Wonderful musical. Great ensemble numbers, wonderful actors and great story. Everything that a great musical needs. 😊

Philipp Büttner (Robin Hood) and Alexander Di Capri (Guy von Gisbourne) were amazing cast as contrahents, also Philip Hägeli as King John was phenomenal. Johanna Zett as Lady Marian could hold up against those strong singers very well.

If you have the chance watch it!

Just not a fan of the Admiralspalast in Berlin, the acoustic was ok today but the sound is not the best and also sometimes the music was louder than the singers. I have seen several musicals there and I always lament about the sound and it was very much for me a reason to consider not going, but I am glad that I did.

Tanz der Vampire Hamburg 3.12.2023

Finally TdV again. It was like coming home. Something familiar I knew I would love. 😊

This show is as good as ever. Personally my favorite character's performance was by Anja Backus as Magda (stunning vocals at Tot zu sein ist komisch) and Vincent Van Gorp as Alfred (he played the lovestruck fool so well it was echanting). Rob Fowler is 1st cast Krolock at the moment and while I really like Rob Fowler as an musical actor I think the role doesn't suit him as well because of his timbre. The low parts needed some more effort to get them right. But tbf if you have seen as many Krolocks as I did I may be a bit harsh in judgement towards Rob Fowler. From the character portray he did an excellent job. Everyone else of the cast also did a good job, just stood not out to me as much.

Gino Emnes will be playing Der Tod in the Schloss Schönbrunn concert Elisabeth production in Austria in 2024!

This post had a new note so I reread it again.

Who says "Der Tod" in the Elisabeth musical has to be white?

Gino Emnes edition of "Der letzte Tanz" was incredible and I think it would be some change if "Der Tod" would be black and it wouldn't change anything in the musical.

"Der Tod" has no gender nor color, why not change the role portray in the musical? Why not a black man or a lady? 🤔 (Roberta Valentini's edition was also incredible)

Was looking for videos from Tag der offenen Tür Stuttgart and there is next to nothing on YT that is shared of the event. How sad 😔

I wonder if they have been too strict with video recording? 🤔

(when Tag der offenen Tür was in Berlin years ago you could find the whole day in videos all across YT and I even still have a lot of "unreleased" footage from back when)
