have we ever thought abt the fact that zuko is literally azula's older brother. like she's his little sister. that's his little sister. throughout a big, big part of atla plot, he was actively running away, scared of his little sister killing him because he KNEW she would/could. can you imagine that? your little sibling, wanting more your father's approval than your companionship to the point of death? every time they fought, zuko was fighting his baby sister. azula was fighting her big brother. this is making me so sick. they were 16 and 14 years old.

Yo okay but what if kids learned about how Zuko tried to capture Aang in school and they end up starting a game called Capture the Avatar? It would basically be like reverse tag, one kid would be the Avatar and the others would try to capture them. Maybe it becomes more complex and one kid is a Secret Past Avatar and helps the Avatar hide? I feel like it could be a combination of hide-and-seek and reverse tag maybe.

All this time, Zuko thought that you had forgotten about him. He never imagined that you would hate him.

“I could never hate you. I didn’t look at you because I felt shameful.”

Both of you didn’t know what to say.

“When you were gone, I was all alone. You remember me having no friends don’t you? Well, no one definitely wanted to be friends with the buddy of the banished Prince.”

“And I’m sorry I’ve been avoiding you.”

Zuko shook his head. “You have the right.”

“I didn’t hate you…because I loved you. I always have.”

You took your hands in his gently. “I’ve always loved you too, and even now, after all you’ve done. I know I can love you.”

His hand softly caressed your face and he brought you closer. “Can I…”

Nodding, you closed the gap and brought your lips together.
