Then the boat. Oh joy the boat.

So a few hours in, Bucciarati starts explaining what exactly they’re doing all the way out here. Jotaro mostly hangs back since he doesn’t see any need to get closer and he can hear Bucciarati just fine from where he is.

This also means he’s able to see Soft Machine popping out and do something about it.

and just. Jotaro accidentally being absolutely terrifying

He’s holding Soft Machine with what appears to be his bare hands, a tiny shimmer of purple being the only thing to betray the usage of his Stand. His words are calm and collected, not betraying a single thought. Maybe the Stand tries stabbing him, only to get its wrist snapped like a twig without any seen cause

of course, once Zucchero’s caught, they’re a bit distracted by having to deal with the fact that a Stand User is going to be waiting for them to kill them so they don’t have time to ask questions.

In fact, it probably isn’t until sometime after Trish that they actually see Star properly

and until them, Jotaro is simply a terrifying enigma
