'Sorry' Helps...

The saying customers are always right is only correct when expectations are not met. But what if the expectations are not realistic? The only upper hand of being a customer is that he or she is paying so like it or not... money talks. It is sad to say that some customers are arrogant, ruthless and brainless. Not only they think that they are the pay masters but they will go further by threatening to post the incidents online to 'bury' the person or the shop.

A word of advice, no matter who is right and who is wrong, the best way to settle is not to argue and ignite the situation. A simple 'Sorry' and a quick replacement or refund would just be the best option.
